Big Brother 24 Day 23 - Ameerah is evicted, Monte wins HoH
July 28, 2022
11:04 AM: Joseph told Kyle and Michael he has a plan to get Taylor to tell Terrance she overheard a conversation between Ameerah and Kyle in which they talked about Po’s Pack and the members of it. Joseph hoped Terrance would then spread it, causing chaos and giving the alliance members a reason to vote Ameerah out in order to cover themselves.
11:07 AM: Joseph and Michael spoke to Taylor about the plan. Joseph said Taylor should tell Terrance to spread word of the alliance to the people who aren’t in it, in order to secure their votes. Joseph said it will help them explain why Ameerah didn’t get the votes. He added that if anyone tries to come after Taylor for it, they can save her.
11:15 AM: Michael caught Brittany up to speed on the plan to have Taylor expose Po’s Pack to Terrance in order to have him leak it. Brittany said that’s good.
11:19 AM: Joseph told Brittany that once Po’s Pack is exposed, the people not in Ameerah’s big alliance will have reason not to vote to keep her, which is the excuse that Brittany can use with the girls as to why she switched her vote.
11:20 AM: Taylor told Brittany she feels like it’s always her taking the fall. She questioned why Kyle can’t be the one to spread the information to Terrance. Brittany said she understands how Taylor feels but the guys put their necks out on the line for her or else she would have left this week, so this could go a long way in terms of building trust with them. Taylor said she is right. Moving forward, Brittany said she will back Taylor up by saying it’s time for someone else to step up. She specifically named Joseph and Monte as the two who need to come up to bat for the alliance.
11:48 AM: Feeds went down for HoH lockdown.
1:28 PM: Feeds returned.
1:32 PM: Kyle told Monte that after Taylor showed the slightest bit of hesitation regarding today’s vote, he no longer feels comfortable going on the block with Daniel. Kyle suggested that Alyssa and Indy should go up in order to keep everyone from their alliance safe. Joseph said if they feel that the people outside of the alliance are connecting, they can put Alyssa and Indy up to be safe.
1:47 PM: Taylor told Terrance that she walked by the storage room a couple of days ago and heard Ameerah and Kyle talking about an alliance called Po’s Pack. Taylor said she doesn’t know who the other members are but she does know that Daniel, Indy and Jasmine are not involved. Taylor suggested that Terrance bring that info to them in order to secure their votes.
1:55 PM: Terrance told Joseph he thinks that Ameerah has a bigger plan than they thought, and Nicole is a part of it. Joseph said he thought Terrance was tight with Nicole. Terrance mentioned that Nicole thinks he is leaving.
2:16 PM: Ameerah asked Terrance how he is doing. Terrance said he had fun and he gets to go see his wife and family. Ameerah asked if he think he is leaving. Terrance said yeah. Terrance encouraged Ameerah to play the game. He said he believes this is going to be the last time it will be a house vote.
2:46 PM: Terrance told Turner he plans to act surprised that he is still there, then he is going to go thank Daniel and Nicole knowing that they did not want him there, as he would like to use them for information.
3:06 PM: Jasmine let Terrance know that people want to keep Ameerah because they feel like they need her, not because they don’t want him there. She said she did not want him to be blindsided by it.
3:09 PM: Kyle asked Terrance how he is feeling. Terrance explained that Nicole already talked to him about the vote last night. Kyle said he wants to stay on the same page as Daniel. If he stays, Terrance said he would work with Kyle and Turner.
3:20 PM: Michael told Daniel he is considering giving Terrance a sympathy vote since they have had a similar journey in the house.
3:22 PM: Terrance told Joseph that Taylor was encouraging him to talk to Jasmine because she overheard Ameerah and Kyle talking about some alliance that has to do with Paloma. Terrance said he didn’t bring it to anybody. Joseph informed Terrance that he is likely going to have his vote and he will make sure that Monte locks in for him as well.
3:33 PM: Terrance told Daniel he heard about an alliance that Ameerah and Kyle are in, so be careful if he is not included as well.
3:38 PM: Feeds went down.
6:36 PM: By a vote of 7-4, Ameerah was evicted from the Big Brother house. Alyssa, Indy, Jasmine and Nicole voted to evict Terrance.
6:44 PM: Julie revealed that Terrance had to choose a new pair of besties to join. He chose Joseph and Monte.
8:47 PM: Feeds returned. Monte is the new HoH.
8:55 PM: Joseph told Terrance he needs to watch out for the people he thought that he was tight with. Terrance said he knows exactly who voted him out. He listed off Alyssa, Indy, Jasmine and Nicole.
9:01 PM: Michael said he is owning up to his vote. Kyle said he is doing the same. He added that he is telling people Brittany confronted Michael, which showed that Michael didn’t leak Po’s Pack. He also said he is claiming that Daniel and Joseph knew. When Joseph joined them, he told Michael to say he flipped because Brittany questioned him about the alliance. Michael said Nicole immediately blamed Alyssa for being the one to leak it.
9:08 PM: Daniel asked Alyssa how she voted. Alyssa said she voted to evict Terrance. Daniel said he evicted Ameerah but had told everyone that he was going to do that. Nicole said she hates being blindsided. Alyssa said she slipped up once so now people don’t want to tell her anything. Nicole assumed that she would be the next target. She also said she wouldn’t be surprised if Taylor is working with them now. Nicole said she will go home over Taylor at this point, based on how the house is going.
9:17 PM: Kyle explained his vote to Daniel, saying Michael and Nicole ran up to him saying that Brittany knows about Po’s Pack. He said Joseph told him that Taylor heard something about it too, so he was questioning him. Kyle said he had no choice but to go with the house once it was flipping. He apologized for blindsiding Daniel, saying that it came down to some last minute conversations. Daniel said it sucks not knowing but he loves both of them and is happy that Terrance is there.
9:23 PM: Brittany reassured Jasmine that this vote wasn’t about her going against the girls but rather her going against one person that was putting her game in jeopardy. Jasmine hoped that Monte’s target would still be Taylor. Jasmine said she appreciates Brittany coming to her.
9:31 PM: Next up, Brittany made her way to Alyssa to explain her vote. She said she was made aware of alliances that Ameerah was in and also that Ameerah had plans to target her because she is an emotional player. Alyssa denied having heard that but said she understands why Brittany did this when she had Michael’s confirmation on things.
9:37 PM: Kyle told Nicole that Joseph came up to him and said Taylor told Terrance about Po’s Pack because they overheard him talking about it. Kyle mentioned that he and Ameerah were talking about it two nights ago in the storage room, and Jasmine said she caught Taylor with her ear to the door.
9:48 PM: Alyssa and Indy picked Jasmine and Turner to be the have-nots for the week.
10:00 PM: Alyssa told Kyle that Brittany said Taylor overheard something about Po’s Pack. Kyle said that’s pretty much what happened as Nicole freaked out about Brittany, and then he was being confronted by Joseph. Alyssa asked why Kyle didn’t tell her about his vote. Kyle said he didn’t know until right before. He added that he thought about telling her but he knew it was going to put her in a tough spot given that she said she would never vote to evict Ameerah. Alyssa said she is disappointed but she understands and always has Kyle’s back.
10:10 PM: Joseph told Daniel he had looked Ameerah in the eyes and told her that he wants to work with her and take her to jury, only to find out that she was in an alliance without him. Daniel said it’s heartbreaking. Joseph said he was giving Terrance a sympathy vote and knew the only way Ameerah would leave is if the rumours about the alliance were true, which they must have been since the alliance betrayed her. Daniel and Joseph discussed that a lot of this has to do with Taylor. Joseph said she is still a target and he will make sure that Monte knows it.
10:22 PM: Joseph told Monte he planted the seed with Daniel that Taylor had something to do with this so they should send her home. Joseph suggested Monte plant the seed that the alliance must have got out by Alyssa telling Turner.
10:31 PM: Joseph spoke to Taylor about potentially going on the block. Taylor asked if she would be nominated or backdoored. Joseph said nominated since Nicole will throw the competition to try to get her out. Joseph assured Taylor that the alliance would keep her safe. Taylor said she would need their word. Joseph pointed out that this risk will be all everyone needs to see that Taylor is all in, but they will think of something else if she isn’t comfortable with it. Taylor said that Nicole leaving is something that needs to happen for her game too. When Taylor mentioned Daniel leaving, Joseph promised that he would be next.
10:45 PM: Kyle told Brittany, Michael and Monte that Alyssa and Indy are the easiest options, and then if they win veto they can go to Plan B which would be him on the block next to Daniel. Brittany said they should use this week to really make Taylor feel included and give her a week to know that she is good.
11:08 PM: Kyle spoke to Taylor about how Alyssa and Indy being nominated would mean that no one in the alliance is at risk. While Taylor said she does not want Nicole in the house, she said that she would prefer Alyssa and Indy go on the block.
11:27 PM: Jasmine told Monte that Ameerah gave her the names of two people who she cannot trust. Jasmine revealed that those two are Daniel and Nicole.
12:01 AM: Daniel told Nicole that he will play along as if he is on board with a plan to backdoor Taylor but then he wont use the veto if he wins it, forcing the others to vote one of the initial nominees out.
12:09 AM: Monte told Joseph that he wants this to be a group decision this week. He mentioned that they will be screwed if they lose Taylor’s trust, so they just need to focus on getting one of the other numbers out.
1:53 AM: Monte received his HoH room.
3:00 AM: Brittany, Joseph, Kyle, Michael, Monte and Taylor spoke in the HoH room. Monte said nominations will be tomorrow so he wants to ensure that they are on the same page. Monte asked Taylor for her thoughts first. Taylor said she would prefer to not have to touch the block this week, especially not before Alyssa and Indy touch it first. Taylor said she would like Nicole out of the house and if Alyssa and Indy take themselves down, they can go from there. Kyle said they will have options at that point since nobody wants Daniel or Nicole to stay. Monte said he is completely fine with that. Monte said Nicole told him the target should be Taylor and she would prefer to be backdoored. Kyle asked if Monte is comfortable with Alyssa and Indy going up first. Monte confirmed that he is.
3:56 AM: Turner, who missed out on the Leftovers meeting, was told by Kyle that he thinks Alyssa and Indy are going on the block. Turner said that’s probably the best way. He talked about how he doesn’t think anyone would feel comfortable with Indy having a jury vote.
4:13 AM: Monte told Turner he thinks that Taylor feels she is being used a lot in the conversations in which Joseph comes to her and tells her about plans to pin things on her and so on, so they got her perspective on things. Monte explained that Taylor wants Daniel and Nicole out but she would prefer not to sit on the block again. Monte and Turner said they understand that she doesn’t want to be the pawn of a new group that she just joined. Monte said Taylor is on board with going on the block as a replacement nominee with Nicole if it comes down to it. Turner said he thinks that Alyssa and Indy going up may be the best route. He pointed out that he would not want Indy having a jury vote.
4:16 AM: Michael told Brittany and Taylor that he doesn’t see Alyssa or Indy being as big of threats as Daniel or Nicole but with the way the twist is going, one of them leaving could be good for them. Michael said it would be good if they could somehow convince Alyssa or Indy to pick to join them. Taylor said she would join Alyssa and Indy if she ends up getting to choose because Nicole leaves.
4:45 AM: Monte told Joseph and Turner that if nominations ends up staying the same, Alyssa has got to go. Monte said whoever is disturbing their meetings the most this week will be the one that needs to go. Monte argued that Ameerah was the one giving Nicole power. Joseph said Nicole has an amazing social game to a point where it even kills him to send her home. Monte thinks that Nicole’s only remaining power is with Alyssa since she has now lost her hold on Terrance. Joseph said he doesn’t care how annoying Indy is, Alyssa would have to leave over her. They hoped that they would be able to convince Indy to join Brittany and Michael.
