MVP Twist
Julie gathered the houseguests in the living room to inform them that for the first time in the history of Big Brother there will not be two nominees each week. She then revealed that there will be three nominees every week. Julie explained that the HoH will still nominate two houseguests for eviction. It was later revealed that each week America would vote for an MVP and that that houseguest would choose the third nominee.
HoH Competition - “Popsicle Factory”
Each houseguest will climb on to their popsicle, at which time they will be lifted off of the ground. The last houseguest hanging on will become the first HoH of the summer.

On go, the houseguests will crawl through the honey and in to the batter. Inside of the batter are giant blueberries that they will pop to reveal a letter inside. They may only bring back one letter at a time. The letters will be used to spell a word. The houseguest that correctly spells the longest word in 15 minutes or less will win the Power of Veto.

The houseguests played in randomly selected pairs. The pairs are as follows: Helen and Spencer, Candice and GinaMarie, Andy and Elissa, Amanda and Kaitlin, Judd and Nick, Aaryn and Jeremy, and Howard and Jessie.
The first member of the team must fill their cup with barbecue sauce and make their way down the lane to ledge, at which point they will pour their sauce in to their teammates cup. That player will deposit the sauce in to their HoH jug. The first team to fill the jug and remove the ping pong ball will win the competition.
Aaryn and Jeremy were the first to finish. They got to choose which of them would remain HoH.

The houseguests must put together a giant baby mobile. On go, the houseguests must grab the stuffed animals from their toy box and take them to their crib. Once inside the crib, they must hang each animal until all 10 of them are perfectly balanced on their mobile and are not touching the ground. The first person to do so will win the Power of Veto.

The last houseguest standing will become the new HoH.

They must jump on the trampoline to see the Joneses collection over the wall, then run to their bin and find the matching artwork to hang it on their wall so that it looks exactly like the Joneses. The player who matches the Joneses art collection in the least amount of time will win the Power of Veto.

In the veto election, the houseguests will earn votes by crawling under the park benches and searching through the mud for sealed ballots. After collecting a ballot, the houseguests must bring it back to their booth and open it up. They will then decide whether to keep it or discard it. The houseguests only have room to keep four ballots in the ballot box. At the end of eight minutes the candidate with the most votes will win the Power of Veto. If you lock in a ballot with a reward or punishment, you must keep it regardless of whether you win or lose.

The goal is to stay up on your barrel and hold on to your bull as long as you possibly can. Fall off and your china will shatter. The last houseguest standing will become the new HoH.
Julie informed the houseguests that the first three to fall off of the barrel will get to open one of the three boxes sitting on the haystacks. Spencer chose first and may only speak through a bullhorn until after the nomination ceremony, Candice chose second and won $5,000, and Helen chose third and won a backyard barbecue for four.

The object of the game is to earn three movie tickets. The houseguests will be asked questions about the movie sets. The answer will be a number. Everyone will write down their numbers and then will choose to stay or fold after hearing everyone’s answer. If you fold, you cannot be eliminated. However, you also cannot earn a movie ticket. The person that stays and is closest to the correct answer will earn a movie ticket. If you stay and are the furthest from the correct answer you will be eliminated. The first person to collect three movie tickets will win the Power of Veto. If no one has three movie tickets after six questions then the person with the most movie tickets will win the Power of Veto.

Two at a time, the houseguests will face-off at the podium. They will hear a short song that will identify a competition that they took part in this summer. The answer will be either “HoH”, “veto” or “have-not”. Buzz in and answer correctly to move on and eliminate your opponent. Answer incorrectly and you will be eliminated. Whomever moves on will choose the next two houseguests to face off. The last person standing will become the new HoH.

Each round, OTEV will recite a portion of a love letter he wrote to one of the evicted houseguests. The competitors will slide down the dam and search the forest for the love letter to the houseguest that OTEV was talking about. If you are the last to bring the love letter that OTEV asks for, you will be eliminated. The last houseguest standing will win the Power of Veto.
Round 1: I thought our love would have really lasted, but your rant about wine left me flabbergasted.

HoH Competition - “Off The Wall”
Two competitions will take place at the same time, one for the jurors and one for everyone. The concept for both is the same. Balls will be thrown at each houseguest and juror. Be the first to catch 10 balls without falling off the wall and you win. The first juror to 10 balls is back in the game. The first houseguest to 10 balls wins HoH, whether they are a juror or not.

The houseguests must throw their ball and run over to the other side and catch it. Every time it passes over the top they will generate one power unit. If the ball hits the ground they will go back to zero. The first houseguest to 250 power units will win the Power of Veto.

On go, the houseguests will reach their fingers through the fencing, pick up an egg and maneuver it through the HoH fencing to the hole on the other side. Once removed, they must hop it over to their basket. The first houseguest to collect a dozen eggs in their basket and ring in will become the new HoH.
America voted to make the houseguests with the lowest score wear a chicken suit for 48 hours. Judd and Spencer have to wear the chicken suits.

HoH Competition - “Pixel This”
A pixelated image of a past competition will appear on the screen. The pixels will shift and eventually evolve in to a clear image. When you recognize which competition it was, use the puzzle cubes to build the face of the houseguest that won that competition. In each round the slowest player will be eliminated. The last houseguest standing will become the new HoH.
The winner of the competition also gets to give each houseguest a special gift.
Round 1: Andy was eliminated from the competition.
Round 2: Judd was eliminated from the competition.
Round 3: GinaMarie was eliminated from the competition.
Spencer won HoH.
Spencer gave GinaMarie and McCrae the gift of friendship. They will be tied together for the next 24 hours.

The houseguests must hit their button to activate the magnets on their puzzle board for 20 seconds. They will then fly across to the puzzle to start assembling their pieces. They will have to fly back and hit their button before the clock hits zero or else their pieces will fall. The first person to have a complete puzzle and fly back to hit their button will win the Power of Veto.

Each houseguest has a spider web puzzle with 14 clues on it, along with photos of the evicted houseguests. When the horn sounds, the houseguests must reveal their clues and retrieve their houseguests. To complete the puzzle, the houseguests must be matched with their corresponding clues. The first houseguest to successfully complete the puzzle will win the Power of Veto.

Final HoH Competition - Part 1 - “The Greatest Skate”
The winner of the competition will be the houseguest that can skate around the longest while holding on to their rope.

The houseguests must jump from the ship and head down to the ocean floor. The goal is to find all of the houseguests that were evicted this summer and place them in the order that they were evicted from the house. The houseguest with the fastest time will win the competition and advance to Part 3.
