Big Brother 22 Day 34 - Christmas decides not to use the PoV

September 7, 2020

10:43 AM: Bayleigh told Tyler she doesn’t think that Christmas will use the veto, because she is worried that she will come after her. Bayleigh thanked Tyler for what he did. She said that he has her permission to vote her out if nominations stay the same. Tyler said he doesn’t know about that.

11:04 AM: Tyler told Cody and Enzo that he had a rough day yesterday. Cody said that he could see it all over his face.

11:17 AM: Dani told Cody that Christmas blatantly lied to her by saying that Tyler was upstairs for two and a half hours talking about how he misses Angela. Cody said Tyler just told them that he tried to quit yesterday and that Allison Grodner had to come in.

11:33 AM: Da’Vonne asked Christmas if she is going to use the veto. Christmas said that she cannot tell her, referring to the rules. Christmas explained that she is trying to wrap her head around everything after last night. She said that she is being pulled into something that has nothing to do with her. Da’Vonne suggested that Bayleigh and Tyler sit next to each other on the block in order to battle it out.

11:46 AM: Da’Vonne asked Tyler “are you sure?”. Tyler said he is sure and he did what he could without throwing in the towel, since he was told that he is not allowed to do that.

11:53 AM: Da’Vonne told Bayleigh that Christmas is claiming she can’t tell her what she is doing because of the guidelines. Bayleigh said that’s why she thinks that Christmas isn’t using it, since she would feel as though she is cheating the show by putting Tyler up when he wants to go home.

12:01 PM: Christmas told Tyler that he made a commitment to come there and Angela will get him for a lifetime, so he can stay for two more months. Tyler said she is right. Christmas pointed out that they are in such a great position as well. Tyler talked about the need to squash things with Dani and Nicole. Christmas said it is not her style to backdoor anyone and she will not do it unless it is absolutely necessary. They discussed that Tyler needs to make it seem as though Christmas is still deciding what to do. Christmas filled Tyler in on the girls alliance that was formed last night. She said her priority list goes him, The Committee, and then the girls alliance.

12:13 PM: Bayleigh spoke to Tyler about her speech. She said she is thinking about saying something like there is someone else who has said things or sabotaged. Tyler suggested that she not name him specifically since Christmas will know who she is talking about and then everyone else will if he goes on the block. Tyler told Bayleigh that he cannot openly try to leave since that is considered quitting. Bayleigh agreed and said that they can battle it out on the block next to each other. Tyler said he was told yesterday, after his talk with the girls, that it is against the rules to ask people to vote you out.

12:25 PM: Dani and Tyler cleared the air with each other. Dani said they had an instant bond and she has never said a bad word about him. Tyler said he has always appreciated her and considered her a friend. Tyler suggested that they need a reset. Dani said she can do that since it’s the OG way of playing and you only screw yourself if you cannot put things behind you. Tyler explained that he had wanted to leave before jury. Feeds then cut.

12:29 PM: Feeds went down for the veto ceremony.

1:30 PM: Christmas decided not to use the Power of Veto. Bayleigh and Da’Vonne remain nominated.

1:30 PM: Bayleigh cried and told Da’Vonne that she is so disappointed and her heart is broken. Da’Vonne said they knew that this was a possibility. Bayleigh said it was the worst case, and Da’Vonne said she doesn’t get what Christmas’ angle is. The girls discussed that Tyler doesn’t look sad for someone that wanted to go home.

1:42 PM: Christmas told Da’Vonne that Bayleigh is on the block because of what she said to her, not because of what Tyler said, so Bayleigh will have to take Tyler out herself if she wants him to go. Christmas said that Tyler has not done anything to her. Christmas reassured Da’Vonne that she is her ally and she is going to work to keep her in the house. Christmas said Da’Vonne would be surprised by who wants here there. Da’Vonne said Christmas is her ally and she trusts her and the agreement that they made with the girls last night.

1:47 PM: Bayleigh told David that this is a better representation of her since she is okay with looking gullible and dumb over looking angry and like a monster. Bayleigh said it sucks that Christmas is blaming it on the conversation they had when in actuality she is on the block because of what Dani, Nicole and Tyler said.

2:00 PM: Bayleigh told Da’Vonne that Christmas has got to know that they are going to be calling her racist online. Da’Vonne suggested that they enjoy their time since one of them will be leaving on Thursday.

2:08 PM: Ian told Bayleigh that he is all ears whenever she wants to campaign. He said he never makes a decision until Tuesday night at the earliest. Bayleigh told Ian that Christmas named him as her untouchable, but she doesn’t know if it was real or if it was as a distraction.

2:13 PM: Kevin asked Bayleigh who Christmas said her untouchable was. Bayleigh said Ian. Kevin didn’t believe it. Bayleigh filled Kevin in on what happened with Tyler yesterday in terms of him saying that he wanted to apologize, and he did not want to go down as manipulative and lying. Bayleigh also revealed that Tyler said they can let the house decide if they can get him on the block. Kevin felt that Tyler would only say that if he knew that he was secure. Kevin said he hates them even more since they are just trying to save face and give false hope.

2:25 PM: Tyler told David he felt guilty for Bayleigh and Da’Vonne being on the block so he was going to take the bullet but he didn’t have as much to do with their nomination as he thought. Tyler said he was told that it is against the rules to try to go on the block. Tyler explained the situation with Dani and how he had warned the girls about her, and then he felt guilty because Dani was catching on and going after them, but he later found out that Bayleigh did tell Dani what he said about her.

2:34 PM: Bayleigh and Da’Vonne talked to Kevin about what happened with Tyler. Bayleigh said Tyler told them that he wanted them to stay and represent their cause that he is an ally of. Bayleigh said she doesn’t think that Tyler used that as gameplay but it would be messed up if he did. Da’Vonne said she was so confident that Tyler was going on the block because he came to her with the Black Lives Matter pitch. Kevin saw it as a gesture in which Tyler was saying that he is with them but he already knew that it was a done deal. Da’Vonne said that Tyler has been trying to self evict since last week. Kevin didn’t buy it. He saw it as their way of keeping their hands clean from the gross things that are happening in the house.

2:50 PM: Da’Vonne said it would have made sense for Christmas to use the veto on her. She didn’t get how Christmas could say that she isn’t supposed to be on the block only to not use it. Kevin said it was to save face so that Da’Vonne would work with her moving forward.

2:53 PM: David asked Tyler who he would nominate. Tyler said that he would put Dani and Nicole on the block because if Bayleigh told Dani what he said, she would have told Nicole, and neither of them have asked him about it. For that reason, Tyler figures that those girls are targeting him.

3:12 PM: David asked Enzo who he wants to keep. Enzo said he loves Bayleigh more but thinks that the house wants her out. David said that they can flip it. David told Enzo that they have to act like they are wanting to keep her to be the house target next week, as all that people want are for things to be kept in line. David said that if Tyler wants to fix things, he has to keep Bayleigh, and then they can get Kevin as well. Enzo said he is down to try but he doesn’t think that Tyler wants to keep her. David asked Enzo if he can convince Cody. Enzo said that he will try but they want Bayleigh out because she can win things. Enzo told David that they have to go with the house if they don’t have the numbers.

4:12 PM: Feeds went down for a Labor Day party.

6:34 PM: Feeds returned.

7:04 PM: Bayleigh told Da’Vonne that she deserves to be there more than her cause she did not watch the show her whole life like Da’Vonne has, and she was only recruited off of Instagram. Bayleigh said that she is trying but she is behind the curve for multiple reasons. Bayleigh added that Da’Vonne is the diary room queen and the meme queen.

7:24 PM: Da’Vonne asked Dani what campaign trail she should go on. Dani advised her not to campaign too hard. She promised that they will get her the votes. Dani said she is pretty sure that they can get Cody and Enzo on board. Dani counted herself, Nicole, Ian, Cody, Enzo and Kevin as six votes for her. Dani said to do her thing and not push too hard, and she will let her know if there is any hesitation at all about keeping her.

7:48 PM: Bayleigh told David that she wants to hear his opinion on how the week is going to go. David said she hasn’t campaigned to him yet. Bayleigh said she doesn’t want to, and she hasn’t campaigned to anyone, because she feels like it will diminish Da’Vonne’s chances. Bayleigh explained that she does not want to go but she feels like what happen this week was her fault. Bayleigh questioned how she could say that she deserves to be there more than Da’Vonne when Da’Vonne has watched since she was little and she got recruited on Instagram. David said it’s worst case scenario for him, and he wants to keep whoever wants to stay there and fight. Bayleigh said that they both do.

7:50 PM: Da’Vonne asked Tyler what happened. Tyler said Christmas told him it wasn’t good for her game to be backdooring someone this early. Tyler let Da’Vonne know that she has his vote. When Da’Vonne asked why, Tyler said that Bayleigh gave him permission. Tyler said he feels like he is at a reset point now that they are locked in at jury. Tyler reassured Da’Vonne that he has her like he had her before. Da’Vonne said she is glad Tyler was able to reset since going home is not him. Tyler said he was kind of forced into a reset. Tyler said he is going to make sure that Da’Vonne stays.

8:14 PM: Bayleigh pitched to Ian. She said that if she stays, she will be a big target which will take some attention away from him. Bayleigh said that she will have to gun for wins and she now has some targets in mind. She added that she could take out some people that he would have a hard time going after. Bayleigh pointed out that the group Ian in is a very large one considering how many people remain in the house. Ian asked about Bayleigh’s speech, asking who she wanted to be sitting next to her. Bayleigh said Tyler. She told him that they squashed things when they came into the house, yet Tyler did not believe her so he sabotaged her game. Bayleigh said Tyler confessed yesterday and offered himself up to Christmas, but she didn’t follow through because she thought that it might be a trap. Ian let Bayleigh know that right now he is leaning 60/40 in the other direction. He said that he will let Bayleigh know either way once he decides. Bayleigh said if he is leaning towards Da’Vonne, she is not going to be upset.

9:49 PM: Christmas told Dani that Bayleigh had two chances to save herself, and then she was trying to get her to throw Tyler on the block. Dani asked if Tyler tried to get her to nominate him. Christmas said that he did because of Bayleigh.

9:52 PM: Cody asked Kevin if he is leaning towards keeping Da’Vonne. Kevin said he is but he is very openminded. Cody said that Da’Vonne is someone he connects with game wise.

9:54 PM: Christmas talked to Da’Vonne about Bayleigh shunning her. Da’Vonne said it may be a little bit personal for Bayleigh because she considered Christmas a friend on the same level that she considers her one. Christmas explained that she would have been in a compromising position had she nominated Tyler. Da’Vonne pointed out that Tyler asked to be nominated. Christmas said it’s still not her cross to bear. Christmas said she was expected to do what Bayleigh wanted. Da’Vonne corrected her and said it was what Tyler wanted. Christmas told her that Tyler can lose HoH and go up next week if thats what he wants. Da’Vonne suggested that Christmas was given a gift when Tyler offered to go up, but Christmas did not see it that way. She said Bayleigh did not name him and then the house would have been confused, which would hurt her game. Da’Vonne said he had planned to have a house meeting to ask them to send him home. Christmas said that’s fantastic but it didn’t happen, and it’s not her responsibility to send Tyler home. Da’Vonne brought up Christmas crying and saying that she wants Bayleigh to be there yet she had the opportunity to save her and didn’t do it. Christmas claimed that Bayleigh would have held it against her that she nominated her, and the way she is not talking to her is proving that. Da’Vonne explained that Bayleigh trusted Christmas with personal game information and she used it against her, when Christmas was someone she trusted. Christmas said it’s Big Brother and there is no such thing as personal game information. Christmas got heated so Da’Vonne walked away.

10:13 PM: Bayleigh overheard what was going on and came by to tell Christmas that she used her to get ahead in the game. Bayleigh said it was a good game move but she does not need to be cussing at Da’Vonne. Christmas brought up Bayleigh saying that she can separate personal from game yet she doesn’t seem to be doing that. Bayleigh said she has and Christmas does not get to play the victim in this situation. Bayleigh told Christmas she knows that she used her. Christmas got in Bayleigh’s face, and Bayleigh told her to back up and get her fingers out of her face. Bayleigh told her that she has been nothing but nice yet Christmas raised her voice with her, and she cannot do the same in return or she will be depicted a certain kind of way.

10:17 PM: Da’Vonne, who had went outside to cry and cool down, came back in to bring Bayleigh out with her. Bayleigh questioned what she did. Da’Vonne said that she did nothing, but Christmas betrayed her and is mad about it. Da’Vonne brought up Christmas using information that Bayleigh confided in her with as an excuse to throw them up. Da’Vonne, in front of numerous others, brought up Christmas saying she didn’t put Tyler up because she didn’t name her in her speech. Da’Vonne asked Tyler if Christmas said she wouldn’t do it unless he was named. Tyler said no. Da’Vonne apologized for talking about this in front of everyone but let Tyler know that Christmas said everyone already knows.

10:20 PM: Christmas told Dani and Kevin that Bayleigh does not know the difference between personal and game. She said she guesses that she doesn’t have to tell them who she wants to leave. Christmas said she is getting dragged through the mud because she won something and did her job. Christmas added that she did not make this personal and did not trap Bayleigh into giving her information. Christmas brought up Bayleigh telling her to get her hands out of her face. Christmas said she had her hands up because she is animated, and Bayleigh is the type of person that you don’t win with. Christmas said that she will not be bullied.

10:37 PM: Cody and Dani talked to Nicole about what happened. Both said they felt bad for Bayleigh. Dani said Christmas had her finger up in Bayleigh’s face and was clapping at Bayleigh and Da’Vonne. Cody and Dani agreed that Bayleigh is allowed to have some time and be upset after being left on the block. They talked about how Bayleigh is rightfully pissed off that she cannot act the way that Christmas was without people viewing her a certain way.

10:48 PM: Nicole told Da’Vonne she is sorry that she had to go through that. Da’Vonne promised that it was not her fault. Nicole said she believes her and she will still be fighting to keep her in the house. Da’Vonne said she had tried hard and was being nice and talking to Christmas after she put her up and after the veto ceremony, yet this happened. Nicole said Da’Vonne didn’t do anything wrong and it’s fine if she yelled a bit since she has the right to defend herself. She also said that Bayleigh didn’t do anything wrong by not talking to Christmas. Nicole said Christmas did the dumbest thing she could possibly do, and she doesn’t want anything to do with that going forward.

11:00 PM: Dani hugged Da’Vonne. She told her that Christmas lost her mind. Da’Vonne figured that the guilt is eating away at her since she betrayed Bayleigh. Da’Vonne said that she cannot work with Christmas moving forward. She said she meant it about working with Dani and Nicole but they brought Christmas into it. Dani said Christmas approached them, not the other way around. Dani reassured Da’Vonne that she did nothing wrong. She told Da’Vonne that they will figure things out game wise as well, and Christmas is doing nothing but putting a bigger target on her back.

11:29 PM: Tyler told Da’Vonne he is proud of her for walking outside during the confrontation. He said everyone knows that she didn’t start it, so don’t sweat it. Da’Vonne thanked him.

11:43 PM: Da’Vonne told Bayleigh she is proud of her since people said she conducted herself like the queen that she is. Da’Vonne said there was no real reason to put them up, and Christmas thought her big game move was to nominate the two black women. Bayleigh said that the house made them a pair. Da’Vonne said she should tell people that Christmas has a power. Bayleigh suggested doing it in her speech.
