Big Brother 24 Day 20 - Ameerah and Terrance are the replacement noms
July 25, 2022
11:44 AM: Turner let Daniel know that he cares about them being friends so he wants to let him know that he doesn’t think he is going to put Taylor up. Turner explained that people have been saying disgusting things about Taylor. He clarified that he is not talking about Daniel and that Daniel and Kyle will not be going on the block. Turner said he apologizes if this messes up Daniel’s game. Daniel said it’s Turner’s HoH and it will not affect anything between them moving forward.
11:51 AM: Feeds went down for the veto ceremony.
12:56 PM: Feeds returned. Brittany and Michael used the Power of Veto on themselves. Turner nominated Ameerah and Terrance as the replacement nominees.
12:56 PM: Ameerah was in a room with Alyssa, Brittany, Jasmine, Michael, Nicole and Terrance. She said it’s crazy because she has been defending Taylor. Terrance made it clear that he will not be campaigning against Ameerah. He said that he wants Ameerah to stay over him. Michael questioned how they are supposed to go about their day now. Brittany added that she is in shock. Alyssa said she felt like she had the wind knocked out of her.
1:00 PM: Daniel told Nicole he had zero clue that was about to happen. Nicole said she knows that but she had a feeling. Daniel later revealed that he did get told by Turner just moments prior to the ceremony that he didn’t think this was going to go how he wanted. Nicole said she is still in shock. Nicole pointed out that the positive in this is that she doesn’t have to worry about her life being on the line in the game this week.
1:03 PM: Ameerah and Terrance discussed that they weren’t even targeting Turner. Terrance said he thinks that Turner was influenced by someone. Ameerah said Indy. Terrance added that Indy has it out for him. Terrance told Ameerah that he did this show on a whim and made it further than he would have thought he could just by being there, so he would like for Ameerah to stay and kill it.
1:09 PM: Alyssa said she feels bad because Terrance is going to go home and she wanted him there for a bit longer. Ameerah said she wanted him to make it to jury. Ameerah wondered if Indy put Turner up to this. Alyssa didn’t think so.
1:21 PM: Kyle checked in on Ameerah who asked if he knew about this. Kyle said he had no idea. Brittany said she thought that they were all together in this when it came to having the same plan.
1:30 PM: Turner let Terrance know that he is the last person that the beginning of his speech was targeted towards. Turner said he has not heard Terrance say anything about Taylor but he has heard people call her a bitch and say that they want to throw food in her face. Terrance said he thinks Taylor might have been coming from a good space and what she says is just interpreted wrong. Turner agreed and said that if others said the same thing, no one would think twice about it.
1:37 PM: Jasmine told Ameerah and Brittany she is so upset and she wants Indy gone. Jasmine mentioned Indy saying that she wanted to throw soup in Taylor’s face. Jasmine went on to say what really pisses her off is that three people knew about the plan but everybody acted shocked. Jasmine said the only name that Turner gave her was Daniel’s.
1:45 PM: Indy joined the girls and said Daniel told her that he didn’t know anything. Jasmine said they cannot trust anybody in this game, and he is a liar. Indy said they now know that they cannot trust him. Ameerah wondered if she was the target. Brittany said she seems to be based on the speech, but they need to make sure that she stays.
1:50 PM: Joseph checked in on Ameerah. He denied knowing anything about the plan. Joseph said he knows that Taylor will now win HoH and then he will end up on the block next to Monte. Joseph said he would nominate Jasmine and Turner, then put Taylor up once they win the veto. Ameerah asked Joseph to promise that he didn’t know about the plan. Joseph swore that he didn’t.
2:00 PM: Ameerah asked Monte what happened. He said he didn’t know and he wanted Taylor out more than anybody.
2:07 PM: Ameerah pointed out that somebody had to be backing Turner up when it comes to this move. Nicole asked if she really thinks so, given that there were so many shocked faces. Nicole said Daniel spoke to Turner this morning and he told him that everything was good.
2:11 PM: Joseph told Brittany he will never forget that Ameerah made her cry for trying to help him out. Joseph said there is no reason that everyone can’t feel included. He said everyone who came to him and said that they felt as though they were on the outs are his people, and now they are the ones on the inside.
2:20 PM: Nicole panicked that Alyssa threw her under the bus by slipping up in front of Indy and saying some people thought she and Indy would go up because Indy is a target. Ameerah said she has slipped up before. Nicole said they cannot tell Alyssa anything. Monte asked if they think this has anything to do with what happened. Ameerah said she thinks so. She pointed out that Alyssa is very close to Turner.
2:23 PM: Alyssa apologized to Nicole, saying she did not know that Indy was in the room. Nicole said Alyssa threw her under the bus by using her words. Alyssa argued that Indy wont know that and that she can do damage control with her. Ameerah told Alyssa that she has to be careful with what she says.
2:31 PM: Indy asked Turner if he feels that she has ever said anything about Taylor. Turner said he is not going to lie and say that she hasn’t, but by no means was she a big component in what he was talking about. Turner said it had a lot to do with Daniel and Nicole.
2:36 PM: Monte told Kyle and Michael he is trying not to laugh but Nicole thinks Alyssa slipped up and told Turner something about how Pooch got evicted last week, so they are suspicious about Alyssa now.
2:44 PM: Alyssa brought up that Nicole reacts so much. Ameerah said she is very emotional and made things more dramatic than they needed to be. Indy came by and said she doesn’t know if they can trust Nicole. Ameerah agreed. Indy questioned why she had to react that way, plus she noted that she has seen Nicole in rooms with Joseph both today and two days ago.
2:55 PM: Turner explained to Joseph that before the ceremony he went to Daniel and said he doesn’t think that Taylor is going to go up. Joseph said everyone was crying during the ceremony, even before Turner named a replacement nominee, because Daniel told them. Joseph said he told Alyssa, Indy and Nicole. Turner said he spoke to Jasmine to let her know that he told Daniel ahead of time, and now Jasmine is pissed because Daniel claimed that he knew nothing.
2:59 PM: Nicole told Daniel that Alyssa has the loosest lips in the world. Daniel questioned why Alyssa was able to talk to her but he couldn’t. He went a step further to ask why four people could talk to her in a minute but he couldn’t talk to her. Nicole explained that Ameerah and Monte were in the room with her and got betrayed together, so she had to speak to Alyssa after her game was jeopardized. Nicole reassured Daniel that he is her final two. Daniel asked who Nicole is voting out this week. She said that she would like to evict Ameerah but they have the numbers to keep her.
3:15 PM: Alyssa apologized to Nicole. She said she values both her and Daniel, and she wants to work with them and doesn’t want them to think that she will slip up and get them in trouble. Nicole asked that Alyssa be careful.
4:05 PM: Turner told Daniel he thinks that Ameerah can win this game. Daniel said she easily could. Turner said they have a nice dude and a game winner on the block. Nicole joined them. Nicole said she respects Turner’s decision. Turner explained that he didn’t know what he was doing until five minutes beforehand. He said the only other person he said something to was Alyssa when he told her the night before that he was not feeling good about the plan.
4:50 PM: Nicole told Ameerah she doesn’t think that Daniel knew she was going to be the replacement nominee. Nicole suggested that Daniel would have told her if he knew. Ameerah agreed. Nicole said she doesn’t think anyone knew that Ameerah was going up. Nicole told Ameerah that she is fine if they look at the numbers.
5:05 PM: Ameerah and Nicole wondered who is talking about Taylor since they don’t believe that it was them. Jasmine said something else had to have happened that they don’t know about. Aside from Indy saying that she would throw soup at Taylor, Jasmine didn’t think that anything else vulgar had been said.
6:23 PM: Ameerah told Alyssa that if she leaves, it means that Po’s Pack is just a cover up for whatever is really going on. Ameerah said she wants Alyssa to go far so she needs her to realize that.
6:55 PM: Ameerah told Nicole it doesn’t make sense to get her out. Nicole agreed but explained that just as they saw it as an opportunity to get a strong male out last week, Turner may see this as his opportunity to get the strongest female competitor out.
6:59 PM: Joseph spoke to Alyssa about how he is concerned with Taylor staying in the house given that she is targeting his bestie Monte. Alyssa said they cannot let Taylor win next week.
7:11 PM: Joseph told Indy that he wants Taylor to go. Indy agreed. Joseph said he would look to nominate Turner after what he did today, and then Taylor would be his backdoor target.
7:21 PM: Ameerah told Turner that she was caught off guard by her nomination, especially since he was talking about bullying. Turner clarified that the speech was two parts and the bullying part did not relate to the nominees specifically. Turner said Ameerah and Terrance are the nicest people. Turner said he is not going to campaign against Ameerah or Terrance, instead leaving it up to the house.
7:38 PM: Joseph encouraged Terrance to campaign. He said he thinks that Terrance can get the votes but he also believes that Ameerah could, so he needs to work. Terrance said he is not going to roll over. He pointed out that he implied he would earlier but that was due to him thinking that this was a big plan that everyone was in on.
7:47 PM: Daniel told Ameerah it sucks because he gets along with both her and Terrance. Ameerah said she isn’t even going to campaign against him. Daniel said he wants her to fight and he does think it’s best that she stays.
8:02 PM: Terrance told Ameerah that people are telling him he shouldn’t concede but rather have his conversations and leave it up to the house. Ameerah told Terrance to do what he wants and she will respect it regardless since they are there to play.
8:14 PM: Taylor told Turner she is usually the one to stand up for those being bullied and she didn’t realize how much she needed somebody to do that for her. Turner said he hoped she wasn’t upset with his speech since he didn’t really plan it out. Taylor said she was not upset about it. Turner let Taylor know that some people to stand up for her and he thinks it’s the ones that they are working with.
8:24 PM: Ameerah let Jasmine know about Turner saying that he wont campaign against her. Jasmine brought up Turner saying that there is a winner on the block alongside a cool dude. Ameerah took that as Turner campaigning against her, and she said that he will be her target if she stays past this week.
9:10 PM: Nicole told Terrance she is worried that they don’t have the numbers to keep him. He said he thinks that they do. He listed off Brittany, Michael and Taylor as votes for him, and added that Nicole and Daniel would bring him to five. After that, he said he thinks that he could pull Daniel as well. Nicole said she hates that Terrance and Ameerah are on the block together since they are her number two and three. Nicole admitted that she is struggling with the decision.
