BBCAN4 Day 55 - Maddy plans a house meeting

April 20, 2016

10:00-11:00 AM: Cassandra told Nikki that they are living in a house full of idiots. She said Tim is God and people follow him. Cassandra questioned what happens next now that they have gotten Maddy and Ramsey out. She told Nikki that they need to think about who is going to beat them in the end. Nikki said this is where it gets hard. Cassandra told Nikki that she would never get her out if she were to win HoH. Nikki said she wouldn’t get Cassandra out either. Cassandra told Nikki that the two of them need to stick together with Tim and Joel. Nikki pointed out that Jared has got Kelsey and the brothers have got Joel. Nikki said the brothers will have a great chance of winning if they get any further. She said she thinks that they need to leave. Cassandra said everyone seems to be thinking that. Nikki suggested nominating them against a pawn. Cassandra agreed but said it may be best to backdoor them. Nikki wanted to get the whole house to plan that. Cassandra said Jared is another person who could win the whole thing. Nikki said the good thing about the two of them is that they are not good at competitions, implying that they are not threats.

11:00-12:00 PM: Cassandra commented on how this is such hard week for Maddy because she lost her best friend, it is her dream to be there and everybody is avoiding her. Maddy said she has 24 hours to change things. Cassandra said she feels bad on a human level. Maddy told Cassandra that she cannot decide if she should go to people and tell them that she is really alone. She mentioned that she could try to convince people that Tim is stronger than she is. However, Maddy pointed out that everybody loves Tim as a human being and as a game player. On the other hand, Maddy felt as though people don’t like her on a personal or game level. Cassandra said it is an uphill battle.

12:00-1:00 PM: Cassandra and Maddy spoke in the bedroom. Maddy said she has so much information that she could use to campaign with. Cassandra asked if Tim is coming after her. Maddy said not necessarily that but there is no point in telling Cassandra because she will not vote for her. Cassandra said she is all ears. Cassandra mentioned that Tim may want her at the end because he can beat her. Maddy figured that Tim would want to be next to someone big like Jared or else next to someone completely useless like Kelsey. Maddy revealed that she planned to gather all of the voters in a room and tell them that do not have to waste her time by staying if they will not vote for her. Cassandra said she is probably going to vote Tim out because he voted her out before. Maddy let Cassandra know that Tim told she and Ramsey that he did not want to work in a four person group with them because Tim said he cannot work with Cassandra. Maddy said it doesn’t necessarily mean Tim is against her. Cassandra said it raises red flags that he is talking about her behind her back like that. Maddy told Cassandra that Tim has Nikki behind him if he wants to drop her and send her home. Cassandra asked if it would be best for her to get Jared or the brothers out first. Maddy thought that either leaving would help her game but she does not think that the brothers would be after Cassandra just yet. Cassandra asked Maddy if she would put her up. Maddy said she would put the brothers up, likely next to a pawn such as Kelsey. Maddy explained that her targets would then be Jared and Kelsey after the brothers leave. Maddy told Cassandra that both she and Joel can go far if they keep her around. Maddy pointed out that Tim is her only person and he does not even have her back.

Maddy told Cassandra that Jared will get her out of the game. Cassandra asked who Jared’s targets are. Maddy said they are Cassandra, the brothers and herself. She let Cassandra know that she is nervous Tim would convince Jared to nominate Cassandra. Maddy said Tim called Cassandra the biggest social player in the game and said she is the reason that Maddy is on the block this week. Maddy wanted the house to realize that voting with the majority is the worst thing to do because you don’t have an argument as to why you should win at the end if you go along with everyone else all the time. Maddy let Cassandra know that the brothers put her up because they know that she has a fighting chance against Tim. Maddy said she knows that Cassandra wont vote for Tim to leave. Cassandra said she already told Tim that she likely would to get payback. She added that she does not want to be the dumb girl on TV that is getting played by Tim. Cassandra suggested a house meeting. Cassandra said people may vote for her to stay if they see that Tim has turned on her even though she is seen as his closest ally. Cassandra told Maddy that she will vote for her to stay if she can get two more votes. Cassandra mentioned that Maddy can bring up how Tim threw her under the bus to both her and Ramsey. Maddy said Tim is someone who will stand behind anyone to get anyone out. Maddy explained that she would hate to do all of this and have people hate her even more. Cassandra told Maddy to do what her gut is telling her. Maddy questioned if Cassandra wants her to do this to destroy her game. Cassandra said she is saying it because Maddy does not have the votes right now. She told Maddy that she is most likely going to vote her out right now unless she can get the votes. Cassandra said after the meeting she will go off on her own in the have-not room and say she needs time to process everything. Cassandra told Maddy they are going to the end if Maddy can stay in the game. Maddy thought that Cassandra could get more people to keep her if she played the emotional card after hearing that Tim went against her.

1:00-2:00 PM: Cassandra informed Joel that Maddy tried talking to her. Cassandra said she didn’t really give her the time of day. Cassandra told Joel they are so lucky that they have each other to trust 100% and to vote the same. Joel mentioned that he has been thinking of every possible scenario to ensure that the two of them and Tim would be safe. He wondered if the brothers would for sure use the PoV if Nikki and Tim were nominated as pawns. Cassandra said they could tell the brothers that they are backdooring Jared and tell Jared that they are backdooring the brothers. Joel wasn’t sure that Jared would use the PoV. He thought that Jared may leave the nominations the same in order to get Tim out. Joel said part of him wants to put Kelsey up instead. Cassandra said that’s safer since it would be Kelsey and Nikki on the block if the PoV is not used. Joel said they control everything as long as Kelsey is on the block because they would have two of them voting. Cassandra asked Joel if he wants Jared or the brothers to go first. Joel said Jared. Cassandra and Joel discussed that the two of them can only win against each other. Cassandra asked when they should get Nikki out. Joel said at six or five. They agreed their ideal Final 4 is the two of them, Kelsey and Tim.

3:00-4:00 PM: Tim asked Cassandra what Maddy’s arguments are. Cassandra said that Tim is a strong social player who would beat him at the end and would not be afraid to go against her. Tim said that’s not true and he is more loyal to three than ever because they have a plan. Tim told Cassandra that Maddy fails to see that him being in the game protects Cassandra. Cassandra said she is planning to go to the end with Tim and she doesn’t need to be convinced. Cassandra told Tim that if Maddy thinks she can get her vote then she wont scramble to Jared and the others. Tim thought that Jared and Kelsey had likely told Maddy that they would vote for her so she thinks that Cassandra is the only other vote that she needs. Cassandra said Jared and Kelsey would be putting a target on themselves. Cassandra thought that Jared had fallen for them and wants to go to the end with them even though she does not want Jared to get near the end. They agreed that Jared and the brothers cannot make it to the Final 4. They discussed that Joel wants to go to the Final 3 with them. Cassandra worried that the brothers would put them on the block together. Cassandra thought they would target Tim while Tim thought they would target Cassandra. Cassandra said there is no way that Jared and Kelsey made a deal with Maddy. Cassandra told Tim not to worry because Maddy doesn’t have an argument even if she does talk to people. Cassandra asked Tim if he would vote Joel out over her. Tim said yes because Joel would have a better chance to win. Cassandra compared Joel to Steve and herself to Liz. Tim said he would be happy for Joel to win but would be much more happy if Cassandra were to win.

4:00-5:00 PM: Maddy let Phil know that she is going to gather everyone in the living room and talk to them all at the same time. Maddy said it will be a house wide campaign. Phil said he is happy that she will be campaigning because he does not want her to leave with regrets. Maddy explained that she will be saying a lot of things but she wants Phil to know where they stand. Maddy said she will not be answering questions like who she will be nominating if she stays. Maddy preferred to have those discussions on a one on one basis afterwards. Maddy told Phil that Cassandra may vote for her to stay because Tim voted against her before. Phil said he is trying to act impartial but he would love for Maddy to stay. Maddy planned to tell people that they can leave the conversation if they do not have any intention of considering voting for her. Phil said Maddy does not have to call the brothers out. Maddy assured him that she is not going to call anyone out except for Tim.

6:00-7:00 PM: Maddy held her house meeting in the living room. She said she is going to do a house wide campaign to show that she has nothing to hide and she will not be saying different things to different people. She said that shoe whose votes will not be swayed can leave. Jared said his vote wont be swayed but he wants to hear what she has to say. Maddy said that this has been a week from hell for her, being put on the block and losing the person that she cared about. She then mentioned that she is disliked by most people in the house on a personal level and a game level, as opposed to Tim who is well liked on both a personal and game level. Maddy said she has no alliance and no one that she is working with. Maddy said Tim will always have Cassandra and Nikki which will never change. Maddy explained that Tim is giving the illusion that he does not want to win the game. Maddy said nobody could tell her that they would not take $100,000 if they have a chance at it. Tim spoke up and asked what if that person has already won $250,000. Maddy said $100,000 would still benefit him. Maddy called Tim the best social competitor in the game and said he is friends with all of them. Maddy said a social player has won 80% of the seasons that she has watched. Kelsey questioned if Maddy is saying that they should take out strong social players over those who could win competitions down the stretch. Maddy said if she is looking solely at physical players she should be going against Jared and the brothers.

Maddy continued with her meeting, saying that Cassandra and Tim are supposed to be ride or die yet Tim told her that he is not willing to work with Cassandra. Tim said he was not willing to work with Maddy and Ramsey as a four. Tim told Maddy that Cassandra knows he turned down the offer to work together as a four. Cassandra too said Tim did not want to work together as a four. Maddy said it did not come off that way. Maddy became frustrated that people were not being receptive to what she was saying. She admitted that she would have been more disappointed had she not done this than if she did it and left. Maddy again said that Tim will always have Cassandra and Nikki. Tim said she already said he didn’t want to work with Cassandra earlier. As for Nikki, Tim mentioned he could have brainwashed her in order to get Maddy out over Dallas but he showed that he is not willing to do that to Nikki. Kelsey told Maddy that she would rather go home because somebody who has treated her well and made a game move as opposed to someone who would take her out for personal reasons. Kelsey said it comes down to the fact that Maddy has been mean and nasty to everyone in the room. Maddy pointed out that what she said clearly meant nothing to Kelsey and likely to others as well. Maddy said it’s fine if they want to take her out for being a horrible person. Tim told her it’s not that and she has played a better game than he has up to this point. Tim mentioned that people may end up waking up tomorrow and saying that Maddy is right about what she said. Tim said it sucks that he is on the block because he probably would have bought Maddy’s argument. Maddy told Tim she hopes that he makes it far. Joel let Maddy know that he respects the fact that she is fighting for herself. Maddy said she knew this was going to be a waste of her time.

After the meeting, Cassandra told Jared and Kelsey that she guesses she doesn’t have a ride or die. She pointed out that Tim is working with everyone. Cassandra said it is kind of good for their game. Kelsey said it is bad for Tim’s game. Jared then spoke to the brothers. Jared told Phil that he thinks they should go along with getting Maddy out. He said Tim is not that great at competitions. Kelsey said Tim doesn’t seem to know anything for the mental competitions. Nick and Phil were hoping to get Tim out. They ran with what Maddy had said about Tim having two sure votes on his side in Cassandra and Nikki. Phil explained that Maddy is alone and it only takes two votes plus the HoH to evict someone next week. Kelsey and Phil discussed that Cassandra cannot be trusted. Kelsey revealed that Cassandra had mentioned backdooring the brothers. Phil then shared that Cassandra has been trying to make a Final 3 deal with the brothers and Tim since Week 1. Phil questioned why they would give Cassandra, Nikki and Tim control of the votes. Phil argued that Maddy would never make it to the Final 4. Jared and Kelsey continued to push for Maddy to go.

7:00-8:00 PM: Cassandra headed to the bedroom alone and said Maddy can go this week but she wanted to cast doubt in Joel’s mind about Tim so that he will take her further than Tim. She also thanked Maddy for her help, showing her that she should trust Tim 0% and not 50%. Maddy joined Cassandra and said Tim’s exact words were “I’m never working with Cassandra”. Moving forward, Maddy told Cassandra that it’s not the brothers that she should worry about. Maddy said it’s Jared. Maddy told Cassandra she can help her and Joel. Cassandra explained that she is going to go feel sorry for herself and act emotional. Cassandra said they have to do some good acting and she is going to try to persuade Joel. Cassandra said they need to focus on getting Jared’s vote and Joel’s vote. Tim then spoke to Cassandra and asked if she is mad at him. Cassandra asked why Tim would say that he cannot stand her. Tim told her that he was telling Maddy and Ramsey what they wanted to hear and he did not want the two of them to be seen as a voting alliance. Tim explained that people would then target them because of it. Tim mentioned saying to her last night that he now trusts her 100%. Before things wrapped up, Cassandra said it is good that Jared and Kelsey do not think that they are solid. Cassandra headed to the have-not room by herself. She said Maddy couldn’t even run the house meeting correctly when the objective was to make people feel sorry for her. Cassandra said people need to see her sensitive side in order to feel sorry for her so that they would then do what she wants. Cassandra told herself that she will win $100,000 and Big Brother Canada 4. She brought up that this will be a good thing for her when looking back during her Final 2 speech, trying to get Maddy’s vote. Cassandra felt that there was no reason for Tim to have told Ramsey the things that he said about her. Cassandra said Tim is not going to the Final 2 with her.

8:00-9:00 PM: Up in the HoH room, the brothers discussed getting Tim out. Phil planned to talk to both Jared and Joel in hope of swaying their votes. At one point, Phil brought up creating a group between Jared, Kelsey, Tim and himself since they figured that Jared and Kelsey would not get on board with evicting Tim. However, he quickly said they would not be able to trust Tim to keep his mouth shut and therefore he must go. Phil said he will make sure that Tim goes this week. Immediately after, Phil said they should let whatever is going to happen happen. He said that he will not sewer his game by trying to save Maddy. Phil pointed out that Tim said he is working with them this week so he will not put them up. Phil told Nick that Tim will send Nikki home. Nick disagreed and said Tim is not that dumb. Cassandra spoke to Joel and questioned why Tim would say the things that he did if he is working with her. Joel said Tim will always be a bigger target than them and they have other options for people to work with if needed. Joel pointed out that Tim will not nominate or backdoor them if he wins HoH tomorrow. Cassandra said she is obviously not going to vote Tim out. Joel said they do not have to take him all the way to the Final 3. Joel suggested they lay low for now because the others will take each other out. Joel wanted Jared to be targeted next. Cassandra continued to go back and forth between targeting Jared or targeting the brothers first.

11:00-12:00 AM: Cassandra and Tim spoke in the high roller room. Cassandra continued to tell Tim that she thought they were together all along and doesn’t understand why he is saying he only got 100% trust in her last night. Tim admitted that things became more locked in this week. Cassandra said it seems as though he is trying to keep his options open. Cassandra told Tim there was no point in him saying that Ramsey should go after she and Kelsey. Tim questioned why he would have said that and told her that it’s news to him. Tim asked why Cassandra is believing what Maddy is telling her. Cassandra assured him that she is not. Cassandra said Tim had better take her to the Final 2. Tim said it could be Cassandra who makes the decision, though she told him that she can see him winning the final HoH because he is going to step up his game. Cassandra told Tim that he cannot be telling people the truth about her lies, tricks and antics moving forward. Cassandra let Tim know that the brothers are apparently after Jared and Tim. She also mentioned that Jared was always telling Ramsey that he does not trust the two of them. Tim said that’s why they need to strike next week, going after Jared or the brothers. Cassandra preferred to go after the brothers first. She thought that Kelsey would side with the brothers to come after them if they took Jared out first. She figured that Joel would want Jared out first because he has a deal with the brothers.
