BBCAN4 Day 53 - Tim is the replacement nominee
April 18, 2016
8:00-9:00 AM: Tim headed to the HoH room. He asked Phil if they are using him as a pawn. Phil said it’s either Tim or Nikki. Tim said he is okay with volunteering and he wont retaliate but he wants them to work together next week. Phil agreed and said that he will make it clear that Tim is a pawn. Tim said Phil will have to tell him if Maddy is gaining any traction with her campaigning. Phil told Tim that Maddy was in their room campaigning until 3 AM and she needs to go. Nick joined them and assured Tim that he is just a pawn. Tim was called to the diary room. Phil let Nick know that he told Tim that Maddy was in their room until 3 AM, she is being really annoying and has to go. The brothers discussed that it is okay if Maddy blows things up because Tim is exposed. Phil said they have to act like they are against Maddy. Phil told Nick that it is the perfect HoH. Kelsey asked the brothers if they are nominating Tim as a pawn. Phil said yeah. Kelsey mentioned that Tim is saying that he wonders what she will say about him. Phil said everybody wants Maddy out and it is going to be a good week. Kelsey said she thinks that Tim is freaking out so it will be interesting to see what comes up about Tim this week. Kelsey told the brothers that Cassandra was advising Tim to get in there and make a deal to have the brothers keep them safe for two weeks, which doesn’t make sense considering that there are only three weeks remaining. After Kelsey left, Phil told Nick that Kelsey would be on board to vote Tim out. Nick agreed. Phil said they are going to find out how good at Big Brother Tim is. Phil figured that Tim would freak out and show a completely different side of himself. Phil thought that Tim was falling right into their game plan. Phil told Nick that this is one of the best HoHs ever. Phil said they are going to have won probably 2 HoHs and between 3-5 PoVs by the end of the game.
9:00-10:00 AM: Cassandra and Joel spoke out by the hot tub. Cassandra said she thinks that they need to sit down and make a game plan. Joel agreed but said he was thinking that they should wait until after the veto ceremony to see what happens even though he is sure that it will be Tim on the block. Cassandra agreed that Tim will likely be nominated. Cassandra pointed out that it would have been good to have Jared go up so that Jared would go after the brothers next week. Joel said Jared will still know that the brothers very well could have went after him in the event of an instant eviction. Cassandra asked Joel who he wants to leave next. Before Joel could answer, Cassandra asked who he wants next to them in the Final 3, Kelsey or Tim. Joel asked what she thought about taking Nikki to the end. Cassandra said they need to get Nikki out in the next two evictions because everybody would take her to the end. Joel wondered if Jared and Kelsey would want them in the Final 4 since they probably don’t trust the brothers and don’t have a lot of faith in Tim. Cassandra asked if they should get the brothers out. Joel said he is considering it. Cassandra mentioned getting Nikki out first to get her out of the way. She also said they need to get Jared out as soon as possible. Joel agreed and wondered if it would be too early to make that move if they win HoH in an instant eviction. Joel said Tim is probably the best person to beat Jared in a competition. Cassandra said Tim could win the whole game too. Joel agreed.
11:00-12:00 PM: The veto ceremony took place. With Ramsey winning the Power of Veto and leaving the game, the brothers had to name a replacement nominee. The brothers nominated Tim next to Maddy. Nikki spoke to Tim about how he volunteered to go on the block. Tim said it is his way of controlling the brothers, saying that they made a weak move and had the chance to make a big one by putting Jared on the block. Tim told Nikki that the brothers again took the safe route, leading to him telling the brothers that he will hold their hand and be their mom so that they can get Maddy out. Nikki and Tim didn’t think that the brothers had earned any respect from Jared in the process. Tim said that people do not respect pussies. Tim brought up telling the brothers that he hopes that strategy wins them $100,000.
2:00-3:00 PM: Tim told Cassandra that he thinks that they need to get Jared out, perhaps as early as next week. Cassandra agreed. They discussed that they both want Jared and Nikki out. Tim said he would nominate Joel if they end up having a triple eviction because they could then save him. Joel spoke to Cassandra about the plan to get either Jared or the brothers out. If one either of them won the PoV, Cassandra and Joel agreed that they would have to claim that the plan all along was to get the other out. Cassandra felt that the two of them needed to speak with Tim to fill him in on things. Joel mentioned nominating Nikki and Tim. Joel said they would just need to be assured that the brothers and Jared would use the PoV to get the other out in that case. Cassandra said Jared needs to go first. Joel agreed and said that they should nominate Jared next to Nikki or Tim in the event of an instant eviction. Cassandra wondered who should go first out of the brothers and Nikki. Joel preferred to take the brothers out. Cassandra said they cannot take Nikki to the Final 4 or else it becomes too tempting for people to take her. She also did not want to have both internationals in the game at that point. They two discussed that even if they take Jared out Kelsey would have no choice but to work with them.
Phil told Nick that he has been noticing that his face is looking red. Nick said it’s probably from the chlorine. He told Phil that his face is red too. Nick said he got four hours of sleep last night cause Phil was in the room. Cassandra asked what’s wrong with Nick’s face. Phil said he is just telling Nick how it is. Nick told Phil that he is the guy who had acne so he should not be commenting on his face. Phil told Nick to watch his mouth because he is not in the mood right now. Not long after, Phil went up to Nick and asked why he is being so sensitive. Nick said he is sick of Phil making him look like an idiot in front of the others. Nick commented on how Joel has been in this situation with his brother. Phil said he is not bullying Nick. Nick then said he is and he does not know how Phil doesn’t see it. Phil said he wishes that Nick weren’t in the house. He asked Nick to come speak to him in the pantry. Phil told Nick that he is being horrible and that they he is talking too quietly. Phil suggested that Nick start yelling so that people will come see what is going on. Phil told Nick that he is doing a horrible job right now. They discussed working on their acting, making it seem as though they are doing a task of some sort.
3:00-4:00 PM: The brothers continued with their fight. Phil told the others that Nick is sensitive, annoying and his face looks weird. Tim said he doesn’t get if this is for real. Tim told Phil that he can’t talk to anyone about having a weird face. Cassandra said that she doesn’t see anything wrong with Nick’s face. Tim pointed out that Nick has been sick and is sleep deprived. Phil said he wishes that Nick wasn’t his brother. Tim told him to shut up and questioned if this is an act. Tim assured Nick that there is nothing wrong with his face. Nick said everything he does seems to annoy Phil. Nick told Phil that he is not going to hit him because he is not going to get kicked out of the house. He said if anyone is getting kicked out it is Phil for being a piece of shit. Nick pointed out that there are live feeds and people see Phil being a bully. The whole while, Nikki sat at the table and laughed at the show. She told them that enough is enough and they need to be nice to each other. Cassandra told them to hug it out. Phil told Nick that he doesn’t want to look at his face and wishes that he were not his brother. Nick told Phil to look him in the eyes and say that. Phil did. Nick then dumped his drink on Phil and said that he is going to self evict. Nick said it’s not worth it for $50,000. Phil headed up to the HoH room, grabbed Nick’s bags and threw them off of the balcony. He said that they all know that he is the one who earned the HoH for them. Nick stormed upstairs to the HoH room. Everyone else rushed upstairs. Tim told Phil that the brothers need to take a break from each other. He said there is no wonder there are some cracks forming due to the pressure. Tim told Phil that it is natural to be stressed out with each other. Tim suggested that they cool down and get a bit of perspective. Phil told Tim that he cannot see or hear Nick at the moment. Tim then went to Nick and suggested that they give each other a bit of space. Nikki told Nick that Canada got to watch it all play out and no one thinks that they look silly. Nick said this brings him back to being 12 years old again. Phil came out of the HoH room and told Nick that he needs to toughen up. Nick told Phil that he looks like an ass. Tim went back into the HoH room and told Phil that he has to realize that he is not competing with Nick in there. He mentioned that they are likely in competition in the outside world. Phil said always. Shortly thereafter, the feeds were cut and have yet to return.
6:00-7:00 PM: The feeds returned after being down for over three hours. The houseguests got a visit from UFC fighter Elias Theodorou while the feeds were down. Out by the hot tub, Kelsey told Jared that Cassandra told her they need to start planning out next week. Jared to Kelsey not to talk to Cassandra about that. Jared said playing both sides isn’t going to turn out too well and it’s best that they keep their mouths shut. Kelsey said she thinks that Tim would nominate Jared and the brothers. Jared agreed. Kelsey thought that he could also nominate the two of them. Jared said he wouldn’t mind nominating Cassandra and Tim. Kelsey said she thinks that she may do that too. Kelsey told Jared that they would have to make sure that Tim leaves. Kelsey called Cassandra and frustrating player who doesn’t really try. Jared said she expects everyone else to do things for her and she is the most useless person in the house. Jared pointed out that Cassandra is a vote and that is the only good thing about her, though she may not even be that anymore.
7:00-8:00 PM: Tim told Nikki that he wonders if Maddy will campaign. He said that her one chance was to be on the block against Jared. He also said that Maddy may have had a chance to turn everybody against Cassandra if she were nominated. Nikki said she hopes that she gets HoH next week. Tim pointed out that she would probably not get a letter if she wins during the double. Nikki said she would not be impressed. She said she can’t believe those idiots got HoH over her. Nikki told Tim that she felt as though she was going to lose as soon as it was announced that it was a casino game. Nikki said she could see herself going home before she ever gets the HoH room. Nikki mentioned that she had better get a birthday party if she is still in the house. She told Tim that her birthday is April 28th. Tim’s is April 22nd but he has not been telling the houseguests which day his birthday is on.
8:00-9:00 PM: Tim thought that Joel may have made a deal with Jared. Cassandra disagreed and let him know that Joel had said that they need to get Jared out before the brothers. Cassandra and Tim agreed that Jared is the next target. Cassandra asked if they will get Jared out before Nikki. Tim said it would depend on who wins HoH. Cassandra said she would like to get Jared out herself because it would be such a big move and it could help her win at the end. She mentioned nominating Nikki and someone else with the goal of backdooring Jared. Cassandra figured that Jared would not battle so hard for the PoV if she were HoH and he was not on the block. She didn’t think that he would want an even bigger target on his back. Tim disagreed and said that Jared would know he would be a backdoor option. Cassandra said they need to get Jared out quickly because Joel would then work with them. Tim asked Cassandra if she would go with he and Cassandra to the Final 3. Tim said it would be a sure win. Cassandra told Tim that she wants to go to the Final 2 with him. Tim said he would like to get Nikki out so that he can get to the Final 2 with whoever wins their way there. He told Cassandra that he would like it to be her. Tim brought up that Nikki would always be a vote for them if they are unable to get her out because there are too many big targets to deal with. Cassandra asked if Nikki would put her on the block is he were to win HoH. Tim said that he could convince her not to and he would. He also pointed out that Nikki is unlikely to ever win an HoH anyway.
10:00-11:00 PM: Tim told Cassandra that he is excited for next week because they can start using what they have set up in the game. Cassandra hoped that Nikki would be on their side if they need a vote. Tim felt that they would be able to pull her in if needed. He pointed out that Nikki wanted to form something official with the three of them not long ago. Cassandra suggested that they may have to do that. Tim said that he would not. Cassandra admitted that it would be risky since Nikki may use it against them. Cassandra discussed that it has become so obvious to her that Jared needs to go next week. Tim said Jared is likely realizing that they are not good people to bring to the end. Cassandra felt that there has been separation between Jared and Kelsey and herself and Tim of late. They thought that it would be wise to talk to those two in the have-not room tonight in order to see where their heads are at.
11:00-12:00 AM: Cassandra and Tim discussed that Jared may nominate Nikki and the brothers. They said that they could save the brothers and then they could go after Jared. Tim mentioned nominating Nikki and the brothers if he were to win HoH. He said he would tell Jared that the brothers are the target but it would actually be Nikki. Tim feels that the group between Cassandra, Joel and himself is the strongest one remaining. He said that his ideal eviction order would be Jared or Nikki then the brothers and then Kelsey. Tim told Cassandra that he had previously wanted the brothers to win but he is no longer sure that he wants them to. He explained that early on he saw something in Phil that he saw in himself. Cassandra said that Phil does not deserve the win. She did not think that Jared did either. Cassandra told Tim that the two of them have played the best games in the house. Tim said they have been slowly nudging and controlling things without being exposed.
12:00-1:00 AM: Cassandra, Joel and Tim spoke by the hot tub. Joel said Jared has no reason whatsoever to keep Maddy when he knows that she is coming after him. Joel told Tim that Maddy will never get his vote or Cassandra’s vote. Moving forward, Tim felt that their only weakness would be their ability to win PoVs when needed. Joel proposed the idea of attempting to backdoor Jared while there is still a chance that his name will not get drawn to play in the veto competition. Joel figured that they could nominate two pawns and convince everyone but Kelsey to use the PoV. Cassandra said they could tell Kelsey that they are backdooring the brothers in order to get her to use it. Jared and Kelsey came outside and broke up the conversation. Tim told everyone that they don’t have to be afraid to let him know what Maddy is saying during her campaign. He expected her to say that everyone will want to take him to the end as opposed to her who has no allies. Jared said Maddy knows better than to come to him. Kelsey said she will not campaign to her either. Joel felt that she would talk to them since there are only so many votes out there that she can get. After Jared and Kelsey left, Joel told Cassandra and Tim that the obvious move for an instant eviction is to nominate Jared and Nikki. For a double eviction, Joel thought that it would be best to nominate Nikki and Tim as pawns. He figured that everyone would use the PoV. If Kelsey were to win, he said that they could tell her that they are backdooring the brothers but they would actually backdoor Jared. Joel and Tim both said that they do not see Jared and the brothers working together. Joel asked if they agree that Jared or the brothers have to go. Tim said absolutely. Joel told Tim that he can use him as a pawn with Nikki if they are on board with backdooring someone. Tim said he was thinking of using Kelsey.
