Big Brother 24 Day 65 - Terrance and Michael are evicted; Monte wins HoH
September 8, 2022
6:55 PM: By a vote of 4-0, Terrance was evicted from the Big Brother house.
7:07 PM: Julie informed the houseguests that tonight is a double eviction.
7:22 PM: Turner won the HoH competition.
7:23 PM: Turner let Alyssa know that he is going to put her up next to Brittany. He stressed that he does not want her to go home. He said he talked to everyone and has made sure that they are on board with getting Brittany out. Alyssa said they have to make sure that Michael doesn’t use the veto on Brittany if he wins it.
7:27 PM: Turner nominated Alyssa and Brittany for eviction.
7:38 PM: Monte won the Power of Veto.
7:40 PM: Monte let Alyssa know that she will be coming off of the block. He said now is the time to take the shot at Michael.
7:41 PM: Monte told Turner that he is using the veto because now is the time to make the move. Monte asked if Turner is down for that. Turner said Monte needs to make sure that everyone is on board if he is going to do this. Monte said Michael will be going home.
7:46 PM: Monte used the Power of Veto on Alyssa. Turner nominated Michael as the replacement nominee.
7:51 PM: During his speech, Michael brought up that Brittany has leaked a lot of information this week. He said everyone knows it. He mentioned Brittany making final two and three deals with multiple people. Michael pleaded with Alyssa and Taylor to keep him in the game rather than allow Monte and Turner to add this move to their resume. Michael said he would stick his neck out for the two of them and they need him to go after Monte and Turner.
7:53 PM: By a vote of 3-0, Michael was evicted from the Big Brother house.
8:10 PM: Taylor pointed out to Brittany that at least she didn’t have to vote to evict Michael. Brittany said she knows this needed to happen but Michael didn’t understand that people were after him. She added that she had never thought that he would have campaigned against her, as she figured he would have known that he would go home once they found themselves nominated next to each other.
8:12 PM: Monte told Alyssa and Turner that Brittany did say all of those things and they have justification for putting her on the block. Turner asked if Taylor is still going to be on board with that. Monte said he thinks so.
8:15 PM: Turner apologized to Brittany for putting her up. He explained that it was the best way to avoid her having to vote Michael out. Brittany said she appreciates not being put in that position.
8:17 PM: Taylor told Brittany that they need to win. She said she will be damned if she is going to let Monte and Turner railroad them until the end of the game. Brittany said it’s hard not to feel like she will be next. Taylor assured her that she will not be.
8:33 PM: Alyssa told Taylor that she already told this to Monte and Turner but Michael said Brittany was lying about her career, who she is and everything. Alyssa said she is not going to tell Brittany about that but she wanted to let Taylor know.
8:46 PM: Turner reassured Brittany that he does not hold anything against her. Brittany said she doesn’t have much of a game now and knows that she is probably next. Turner told her that she is good with him but he cannot compete. Brittany talked about being blinded by her friendship with Michael. She said that she is angry at him. Turner said he wasn’t happy about Michael saying that he used LGBTQ to manipulate him. Turner said he would never do that.
9:14 PM: Feeds went down for the HoH competition.
2:21 AM: Feeds returned. Monte is the new HoH.
4:30 AM: Monte received his HoH room.
4:55 AM: Monte told Alyssa he thinks everyone is on board with Brittany going up, so it’s pretty obvious that’s what he is thinking right now. Monte said he feels good with Turner and Taylor, so he is considering his options but may land on Alyssa going up next to Brittany. Monte asked for her thoughts on being a pawn. Alyssa said it’s the game and if it proves that she is a team player, she is on board with it. Monte asked that Alyssa know if anyone mentions his name this week, as that could impact what he does this week. Alyssa asked that Monte do the same for her because she expects that Brittany will say whatever she can once she is up next to her. Alyssa reiterated that Monte and Turner have her entire trust and game.
5:15 AM: Brittany told Monte that Michael said she had a lot of final twos, which was the case but a lot of them came up out of convenience and a lot of them were brought to her. She said she knew that they were not true final twos. Brittany said Alyssa wanted a final two with her and a final three with her and Michael as well as another final three with her and Taylor. Brittany said she was always locked in to the final four with the Big BroChella group. Brittany mentioned speaking to Turner last week because she saw him as an asset to get Michael out at some point, and because they are both not in great spots when it comes to the jury. Britany said Alyssa is the only person she has heard throw Monte’s name out, but people are going to have to leave whether they are targeting him or not, and she can help take those shots. Brittany said she feels Taylor is good with the two of them but she shared that Taylor had a final three with her and Michael dating back to before the Leftover days. Brittany swore on her husband that Monte would not be her target next week. She suggested that she, Taylor and Turner would be targeting each other over him if Alyssa were to go. As for nominations., Monte said he understands what Brittany is saying in terms of Alyssa. He asked Brittany how she feels about going up as a pawn. Brittany said she would never be happy about it but she understands the position that he is in.
5:42 AM: Monte told Turner he gave Alyssa a heads up about going up. Monte said she understands. As for Brittany, Monte said he wanted to see what she would cough up about her talk with Turner. Turner told Monte that Brittany already tried creating final twos with him and Taylor tonight, but they compared notes. Monte said Brittany spun it that she was talking to Turner about taking the shot at Michael and everyone presented the final two deals to her, which he knows is BS. Monte said Brittany not telling him exactly what happened shows that the trust is lost. Turner said he is assuming Brittany is the target. Monte said “mhmm”. Turner said he will put Alyssa and Taylor up if he wins, Taylor will probably put him and Alyssa up, and Alyssa will probably put Monte and Taylor up, but they will have the vote needed. Monte said he plans to let things ride and see how the cards fall without committing himself to anything for this week. He mentioned that opportunities present themselves and he does not know who will incriminate themselves. Monte stressed that he needs Turner there next week. Turner pointed out that if Brittany wins the veto and Taylor goes up, there will be a conversation to be had but they will see what happens with the veto. Monte said if Turner wins the veto and takes down Alyssa, that forces him to put up Taylor and his hands are tied. Monte said he appreciates where he is with Taylor but if he finds out that his name is in her mouth this week, he is open to talking about it. Monte said that’s the only situation he would feel comfortable with Taylor going home in from a jury perspective.
5:57 AM: Monte told Taylor that Alyssa and Brittany know they are going on the block. Monte said Alyssa and Brittany seem fine with going on the block. Taylor asked if Brittany is the target. Monte explained that Alyssa is not much of a competition threat but she is a jury threat. As for Brittany, he said she is not much of a risk in terms of sitting next to her at the end. Monte said he doesn’t want to make any concrete decisions yet but he thinks Alyssa would be the ideal one to go, though Turner seems to think that it would be Brittany. Monte mentioned wanting to hear if Turner says anything about him. Monte said Turner has a weird attachment to Alyssa. Monte said he is leaning towards breaking the tie to send Alyssa out if it comes down to it, though Brittany is presenting an argument that works against her by saying she will be strong in the upcoming mental comps. Taylor asked where Turner falls in Monte’s long term game. Monte said Turner has made big moves and he sees him as a shield. Monte said he worries that Alyssa and Brittany would target him next if he takes Turner out this week. Monte said it’s very interesting that Brittany was pitching Turner stays and Alyssa goes this week. Taylor said she wanted to understand where he is coming from because Turner looks like the next biggest target. Monte said he cannot help it if Taylor wins the veto, uses it on Brittany, and then they vote Turner out. Monte said he will more than likely keep it the same if he wins but he cannot help what Taylor does. Taylor let Monte know that all of her eggs are in his basket at this point.
