BB17 Day 53
August 9, 2015
11:00-12:00 PM: John asked Becky if Vanessa has come up to her, worrying yet. Becky said yeah, she is psycho. Becky brought up that Vanessa went to James and was threatening him, saying that John needs to go up in order to ensure that Shelli leaves. John said that Vanessa is covering her bases and has been very nice to him. Becky expects that Vanessa will freak out and say that she is a horrible person for her word. Becky pointed out that Shelli is still trying to protect Vanessa, even while she is on the block, yet Vanessa is going around trying to create a plan to get Shelli out. Becky said that she vomits in her mouth any time Vanessa mentions her word, trust or loyalty. Becky told John that even though Vanessa preaches about her loyalty, she is the one with the least loyalty in the house. For next week, John said that he will nominate Liz and Julia if he wins HoH, backdooring Austin. He told Becky that those are the only ones that she may get any backlash from over this move. Becky figured that they would go after her group but would not necessarily want her out.
12:00-1:00 PM: Becky told John and Meg that it cracks her up that Vanessa is threatening to turn the jury on them. She said that Vanessa would not be making threats unless she knew that she did something very wrong. Meg said that Vanessa will have no pull in jury, because she will be the first one there and everybody will know what went down. John said that he had not thought of it that way, but she is right. Becky asked if she should use generalities in her speech when she nominates Vanessa or if she should be more specific. If she goes the latter route, she said that she would point out that Vanessa has gone against Shelli, one of the few people that trusts her. She would also say that they have no clue who Vanessa will target, because her target went from James to Jeff and from Austin to Jason during her HoH weeks. Meg said that for anyone else she would say to use generalities, but Vanessa will be asking all of these questions anyway. Becky said that she will put it all out in the open then. Becky discussed with Meg that Shelli will be the biggest threat moving forward. She said that Shelli would beat anyone at the end and is a comp threat. Becky also said that Steve is much more of a threat than they realize. Meg agreed. They discussed that even though Austin and the twins are a trio, they will be easier to beat than Vanessa, Shelli and Steve would be. Becky figured that someone from their side would have a better chance of beating those three in the Final 2 as well. They talked about keeping John around for the long run too. Becky said that John is someone that they can beat at the end. Meg agreed.
5:00-6:00 PM: Julia told Vanessa that she feels for Shelli, cause she has never been on her own in this house until now. Vanessa said that she knows how it is, cause she has been alone this whole time. Vanessa said that hopefully John will go up, cause Shelli will have a chance to stay over him. She said that she doesn’t think that Shelli would have a chance to stay over her. Vanessa was unsure about whether or not Steve would vote to evict John over Shelli. Vanessa said that she could tell Steve that the plan is for John and Steve to go up next week, so it’s better for him to keep Shelli as a target in front of him. Julia didn’t know if they should tell Steve, cause she is questioning him now that she has seen him with John a lot. Vanessa asked Julia if she wants to try to keep Shelli. Julia said yes. Julia said that she needs Shelli to stay in the game, win HoH and go after James. Vanessa asked Julia if she thinks that Jackie would nominate the twins. Julia said for sure. She also said that if James is capable of putting Clay and Shelli up, he will be the one to put her and Liz up as well. Julia told Vanessa that she doesn’t like Jackie or James. Vanessa said that she is nervous that Austin is not trying to win HoHs. Julia said that Austin did embarrassingly bad in the veto competition as well. She said that it makes her mad that Austin is throwing competitions in order to avoid getting the blood on his hands. Julia said that she does not trust Austin and she never will. Vanessa questioned if there would be a point where Austin would sell Julia out. Julia said yes. She didn’t think that Austin would be the one to put her up, but he would be in on a plan to have her taken out. Vanessa figured that Austin thinks that he is a big target and that’s why he is trying to make it look like he is not good at competitions. Julia said that Austin doesn’t care about anyone but Liz. Vanessa said that Austin does not understand how much she has done for him in this game.
6:00-7:00 PM:Austin told Liz that Vanessa wants everyone to meet up tonight to go over the plan. He did not understand why she felt the need to continually reiterate everything. Austin said that Vanessa is letting the paranoia ruin her game. They discussed that Shelli will be leaving on Thursday. Liz said that it is not even a question. Austin expected that Vanessa would try to get them to keep Shelli if John ends up on the block next to her. Liz said that she doesn’t think that they can do that. Austin agreed. Austin said that John will not put them up. Steve spoke to the camera in the bedroom. He said that he knows that Vanessa is trying to play him, is nervous and is campaigning. Steve said that it is not working and that he knows what she is doing. Up in the HoH room, Becky told Jackie that Steve scares her after that last competition. She said that he is officially Dan meets Ian. Becky pointed out that Steve cannot do a single HoH competition, yet he has been the best performer all three times that he has been on the block. Becky mentioned that there is not a single competition that they will not expect Shelli to be good in. Jackie said that’s why she has got to go. Becky and Jackie discussed that those two can go back on the block next to each other. Jackie felt that Shelli would definitely come after them if she won HoH. She thought that she and James would be the nominees. Jackie did not think that John or Steve would target their side. Becky said that John would definitely not, though she did not know about Steve.
9:00-10:00 PM: Vanessa asked Austin when Becky is planning on telling John that he is going on the block. Austin said that he doesn’t know. Vanessa wanted Austin to let Becky know that they will protect her in return for her sticking to the plan. They discussed that they could let John know that he has their votes too. Austin headed up to the HoH room. Austin apologized that he could not win the veto. Becky said it’s fine and that it will be an easy week. Austin said it’s good, because they will not have to be too stressed heading into the double eviction. Becky told Austin that her, James, Jackie and Meg continually say that they are good with him and the twins and enjoy working together. Austin said that’s good. Austin told Becky to let him know if she needs anything. He said that he will let Johnny Mac know that he has his vote. Becky said that it will be an easy week, since she has three votes on her side and only needs one more. Austin said that it will be a landslide when you throw in his vote and the twins votes. Austin then headed back down and told Vanessa that Becky still plans to nominate John. Austin went to the bedroom and told Liz that Vanessa wanted him to go talk to Becky. Liz said that Vanessa is becoming too much. Austin agreed. Liz told Austin to stop listening to Vanessa and to just pretend to do what she says. Austin felt that Vanessa has nothing to worry about, so he does not know why she has been going nuts. Liz said that Vanessa seems to think that Austin owes her more than he actually does. Austin questioned how he can owe her much when they were in an alliance and she was going to betray him.
10:00-11:00 PM: Meg told Becky that it would be best to talk to Austin to fill him in on the plan beforehand. She said that Austin was all about not blindsiding them last week, when he spoke to them about the vote flipping to keep Shelli on Thursday afternoon. Becky said that she can talk to him just before the ceremony. Meg told Becky that Vanessa has been with Steve all day, likely trying to get his vote because she thinks that she will have to campaign for Shelli to stay over John.
11:00-12:00 AM: Becky, Jackie, James and Meg spoke in the HoH room. Meg said that she has a gut feeling that Steve is going to win the HoH during the double eviction. James figured that Steve would go after Austin. Meg agreed, saying that it would either be Austin or the twins. Becky agreed, because she thinks that the other side does not treat Steve well. Meg said that you can tell that Steve is more on their side, since he tells them more things. Becky bought up that she plans to tell Austin about the plan at about 11 AM tomorrow. Meg suggested that she let Austin know that they are still on boarding with working together and with taking out Shelli after this. Becky planned to say that she didn’t feel that Vanessa had the right to place herself in between their two groups in hope of staying safe. If Shelli wins HoH, James said that it would be best if he left over the girls. James felt that he would have a better chance of coming back. Becky told him not to pull a Lawon.
12:00-1:00 AM: Becky, Jackie, James and Meg discussed that they need to get Shelli out next. Jackie mentioned that she would probably nominate Liz and Shelli if she wins during the double eviction, which would force people to vote Shelli out. If the veto is used, Jackie said that she would nominate Austin. Meg said that she may nominate Austin and Shelli. Downstairs in the bedroom, Vanessa asked Steve if he told John that she thinks that he is going up. Steve said no. Steve told Vanessa that John and Shelli are freaking out about the eight person alliance. Vanessa told him that there is no group and that it was just a one week deal. Vanessa said that she hates liars and she wants to know if Steve told John anything that would imply that she has some kind of negative opinion about him. Steve said no. He told Vanessa that John was mad about their fight but he had not said anything negative about her to him before that. Steve asked if Vanessa thinks that Shelli is leaving this week. Vanessa said yeah and she does not think that there is much that anyone can do about it. Steve felt that it was not the smartest move for Becky to target Shelli. Vanessa pointed out that Shelli would be willing to target people in Becky’s group, making her a threat to them. Vanessa figured that the only options to be nominated are John and her.
Vanessa let Steve know that Becky’s game will be blown up real soon if she nominates her. Vanessa said that she has plenty of information on Becky, including that she has said that she wants to take Jackie out but does not want to be the one to put her. She also mentioned that Becky was feeding Clay and Shelli information when James won HoH. Vanessa told Steve that they can make Becky a target for the whole house once John goes on the block. They began to discuss the vote again. Vanessa said that it is smarter to let Shelli go, unless Steve feels that it would offer him more safety to have Shelli in the game. Vanessa then spoke to Julia, telling her that John and Shelli apparently know about the eight person group. They wondered who told those two about it. Julia asked Vanessa what she expects to happen tomorrow. Vanessa thought that John would be nominated. She asked Julia to tell her if she hears anything different, such as that she is going up instead. Julia said that she would let her know. Vanessa told Julia that she does not want to be blindsided and would like time to prepare if she is going up. Julia said that she would like to keep Shelli if he is up against John. Vanessa felt that it may be the better strategic move. Julia pointed out that Shelli has the better chance of winning HoH and helping them out. Vanessa said that she would also be a bigger target to protect themselves with.
3:00-4:00 AM: Steve asked Becky if she knows what she is doing. Becky said that she knew what she was doing since before she won the competition. Becky said that she is planning to nominate Vanessa. Steve asked what exactly happened. Becky told Steve that she caught Vanessa playing all sides of the house really badly. Becky said that Vanessa would become best friends with the people in power. She pointed out that Vanessa turned on Clay and Shelli as soon as they were nominated. Steve asked if Vanessa is the primary target. Becky said pretty much. Becky told Steve that Vanessa believes that she will be nominating John and she has been saying that Shelli needs to go. Becky explained that Vanessa feels that she has to get Shelli out in order to play the middle. Becky mentioned that Vanessa panicked after Steve won the veto and said that John needs to go up. Steve questioned why Vanessa would think that Becky would nominate John. Becky said exactly. Becky told Steve that Vanessa spent so much time with him today, cause he would be the swing vote to save Shelli if John was put on the block. Becky let Steve know that the twins and Austin have no clue yet that this is about to happen tomorrow. Becky said that she will blindside Vanessa but she does not want to blindside the house. Becky figured that this would be a tough week, since Vanessa would try to drag her name through the mud. Steve said that John mentioned the eight person group to target him, Shelli and John, which makes him nervous. Becky said that Vanessa was the one to form that and she went around the room, making everyone give their word to stick to it. Becky said that she is so sick of Vanessa, since she is playing all sides. Becky told Steve not to worry about this eight person thing, since it was all about Vanessa trying to cover herself. Steve pointed out that Becky has her votes and it doesn’t matter what he does this week. Becky told him to do what’s best for his game, though the more people to vote Vanessa out the better. Becky said that it would make it more definite that she goes. Becky asked if Vanessa is the person that Steve wanted to go or if it was Shelli. Steve said that he really appreciates the info that she has given him, so he will reciprocate it and the vote is the only way that he can right now.
