Big Brother 24 Day 27 - Nicole and Taylor are the replacement nominees
August 1, 2022
9:16 AM: Kyle and Monte talked about the plan to get Daniel to agree not to use the Power of Veto, as was discussed the night prior. Kyle figured that Daniel would come running to him once he found out there is a way to keep Nicole off of the block. Kyle said he needs this all to happen soon because he needs time to talk to Alyssa and Indy. Kyle figured it was best not to lie to Alyssa, instead telling her that it does not make sense for his game to use the veto.
9:21 AM: Monte told Daniel that he wants to have a chat once Nicole wakes up. Monte said he found some things out and he is getting a little bit paranoid.
9:26 AM: Daniel told Kyle that Monte wants to talk to him because he heard some things and now the plan seems to be shifting. Daniel said he will hear him out but it makes him question things. Daniel figured that they may be trying to keep Taylor as a number. Daniel said that he will touch base with Kyle afterwards.
9:45 AM: Daniel joined Kyle and Nicole. He mentioned to Nicole that Monte said something to him about not using the veto. Nicole said she guarantees it’s because Monte knows he doesn’t have the votes to get her out and he wants to keep Taylor. Nicole pointed out that Brittany, Joseph, Michael, Monte, Taylor and Turner were together until 4 AM last night.
9:57 AM: Kyle told Brittany that Daniel saw the Leftovers, aside from himself, meeting last night. Kyle said Daniel might use the veto because they assume that they have the numbers since they are counting him as a vote on their side.
10:02 AM: Monte spoke to Daniel and Nicole, letting them know that Jasmine lost trust in Nicole after Nicole didn’t admit to being in Po’s Pack. On top of that, he said Alyssa and Indy both said they are not sure about whether or not they can trust Nicole, so now he is uncomfortable with putting her up. That being said, he told them that he wouldn’t feel comfortable putting anyone else up if the veto were used. Monte suggested that Alyssa and Indy could stay on the block. Daniel ultimately told Monte that keeping Nicole off of the block is amazing to him, so now his goal for the next hour will be to get Kyle on board with leaving Alyssa up there.
10:08 AM: Kyle told Michael that Daniel and Nicole don’t think they have the votes to keep Taylor. He said they observed that the six Leftovers members stayed up late together last night. Kyle figured that it would come down to how the conversation with Monte goes as to whether or not Daniel uses the veto.
10:18 AM: Michael warned Brittany that Daniel is piecing things together according to Kyle. Brittany figured that Daniel would be against doing something that risks Nicole’s game.
10:28 AM: Daniel and Nicole met up and discussed that Monte is the worst liar.
10:32 AM: Daniel told Kyle that Monte is trying to get him to keep the nominations the same. Daniel said Alyssa, Indy and Jasmine supposedly agreed that they do not trust him or Nicole, but his understanding is that all three of them are votes to keep Nicole. Daniel figured that the six who stayed up late together last night came up with this elaborate lie in hope of saving Taylor. Daniel said he wants to use the Power of Veto. He explained that Monte is trying to take one of their numbers out by asking for nominations to stay the same. They discussed that the other side wouldn’t have the votes. Daniel assumed that Kyle would be voting with him.
10:52 AM: Kyle let Monte know that Daniel is using the veto since he did not buy what Monte was saying, and he thinks that they have the votes to evict Taylor. Monte said they are going to look like idiots when Nicole goes home.
10:54 AM: Feeds went down for the veto ceremony.
12:29 PM: Feeds returned. Daniel and Kyle used the Power of Veto on Alyssa and Indy. Monte nominated Nicole and Taylor as the replacement nominees.
12:35 PM: Joseph told Brittany and Taylor that Daniel played himself. Joseph said Daniel explained to him that he didn’t have enough time to make a big change of plans, so he stuck with going after the common enemy in Taylor. Brittany mentioned that they could try to pin the extra votes on Alyssa, Indy and Jasmine. Joseph said Daniel’s exact words were that he knows for sure that Taylor is leaving this time.
12:52 PM: Joseph told Turner that Daniel just dug his best friend’s grave.
1:34 PM: Taylor told Joseph, Kyle and Michael she gets that this was a lot to try to pull off last minute. Joseph thought that they could have done it with one more day of planning. Kyle said Daniel was piecing things together after already being suspicious of the Ameerah vote, so there was no swaying him.
1:39 PM: Kyle explained to Taylor that not using the veto would have been a tough decision for him morally but he was all for it game wise. Taylor said Daniel is going to feel like and idiot for doing this after being warned.
1:53 PM: Daniel told Nicole that she has him, Alyssa, Indy and Jasmine, and then he thinks Kyle and Terrance are on board now as well.
1:56 PM: Monte told Joseph that Jasmine isn’t believing a word that Nicole Is saying, so she said she would be on board to vote either way depending on how the numbers are looking.
2:00 PM: Daniel told Indy that Monte is throwing him and Nicole under the bus to Jasmine, saying that they don’t trust her, Alyssa or Indy. He said Monte is also trying to tell them that the girls will not keep Nicole. Indy said there is no way that she would ever vote Nicole out.
2:05 PM: Nicole told Terrance that Alyssa, Daniel, Indy, Jasmine, Kyle and himself would be her votes. She explained that the goal is to get Taylor out so that their side then has the numbers.
2:32 PM: Nicole told Michael that when Daniel used the veto she was looking at him like “what are you doing?”. Nicole suggested that Daniel must be working with someone else or in some kind of alliance, and she is screwed. Nicole added that she doesn’t think Taylor is the target at this point.
2:43 PM: Jasmine asked Terrance how he is feeling about the vote. Terrance said he is trying not to vote with his feelings but he feels a certain way about what happened last week. Jasmine said she just wants to be on the right side of the vote this time.
2:52 PM: Terrance told Monte that Daniel and Nicole are claiming that they were told not to use the Power of Veto and now Monte is mad at them for going rogue. Monte said they haven’t even looked at him.
5:18 PM: Indy asked Jasmine what she thinks about everything. Jasmine said she doesn’t know who to trust. Indy pointed out that Monte did not talk to her at all today. Jasmine mentioned that Nicole assumes she has the numbers but she does not think that Terrance is going to vote for her.
5:24 PM: Michael asked if Nicole was on board for the veto to be used. Kyle confirmed that she was. Michael said she is playing it up as though she was pissed about it. Brittany questioned why Daniel would be confident enough to put his number one up if he thinks that six of them are working together. Kyle explained that in his mind, the six only have four votes with Monte as HoH and Taylor on the block.
5:28 PM: Jasmine told Alyssa that Nicole thinks she has the votes to stay but she disagrees. Alyssa and Jasmine agreed that keeping Nicole would be best but they need to make sure that they end up on the right side of the vote this time.
5:33 PM: Brittany, Kyle, Michael and Monte discussed trying to get everyone on board with keeping Taylor so that it’s as close to unanimous as possible. It was agreed upon that Daniel needs to be blindsided so that he is mad at Alyssa, Indy and Jasmine.
5:50 PM: Terrance told Taylor that he doesn’t owe Nicole anything, and it drives her crazy that he is over there talking to Taylor.
6:44 PM: Brittany told Alyssa that she wants to go with the house this week, so please clue her in if she hears anything. Alyssa said the same thing. Brittany said it’s one of her biggest regrets that she wasn’t able to get to Alyssa to fill her in last week.
8:06 PM: Terrance asked Nicole if she is sure about Alyssa and Indy. Nicole promised that they are good. Nicole said other people are trying to make her feel safe because they think that they have the numbers to vote her out. Terrance asked who Nicole would nominate next week. She said Brittany and Michael would go up initially and then Joseph, Monte and Terrance would be the replacement in order to get Monte out.
