BBCAN4 Day 19
March 15, 2016
9:00-10:00 AM: Outside, Kelsey told Jared that they really need to decide if they are going to keep Cassandra. Jared said that he is leaning towards keeping her, because they are only making Dallas, Loveita and Maddy happy if they don’t. Kelsey was worried about some of the things that Loveita has told them about Cassandra. Kelsey said that she loves Christine but she does like Cassandra and sees herself being friends with her on the outside.
11:00-12:00 PM: Up in the HoH room, Loveita told Joel that she is confused by what Tim is doing. She didn’t understand how they are supposed to be in an alliance when they are voting differently. Loveita felt as though Tim is stirring the pot. She pointed out that Tim even told Christine that they can get rid of Cassandra. Joel said that he feels as though he screwed up by telling Cassandra that she has his vote. Loveita clarified that she still wants Cassandra to go. She called Cassandra a snake and figured that she would be going if Cassandra happens to stay. Joel told Loveita that the others will see him as untrustworthy if he votes to evict Cassandra, since he told her that he was keeping her. Loveita told him that Cassandra will be gone and not be in jury anyway. Dallas joined them and told Loveita that the brothers are now on the fence when it comes to the vote. He figured that it would come down to which way Joel and Mitch vote. He told Loveita that he would not at all be surprised if it goes the same way that week one did with the pawn going home.
Nick joined the crew up in the HoH room. Loveita pointed out that Cassandra is all over the place and was even willing to backdoor her own friend Kelsey. Dallas said that she may need to let Kelsey know that. Nikki made her way up to the HoH room and told the group that Phil said that he plans on voting for Cassandra to stay. Nikki worried that Cassandra is unpredictable and very convincing, making her untrustworthy. Loveita let Nick know that Cassandra happily would have put the brothers on the block. Phil made his way up to the HoH room. Phil admitted that he is getting pulled in multiple directions now and is hearing a lot of information. Loveita pointed out that the people in the room could vote Cassandra out and secure that she will be evicted. Phil asked Nick what he would like to see happen. Nick said that he wants Cassandra to go. Dallas explained that they will all get picked off if they let Jared, Kelsey, Raul, Cassandra and Mitch stick together. Phil asked if they will still be cool with them if they vote to keep Cassandra. Dallas said yes because he has bigger fish to fry. Phil told the others that Cassandra let him know that she is wiling to go after Jared and Kelsey’s group if she wins HoH. Loveita said that the other side needs to know what she is saying so that they vote her out. Dallas said that he is done and walked out. Loveita followed him, questioning if people are blind or dumb.
12:00-1:00 PM: Phil told Joel that he trusts Jared more than he trusts Dallas and Loveita. Joel agreed. Phil said that Cassandra mentioned that she would be after Dallas and then Loveita, then would go after Jared, Kelsey and Raul before she goes after them. Phil felt that his conversation with Cassandra was genuine and she is only with those three because she needed a home, though she is aware that she is lowest on the totem pole. Joel said that he really likes Loveita and doesn’t think that she would be after him, so he doesn’t want to isolate her, but he trusts Cassandra more than he trusts Christine. Nick asked if Cassandra would really not come after them. Phil said yes and there are forces in the house that need to be taken down. Phil pointed out that people like himself, Joel and Mitch are on the bottom of a bigger group and understand that. Phil said that he will tell Loveita exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it. Phil said that it seems that Joel wants to keep Cassandra. Joel admitted that he does. Phil told Joel that Tim really likes him and will go to bat for him if they are in a bad spot, though it’s harder to know what he will do if Cassandra is gone. Phil said that it is time to do what is best for his game, and he wants to keep Cassandra. Phil said that he will keep his promise and not put Dallas and Loveita up next week.
Joel said that he has no reason to distrust Cassandra. Joel wasn’t sure that he liked being in the position of the swing vote. Phil told him that they can make it good because it is on a very powerful side, only opposed by Dallas and Loveita. Joel said that he is still baffled as to where the rift between Cassandra and Loveita came about, because Cassandra never wavered from wanting to keep Loveita. Phil explained that he will keep Cassandra because Tim is friends with her and he likes Tim a lot. He also said that he likes Jared and Raul. Phil believed that Christine would become the pawn for the powerful people. Joel agreed and said that you will go home if you are up next to her. Nick added that Dallas and Loveita try to strong arm you, while the Jared side does not act in that manner. Joel said that the word bullying needs to stop, because Loveita has been using it a lot. Phil didn’t like being yelled at when he went into the HoH room. He suggested that if anyone is bullying it is Dallas and Loveita. Phil said that everyone wants Dallas and Loveita out. Joel mentioned being scared about the perception that he is associated with Loveita. Phil told Nick that he would rather have two or three people after him than seven. Nick agreed and said that is the selling point. Phil expects that the vote will be 7-4, with Dallas, Maddy, Nikki and Ramsey being in the minority. Phil let Joel and Nick know that Tim has a master plan for them, Cassandra and Mitch and he will want to take them to the end. Phil thought that Nikki would jump on board with them eventually and they would become the powerful group.
Phil and Nick then spoke to Mitch. Phil let Mitch know that he will be keeping Cassandra. He said that it will be a 7-4 vote if Mitch votes Christine out. Mitch said that Joel would have to vote her out too for that to be true. Phil told Mitch that Cassandra is not going after him. He mentioned not wanting to be strong armed by Loveita. Phil said that he just spoke with Joel and he understands what needs to be done. Mitch did not want the sides to end up being too even where people would not have anyone to go after but them once Dallas goes, though he agreed that it likely is better to have Cassandra stay. Phil said that it is a clean slate at that point and he would rather be picked off by Jared and Kelsey than by Dallas. Mitch told the brothers that he wouldn’t mind winning HoH and going after Dallas. Tim broke up the conversation. Phil told Tim that they are keeping Cassandra and it will be 7-4. Tim thought that they could throw a vote the other way in order to cause confusing, though Phil said that they cannot do it just in case Joel votes with Loveita.
Out by the hot tub, Kelsey told Dallas that her reason for wanting to keep Cassandra is that she is a target as opposed to Christine who would be a pawn that you would likely go home next to. Dallas said that it is a good argument, though he figured that cutting a deal with Christine would be one that is more likely to last than one that you cut with Cassandra. Dallas said that he cannot trust Cassandra at all. Kelsey pointed out that at least they know that now, so it’s easier to deal with. Dallas let Kelsey know about Cassandra throwing her under the bus. Kelsey said that she appreciates it. Dallas advised Kelsey to watch Cassandra if she intends to keep her. Dallas admitted that Christine is doing a poor job of campaigning, if she is campaigning at all.
1:00-2:00 PM: Maddy said that she is scared of Tim, even though everyone loves him. Mitch said that Tim is one of the most dangerous people there, especially if he is willing to do something like vote out Cassandra. Mitch figured that Tim’s decision with regards to the vote would impact a lot of other people’s decisions. Mitch thought that the others would want to maintain a good relationship with Tim. Maddy told Mitch that she plans to vote Cassandra out because she knows that she would be a vote against her if Kelsey nominates her. Mitch told Maddy that he is concerned that he will be lower on the totem pole within his own group if Cassandra stays. In the bedroom, Phil told Jared and Kelsey that he is keeping Cassandra. Jared said that it’s good since she is another number for them. Kelsey said she thinks that they are keeping Cassandra but she wants to talk to him later about some things that she has heard. Phil then let Ramsey know that he is fourth on Cassandra’s target list. Ramsey thought that it was crazy but it would be great if so.
In the other bedroom, Dallas told Cassandra that his worry is that if she continues to be the fifth vote for Jared’s group, they will soon control the vote. Cassandra agreed but explained that she needs to be with them in order to get their votes to stay, then she can re-evaluate her strategy. Dallas let Cassandra know that she will not be his target for the next 3+ weeks if she stays. The two looked each other in the eye and shook on it that they are not targeting each other. Dallas said that the nominations this week are atrocious. Cassandra understood that Loveita did not want to rock the boat but she was not happy about how Loveita has treated her and been slandering her. Dallas said that he lost respect for Loveita because of how terrible her nominations were. Cassandra said that is has given her a bit of a wakeup call and might end up being a positive thing for her game. Dallas explained that Maddy is the one that he trusts the most and she is the only one that he has. Dallas insisted that Loveita is a lone ranger and that he called both her and Ramsey out. Cassandra expect that Dallas, Maddy and Ramsey would vote against her, though she thought that she had a chance at the rest. Dallas told Cassandra that they will keep her in the game because they have a fighting chance of staying if up against Cassandra but not if up against Christine. Cassandra told Dallas that she is willing to nominate Ramsey and Loveita, keeping him off of the block.
3:00-4:00 PM: Joel and Tim spoke in the have-not room. Tim asked Joel to explain the consequences of keeping Christine over Cassandra. Joel said that Cassandra is closely aligned with him, so it’s another option for him. Tim agreed. He was concerned that Cassandra is easier to read and would be easier for others to read as well. Joel and Tim figured that Cassandra would be logical enough to understand that it is not best for her game to go after Loveita immediately. Tim said that he likes what Loveita has done and does not think that she is the enemy, but she is threatening that they have to vote Cassandra out in order to work with her. Tim expects Cassandra to stay. He said that he does not think that he will vote against her. Joel said the same. Cassandra joined them. Tim told her that Loveita is not the enemy. Cassandra said that Loveita is the one that is gunning after her and said that she will until she is out of the house. Cassandra and Tim discussed nominating two people from the Dallas, Maddy and Ramsey side if they win HoH. Cassandra said that it is important that she wins HoH so that she can rebuild her relationship with Loveita. Cassandra and Tim said that Dallas has to go this week. Tim did not want to be the leader of the middle group, because they would become the target. He suggested that Loveita could be the leader. Cassandra said that it should be Phil.
Phil told Tim that he is getting pulled everywhere. Tim said that people realize that the two of them and Joel are the ones that can be swayed. Phil asked Tim what he wants to do. Tim said that they want Cassandra to stay but they want the others to think that Christine has a chance. If everyone voted together, Tim felt that it would be less likely that people would strike at Jared’s group next week. Tim hope that it would be a 6-5 vote, even suggesting that they could throw a vote the other way if they have it at 7-4. Tim said that they don’t want the others thinking that Jared is invincible and they therefore have to come after one of them instead. Phil thought that Dallas’ group would go after Jared’s group. Tim said that the votes will not matter then. Tim explained that they need Jared's group to stay at the top and Dallas' group to stay in the middle so that people do not find it useful to strike at those that are truly in the middle without a side.
5:00-6:00 PM: Out by the pool, Cassandra spoke to Mitch. They discussed that Loveita made this move in hope of better positioning herself so that she would not be at the bottom. Mitch was concerned that he is on the bottom of the group with Jared, Kelsey, Raul and Cassandra, because Cassandra and Kelsey are tight. Cassandra told Mitch that the two of them will need each other. She said that Jared has common sense, though Kelsey is too volatile and is not someone that she sees herself working with. Cassandra said that she needs Mitch’s vote. He agreed, saying that there are for sure four against her right now. They counted out Dallas, Maddy, Ramsey and Nikki as the four votes that Cassandra will not get. Cassandra was also unsure about Joel. Mitch expected that Joel would make it 7-4 if it was already going to be 6-5 in Cassandra’s favour. Cassandra told Mitch that she wants to work with him and realizes that they are at the bottom and Jared, Kelsey and Raul will pick them off first. Mitch said that those three will be a huge problem and impossible to get out if they let them get too deep into the game. Cassandra let Mitch know that she is okay with getting Kelsey out, because they are not as close as it seems. Mitch noted that Jared has positioned himself really well, since Kelsey and Raul are likely to go before him. They compared that trio to Emmett, Jillian and Gary. Cassandra warned Mitch that people are started to view the group as a four, with him included.
6:00-7:00 PM: Mitch told Cassandra that as of right now she seems to have the votes. He let her know that people, including Kelsey, have been skeptical about her making deals with everyone, so she has to make sure that people to trust her. Mitch said that if he is going to keep her there he needs to know that they can work together later on when they come across another big roadblock. Cassandra agreed that they will need each other. Cassandra opened up about her thoughts on what needs to happen in the game, saying that she wants to gain Mitch’s trust. Cassandra figured that Loveita would continue to target her until she is out of the house, but she thought that it could be possible to rebuild trust with her if she wins the upcoming HoH. Therefore, Cassandra said that her number one target would be Dallas. After Dallas, Cassandra thought that they should target Ramsey. She noticed that he is a very strong competitor, which she saw as threatening. Both Cassandra and Mitch agreed that they need to try to win the HoH competition. Cassandra said that she would likely nominate Dallas and Ramsey, backdooring Loveita if somebody uses the PoV.
12:00-1:00 AM: After a quiet night with little to no game talk, Mitch asked Joel where he is at in terms of the vote. Joel said that he is still on board with keeping Cassandra. Mitch said that he is as well. They discussed that Loveita has let up a bit in terms of pushing for Cassandra to go, so they shouldn’t damage that relationship too much. Mitch said that he wants to give Christine a chance but she is not useful for his game and she will side with Dallas and Maddy. Mitch told Joel that he is thinking that it is best if Dallas, Maddy and Ramsey do not change their votes, as Cassandra will for sure not trust them if they vote her out. They agreed that the plan is to keep Cassandra unless something else comes up to change that between now and Thursday. Up in the HoH room, Loveita told Tim that she wants to work with him even if he wants Cassandra to stay and be a part of that. Tim let Loveita know that Cassandra is not coming after her and that she is currently with Jared, Kelsey and Raul because she needs their votes to stay. Tim explained that he cannot read Christine but he can read Cassandra. Tim admitted that he is thinking of throwing a vote Christine’s way because he does not want it to be a 7-4 vote. He said that he would like it to be a 6-5 vote in Cassandra’s favour, so that she stays but Dallas, Maddy and Ramsey still have confidence that they can take down Jared. If it is a lopsided vote, Tim thinks that those three will see Jared’s side as untouchable.
