BBCAN4 Day 18 - Dallas decides not to use the PoV
March 14, 2016
10:00-11:00 AM: Loveita told Ramsey that she doesn’t even want to have to campaign at all. Ramsey told her that she shouldn’t have to. Ramsey pointed out that Jared, Kelsey and Raul are not scared to go for what they want and to be vocal about it. Loveita asked Ramsey what he wants. Ramsey said that he wants Cassandra out. Loveita told him that she is on the same page and she has expressed that. Joel was then asked if he is voting Cassandra out. Joel said that Christine scares him because he does not know where she is at and she has not campaigned at all to him. Loveita told Joel that Cassandra has been stirring the pot and she wants her out of there. Joel said that he trusts her more than he trusts Christine. Loveita said who cares about Christine when she has more pull. Loveita said that she expects that the house will respect that she wants Cassandra to go. Joel said he hopes that there is not some kind of twist that brings Cassandra back, because she would feel more betrayed by him than anyone. Loveita did not think that it would be an issue and said that Joel, Mitch and herself should be safe for next week even if there is a double eviction. That being said, Loveita told Joel that he can vote however he wants to vote. Loveita suggested that Joel and Mitch talk to Christine and express the fact that they do not have any alliances, solidifying something with her. Mitch said that she is not useful as a number since she won’t be told what to do.
11:00-12:00 PM: The veto ceremony took place. Dallas decided not to use the Power of Veto, meaning that either Cassandra or Christine will be evicted on Thursday. Cassandra said that Loveita so clearly wants her out. She vowed to go after Loveita if she wins HoH next week. Maddy pointed out that Loveita will now be safe if Jared, Kelsey or Raul win HoH next week. The others agreed. Maddy mentioned that those three would nominate her next to Dallas and then Loveita’s votes will be walking out the door. Cassandra said that it would be pretty cool if there is a double eviction on Thursday and they can get rid of Loveita. Christine figured that Dallas should have used the PoV even though Loveita did not want him to. Elsewhere, Dallas explained to Ramsey that he considering using the PoV even though Loveita told him not to. He ended up leaving the nominations the same out of fear that Loveita would nominate an ally of his in Christine’s place.
12:00-1:00 PM: Loveita told Mitch that technically she shouldn’t care if Christine is the one to leave, since Christine would have no problem nominating her. However, Loveita made it clear that she wants Christine to stay. Joel joined them. Loveita said that Dallas wanted to use the PoV but she asked him not to use it. Loveita told the guys that they are not on anyone’s radar right now. Loveita said that she wants to be in an alliance with Joel and Mitch and they need to have a solid game plan moving forward. Mitch said that he is down with that. Loveita feels that the wildcards are 100% on their side. Mitch was on board with working with Nikki and Tim but he was concerned about how honest Tim is. For that reason, Mitch suggested that they should be cautious about how much information they share with them. After Loveita left, Joel told Mitch that he has to tell Cassandra that she has his vote because you can’t hesitate when asked point blank. Mitch said that Christine is such a wildcard but he does not think that she is really working with anyone. Mitch said that he has to talk to Dallas. He figured that Dallas, Maddy and Ramsey would always vote together. Mitch pointed out that the brothers seem to be telling everyone what they want to hear. Mitch questioned if they should win HoH. Joel hoped that it was one where you could see how others are doing and who is still competing, because then they could judge whether or not to win it based on that. Mitch told Joel that he may try to win if it is not that type of competition. Mitch said that he would prefer to keep the brothers over Dallas, because the brothers will always be a target. He also expressed concern over the fact that Jared and Raul and somewhat close to Dallas. Mitch hoped to hear the words out of Dallas’ mouth that he is targeting Jared and Raul, so that he could spread that to them.
In the hot tub, Phil asked Ramsey how he thinks the numbers are looking right now. Ramsey said that he sees Jared, Kelsey and Raul voting for Cassandra. Phil threw Mitch’s name in there as well. Phil told Ramsey that he is hearing that the votes will be split, though Ramsey was not sure how that would be the case. Phil thought that Nikki would do what Loveita says, which means that she would be voting to evict Cassandra. Both Phil and Ramsey said that they will vote to evict Cassandra. Phil thought that it would be a 7-4 or 6-5 vote. He added that he likes Loveita and wants to support her nominations. Phil and Ramsey agreed that Christine is not really a threat and she is someone that they can use as a pawn if they win HoH. Ramsey discussed that Joel and Mitch should throw HoH. Phil said that Mitch should not. Phil figured that it would be very tough to get Mitch out if he gets past a certain point. Phil noted that this week was the first week that Mitch ever held back in talks with him. That led Phil to question whether or not Mitch has solidified his spot in a group that he is not involved with. Ramsey said that nobody would be able to beat Mitch at the end. Phil said to watch Mitch walk around, because every single one of his footsteps are calculated.
1:00-2:00 PM: Dallas told Loveita that he would not be surprised if Cassandra stays. He brought up that Jared, Kelsey, Raul, Mitch and Tim could very well vote for her. Dallas gave his word that he would vote Cassandra out, though he felt that Cassandra had a good chance of staying. Loveita said that this is so stressful and she doesn’t want it to turn out like it did the first week. Mitch said that he doesn’t know which way he is voting because he does not know where everyone stands. He let Dallas know that he is uncertain about him due to things that he has heard about him. Dallas said that he sees Mitch as the fourth vote with Jared, Kelsey and Raul, while Cassandra is the fifth. Mitch told Dallas that those three are a trio more than anything, so he is out of the mix. Dallas swore that he has not ever said that Mitch his on his radar. Dallas said that he is after the players that are most likely to win competitions and put him on the block. Loveita continued to say that she is a lone ranger. Dallas told her that it’s not the way to look at it, as if everyone is saying that it means they can put a group together and take on the three or four that are in the lone alliance. Loveita said that she feels scared because it feels as though her friends in the house are fake.
After Loveita left, Kelsey told Dallas and Mitch that she not sure which way she is going to vote. Dallas said that Cassandra will be a vote on Kelsey’s side but only until someone pitches her another deal. Mitch agreed. Dallas said that people are fascinated by Tim, who likes Cassandra, so he can see people voting to keep Cassandra. Dallas mentioned that there is only so long that Tim can play the card that he is not there to play. Kelsey told Dallas that the only person that she is currently scared about coming after her is Maddy. She let Dallas know that it makes her hesitant about him as well. Dallas said that it is logical to feel that way about Maddy but she is someone that does not bring any help to his game in terms of coming up with a strategy. Dallas let Kelsey know that he will not reach out to Jared anymore but they have an understanding that other people need to go first. Dallas said that others need to stop being so blind and focus on what is really going on. Should a weak player win and not want to make that big move, Dallas felt that the wildcards would be a good target.
3:00-4:00 PM: Cassandra asked Phil for his thoughts on the vote. Phil said that he is still on the fence. Phil brought up that they have not really ever talked game. He also told Cassandra that he heard that she is after him. Tim spoke up and said that it is not true and she has not said that. He figured that someone had come up with the plan themselves and then pinned it on Cassandra. Phil told Cassandra that he will consider keeping her if she promises not to come after him. Tim called Cassandra the new Loveita, saying that she has no one to come after Phil with. Phil pointed out that nobody wants to stick out like a sore thumb when it comes to the vote. Cassandra figured that it would be a 6-5 vote.
4:00-5:00 PM: Tim asked Loveita how she felt that today went. She said that it went well and she doesn’t really care what happens. Tim told Loveita that he doesn’t think that Jared would dare come after her next week. Tim told Loveita that he isn’t yet sure what is best for his game. He pointed out that one girl is on Dallas’ side and the other is on Jared’s side, so he has to determine which side he would like to weaken. Tim said that he enjoys being around Cassandra more but it would be the wrong move if Jared’s side is after him. Tim thought that Cassandra may have the votes if Jared’s side decides to stick with her. He didn’t know if they would want to signal to Dallas that it is game on and that they will no longer be voting with the house.
9:00-10:00 PM: Christine spoke to Loveita, who told her that she wants her to stay. Christine said that she is less of a threat. The two agreed that Cassandra is sneaky and stirs the pot. Christine brought up that it would be interesting if the two of them made an alliance, since nobody would ever suspect that they are together. Loveita said that she is definitely open to the idea of making a deal with Christine. Loveita let Christine know that she has expressed to everyone that she wants Christine to stay. They both agreed that Christine can get Tim’s vote, even though he is close to Cassandra. Loveita let Christine know that she will have Nikki’s vote too. Christine figured that she had Dallas, Maddy and Ramsey’s votes as well. Outside by the hot tub, Cassandra, Jared and Kelsey talked things over. Cassandra told them that the brothers are 100% with Dallas. Cassandra said that Phil mentioned that Jared tried to backdoor the brothers this week. Jared wanted to confront Phil because it was Dallas that had the PoV. Kelsey suggested trying to get Loveita on board with keeping Cassandra. Jared was convinced that there would be no changing Loveita’s mind. Cassandra then said that Nikki does not want to keep her because Loveita is telling Nikki that Kelsey talks poorly about her. Cassandra asked Jared and Kelsey to work on Joel, while she works on Nikki. Cassandra said that her targets are Dallas, Loveita and the brothers. Kelsey suggested that Jared needs to start working with Tim if Dallas and the brothers are actually together. Kelsey was concerned that Tim would turn on them if Cassandra goes this week.
Kelsey figured that it would be best to target Dallas before the brothers, but Jared was unsure. Kelsey told Jared to speak to Phil directly in order to clear the air. Kelsey thought that the brothers needed to know that they have Jared’s support. Jared said that they cannot throw Cassandra pity votes if she does not have the votes secured, as they have to worry about their own games. Jared said that backdooring the brothers would have been perfect this week. Kelsey agreed and said that she has heard that Loveita wants to get all of the girls out so that she is the last one and is not seen as a threat. They agreed that Loveita is not trustworthy. Ramsey came outside and was asked which way he is going to be voting. Ramsey said that his decision has been made and he will be voting to evict Cassandra. Ramsey saw Cassandra as someone that could go either way and work with anyone. Kelsey, Mitch and Raul chatted in the backyard. Kelsey said that she has a hard time trusting Loveita when she wont even hear her out a little bit when it comes to potentially saving Cassandra in order to work with her. Kelsey suggested that they need to get Tim on their side, hoping to make it one less guy that would be after Jared. Kelsey had her suspicions about Dallas, thinking that he is telling Jared that he wants the brothers out and telling the brothers that he wants Jared out.
10:00-11:00 PM: Phil joined the conversation in the backyard. Kelsey told him that it was not Jared’s idea to backdoor the brothers. Phil pointed out that he never said that it was. Kelsey brought up that she has heard that the brothers are now working with Dallas because Dallas told them that Jared wanted them out. Phil denied it, saying that he loves Jared and would never go against him. Kelsey questioned if Phil heard about the plan to backdoor Jared today. Phil said that he did not even hear about it once. He was frustrated to hear about all of this. They then discussed the votes. While Phil said that the votes are in Christine’s favour, Kelsey felt that they were in Cassandra’s favour. She said that Joel is voting for Cassandra to stay. Phil did not agree, telling her that Joel is very close with Loveita. The went back and forth on the issue, with Phil again getting emotional. Nick was also being short with Kelsey, so she told the brothers that they do not have to get worked up every time that she tries to have a conversation with them. Phil assured Kelsey and Raul that he is not after them and he has three targets for next week. He said that they are the people that he had to make a deal with in order to keep them from backdooring him, implying that they are Dallas, Maddy and Loveita.
Afterwards, Mitch told Phil that when he gets so emotional it makes people think that he is lying. He suggested that Phil not give Kelsey and Raul reason not to trust them, because they are emotional players but they need them on their side. Nick told Phil that he is going to comment, since Phil comments about his game all the time. Nick agreed with Mitch and told Phil that he needs to calm down when talking to those people. Phil headed inside and found Jared. The two cleared the air. Jared explained that he was not the one with the PoV around his neck and the ability to make a decision about backdooring the brothers. Jared admitted that Phil confuses him because he will not talk any game with him. Phil said that he definitely wants to. Phil told Jared that he is not after him and that his targets are Dallas, Loveita and Maddy. Jared said that he had wanted to trust Dallas but he seems to be the common denominator in a lot of issues. Phil agreed. Phil suggested that the wildcards are important due to their two votes. He felt that Loveita has control of Nikki, so it would be beneficial to try to get control of Nikki through Tim. The two agreed to talk later about their plans for the vote.
11:00-12:00 AM: Cassandra told Jared and Kelsey that Tim said that he is 100% voting for her and he expects that Joel is as well. Jared and Kelsey were unsure about Joel. Cassandra spoke to Joel and asked him about his vote. He said that he is voting for her to stay. Cassandra questioned why Jared and Kelsey think otherwise. Joel mentioned that he had to say that he was voting her out in front of Phil earlier. Cassandra made it clear that she does not want to work with Jared, Kelsey and Raul long term but just needs their votes. She told Joel that the two of them and Tim can put some sort of alliance together. They both agreed that Jared is a stand up guy. Cassandra suggested that he could be in on the alliance that they create, though they would have to get rid of Kelsey and Raul. Joel asked Cassandra if she is going after Loveita next week. Cassandra said that she does not know and asked Joel if he thinks that it would not be smart to do. Joel said no, not next week. He asked if Cassandra is willing to put some things aside with Loveita. Cassandra said that she does not play personal. She did admit that she wants Loveita out, but she tried to let Joel know that it did not have to be immediately.
12:00-1:00 AM: Mitch and Raul talked about the need to have each other’s back moving forward. Mitch explained that it is imperative that they stick together if they get deep in the game with Jared and Kelsey. Mitch said that they will have to win the final HoH competition if they get to the end with Jared and Kelsey. He told Raul that showmances are very powerful and often get to the end. Mitch was concerned that Jared and Kelsey would use the others to take them out if they were all in the Final 6. Raul acknowledged the need to plan ahead and be prepared. They agreed to look out for each other over Jared and Kelsey. Elsewhere, Tim asked Phil why he wants them to vote against Cassandra. Phil said that he doesn’t want to vote against her. Tim pointed out that Dallas’ side would go after Jared, Kelsey and Raul and that Jared’s side would go after Dallas, Loveita and Maddy, Phil. Tim explained that Cassandra hates Kelsey and Raul but Loveita cannot see that. Phil then said that he is on board with keeping Cassandra. Tim suggested an alliance between Cassandra, Phil, Nick, Loveita, Joel, Nikki and himself.
1:00-2:00 AM: Cassandra and Phil spoke in the backyard. Phil told Cassandra that she has his vote. He said that he forgives Cassandra even if she did tell Loveita to backdoor him. Phil let Cassandra know that Joel is in with Loveita and may be voting her out this week. They counted the votes and figured that Jared, Kelsey, Raul, Mitch, Tim and the brothers are locked in. Phil also thought that he could get Nikki on board, while Cassandra planned to work on Joel. Cassandra asked who they will target next week. Phil figured that it would be best for him to nominate Maddy and Loveita, using Dallas as a backdoor option because he made a deal with him. Both Cassandra and Phil agreed that Loveita needs to go first. Phil said that he would target Mitch before Jared, Kelsey and Raul. They discussed that Mitch is very strong and nobody would put him up. The two agreed that they are happy to be working together. Phil mentioned working alongside Nikki and Tim. He felt that Tim is a good manipulator and is great to have on their side.
