Big Brother 18 Day 84
September 6, 2016
1:00-2:00 PM: Corey mentioned to Victor that it will be crazy once it’s down to their Final 4 alliance in the Final 4. Victor said everybody will be fighting to the death in the HoH competition so that they don’t have to worry about the veto competition. Corey said he thinks that people would still want to win the veto even if they won HoH. Corey then spoke to Nicole, who told him that she may go home if Corey wins the Final 4 HoH. She pointed out that she would go if Paul or Victor win the veto competition in that scenario. Corey said they will have to win out once they get to the Final 4.
2:00-3:00 PM: James told Natalie that America is going to love her when she heads out on stage, if she goes. Natalie worried that they may not clap for her. James assured her that that would not be the case. Natalie said she will leave with a big smile on her face. Natalie said this has been one of the best experiences of her life and one of the worst experiences of her life all in one, but she would do it all over again if she could go back in time. Natalie mentioned being pumped to meet Julie. James explained to Natalie that the Final 4 the others have wont mean anything come next week, since somebody from the alliance is going to have to go on the block next week. James expects that whoever stays this week will be the next to go. Natalie agreed unless they are able to win HoH to secure their spot.
4:00-5:00 PM: Natalie told James that she campaigned so hard for him, which was not a good game move on her part. James brought up that he went to Corey and told him to vote him out, implying that he did the same thing. James let Natalie know that Paul didn’t believe she would have used the veto on him if she had won it this week, so there may have been a plan in place already and there was nothing that they could have done to change it. James said he hopes that Natalie will be waiting for him if he wins the game. Natalie said she will be rooting him on. James discussed moving to New York or asking her to move to Texas with him if he wins the game. Natalie said it wont matter if he wins or loses, because she needs time to see her family either way. Natalie assured James that she would have used the veto on him had she won, despite what Paul thinks. Natalie explained that she preferred to seal her own fate. James said he would have done the same and used it on her if he had won. Natalie said she didn’t think that guys like James existed in this world. She told him that they will be best friends and she will always have his back even if they don’t work out together. James said that whenever Natalie feels ready, they can go from there, or else they will just be good friends.
5:00-6:00 PM: James mentioned that he still has to pack. Natalie said he knows that he is staying. James questioned why they wouldn’t tell him that directly to his face then. Natalie compared it to them telling Corey that they are voting Nicole out over him. Natalie said they wouldn’t do that either. James suggested that Natalie expect the unexpected. He added that she doesn’t know 100% what is going to happen, but it might be 99% like a pregnancy test. Natalie told him to stop joking around about it, because they already know that he is staying. She said it’s not funny anymore.
6:00-7:00 PM: Nicole told Corey that Paul and Victor get so upset if she doesn’t want to be around them 24/7. Corey said they like her. Nicole said that’s questionable. She pointed out that all of a sudden they decided to like her on Day 70. She thinks that Victor legitimately likes her as more than a friend, which Corey agreed with. He asked if she just now thinks that, when Victor asked her out on a date long ago. Nicole insisted that it wasn’t like that. Nicole said everybody likes Corey, including Michelle who had a crush on him. Corey said she doesn’t know that. Corey told Nicole that he wants to make the Final 2 so bad. Nicole agreed. She said she would like to get to the end with Corey and James. Nicole asked if Corey would be willing to make the move against Paul and Victor if he wins HoH. Corey said he might. He explained that it would be justified since Victor lied to his face by putting him on the block next to Paulie, so now it would be his turn. Nicole said the best case scenario for her would be to have Corey or James win HoH. Corey said the same. Nicole said it would be easier for Corey to pull the trigger since Victor has lied to Corey, but he hasn’t done anything to her. Nicole said she could say she got Paul or Victor out if she makes it to the Final 2, if she makes that move. Corey said two others already got Victor out, so it’s not that big of a deal. Nicole clarified that she would be getting him out permanently. Nicole compared this season to Big Brother 16, saying that Paul would go next. Corey wants Victor to go before Paul.
11:00-12:00 AM: James asked Natalie if she wants to do anything fun tomorrow. She said not really. James pointed out that it will be their last day together. James said he talked to Paul and Victor earlier. He asked if Natalie wants to know what they said. Natalie again said not really. James asked if she cares if he tells her. Natalie said he doesn’t because she knows that she is leaving and it wont do anything. James told her anyway, saying that Victor told him that all he can do is his voice his opinion. James said Victor said it will be up to corey and Nicole. Natalie took that as further confirmation that she will be the one leaving. Natalie expects to be voted out by a vote of 3-0.
12:00-1:00 AM: Natalie said it sucks that she made a Final 4 deal with people that got them on the block and now James is probably going to work with them after she leaves. Natalie told James to do whatever is best for his game, though she added that she wishes she didn’t work with Corey and Nicole. Natalie was upset that she apologized to Paul and Victor, yet Paul continues to talk poorly about her. Natalie told James that she would have used the veto on him. She said she is genuinely happy for James since she wanted him to make it far and win the game. Natalie explained that she would not have campaigned for James had she not wanted him to stay. James said he wishes that Natalie would have left it up to fate, then she wouldn’t have to beat herself up over campaigning for him. Natalie said he was the target and she wanted to take a little bit of heat off of him, which may have ended up helped with leaving it up to fate. Natalie let James know that she does not want him to throw the next competition. James assured her that he will try to win it. Natalie said Corey and Nicole will not get her vote in jury. She claimed that she will let everyone in jury know how she feels, except for Paulie and Zakiyah. If Corey and Nicole are in the end together, Natalie said that she would vote for Nicole. Natalie talked about her plan to call people out before she leaves on Thursday night. While James, Natalie, Paul and Victor were outside, a fan shouted a message with a bullhorn. He said that James and Nicole had a preseason alliance. Feeds were then cut. Feeds returned a short while later. It was unclear who had heard what while outside. Feeds were frequently blocked when the subject came up. Natalie was in bed. The other five houseguests chatted in the Tokyo room. Nicole told James she thinks that Natalie gets pissed off whenever their two names get mentioned together. James said Natalie is still holding on to what happened on Day 34 when he asked Nicole to cuddle in the bumper car. Paul said there is no denying that James invested a lot of time and emotion into Natalie. Paul reminded James that he has two weeks left and then he can decide if he wants to rekindle things with Natalie or go back to his normal life and have a blast. Paul said he doesn’t even know why Natalie would get mad at James over that. James said it has been an emotional rollercoaster with Natalie for the past 80 days, and he has enough. James said he unloaded. He explained that he pointed out how it’s convenient that Natalie ended up with him after things didn’t work out with Victor, she flirted with Corey and she withheld information between her and Paulie. He also said he told Natalie that her true colours came out now that they have two days left.
1:00-2:00 AM: James continued speaking to Corey, Nicole, Paul and Victor. James said that Natalie was trying to crap on him every day since she got an inkling that she was going home. Nicole said she doesn’t get why Natalie is upset when she said she wanted James to stay over her. Nicole said she would be happy if that’s the case. James said he thinks that Natalie wants to go further in the game than she wants them to know. James said Natalie is fine with going but she doesn’t want to give up the game when she is in the Final 6. Paul wondered why she would campaign to leave then. James mentioned that Natalie was looking at him like “who is this dude?” because he said a lot of things to her. Once James left the room, Paul celebrated. Nicole said it worked and she cannot believe that James and Natalie are fighting. The houseguests started to get ready for bed. Paul and Victor headed up to the HoH room. Paul told Victor that James isn’t as dumb as they thought, cause he saw Natalie’s game and he pointed it out. Paul mentioned that if the message did the same thing to Corey and Nicole that it did to James and Natalie, Nicole’s psyche would be messed up. They talked about how Corey and Nicole are under different impressions about what they have together. Paul said everyone but he and Victor will be butthurt at the wrap party. Victor told Paul that if he wins the next HoH, he would almost guarantee that one of them will win some money. Paul said he will be gunning for it.
2:00-3:00 AM: James headed to the bedroom to speak to Natalie. He said he wants to let her know that he still cares about her and he doesn’t want her to be upset. James apologized to her. He said if she doesn’t want to be friends with him, he totally understands. Natalie said she just wants to go to sleep. James apologized again and reassured her that he cares about her no matter how she feels. He told her that he understands if she never wants to talk to him again. Natalie said there are no hard feelings. Natalie told James that she almost left the game and she has to make her decision tomorrow morning. James told her not to leave. James said it would suck to throw all of this away because of him. Natalie commented on how James thinks that she threw him under the bus and she had a fling with Paulie. Natalie said she cannot wait for James to watch the show. She told James that she is done fighting. James said he came in there to apologize. Natalie said she accepts his apology. Natalie reiterated that she wants James to stay, she will be happy for him and she genuinely cares for him. Natalie explained that she campaigned for James and did not throw him under the bus. Natalie said she would never throw James under the bus. James told Natalie that they said she told them that she made a bad decision listening to him. Natalie said she did not say that but if she did, she is sorry. Natalie told James that she made herself look like an idiot by campaigning for him. Natalie said it’s hilarious that James thinks she had a fling with Paulie. Natalie let James know that she was just going to stick to herself tomorrow and not even talk to him, because she is tired of fighting and having to defend herself. James explained that Paul and Victor thought her intention was to throw him under the bus, saying she got bad information from somebody. Natalie said that was from Nicole. James brought up that they said she told them that he said Paul was after him. Natalie denied that, saying it came from Nicole. Natalie apologized to James for hurting him. James said he accepts her apologize. He asked her not to quit. Natalie said she will try her best. James questioned Natalie about why she avoids talking about personal stuff. Natalie mentioned she is scared to get hurt and scared to leave when they live in two different states. Natalie said he should think about the possibility of her liking him too much and being scared of liking him even more. Natalie told James that she liked him, she never used him, and she was pushing herself away because she did not want to get hurt. James said he really cared about Natalie and nothing will make that change. Natalie said she same goes for her.
3:00-4:00 AM: James told Natalie that he was never in a secret alliance with Nicole. Natalie said she trusts him. James said he should have promised her that earlier, but that’s not why he is talking to her. He said he wants to apologize. James said he will let her get back to her life and then they will go from there, seeing if they work out together or hopefully can remain friends. Natalie said she appreciates James apologizing to her.
4:00-5:00 AM: James and Natalie continued to talk things over. James discussed how he is now back to being single. Natalie said she will be remember as the girl who had two showmances and got dumped twice. James said he didn’t break up with her. James said it was mutual because he can tell that her heart is not in it. Natalie told James that she didn’t ever say that but she is in the toilet right now because he threw a lot of crap on her tonight. Natalie said she will not be answering questions about James after the show. James told her that 85% of her questions will be about him, but Natalie continued to say that she would not answer those. Natalie talked about how it was hard to be in a showmance in front of all of the camera. James looked at the cameras, smiled and asked if she is saying that she is breaking up with him. James said he needs to hear it from her mouth if she is officially breaking up with him. He continued to look at the cameras, telling her that she is live. James joked that “Chris from Arkansas” wants to know the answer. Natalie laughed. Natalie then explained to Chris that James really hurt her feelings tonight and made her want to self evict. James said Chris wants to know if it’s a yes or a no. Natalie replied by saying it’s an “I don’t know”. James told Natalie that America would like to know if they are broken up. Natalie said I don’t know. Natalie joked that her manager says she doesn’t need to answer questions until tomorrow morning. Natalie said this is a lot for her right now and she needs to think about things. James said she gets 24 hours to think about it, otherwise he will be stuck in limbo and not know if he is single or in a relationship. Natalie said she will give him an answer.
5:00-6:00 AM: James and Natalie laughed in bed, discussing the night’s events. Natalie said she was a deer in headlights when James came at her with all of the stuff that he did. Natalie told James that she was crying so hard that her face was on her knees. Natalie said she told them that she was ready to go home and she asked where the paperwork is. James said he is glad that she didn’t leave. Natalie told James that she didn’t throw him under the bus and she didn’t use him, so she didn’t know what was going on. Natalie said it was so scary and it was like someone else took over James. Natalie told James it was like Paulie took over James in that moment. Natalie said her heart hurt so bad tonight and that’s the reason why she is not ready for relationships.
