BBCAN4 Day 42 - Mitch is evicted; Maddy wins HoH
April 7, 2016
8:00-9:00 PM: During the eviction episode, Mitch was evicted by a vote of 5-3. The votes to evict Joel were Maddy, Ramsey and Nikki. Afterwards, the houseguests competed in a before or after style HoH competition. Maddy ended up winning HoH for the second time this season.
9:00-10:00 PM: Jared asked Maddy what she thinks that she is going to do this week. Maddy said she is going to try to make everyone seem as uncomfortable as possible. Jared said he understands that Kelsey and Maddy have a rocky relationship. Maddy told Jared that she will not lie and that Kelsey is her main objective this week. Maddy said that it will either be Kelsey next to Nikki and then Jared or Raul will have to go on the block if the PoV is used. She also mentioned that she really wants the brothers out. Jared asked Maddy what it is about Kelsey that she has issues with. Maddy said Kelsey is a mean girl and her brain does not want to be friends with her. Jared figured that it would take Kelsey being in power and being the bigger person in order for them to get along. Jared pointed out that Mitch did a good job of setting Raul up for this week so he figured that it would be Cassandra and Kelsey on the block as soon as Maddy won HoH. Jared said that he and Ramsey would have to be doing the delegating between the girls if they are to get on the same page. Jared said he doesn’t doubt that Kelsey will leave this week. He mentioned that it happens to most people that return to the house. Maddy explained that she felt a negative energy as soon as Kelsey returned because everyone split off into groups again. Jared said he gets it and will respect Maddy’s decision.
10:00-11:00 PM: Maddy let Ramsey know that Jared came and talked to her. Maddy said she told him that she wants everyone to feel uncomfortable. Ramsey said he wouldn’t even tell people that. Maddy said she told Jared because Jared knows that he is going up. Maddy mentioned her potential nominations are Nikki or Tim next to Kelsey and then she could nominate the brothers if the PoV is used. Ramsey pointed out that the three headed monster would still be there. Ramsey suggested nominating Jared next to Nikki or Tim so that she can nominate Kelsey if Jared wins the PoV. Maddy said that is essentially the same thing as nominating Jared and Kelsey then using Nikki as the replacement if the PoV is used. Ramsey said it would suck if Nikki left. Ramsey told Maddy that he spoke with Nikki and she mentioned wanting the witch, Kelsey, to go. Ramsey said it’s almost useless to put up one of Jared or Kelsey and using Nikki as a pawn, because they lose another vote if they are both nominated. Ramsey told Maddy that he wants to use this week to grow closer to Cassandra. Maddy said Jared thinks that she is putting up Cassandra. Ramsey thought that it was weird that he didn’t outright ask if he is going on the block. Maddy figured that it was because he knows.
Next up, Kelsey told Maddy that every single person had come to them and told them to nominate Maddy and Ramsey. Kelsey said there are other duos in the house but it will be very expected that she would nominate Jared and herself. Kelsey asked Maddy to remember that they came to her when no one else would. Kelsey pointed out that the brothers have yet to be nominated. Kelsey said she came back into the house and told Jared that they should work with Maddy and Ramsey. Maddy told Kelsey that things blew up once Kelsey did the same thing with the brothers. Kelsey disagreed that they did the same with the brothers. She reminded Maddy that they had agreed to tell the others that they are targeting each other. Maddy said that’s fine. Maddy said she didn’t come into the house to have the prom king and queen only hang out with each other. She said that Jared and Kelsey seclude themselves from the group. Kelsey did not see that to be the case and clarified that they hang out together because they like each other as Maddy and Ramsey do. Maddy admitted that Mitch put a lot of stuff in her head. Kelsey said Mitch is very smart and very good in the game, which is why they got him out. Kelsey brought up things that Loveita had told her about Mitch. Maddy said she already knew about Joel, Mitch and Loveita working together because Loveita told her. However, they disagreed on the type of deal that was made. Kelsey said it was an alliance but Maddy said it was a deal.
11:00-12:00 AM: Kelsey and Maddy continued talking in the HoH room. Kelsey said everyone is on an even playing field right now. Kelsey said it’s frustrating to her that everyone wanted Maddy out and they didn’t come after her even though it would have made sense if they were fully working with the other side like Maddy thinks. Kelsey said they did not make that move. Maddy questioned what Kelsey wants her to say to that, asking if she wants a thank you. Maddy discussed that Jared and Kelsey being so likeable may be a reason for them to go. Kelsey admitted that her biggest fear coming back into the house was that she would ruin Jared’s game. Kelsey explained that Maddy and Ramsey don’t want to be lumped in together and she is asking for the same respect with regards to Jared. Kelsey asked that if she is Maddy’s target then she comes after her. Kelsey said Jared is likely going to go if the two of them are nominated next to each other. Maddy said she would not nominate two of them. Kelsey said she will respect it if Maddy ends up deciding to target her because it is what it is and they have been pegged against each other. Maddy told Kelsey not to think that she is her only target because she has about six people that she would like to get out. Maddy told Kelsey that if she does not put her and Jared on the block it is because she wants them to work together. Maddy wanted that to be known without a deal actually being discussed. Kelsey said it would be frustrating to see the people in the middle get by if the two duos were to take each other out.
12:00-1:00 AM: The brothers headed to the HoH room to talk to Maddy. Phil asked what Maddy is thinking. Maddy said everyone except for Ramsey and a mystery person who she will not name are on a level playing field right now. Maddy said she is there to have people sitting on the edge of their seat when nominations happen. Maddy told the brothers that if she does not nominate them there would be a reason for it. Maddy pointed out that she plays this game as an eye for an eye. She said everyone is a target and she will have to make her move and deal with what is left. Maddy explained that everyone has lied to her face and therefore it is a level playing field. Maddy said she will have one target and will not put two people who are targets on the block. Next up, Raul spoke to Maddy. Maddy said there are so many duos in the house and everyone is an unbreakable bond. Raul advised Maddy to try to separate game from emotions. Maddy said she is having a hard time with that because she really doesn’t like one girl in the house, referring to Cassandra. She said that she is such a liar and such a campaigner but she feels as though she would win against this person at the end. Raul told Maddy that she will go far as long as she sticks to her word.
Maddy told Ramsey that she doesn’t think that she should do what is predictable. Ramsey said it is up to her and it is totally fine if she does not want to go against the three. Maddy said she sees others as an unbreakable bond as well. Maddy told Ramsey that the four people she wants out of the house are Jared, Kelsey, Cassandra and the brothers. Maddy said Jared and Kelsey are people that they can trust in a weird way even though she does not like them. Maddy was concerned that Kelsey would have the votes to stay if she were to be nominated next to a Nikki or a Tim. Maddy did not feel that Cassandra or the brothers would have the votes to stay. Maddy said she does not see the trio as unbreakable and someone else will go after them anyway. Maddy feels that Jared knows they can work together and he would not come after her if she keeps him safe this week. Maddy said she is not there to have Cassandra, Joel, Nikki or the brothers float to the top. Ramsey asked if Maddy would nominate Cassandra and the brothers. Maddy said just one. She said she would nominate the brothers initially. Ramsey suggested getting Cassandra out first. Maddy said she is not going to do what Ramsey wants just because he doesn’t like Cassandra. She felt that keeping Cassandra safe would earn her another point with Cassandra. Maddy said it sucks because Nikki would be upset if she used her as a pawn. Maddy wondered if she should use Joel.
