Big Brother 18 Day 66 - Michelle is the Co-HoH; Paul and Victor are nominated
August 19, 2016
10:00-11:00 AM: Natalie headed into the bedroom to gather some of her stuff. On her way out, Paul asked her if everything is fine. Natalie said yeah. Paul mentioned Victor went upstairs yesterday and saw some talking. Before Paul could finish his thought, Natalie said people are obviously going to talk. She then went back up to the HoH room and told James that Paul just asked her again if everything is okay. James said Paul is paranoid. Natalie said Paul was eavesdropping on her conversation yesterday and now he is being paranoid today, so he needs to stop. Natalie let James know that she plans to ask Paul if he was eavesdropping on her before she makes her decision. She brought up that there are multiple things to consider since Corey and Nicole didn’t talk to her all season and she knows that both of them have said some things about her. Natalie said both Nicole and Paul are wanting a Final 4 with them but she doesn’t really trust Paul at the moment. Back downstairs, Paul told Victor that they might be getting screwed. He mentioned that Natalie came in there, got her stuff and then was pretty much running out. Victor said the care package will throw a wrench in their plans. He asked America to hook them up and vote for them to receive the care package.
12:00-1:00 PM: Natalie told James that she plans to have a one on one conversation with Michelle today in order to see where her head is at. She said she wants to ask her who the two people are that she trusts the most. Natalie also wants to ask her who they, as girls, should take out this week if they want to make it to the end. James told Natalie that Michelle will want Corey and Nicole to go up. Natalie said she knows that. Natalie believes that the smart game move is to get either Paul or Victor out this week. James agreed. The two agreed that Paul and Victor would take a shot at one of them before they would take a shot at Michelle if they were to stick to their deal and get down to the Final 5 together. The fourth care package was delivered. Michelle is now the Co-HoH along with Natalie. Michelle and Natalie will each get to nominate one houseguest for eviction this week. Michelle will no longer be a have-not this week. Neither Natalie nor Michelle will be able to compete for HoH next week.
1:00-2:00 PM: Natalie and Michelle headed to the have-not room to talk things over. Natalie said obviously Michelle wants Corey and Nicole up. Michelle said Nicole but she doesn’t really care about Corey. Natalie brought up that Paul was eavesdropping on her conversation with Corey and Nicole yesterday and she has caught him in lies. Natalie said they have to think about who they can win against. Natalie said they will not be pissing anyone off except for Victor if they nominate Paul. Natalie told Michelle that they need to tell Victor the truth about a lot of things since Paul was on board with backdooring Victor. Natalie told Michelle that she trusts her and James 100%. Michelle said she feels the same way. Michelle said she is totally on board with the plan but she doesn’t know how much she can trust Corey and Nicole. Natalie said she is in the same boat. However, Natalie pointed out that Nicole and Corey don’t have Paulie, Zakiyah or any other alliances now. Natalie said Paul and Victor are the strongest duo and they will win the game unless they take them out. Michelle said she is 100% down and she wants Paul to go this week. She told Natalie that she has wanted him out for a while now. Afterwards, Nicole told Natalie that she is worried about going up next to Paul since Victor could then win the veto and save Paul. She said they would be forced to nominate Corey at that point. Natalie asked if Corey or Nicole would be fine with being a pawn. Nicole said not initially but they would be fine with it if Paul or Victor win the veto. Natalie said she hopes that Corey and Nicole will be loyal to her next week. Corey said he will be one billion percent. Nicole swore to God that she will. Natalie told James that Michelle wanted to get Nicole out but she told her that they should not do that. Natalie said Corey and Nicole are cool with being pawns if the veto is used. James said he wouldn’t put Corey up. After discussing it further, James said it doesn’t matter which of the two go up. Natalie said they have the numbers either way. James told Natalie that America is watching and saying that they needed to make this move.
2:00-3:00 PM: Natalie asked James if she should give Victor a heads up that he is going to be nominated. James said not to do so until the very last minute. Nicole joined them and asked if Nicole is nominating Victor. Natalie said she wants to put Paul up since he is her target. Nicole told her it would be easier to get Michelle to nominate Paul. If the veto is used, James promised that he would vote out whoever is nominated next to Corey or Nicole. James told Natalie and Nicole that he isn’t sure it’s in their best interest to send Paul home if the nominations remain the same. James later spoke to Natalie alone about the same thing, telling her that they would only have to worry about Paul if Victor goes, but he would be on his own. Natalie asked if it would be easier to get Paul out later than Victor. James said yeah. Natalie said she will have to talk to Michelle about it later if it comes down to it.
3:00-4:00 PM: Nicole told Corey that if Paul and Victor go up, they are getting what they want without having to be the ones to do it and with being able to play for HoH next week. Nicole said that is hard to do. She told Corey that they will be screwed next week if Victor wins HoH. Corey agreed unless he gets the care package and it’s some kind of HoH takeover. Michelle told Corey, James and Nicole that they have to vote Paul out this week. Nicole said she will do whatever Natalie and Michelle want her to do. Nicole asked who is putting Victor up. Michelle said she doesn’t want to be the one to do it because it would be too big of a betrayal. Michelle told Corey and Nicole she hopes that they will keep their word. Nicole told Michelle to trust her because she has her back.
4:00-5:00 PM: Natalie told Michelle that she really wants to nominate Paul. Michelle said she does too. Natalie said that is the only person she is 100% set on. Michelle said they can tell Victor that he is the pawn and she will use the veto on him if she wins it. Natalie was on board with that. She said that she doesn’t have a problem with Victor but Paul is too paranoid. Michelle said it wouldn’t make sense for her to nominate Nicole even if she wanted to, because Corey and James would vote Paul out anyway. Natalie said Victor will go home over Paul. Michelle disagreed. She told Natalie that Corey and Nicole had agreed to vote their way. Michelle brought up that she is concerned about being the first to go if they get Paul and Victor out. Natalie said that’s untrue because she wants the Final 3 to be the two of them and James. Michelle said she would take Natalie to the Final 2 if that were the case. Michelle continued to say that she will be the odd one out and get targeted first because she has no one to protect her. Natalie assured her that no one has mentioned her as a target. They agreed that they do no want to blindside Victor. Michelle also did not want to be the one to nominate Victor. Natalie said she will do it. Natalie let Michelle know that she is fine with sticking to the original plan of getting Corey and Nicole out if Michelle presents her with valid reasons for doing so, though Paul is the bigger threat. Michelle agreed but she pointed out that they are safe if Paul or Victor win HoH because they would go after James or Nicole. However, Michelle agreed that the better long term move is to target Paul. For that reason, Michelle said she would like to see Paul go. Natalie called Victor upstairs to give him a heads up about the plan. Michelle told Victor that he is not the target. Victor asked to not be used as a pawn. Michelle said Paul is the target because he has lied so much. Victor asked what happened to Corey and Nicole screwing them over and talking crap about them. Victor mentioned that he or Paul would be guaranteed to get a care package next week if Corey leaves, meaning that they can get Nicole out. The girls didn’t budge. Michelle told Victor that she would use the veto on him if she wins it. Victor suggested nominating Corey next to Paul. Michelle admitted that they are worried about Victor using the veto on Paul if they do that. Victor said he is worried that Corey and Nicole would vote him out. Victor said they could leave him off of the block and he would throw the veto competition, though the girls were unsure if he would follow through with that. Victor told them he understands where they are coming from. Feeds then went down for the nomination ceremony.
7:00-8:00 PM: Natalie and Michelle nominated Paul and Victor for eviction. Paul confronted the girls, asking them what he has lied about. Natalie said Paul lied to her about not voting against Bronte. She said Paul is dangerous to everyone’s game. Michelle added that Paul knew Da’Vonne was going. Paul said he thought that Bridgette was going. He explained that he was told to nominate Da’Vonne but he did not want her to go. Paul told everyone that he is not Paulie and he does not want to be blamed for things that Paulie did. Natalie brought up that making fun of her fake boobs was not all Paulie. Paul said he already admitted that he was involved and he has apologized for it. He again apologized to her. Paul said the only reason he is upset is because he was called a liar and a manipulator. Paul asked how he is a liar. Michelle said it’s not Big Brother if you don’t lie. Paul asked for examples. Michelle said it’s like Paul is so good at lying that she can’t tell. Paul said maybe she is just bad at reading people and she sucks. Paul told everyone that they suck at the game. Up in the HoH room, Michelle asked Natalie if they made the wrong decision. Natalie said they made the right decision. Natalie let Michelle know that Paul wanted a Final 4 that did not involve Michelle, so she would have been first to go out of their five. James told the girls that he will likely take a shot at Corey and Nicole if he wins next week. Michelle thinks that Victor would do the same. Paul joined them and asked Natalie if this was her plan all along. Natalie said the decision was made yesterday. Natalie explained that she was told Paul said some stuff to Paulie. Paul denied it and said that Paulie was the one telling him things. Paul asked why Natalie didn’t come ask him. Natalie asked how someone could make something like that up. Paul said they did it to save themselves. Paul said he was committed the five just like he said he was. Paul said he sprinted to James and Natalie to tell them everything that was said last night. Paul said they can send him home but just know who they are living with. He said they need to know that Corey and Nicole cannot be trusted. Paul said he will be damned if Corey and Nicole beat them, because they don’t deserve it. Natalie asked Paul if he told Paulie that James is after Corey and Nicole. Paul asked why he would tell Paulie that. Natalie asked how it got back to her then. Paul said he can only assume that Corey and Nicole are the ones who said it, so they would have done it because they knew that the target was on them. Paul said they had his word and Victor’s word, and he was the one reassuring Victor that James and Natalie could be trusted.
8:00-9:00 PM: Paul continued to chat with James, Natalie and Michelle. He said if anyone is after James, it’s Corey and Nicole. Michelle said she doesn’t even know if they can trust Corey and Nicole to not vote Victor out now. Paul said of course they are going to vote Victor out since he is the tougher one to beat. Natalie said her stomach hurts so bad. She apologized to Paul. Paul told her not to. Paul told the three to keep Victor close and utilize him if he leaves this week. Paul said Victor is a good dude and he will play for the team. Natalie started to cry. Paul said it was not his intention to have that happen. He said he only wanted them not to get screwed over by Corey and Nicole. Natalie said they can still backdoor someone. Paul said that was not his intention but he wants them to know that they were lied to by Corey and Nicole. Paul mentioned that Corey made a personal comment about Natalie. Natalie insisted that Paul tell her what was said. Paul refused to. He said all that they need to know is that Corey and Nicole cannot be trusted. Paul eventually said the comment was about James and Natalie together, saying that she got to the top because of James. Minutes later, Natalie said it makes her want to backdoor Corey. Natalie apologized to Paul again. He told her not to. Michelle said she will admit that she got manipulated by Corey and Nicole. Paul said it’s okay because he is not mad. Natalie said she got boned during her lone HoH week and now she will be going home next when she didn’t even trust Corey and Nicole this whole game. Paul headed downstairs to let Victor know that Natalie is crying. Paul said Corey and Nicole lied to them and now the girls are saying that they made a mistake. Paul told Victor that they want to backdoor Corey. Up in the HoH room, James told Natalie and Michelle that it’s not good to change your mind once it is made up. Michelle pointed out that they made up their minds 48 hours to nominate Corey and Nicole but then they let something small change their minds. Michelle said she wanted to nominate Corey and Nicole but Natalie won HoH and she didn’t want to push it. Michelle said the psychical competitors aren’t necessarily the ones that you need to worry about. She suggested that Corey and Nicole are more dangerous since they can manipulate them like they just did. Michelle said she would like to see Nicole go this week because she is a snake and is the mastermind behind all of this. Corey and Nicole then broke up the conversation. Michelle headed downstairs to talk to Paul. She told him that she wanted to stick to the plan but Natalie was set on nominating him. Michelle said her hands were then tied because James and Nicole would be the only two votes needed. Michelle told Paul that she will use the veto if she wins it and then hopefully they can get James on board. Paul said James seems as though he is frustrated with him and not on board. Michelle told Paul that James said it is their HoH. She let Paul know that James wants to get them all in a room so that Victor and Paul can promise that they understand they got fooled and they will not come after them. Paul said he gets it and there is no animosity. Paul said he plans to call Corey and Nicole out for manipulating them all to win the game.
9:00-10:00 PM: Paul told Victor that he cleaned up big time. He explained that Corey and Nicole lied, so he is going to call them out on it. Paul told Victor that they need to sell them that they will get the care package and use it to get Nicole out next week. Paul said that if they both stay then they can take a shot at James and whoever is left out of Corey and Nicole. Paul said he would prefer for James to go at that point. Up in the HoH room, James told Natalie that she needs to go with her gut. Natalie said she knows that Corey is a secret douche. Natalie said she can beat Corey in competitions but she would have lost had Victor been competing last night. James agreed. However, Natalie said she does kind of want to backdoor Corey. James said it is her HoH and he will stand behind her if that is the move that she wants to make. James said Victor is going to side with them even if Paul leaves. Natalie discussed that she feels bad about Victor going on the block. James said he thinks that is why she is feeling this way, because she would not feel that way about Paul going up. Natalie agreed and said Victor is the nicest guy so it kills her. James told her that he will nominate Corey and Nicole for her next week if he wins HoH. James, Michelle, Paul and Victor then spoke in the safari room. Victor told James they are discussing backdooring Corey. James said Natalie was talking about it as well. Victor pointed out that there is a 50% chance that Corey will get the care package next week if he or Paul go. Victor said Corey would use that to come after James and whichever one of them remains. Paul and Victor assured James that they will stick to the plan and get the one last person out who is not in their group next week.
11:00-12:00 AM: Natalie, Michelle, Paul, James and Victor chatted up in the HoH room. Paul and Victor continued to work on trying to get Corey backdoored. Natalie said she will take Victor off the block if she wins the veto. Meanwhile, Corey told Nicole that he will vote Victor out 100% if the nominations stay the same. Back upstairs, Natalie said she used her one HoH win to put her own friends on the block. Paul and Victor assured her that it’s okay. Paul said he will call Corey and Nicole out in front of everyone so they can see how those two react. Paul said they will look at each other and do the I’m lying face. Natalie said she would not be crying tonight if she had put Corey and Nicole on the block. Michelle said that’s when you know you made the wrong decision. Victor said they still have a chance to fix things by winning the veto and backdooring someone. Paul told Natalie that Corey made a comment about her sucking James off to the top, and James letting it happen. Natalie said she wants to hear Paul call Corey out on that in front of them. Paul said he will. James said that comment upsets him. He asked why he wasn’t told about it before. Paul said he doesn’t play that way but he will play low if Corey and Nicole are going to. Natalie said she wishes that she knew about the comment beforehand. Natalie asked who they want to backdoor if they get the chance. Paul said Corey so that they he cannot get the care package.
12:00-1:00 AM: Paul headed down to the kitchen to confront Nicole after getting the go ahead from Michelle and Natalie. Paul asked how he is a manipulator. He said he knows he is on the block right now because of Nicole. Paul told Nicole to say it to his face if she is going to say it behind his back. Nicole insisted that she did not make anything about Paul. Paul disagreed and claimed that what she said Paulie told her is not true. Corey came out of the diary room. Nicole told him that she is getting yelled at. Paul said she is not getting yelled at. Paul asked how he is a manipulator. Nicole brought up Paul lying about not knowing that Da’Vonne would leave. She argued that she said Paul is good at the game but she wasn’t making things up. Nicole told Paul not to think that he is on the block because of her. Paul said he is. Paul told Nicole that she is the manipulator and liar, seeing as she manipulated three people into putting him on the block when they trusted him a day ago. Paul told Nicole to save herself an honest way and play the game with integrity. Paul mentioned that Nicole is giving the same responses that she did when Frank called her out on her lies during the HoH competition. Nicole said she is really confused about the whole manipulator and liar thing. Paul said she shouldn’t be since she said it. Paul told Nicole that he has no reason to believe her when she will not give solid answers. Nicole said she doesn’t like confrontation. Paul said she doesn’t like it because she got caught. Nicole headed up to the HoH room to tell Natalie and Michelle that Paul went off on her and is freaking out. Meanwhile, Corey went back and forth with Paul and Victor. Paul eventually joined the others upstairs. Paul said the two people claiming that he and Victor are the strongest are people who have never been on the block and been on the block once but immediately taken themselves down, referring to Corey and Nicole. Nicole asked if the number of times you are on the block really shows how strong you are. Paul said yeah. Nicole argued that it’s about comp wins. After some more back and forth, Paul left the room.
1:00-2:00 AM: Natalie told James that she doesn’t respect Corey saying that she will blow James to the top. James said Corey will get his time. Natalie asked what will happen if Corey and Nicole win and put them on the block. James assured her that it will not happen. He said he can tug on Nicole’s heart strings because she likes him a lot. However, once Michelle, Paul and Victor were in the room, James told them the plan is win the veto and nominate Corey. Natalie said they have to win it because she feels terrible about the situation. Not long after, a message played on the living room screen. More messages will be playing throughout the night, likely in advance of tomorrow’s veto competition.
