Big Brother 20 Day 93 - Angela is evicted; Tyler wins Part 1
September 20, 2018
6:00-7:00 PM: During tonight’s live eviction episode, Angela was evicted by a vote of 1-0. Kaycee cast the sole vote to evict. During their goodbye messages, Kaycee and Tyler told Angela that they had made a Final 2 deal before Level 6 was formed. Angela told Julie that she understands. She said they are her two best friends in the house.
7:00-8:00 PM: When feeds returned, JC pointed out that the three of them are never going to have to see the jury house. Once JC headed to the bathroom, Tyler let Kaycee know that JC said their Final 2 deal had better be fake. JC had encouraged Tyler to make one with Kaycee in order to help secure her vote. Kaycee and Tyler discussed that they both let Angela know about their Final 2 deal in their goodbye messages. They hope that she isn’t mad about it. They then talked about needing to win Part 1 of the HoH competition tonight. Kaycee said they need to be careful talking, and make sure that they know where JC is any time that they talk.
8:00-9:00 PM: JC told Tyler that he originally told Kaycee that he was 50/50 in terms of who should stay and who should go, then today he told her that he thinks he can beat Tyler in a competition more easily than he could beat Angela. JC said Kaycee then told him that he was right. JC thinks that the jurors will be so happy to see Angela. He told Kaycee that she will have the jury votes now for evicting Angela. Kaycee said that’s not true since it was done during JC’s HoH reign. When Kaycee and Tyler were alone again, Kaycee said she thinks Angela was expecting to stay because she seemed pretty shocked. Tyler said he isn’t sure, since Angela was telling him that they would have a better shot at winning than she would since the jury hates her. Kaycee asked Tyler how confident he is when it comes to knowing the days. Tyler said he thinks that he is pretty good. Kaycee said she has more confidence in Tyler than she does in herself when it comes to their ability to beat JC in a mental competition. Tyler said Kaycee should take the win in Part 1 if JC drops out first. Kaycee thinks that would give them the best chance to make it to Part 3 together, then she said she wouldn’t care what happens from that point on. Kaycee and Tyler compared notes on their conversations with JC. Tyler said JC was trying to tell him that he convinced Kaycee to keep him. Kaycee said that’s cute that he is trying to take the credit for it. Tyler said JC takes credit for everything, which is a concern if he tells the jury that and they believe him.
9:00-10:00 PM: JC told Tyler he cannot believe that Angela is out. He said he has been trying to get her out since there were eight people left. JC told Tyler he tried to get her out so bad since he knew that Tyler wasn’t going to do it. Tyler said that’s just like he knew that JC wouldn’t take Brett out, so they both ended up getting what they wanted. JC mentioned that he wouldn’t even be there right now if he hadn’t won HoH, because Kaycee would have evicted him over Angela had Tyler won HoH instead. Tyler said JC got Kaycee to listen to him this week, so he might have been able to do it then too. JC explained that it happened because he played his cards right and was getting extra close to Kaycee. JC told Tyler that Kaycee is winning the game if she wins the final HoH. Tyler said he feels like he would be third place if Kaycee wins HoH. JC said he didn’t make a Final 2 deal with her. Tyler pointed out that JC has been hanging out with her non-stop. Tyler said he isn’t sure that Angela would vote for him, seeing as she said that she would vote for the best player and she always talked about JC playing the best game. JC said he isn’t sure what Angela would do. Feeds went down at 9:47 for Part 1 of the HoH competition.
12:00-1:00 AM: Feeds returned at 12:43 following Part 1 of the HoH competition. Tyler won the competition. He will advance to Part 3 on finale night. JC was the first to fall. Kaycee fell right after him. Kaycee said that her arms feel paralyzed and it’s freaking her out. JC brought up that last year’s endurance competition was a 7 on the difficulty scale, and this one was a 9.
1:00-2:00 AM: Kaycee told Tyler that she tried to hang on but her arms went numb as soon as JC dropped. Kaycee mentioned that she told Tyler to drop. Tyler said he thought that she would be able to hang on until the next shift, then he would drop by pretending to slip. He explained that he was holding on with one arm in order to make it more believable when he was about to drop. Kaycee told Tyler that she is so proud of him. Tyler said that was his competition. Kaycee said she will win the next one without a doubt. She stressed how important it was to make sure that JC didn’t win Part 1. Once Kaycee went to the shower, Tyler told JC that he has got the mental competition for Part 2. JC told Tyler that he is proud of him. When JC went to the diary room, Tyler told Kaycee that at least one of them won. Kaycee said she had to hang on until JC dropped, but she is glad that Tyler won. Tyler reassured her that she will win Part 2. Tyler told her to not even worry.
