Twist

After Julie announced this week's nominations, she told the houseguests that they have a live challenge and that if one of them accepts it would invalidate the nominations. The houseguests were given a briefcase full of money. Julie instructed them to open it.

Once it was opened, Julie informed the houseguests that it is $20,000 and that it will belong to one of them but only if they agree to leave tonight. Only one houseguest is allowed to accept the offer. Should one of the houseguests leave, a new houseguest will enter. The potential new houseguest is Beth. She was one of the finalists to make it on to the show.

Everyone rejected the offer to leave for $20,000. The offer was then upped to $50,000. Again, everyone rejected the offer.

With 14% of the votes to win, Curtis finished in 3rd place and won the $50,000 prize.

Eddie won Big Brother 1 with 59% of the votes to win. Josh finished in second with 27% of the votes to win.

Eddie won the $500,000 grand prize. Josh won the $100,000 prize as runner up.
