Big Brother 18 Day 92 - Corey is evicted; Paul wins Part 1 of the Final HoH
September 14, 2016
5:00-6:00 PM: During tonight’s live eviction episode, Paul decided not to use the Power of Veto. Corey and Nicole, his original nominees, remained on the block. James had the sole vote to evict. Corey was evicted by a vote of 1-0. Voting for the $25,000 America’s Favorite Houseguest prize got underway. You can cast your vote here.
6:00-7:00 PM: Feeds returned following the live show. James congratulated Paul and Nicole for making it to the Final 3. Nicole said she cannot believe it. Paul said he was told that he would probably be evicted in the first two weeks because he is too much. James said he wants a jury member to say something about floating in a negative light, so he can tell them that floating is a strategy now. When Nicole headed to the bedroom, James told Paul that he has got him. He said they have to finish this off. James thought Paul would be happy to see Corey walk through the doors. Paul said he avenged the situation for Victor. Paul figured that Natalie and Victor would be pumped that it’s neither of them walking through the door. James told Paul that they have got to keep their heads in the game because it’s not over yet. Paul then went to Nicole, telling her that James said he would prefer to have Paul and Nicole in the final competition because he knows that Paul can beat Nicole. Paul said James will throw Part 2 to him if Nicole wins the endurance competition tonight. Paul said Nicole has to win. She said she will try.
7:00-8:00 PM: James said Paul did his part and he did his little part in helping get Corey out, the one person standing in their way of getting the money. Paul asked if James thinks Nicole wont do well in tonight’s competition. James said probably not, since it wont be a days competition anymore. Paul said he is ready. Paul asked if they should strategize who wins what, or just make sure that one of them wins. James said just make sure one of them wins. Paul said Nicole is going to try to scheme. James said they are locked in and he is not going to screw Paul over. James explained that Paul saved him and he deserves it. James added that he has got unfinished business. Paul said he is not questioning James. Paul told James that Nicole will not beat him in Part 3 of the final HoH competition, because he has been around way more people than Nicole has. James said they cannot sleep on Nicole. He used her performance in the butter competition as evidence of that.
10:00-11:00 PM: Feeds returned following Part 1 of the Final HoH competition. It was an endurance competition. Paul won the competition and advanced to Part 3 on finale night. Nicole was the first to drop out of the competition, followed by James. Paul spoke to Nicole about James claiming that he threw the competition to him. Paul wasn’t buying it. He said it wouldn’t make sense for James to do that when he knows he isn’t the stronger mental competitor. Nicole said she thinks James wants the two of them to be competing in Part 3 so that both of them can take him. Paul said he told Nicole his plan three days ago. He said they need to finish the plan, win the game and keep James in the middle where he belongs. Paul said Nicole had better take him to the Final 2 if she wins. Nicole said she would. Nicole told Paul she is happy to be competing against James in the mental competition. Paul said Nicole is going to win it. Paul figured James would never take him to the Final 2. After getting out of the shower, James was alone and said he is so disappointed. James said he should have won that competition because it was his comp.
11:00-12:00 AM: Paul told Nicole to stay focused. He offered to help her study if she needs it. Paul said Nicole is going to beat James in the competition. Paul said he hopes Nicole can see he is genuine about teaming up with her. Nicole claimed to have seen it since she met him. Nicole brought up that James is banking on being taken to the end no matter who wins, which is very frustrating. Paul pointed out that James has no blood on his hands and he may win against Nicole because of that and because he has not had to win anything. They talked about how he is playing like Derrick when it comes to throwing competitions. Nicole said Derrick threw Part 1 of the final HoH competition too. They both agreed that James does not deserve to be first or second place. Paul told Nicole that James is now scared because he was banking on winning the endurance competition. Nicole said there is no one she would rather compete against in a mental competition. Paul reiterated that he does not want to be at the end with James. He said James would never take him and all that he has done is make his life difficult in this game. Paul said James has been getting away with being dirty and he has been slipping through the cracks. Paul said that’s not impressive. Paul told Nicole that nobody has handed him anything, so he is not handing James anything. The two talked about how they would rather finish second to each other than to James. Nicole said she doesn’t even want to hand James $50,000. Paul mentioned that James has jury votes from Michelle, Natalie, Bridgette and Da’Vonne, while the two of them can only bank on Corey and Victor. Nicole said James is wanting Paul to do the dirty work, cutting her so that he looks like the bad guy and then she and Corey will vote for James to win.
12:00-1:00 AM: Once Paul went to the diary room, James headed to the bedroom to talk to Nicole. James said he knows if he loses the next competition, he will be at the mercy of Nicole and Paul. Nicole said James doesn’t have to worry because it’s pretty obvious who she would take. Nicole told James it’s not even a question. James said he just needs to throw it to Nicole then. Nicole said she guesses because she would never even consider any other option but taking James. James said he can make it an easy competition.
1:00-2:00 AM: It was Nicole’s turn to head to the diary room. While she was in there, Paul asked if James said anything. James told Paul that Nicole was just talking about missing Corey. Paul asked if James is ready for the competition. James said yeah. Paul said Nicole will not beat him in Part 3. Paul said nobody can have Nicole in the Final 2 because she would win. James agreed. Paul called Nicole a beast. James said Nicole will bring up how she was only on the block one time and she teamed up with Corey. Paul said James has a similar argument but Nicole got her enemy out. James said it would be a coin toss if he is at the end with Paul, which Paul agreed with. Paul said they just need to win one more competition. Paul again brought up how he has been around more houseguests than Nicole has, so he thinks he has the advantage in Part 3.
