Big Brother 24 Day 61
September 4, 2022
12:02 PM: Brittany and Michael discussed the options for the week. Brittany said she thinks Monte and Turner would take the shot at Michael if given the opportunity, and they expect her to do the same but she would not do it. Michael said he can have some conversations in order to gauge whether or not people are lying to them. Brittany said Monte, Terrance and Turner are the three people targeting Michael the most but only one can go this week. Michael admitted he fears that Terrance would be carried to the final two if he does not take him out this week. Brittany agreed. If Terrance leaves, Michael said there is at least a chance that Taylor will hold true to her word and that Alyssa may go after Monte over him. As for Turner, Michael said he promised not to put him up next week, which he expects him to go back on but at least it’s something.
2:22 PM: Brittany told Taylor she thinks that they are in a good position. She mentioned that Michael wants to talk with the two of them and Monte at some point today. Taylor said Alyssa talked to her a bit yesterday. Brittany said she has been talking to her too. Taylor said she would rather go up against Alyssa than Turner if Michael and Monte are not around. Brittany asked how Alyssa was phrasing things to Taylor. Taylor said Alyssa was talking about a final three of women. Brittany and Taylor agreed that it would be pretty cool if it were to happen.
2:32 PM: Brittany asked Taylor what she thinks Michael’s future in the game is. Taylor said win every veto to stay. Brittany said she is sensing that too, as there doesn’t seem to be a single person other than them that would keep him but even they can only do that up until a certain point. Taylor said she is glad that they have been able to get in with Alyssa some more. Brittany said the in roads that Taylor has made with Alyssa have been good, though Alyssa may just be telling her that since she thinks that they are close. Brittany suggested that she and Taylor will be pressured to take a shot at Michael if it’s a double, though she is not sure that next week is the time to do it. Brittany added that it may make sense if there is an opportunity, since they may not get it in. Taylor said that’s the thing.
3:28 PM: Alyssa let Brittany and Michael know that she would love to be in the final three with them and in the final four with Taylor. Brittany asked if Alyssa is close with Turner. Alyssa said she is close with him personally but does not know who he is close with game wise. As for Monte, Alyssa said he has not talked game with her since she came back from Dyre Fest. Alyssa suggested that she would be an easy target for Monte should he win HoH.
3:32 PM: Terrance told Turner that Michael said he does not trust him and thinks it’s best for his game to keep his nominations the same. Terrance questioned how Alyssa is better for Michael’s game than he is. Turner said nominations stay the same 99% of the time when the HoH wins the veto, so he is betting that that will be the case this week.
4:07 PM: Alyssa and Brittany discussed the votes. Brittany said she thinks Alyssa has Taylor and Turner. Alyssa said she doesn’t even know how to approach trying to get Monte’s vote. She talked about not wanting to promise him anything. Brittany thought it would be of benefit to have someone who isn’t expecting anything of you, which Monte could be for her. Alyssa said that’s the way she would like to keep it.
4:27 PM: Brittany told Alyssa and Taylor she doesn’t think they can ignore how close Monte and Turner are. Alyssa told them Kyle let her know that there was a loyalty between Joseph, Monte, Turner and himself as the first four people into the Leftovers. Alyssa brought up going to the final three with Brittany and Taylor. Taylor said she feels good about their chances of taking out whoever the fourth person is should it come down to that. They discussed that sticking together until three would result in two women in the final two chairs. They talked about how Monte and Turner are likely to take a shot at Michael over them and vice versa.
8:00 PM: The houseguests sat around the kitchen table for drinks and snacks.
10:35 PM: Alyssa told Michael it seemed like Taylor is on board to keep her 100% and she is open to working with her moving forward. Alyssa suggested that if Monte or Turner were to win HoH, they would have to try to get them to target each other. Michael asked about Alyssa’s relationship with Turner and if she could get him to target Monte over her. Alyssa said she hopes that she would have some influence over Turner but she doesn’t seem him taking a shot at Michael. Alyssa explained that she values what she has with Brittany, Michael and Taylor more than what she has with Turner because he does not give her much. Alyssa said she is assuming that Michael is not using the veto. Michael said he is leaning towards that and as long as people seem cool with Terrance going home, he is going to leave it the same.
11:01 PM: Terrance told Michael he was feeling overwhelmed yesterday and had a therapy session. Terrance talked about wanting to continue to fight in the game. He argued that he can be of benefit to Michael’s game, whereas Alyssa is someone who can have the votes in jury. He pointed to Jasmine, Joseph and Kyle as votes for Alyssa. Terrance mentioned that some people have said they would like to keep him but they don’t want to go against what Michael wants. Michael said he has not yet talked to the voters, so he will see where everyone’s head is at but right now he is leaning towards leaving things the same. Terrance said he respects leaving it up to a vote but he would like a fighting chance to prove he can help Michael’s game.
11:19 PM: Monte told Michael he has no news for him. He mentioned Terrance seems to be expecting the nominations to stay the same, and he is campaigning by saying that Alyssa will have the jury votes. Michael said neither nominee is expecting the veto to be used, making it easier on him. Michael brought up that he would much rather be sitting next to Alyssa on eviction night than Terrance, as it gives some sort of argument that you should stay over her. Monte said that’s a valid point. Michael added that it would be much more tempting to keep Terrance next week than it would be to keep Alyssa. Monte said that’s fair and he is fine with Terrance going this week. Michael said everything is still the same on his end in terms of Big BroChella.
11:28 PM: Michael told Taylor that he is not using the veto but he is wondering if anything has changed. Taylor said no. Michael asked about whether or not Alyssa spoke to her. Taylor confirmed that she did and said Alyssa is really wanting to make a final four with them. Both noted that Alyssa was surprisingly questionable about Turner. Taylor said she seems ready to send him out the door. Michael asked if they should play along with Alyssa in order to ensure that Turner would go up, then they could vote him out to keep their Big BroChella alliance intact. Taylor said she feels good about their BroChella group and does not want to promise Alyssa too much but would prefer that she put up Monte and Turner if she wins, and then Turner can be voted out.
11:46 PM: Michael told Turner his plan would be to leave nominations the same but he doesn’t know if anything has changed. Turner said he is on board with nominations staying the same. He asked if Michael’s target is Terrance. Michael confirmed that Terrance is his target, which Turner was on board with. Turner said he will take Alyssa out next week if he wins HoH. Turner promised Michael that he will not go after him. Turner said he feels good with Michael and Monte, and that could be a fun group. Michael said if the three of them could get in a room and talk, he is open to conversations. Turner revealed that he was in conversations in which people were saying Michael has won a lot of competitions and they have to take him out or else they will get second place. Turner said it was Brittany who came to him saying that. Turner added that Brittany said she is forming something with Alyssa and Taylor, and then proposed working with him as well. Turner reiterated that working with Monte would be beneficial if the girls are thinking that they need to target Michael. Michael said he knows Brittany is going to be looking at how she can win the game. Turner said he was surprised by that talk and the fact that Brittany tried to make a final two with him. Michael said he is on board with working with Monte and Turner since he doesn’t want his only path to be winning every competition.
2:08 AM: Brittany asked Michael if he has thought any more about if Monte and Turner really are teamed up. Michael said the thing is he does not want to go back on his word to Turner, and then they would be upsetting Taylor if they targeted Monte. Michael explained that Taylor and Turner would be upset with the move and then Terrance would still be in the house. Brittany said this leaves no room for error next week since Michael will go home if he doesn’t win the veto. Michael argued that he will be in that position either way. Brittany talked about how Turner going would be ideal but she gets that Michael made a promise to him. Michael said he wouldn’t feel great about doing that in terms of jury or in terms of how it would make him feel personally. Michael remained on board with Terrance going. Brittany said it makes sense. Michael said he doesn’t want to jeopardize what they have with Taylor since she is their best shot at making it through next week if Brittany does not win HoH. Brittany brought up that in Taylor’s mind she and her have a final three with Alyssa, Michael and Monte. Michael said that leaves an obvious target in Turner for Taylor to go after. Brittany said she thinks Turner wants her out too but that would be a backup plan for if Michael wins the veto. Michael said he should be more panicked than he is but they knew that this would be the case.
