Big Brother 18 Day 32 - Corey wins the Power of Veto
July 16, 2016
9:00-10:00 AM: The have-not reveal took place. As they were the first team completely eliminated from the HoH competition, Team Unicorn became the have-nots for the week. That means that James and Natalie will be on slop. In addition to slop, the have-nots can have British baked beans, French baguettes and Italian basil. James and Natalie headed to a bumper car together. Natalie was down on herself for not being able to win competitions. James told her not to feel bad because some of the best players have hardly any competition wins. He said that some of the best throw almost every competition. Natalie said the difference is that she is not throwing them and still can’t win. Natalie told James that she will be expecting to leave this week but will be excited if she stays. James mentioned that he doesn’t trust anybody in there except for Natalie. Natalie told James that she trusts him too. She added that James is someone who has always been nice to her, who she has had fun with and who she has felt comfortable with.
11:00-12:00 PM: Frank told Bridgette than Nicole and Corey are reminding him of Britney and Shane from his season. Bridgette asked what they did. Frank said that they lied to him. He pointed out that Nicole said the exact same thing to him that Britney did when she said that he is the best in the house at competitions and she would want him on her side. Frank said the others are irritating him and he would to put a damper in their plans this week. Frank still did not understand why the others voted to keep Tiffany last week only to want her out this week. Frank said he hopes that he gets to play in the veto competition and that he wins.
12:00-1:00 PM: Players were picked for the veto competition. Paulie, Natalie, Tiffany, Corey, Da’Vonne and Paul will be competing. Upstairs, Corey, Natalie, Paul and Paulie were practicing for a potential dice competition. Down in the bedroom, Bridgette and Tiffany were practicing for the same thing. Michelle walked into the bedroom to take a nap. She left and told the others that she can’t nap in there because it looks like there is an intimate conversation going on between Bridgette and Tiffany. Tiffany heard Michelle’s comment. She told Zakiyah to let Michelle know that she is not after her in the game or on a personal level, so she doesn’t need to be treating her like that. Zakiyah relayed the message to Michelle, who said that Tiffany knows what she did. Michelle said Tiffany is being a baby and should be coming to talk to her. Michelle figured that Tiffany would claim she is scared of her. Michelle said no and called Tiffany a knockoff version of her sister.
1:00-2:00 PM: In the have-not room, James told Michelle that Frank and Tiffany have been pitching that they are at the bottom of the totem pole because the showmances wont go up and wont nominate each other. Michelle asked if Tiffany has said anything about her. James said no. He told Michelle that Frank wants to work with her. James said they are suggesting that Frank, Bridgette, Tiffany, Michelle and himself work together. James let Michelle know that Frank wants Corey out. Michelle said she hopes that James is not falling for it. He hesitate but said no. Michelle said she is not voting Corey out and that the plan is to get Natalie out if Tiffany wins the veto. Michelle asked if their group will go after them first ahead of the showmances. James said yeah and pointed out that it’s like what Vanessa said last year that you go after the group which would create the least amount of blood on your hands. Zakiyah joined them and said that Tiffany’s eyes are all baggy and she looks frazzled. Michelle said good. Zakiyah said that Tiffany does seem determined. After James left, Michelle told Zakiyah that she is worried that James would not vote Natalie out over Corey if Tiffany wins the veto. Michelle suggested nominating James in Tiffany’s place. Michelle revealed that Tiffany has been telling James that he is the low man on the totem pole and he will get picked off by the showmances. Zakiyah said she needs Tiffany not to win the veto. She said Paul has to go in there and intimidate Tiffany. Michelle said it’s good that Tiffany looks frazzled. The idea of nominating Paul in Tiffany’s place was discussed. Michelle figured that it would be a 4-4 tie and then Paulie could send Natalie home. She was also fine with it being 4-3-1 so that James could vote Paul out rather than vote against Natalie.
2:00-3:00 PM: Nicole told Corey that she doesn’t want Da’Vonne to win the veto competition. She fears that Da’Vonne could use the veto on Tiffany, leaving them with no option but to nominate one of their own numbers. Nicole then discussed that she thinks they need to get back on Frank’s good side, because Tiffany may throw the HoH competition if she stays, in order to get them out. Corey feels that there is no way Tiffany will stay. Nicole pointed out that she has been making alliances and has Bridgette and Frank on her side. Nicole told Corey that James wanted a six person alliance with the two of them, Paulie, Zakiyah and Da’Vonne. She figured that James wants to distance himself from Natalie. Corey said that she drags James down.
5:00-6:00 PM: Feeds returned following the veto competition. Corey won the Power of Veto. In the have-not room, Tiffany told James that she has never gone against him and she would never put him up. Tiffany asked if there is anyone that James would definitely not vote against. James said just Natalie. Tiffany told James that she thinks Natalie has the least to worry about this week. Tiffany said she would not campaign against Natalie. Up in the HoH room, there was discussion about what Corey should do with the veto. Paulie told Corey that he will not go home if he remains on the block. Corey said he will do whatever they want because he is a team player. Da’Vonne said she will be going on the block if Corey uses it on himself. She clarified that she was pissed off because she knew that she was next in line to go up, not because Corey won the veto. Nicole told Corey that she is proud of him and knows that she has four solid votes if she goes up on the block. Back in the have-not room, Tiffany told James that a certain person has been planting seeds against her since the first day. Tiffany said she feels used and stupid. She told James that she hopes he makes it really really far. Da’Vonne entered the room and asked what the plan is. Tiffany said she has absolutely no idea. Da’Vonne then went to leave the room. Tiffany said it’s shady that she asks that and then leaves. Da’Vonne said it was the only thing that she had wanted to know. After she left, Tiffany asked James if he saw how shady Da’Vonne was. Tiffany asked if James would act that way with his Final 2. Tiffany said Da’Vonne is playing every side of the house. Tiffany said that she is considering nominating Da’Vonne. Tiffany headed out to the bedroom on her own. She looked at the camera and said it’s game on and Da’Vonne is going down.
6:00-7:00 PM: Tiffany told Frank that she thinks her best bet is to nominate Da’Vonne because she has been screwing her over since the beginning. Frank agreed. Tiffany explained that she gave Da’Vonne information and then she took that information, manipulated it and used it to her advantage. Tiffany then told Frank about the Fatal Five. Tiffany said Da’Vonne planted seeds that Frank was gunning after her so she needed to get her out before jury. Frank said Da’Vonne told him that Tiffany wanted him out pre-jury. Tiffany let Frank know that Da’Vonne said she wanted to do that. Tiffany confirmed that she plans to nominate Da’Vonne. Paul joined them. Tiffany said she was naive and trusted somebody the whole game when that person was ruining her game. Frank told Paul that he is on the outside of a group and he is expendable. Frank and Tiffany then told Paul about the Eight Pack. Frank and Tiffany explained that a certain person was turning them against each other to keep the target off of themselves. Tiffany told Paul that she is being target even though there is someone in the alliance that is screwing them over. Paul asked if they are just numbers at this point. Tiffany said yes. Paul said he wont be getting boned or tossed around again. Paul then headed into the have-not room to tell Corey, James and Michelle that he is in and is now a spy for them. He revealed that Frank and Tiffany don’t have the numbers. Corey said he thinks that Nicole will go up. Paul said Tiffany hates Corey and Nicole because they were whispering about her. Paul also told Michelle that Tiffany called her evil. Paul headed back to talk to Tiffany. Tiffany revealed that Da’Vonne is the person who cannot be trusted. Meanwhile, Frank was up in the HoH room planting seeds that Da’Vonne is the bigger issue than Tiffany. He questioned what’s worse, Tiffany who got lied to, himself who got lied to, or the person that lied to them. Paulie said Tiffany should have been gone last week cause she is her sister to a tee. Frank said Tiffany is alone on an island and she does not do well in competitions, such as in the one today. Frank told Paulie that he can worry about Vanessa’s game but even Tiffany has admitted that she is not Vanessa. Frank said there are bigger fish to fry. Paulie argued that Tiffany may be trying to lay low and not win competitions. Frank said her life was on the line today and she didn’t do anything in the competition. Frank said there is a leak in the alliance because Tiffany is still getting info to this day. Zakiyah asked if it’s Da’Vonne. Frank said maybe. Frank said there is no way that Tiffany is making up exactly what what he said. Paulie wasn’t buying it and said that Tiffany did exactly what he said she would do if she were to stay. Frank said she is on an island and will have no one to team up with. Paulie said Vanessa didn’t have anyone either. Back downstairs, Tiffany told Corey that she won the Roadkill competition. She explained that someone has been playing her since the beginning. She revealed that Da’Vonne made a Final 2 deal with her and then was responsible for getting her to go after Frank. As for this week, Tiffany said Da’Vonne told her that Corey and Nicole do not have her back and tried hardcore to get her out last week. Tiffany said Da’Vonne is playing everyone and wants Corey out.
7:00-8:00 PM: Paul reported back to Paulie and Zakiyah. He let them know that Da’Vonne is going on the block if Corey saves himself. Paulie said that after hearing everything, he now trusts that Da’Vonne is not with the other side at all. Paulie said Vanessa’s sister is going home. Da’Vonne headed up to the HoH room. Paulie informed her that the others are trying to pin everything on her. He said that Frank is trying to make it seem like Tiffany is not a target. Paulie, Paul, Da’Vonne and Zakiyah planned a fake fight. They discussed having Da’Vonne go after Tiffany, then Paulie will back Da’Vonne while Paul would go against them in order to seem like he is on the other side. Paul pointed out that Frank gets pissed off when people accuse him of winning the Roadkill. For that reason, he told Paulie to accuse him of it during the fight. Corey joined and was told about the planned fight. Corey let them know that Tiffany revealed the Fatal Five to him. He then told Da’Vonne that Tiffany said she told her to nominate him because she has the numbers to get him out. Da’Vonne said Tiffany is the one who said she has the numbers. Da’Vonne told Corey to use the veto on himself. She said that she is prepared to on the block but trusts them to keep her.
8:00-9:00 PM: Paulie told Corey and Paul that he is fine with going on the block next to Frank next week. He said that he will make sure that Frank doesn’t win the veto. Paulie figured that Frank does not want to have to compete against him. Even if Frank wins, Paulie said that Bridgette can go up and go home. Minutes later, Frank told Paul that Paulie knows that he is a competition beast. Paul asked if Frank thinks that Paulie would take a shot at him. Frank said hopefully not but he might at this point. Frank admitted that he would like to work with the guys. He said he would like to see Da’Vonne go this week followed by the two girls that are close to two guys that they need to be closer to. Frank told Paul that he is glad he is on his side. Frank then spoke to Tiffany about how everything is going back to her being Vanessa’s sister. Tiffany said it’s so weird because she is nothing like Vanessa. Frank said nobody is exactly like their sibling. Tiffany said the only thing that is the same between them is that they both can get emotional. Frank said it’s silly that people expect Tiffany to play exactly like her sister.
9:00-10:00 PM: Corey told Paulie that Tiffany let him know everything that Da’Vonne has done including make a Final 2 deal with her. Paulie said he doesn’t believe anything that she says. Corey mentioned that Da’Vonne would not leave he and Tiffany alone to talk because she was sketched out. Corey said Nicole did confirm that Da’Vonne tried to do a girls alliance with Michelle, Nicole, Tiffany and Zakiyah. Paulie insisted that Tiffany needs to go this week and that they can worry about Da’Vonne once Frank is out of the house. Corey worried about Paul telling information to Da’Vonne. He said they cannot trust Paul anymore. He quickly backtracked. Paulie said they need to make it clear to Paul that some things need to stay between the boys. Paulie said Frank is crazy if he thinks that he will keep Tiffany in the house this week. Paulie told Corey that he agrees with Frank on everything he is saying about Da’Vonne but Tiffany has to go. Corey said he believes that Da’Vonne wanted him out and that she has been making stuff up. Paulie said he is not against getting Da’Vonne out but Tiffany has to go first. Outside, Nicole spoke to Corey. She thought that Corey was mad at her for an earlier comment that she had made. Corey assured her that he is not mad. Nicole said she doesn’t want his feelings to be hurt. Corey admitted that Frank said something to him that added on to everything that was already happening. He eventually said Frank told him that Nicole approached him about a Final 2 deal early on. Nicole denied it. She said Corey is the one person that she fully trusts. Nicole said the best case scenario would be that Da’Vonne goes up. Corey said that she is 1000%. Nicole asked who won the Roadkill competition. Corey said it was Tiffany. Corey brought up that he kind of believes what Tiffany is saying. Nicole said she does too. Corey said Tiffany swore on everything that she will be loyal to them. Nicole said she is game for getting Da’Vonne out. However, not long after, she said that Tiffany needs to go because she may throw the HoH competition next week.
10:00-11:00 PM: Nicole told Corey that Da’Vonne asked her if they are good. Corey said it’s because she is paranoid since she knows that everything Tiffany is saying is true. Corey and Nicole agreed that they hope Tiffany will call Da’Vonne out. Nicole said she should go down swinging if she is going to leave. They discussed that they believe Tiffany. Corey said Da’Vonne has been giving him weird vibes. Corey then asked Nicole about the Final 2 with Frank. He questioned why Frank would lie about that. Nicole admitted that Frank may have approached her about it. Nicole said it wasn’t anything legit. She assured Corey that she had no intention of taking Frank.
11:00-12:00 AM: Natalie told James that he is the only person she wants to win at this point. James asked if he has her jury vote. Natalie said that he obviously does. James told Natalie that she has his vote if she makes. Natalie commented on the “if you make it” part and said that she obviously wont. James mentioned that they need to watch out for Paul because he is a chameleon that changes colors with each group. Natalie said she told James about that before because she knew everything that Paul was telling Bronte while she was in the house.
