Big Brother 24 Day 66 - Alyssa and Brittany are nominated for eviction
September 9, 2022
2:44 PM: Feeds went down for the nomination ceremony.
4:00 PM: Feeds returned. Monte nominated Alyssa and Brittany for eviction.
4:11 PM: Brittany told Monte she totally understands the move since it was in line with what they talked about last night, and there are no hard feelings. Brittany asked if there is anything he wants clarification on in terms of last week’s events. Monte mentioned some things he has heard from Turner’s perspective about the conversation he and Brittany had. He also said Alyssa shared that Brittany approached her for a final two. Monte said both Alyssa and Turner have said they are fine with bringing that information out in the open. Brittany said Alyssa 100% approached her and not vice versa. Brittany said she trusts that Taylor is more committed to her and Monte than to her and Alyssa even though there have been comments about Taylor wanting to go to the end with a female. As for Turner, Brittany said she regrets that conversation and she had no intention of making him feel like it was a final two discussion. Brittany suggested that it may have been misconstrued. She added that she does not see a future for her with Turner in this game.
4:55 PM: Monte let Alyssa know that Brittany said she was the one to propose the three girls alliance. Alyssa explained that Brittany said how crazy is it that the three girls who were not supposed to be there are there. Alyssa admitted that she then said it’s important for them to look out for each other since women don’t usually make it as far in the game, but she did not say she wants an alliance or wants to lock anything in. Monte asked where Taylor’s head was at in terms of the girls alliance. Alyssa said she was quiet and more so looked to clear up things that went wrong between them in the past.
5:24 PM: Alyssa told Taylor that Brittany is throwing them under the bus when it comes to the girls thing. Alyssa said she had Taylor’s back with it and hopes that Taylor will have hers as well. She said she told Monte that all she mentioned was the girls need to look out for each other. She told Taylor that Monte asked if she had any input and she said Taylor did not say anything other than to apologize for the fake narrative that was created between the two of them.
6:01 PM: Brittany spoke to the cameras and said that yesterday was pretty much the worst case scenario. She mentioned that she really did want to go to the end with Michael. Brittany said she can recognize that she did not play the game very smart, and she would do it all differently if she had the chance. Brittany said she wants $40,000 to start a family, whether that be through adoption or otherwise, so she would like to at least get second place.
7:18 PM: Monte filled Taylor in on what Alyssa and Brittany had said. Taylor clarified that Alyssa was the on who tried to unite the three girls. Monte said Alyssa was trying to pin it on Brittany and said that Taylor had remained quiet throughout the discussions. Taylor said it’s very clear that Alyssa has no game outside of Kyle so she does not fault her for trying to start something. Taylor talked about how Brittany is now using that to throw both of the other girls under the bus. Monte and Taylor ran through scenarios for this week. Monte figures that Brittany is more likely than Alyssa is to win HoH next week. In the event that one of the nominees come down, Monte implied that Turner would go up. He said best case scenario for he and Taylor would be that Brittany wins the veto or Taylor wins the veto and uses it on Brittany, forcing his hand to put up Turner. Should nominations stay the same, Monte explained that Brittany’s actions are making it hard for him to feel comfortable with keeping her.
7:40 PM: Turner joined Monte and Taylor in the HoH room. Monte told him that Brittany continued to throw Taylor under the bus for the girls thing, yet Alyssa came in there right after and said Taylor did not do anything. Monte and Taylor discussed that Brittany told each of them that she didn’t bring the information to them last week because she considered it fluff and it was presented to her. Monte did not think that that made sense. He believes that Brittany went to people to present working together and not the other way around.
7:44 PM: Alyssa joined the HoH crew. She told them that even as recently as this morning Brittany was telling her that even if they go on the block, they can find a way to get down and be together. Alyssa said she is going to let Brittany dig her own grave at this point.
