BBCAN4 Day 30 - Ramsey wins the Power of Veto

March 26, 2016

10:00-11:00 AM: The veto players were chosen. Tim, Dallas, Ramsey, Cassandra, Jared and Mitch will be competing. In the bedroom, Maddy told Dallas that Tim is apparently not going to go against Jared. She mentioned Tim saying that Jared is the only one that gets him in the house. Maddy said she would likely nominate Jared and Tim if she wins HoH again. She pointed out that Tim thinks he is so smart for not getting any blood on his hands by forcing everyone else to do the dirty work. She told Dallas that she now has three or four people that she wants to get out of the house, including Cassandra who she would like to backdoor. Maddy said Cassandra lied to her twice yesterday for no reason. In the HoH room, Nikki told Tim she doesn’t think that he should let the veto winner choose the replacement nominee. Tim said he is not going to. He explained that he made the decision not to and it was not stopped by Big Brother as he implied that it was. Tim revealed that his target is Dallas. Nikki asked for Maddy to be nominated if Dallas wins the PoV. Tim said he will do that. They both agreed that they would prefer to have Maddy leave over Ramsey.

Tim said he originally was siding with Dallas and Maddy because they were on the outside. However, he then observed that they are on the outside due to ostracizing themselves through negativity and bitterness. He noted that Dallas and Maddy have become the biggest intimidators in the group. Tim outlined what he would like to see happen. After Dallas, he thought that either Maddy or Ramsey would go. He said it would then come down to a decision of whether to target the brothers or go after the silent players that are big threats, such as Joel and Mitch. Tim and Nikki agreed that they like Jared and the brothers. Tim said he would be happy if Jared slid through to the end. Tim pointed out that Mitch has played a perfect game in terms of never annoying anyone and not having to make a move against anyone. Tim figured that the idea that Jared is the biggest threat is an illusion, since he hasn’t won that much and is bad at puzzles. On top of that, he said that Mitch is the one that has the nice guy role covered. Jared joined them. Tim informed him about his plan to target Dallas. Jared was on board. Tim also let Jared know Maddy is likely going on the block if Dallas wins the PoV.

11:00-12:00 PM: Cassandra and Dallas spoke in the bedroom. Dallas told Cassandra he was really close with Maddy but he washed his hands of her once she backdoored Loveita without telling him anything. Cassandra felt it showed that Maddy is a selfish player. Dallas agreed, calling her selfish and disloyal. Dallas said he likes Joel more than he likes Maddy. He said that Maddy is rude and he does not understand why she thinks that she is all that. Cassandra said Maddy seems to think she is the queen now that she made the move against Loveita. Dallas assured Cassandra he is done with Maddy if he is able to stick around another week. Dallas said part of the reason he is going home this week is that Maddy made the move against Loveita. Dallas thought that Loveita would have been another vote for him. Cassandra brought up that Maddy has been clinging to Tim today. Dallas said Maddy had just finished telling him how she is so annoyed with Tim. Dallas added that seeing Maddy’s true colours is making him sick for being so close to her for so long. Cassandra said Maddy will be on the block if she wins HoH next week.

12:00-1:00 PM: Cassandra, Phil and Tim discussed Joel. Cassandra questioned why Joel would align with Dallas after saying that he doesn’t like him cause he intimidates him. Phil said Joel has played a bigger role in creating the division in the house than they originally thought. Phil said he does not like Joel anymore. Tim agreed and said he has changed. Tim feels that you can read it on Joel’s face that he has a guilty conscience when he looks at them. Phil asked if Mitch and Raul will do their own thing. Tim said no cause Mitch is smarter than that. Phil agreed. Nikki joined them and said she feels bad but Joel can be a little bit creepy at times. She mentioned that he asked her to sit on his lap today because he got a bit jealous when she sat on Mitch’s lap yesterday. Phil said Joel has made some really weird comments to some girls in the house.

1:00-2:00 PM: Cassandra pointed out to Phil and Tim that they have been so good to Joel and so nice to him, yet he is taking advantage of that in the game. Tim wondered where Joel would be left if Dallas does leaves and Joel tries to come back to them after having ditched them. Phil suggested that Joel and Ramsey are likely to align. Cassandra said thank God they have the numbers this week, because Dallas, Joel, Maddy and Ramsey are dangerous. Tim said that’s why Dallas has to go this week. Tim said that Maddy needs to go next week. Phil agreed. Cassandra preferred to target Ramsey first, though she later changed her mind and was on board with Maddy going. Tim revealed that he will nominate Maddy if the PoV is used. They discussed keeping Joel close for now. If Joel wins another competition, Tim believed that Joel would come back to them if they point out that he went against them but they did not hold it against him. Phil said Joel talks to Dallas out of fear, not trust. Tim added that Joel is just trying to gain favour with them.

3:00-4:00 PM: Cassandra asked Dallas if he is going to keep campaigning or give up if he does not win the PoV. Dallas said he isn’t sure if he has a shot if it he has to campaign. Dallas figured that he would know whether or not he is staying based on the results of the veto competition. Cassandra advised him to say Maddy and Ramsey are going after one of the others on the other side while he is on his own. She also suggested talking to Jared to make a deal. Dallas said he has already offered Jared deals on two occasions and was denied, so he is not doing that again. Cassandra asked Dallas who he would go after next week if he stayed. Dallas said probably Tim but he isn’t sure because he would like to have a reset with some people in the house. Dallas said he would like to see Maddy up on the block. Cassandra agreed. Dallas reiterated that he will cut Maddy off if he stays past this week. Dallas listed off Jared, Mitch and Tim as the best players in the house right now. Dallas called Mitch “flawlessly untouchable” in the game. Cassandra said that she sees it too but knows that it is too soon to make that move. Cassandra then spoke to Jared, asking him if he wants to make a Final 2 deal. Jared said it’s an unwritten deal between the two of them that they will try to bring it home. Both are from Winnipeg. Cassandra asked if Jared would take Raul over her. Jared said he doesn’t know because Raul has thrown him under the bus a couple of times. Jared suggested that a Final 3 of Cassandra, Tim and himself would be ideal. He mentioned that Tim might bow out at that point, since he has said that he wants to help people that he likes get to the end. Cassandra agreed.

9:00-10:00 PM: Feeds returned following the veto competition. Ramsey won the Power of Veto. In the HoH room, Jared told Raul that they have to get Mitch out before Tim. Jared said none of them can beat Mitch. Raul told Jared he would have to take that blood cause Mitch would never forgive him. Jared reminded Raul that Mitch let Kelsey and Raul go on the block. Raul said he knows. Raul brought up Mitch mentioning that he would be the end of his game. Jared told Raul not to worry because the move will not have to happen until later in the game. In the storage room, Cassandra and Joel discussed who the replacement nominee will be. They figured that Maddy will go on the block. Both Cassandra and Joel mentioned that they would be on board with voting Maddy out over Dallas. Cassandra wondered who else would vote Maddy out. Joel said he is not sure and he doesn’t know if Mitch would since he seems to be forming something with her. Cassandra told Joel that he needs to pick a side. Joel said he is on whichever side Cassandra is on, since they are in this together. Cassandra told Joel that many people heard him saying during the double eviction that Loveita was the only person on his side. Joel said getting Dallas out may lead to people truly seeing him as a lone ranger then. Cassandra agreed. The talk was broken up. Cassandra then spoke to Dallas and told him that she has an idea. She suggested that Dallas go to Tim and offer a two week deal, letting him know that he is at rock bottom  and has no one. Dallas was on board with Cassandra telling Tim that he feels betrayed by Maddy and is on board with getting her out. Dallas said he would not retaliate if that move is made.

10:00-11:00 PM: Cassandra told Tim she thinks that he needs to put Maddy up on the block. Tim said his plan was to nominate the person who got the next highest amount of votes, which was Maddy. Tim brought up nominating himself. He figured that he would surely have enough votes to stay. Joel joined them. He said he isn’t sure who would go home if Dallas and Maddy are on the block together. Cassandra quickly said that Dallas is going no matter who he is up against. Tim was called to the diary room. Cassandra questioned Joel about his comment that he is unsure who would go. She asked if he is trying to keep Maddy from going up on the block. Joel said no and that he is fine with Maddy going up. Cassandra made it clear that she is open to keeping Dallas around. However, she did point out that voting Dallas out would be a good way for Joel to show everyone that he is not with Dallas. Joel agreed. Cassandra said Maddy would ideally leave this week, followed by Ramsey next week. She said if the middle group is wanting Dallas to go then they will have to go along with it if they want to remain in that group. Tim returned from the diary room and said he is not allowed to nominate himself.

Cassandra informed Nikki that Maddy received the third most nomination points yesterday. Nikki said that’s good because Maddy will know how unpopular she is. Cassandra said she really did not want to be thinking about getting another girl out this week but Maddy has to go because she is so phoney. Nikki told Cassandra that Maddy is not even a girl cause she doesn’t have any girl code and hates the two of them for no reason. While Cassandra wants to get Maddy out, she clarified that she would only attempt to do so if Tim got on board with it. Tim joined them and Nikki asked what is going on. Cassandra told Tim that they are protective of him and do not want him going on the block. Tim said he would have had votes from the two of them, Jared and the brothers if he were to have gone on the block this week. Nikki questioned why Tim is giving Nikki the satisfaction of thinking that she can suddenly be his best friend. Tim assured the girls that Maddy is not his best friend. He said that Maddy will be going on the block but she will not go home. He told the girls not to get any ideas.

11:00-12:00 AM: Cassandra and Nikki expressed concern that Maddy would nominate them if she stays in the house. Nikki told Tim that if he cared for her and Cassandra then he would let them vote Maddy out over Dallas. Tim assured the girls that Maddy would not nominate them. Nikki said that she and Cassandra will boycott Tim if she hangs out with Maddy. Tim asked the girls to stop before he does something like nominate one of them as the pawn instead. Cassandra and Nikki told Tim that they were just kidding. Tim said he is now worried that people will vote Maddy out over Dallas. Both Cassandra and Nikki reassured him that they will not go against his wishes. Cassandra said they can get Dallas out this week and Maddy out next week. Tim told them that the guys were discussing things downstairs and agreed that Maddy can go next week. Tim reminded the girls that anyone could come after them and it is not necessarily just Maddy that would because she is the vocal one. Tim advised them not to start any fights with Maddy since they think that she is an emotional player. Tim said he will let Maddy know that she is not his target. Cassandra said Maddy doesn’t even deserve that because she was the one that received the third most nomination points. Dallas joined them and told Tim he will not forget it if Tim breaks a tie in his favour. Dallas pointed out that you never know what you are going to get with Maddy. Dallas said he is a big competitor and can win an HoH or two and keep Tim safe.

12:00-1:00 AM: Tim told both Dallas and Ramsey that he will nominate the person who received the third highest number of nomination points if Ramsey uses the PoV on himself. Tim spoke to Ramsey alone and informed him that Maddy received the third highest number of points. Ramsey said he believes that Maddy will go home this week if she is nominated. Tim disagreed and said that Dallas will not be able to get the numbers. Tim explained that he can get the girls on board with keeping Maddy by saying that Maddy has to get big competitors out and will not target them. Ramsey went to Maddy and told her that she will not be going home this week. Maddy disagreed and said she will be out of the house if she goes up on the block. Maddy felt as though Tim would nominate someone else that ensures that Dallas leaves unless he wanted her to be the target. Maddy became frustrated and said she is going to call a house meeting to call out everyone who nominated her. She brought up that she had just went out on a limb for everyone by backdooring Loveita. Ramsey continually disagreed with Maddy and told her that she will have enough votes to stay.

1:00-2:00 AM: Cassandra and the brothers discussed making an alliance with Tim. Cassandra suggested that they wait until the veto ceremony has taken place and Tim’s mind is clear. They agreed that they want Jared to be in the Final 4 with them. Phil pointed out that everyone thinks they were floaters but they would have a lot to say about what they did in the first few weeks if they make it to the end and have to say a Final 2 speech. They agreed that Mitch is the smartest person in the game, though they did not want to put him on the block until they have to. Cassandra went so far as to liken him to Derrick. Cassandra brought up that Ramsey is a huge physical threat and he needs to before Maddy even though Maddy is really annoying. The brothers agreed. Cassandra said that Maddy could go the following week. Cassandra said Maddy is the brains of the group and she is only fine with Dallas going first because she is doing what the group as a whole wants. Phil said Maddy can go next week before Ramsey because Ramsey is a little puppet and it getting manipulated by Maddy. Cassandra said her ideal eviction order is Dallas, Ramsey, Maddy, Joel, Mitch and Raul. Phil said his is the same.
