BBCAN4 Day 65 - Tim wins the Power of Veto

April 30, 2016

8:00-9:00 AM: Phil told Nick he was thinking about things and realized that it would not have mattered if they had nominated Cassandra and Tim. He explained that Cassandra would have saved herself, Nikki would have went up and then Cassandra and Joel would have kept Tim. Phil believes that Joel would take them to the end over Cassandra. He said that it comes down to having a heart or wanting to take a monster. Phil thought that Joel may not use the PoV if he wins it. Nick brought up that Joel is usually pretty good about his word when he gives it. Phil said that Cassandra and Tim are psychopaths. Nick said that is why they like each other.

9:00-10:00 AM: Kelsey told Phil that she thinks they will be fine no matter what happens today. She mentioned that she had asked Joel what he would do if he were to win the PoV and he said that he would not use it. Phil said Joel is a man of his word. Nick agreed. Phil said they know how good Cassandra and Tim are so they will have to keep him in the HoH room the whole time until the veto ceremony. Nick pointed out that if Joel uses the PoV it will be very obvious that they are going home and there is no point in trying to convince the voters to keep them. Phil said the only thing he is going to bank on is how good their relationship with Joel is. Phil wanted to ask Joel what his heart says. Kelsey said Joel doesn’t care about that. She suggested telling Joel that Cassandra and Tim are taking each other but they would take him. Phil said he is fine with that being their one lie in the game. Kelsey told the brothers that she was talking to Cassandra last night but she was not campaigning. Kelsey explained that Cassandra made an alliance with Joel in week one and then Tim in week two when he entered the house. Kelsey said Cassandra has taken the brunt of everything because Joel never says a word when people are confronting her. Kelsey let them know that Joel told Cassandra that he would not use the PoV on her. The brothers feel that Cassandra would win at the end. Kelsey said they have misunderstood her a bit. Phil told her not to fall for what Cassandra is saying. The brothers said they would rather take someone to the end who would beat them than take Cassandra who they could beat. Kelsey wasn’t so sure that she would lose to Cassandra at the end. Phil told her that she would because it is not about friends and Cassandra has played a great game.

10:00-11:00 AM: Joel told Cassandra that Phil is paranoid that she may get back in good with Kelsey after hanging out with her last night. Joel said it’s pretty clear where he stands with them because Kelsey and the brothers are studying without him. Cassandra told Joel and Tim that she had a girl night with Kelsey last night. She let them know that Kelsey was saying that Joel and Tim are such morons because Tim was saying “Threeak Show” in front of everyone, claiming Nikki was the third member, and Joel was freaking out about the name being mentioned. Cassandra said Kelsey felt that it was so obvious that Joel was the third member of the Threeak Show. Cassandra told them that she played it off but Tim needs to shut up about the alliance. Joel said that’s why Kelsey and the brothers have not been including him in their studying. Cassandra advised Joel to solidify that he is with the brothers until the end and that he is only pretending to be with she and Tim. Joel said “damn it”. Tim suggested that they focus on the veto competition instead of on this. Cassandra pointed out that Kelsey and the brothers have a Final 2 deal. Joel said he knows but it’s funny because they told him that he is their ride or die. Tim mentioned that they could say Loveita was the third member of their alliance and they swapped her out for Nikki.

3:00-4:00 PM: In the bedroom, Joel told Cassandra that he will be fighting like hell to win the PoV. Cassandra said she hopes Tim doesn’t win it cause she doesn’t think that he will use it on her. Joel said he thinks that Tim might. Joel said he doesn’t care what Jared, Kelsey or the brothers say because he honestly believes that Tim cares about them and would step in front of a bullet for them. Cassandra agreed. Joel didn’t believe that Tim said the nasty stuff about him that they claim he did. Joel said he really wants to win. Cassandra said that would be best because then they could vote the brothers out. Cassandra said the brothers have been so horrible to her and it’s making it so hard for her. She began crying. Cassandra said that even Tim doesn’t make her feel good in there and she has nowhere to go because everyone avoids her. Joel said they will get the last laugh because they are going to win and be sitting there at Final 4 together. Joel told Cassandra that he can beat Phil at anything and can beat everyone that is left. Cassandra said that’s why she took Jared out for them last week. Cassandra told Joel that if they are the last ones left in the veto competition she will drop out. Joel said Tim too. Cassandra thanked Joel for being her friend. Cassandra asked Joel if the brothers believe that he is not with her. Joel said yes. Joel told Cassandra that she needs to make sure Tim knows that if Kelsey and the brothers are eliminated and it comes down to the three of them that he has to let him win the PoV so that all three of them can be safe.

In the HoH room, Kelsey asked the brothers why Joel is so stressed out today. Phil said he is not. Phil told Kelsey that if Joel wins the PoV there is no chance that he uses it. Kelsey asked if he is sure. Nick said he doesn’t think that Joel would be able to do it. They discussed that Joel has even told Cassandra that he would not use the PoV on her. Kelsey said she feels kind of bad for Cassandra because she has been working with Joel the entire game and has been taking the brunt of everything. Phil told Kelsey not to feel bad for that girl. Kelsey explained that Cassandra has been carrying Joel through the game and he is not there for her the one chance that he has to do something for her. She pointed out that they have been in an alliance since week one. Nick said they have been with Joel since then too. Phil said Cassandra self victimizes all the time. Kelsey said Joel has been in on every lie and has been screwing everyone over just as much as Cassandra has been. Kelsey said she will punch the brothers in the face if they take Joel to the end over her. The brothers assured Kelsey that they will take her to the end. Nick said Cassandra and Tim have played Joel the whole game and they don’t realize that he can be his own person and not use the PoV. Phil said Cassandra has fake emotions and is a sociopath. Nick said Cassandra’s face showed fake emotion when she hugged Joel on his brother’s birthday and also when he came out to her about his mental illness. Kelsey said it’s funny that Tim loves that about her. Nick said Tim is one too. Kelsey asked what their ideal scenario is if nominations remain the same. Nick said Tim is the stronger competitor. Kelsey agreed and said she honestly does not think that Cassandra could win the game. Nick said he wants to stay true to himself and he would rather have a Canadian sociopath win than an Australian sociopath.

11:00-12:00 AM: Feeds returned after a lengthy outage for the veto competition. Tim won the Power of Veto. Tim said the crazy in him came out. Tim figured that his dad would think he is so weird. Kelsey said he wasn’t that crazy and it was really entertaining. She told Tim that it was a big moment. Tim said he had a trance and he did not go into the competition wanting to win it. Tim admitted that he was going to walk out the door yesterday and told Big Brother that he was not coming back out of the diary room into the house. Tim said he was going to be at peace the whole week but then the crazy got him. Tim told Kelsey that he is ready to go home now. Kelsey said they all are. Phil told Nick that Cassandra will be going home. Phil headed up to the HoH room. He told Kelsey that she likely just guaranteed herself a spot in the Final 3. Phil figured that Tim would take them out if he wins the PoV next week. Kelsey said that Tim is so smart and it seems like he has all of the mental stuff down pat. Phil said he obviously does. Phil said he is pissed off that the competition is one that Tim was supposed to win. Nick said it’s about entertainment value. Phil added that Tim was cheating but they didn’t even care. They discussed that at least Joel didn’t win, though they were convinced that Joel wouldn’t have used the PoV if he had won. Kelsey told the brothers to continue to let Joel know that they want to be Final 2 with him.

12:00-1:00 AM: Cassandra told Joel that Tim said he is playing for himself now. She said she thinks that Tim wants her out and she now feels like the laughing stock of the show because she has been nothing but loyal to their alliance. Cassandra said Tim even told her that she is going home this week. Joel wondered why Tim is acting like that. They discussed that they have to at least try to get the brothers on the block. Joel suggested pitching to the brothers that they could be the ones to take Cassandra out by going up on the block next to her. He said they trust him not to vote them out. Cassandra let Joel know that Tim felt as though he was helping the other side during the competition. Joel assured Cassandra that he was not. Cassandra said she knows that. Joel plans to talk to Tim about what he was doing. The brothers discussed that Cassandra will be sitting in jury thinking that she shouldn’t have used the PoV on Tim. Phil said it will beat her up for years. Phil said Tim would use the PoV on Cassandra if he were half a man, because Tim has already won the game and he was saved by Cassandra last week. Phil didn’t understand why Tim was coming at them when Joel is the one who turned on their alliance. Phil pointed out that they were never part of the Threeak Show and yet Tim is saying that they turned on him.

1:00-2:00 AM: Before heading to bed, Cassandra told Joel she figures that Tim knows that her loyalty is to Joel. She also thought that Tim was bothered by what he saw as Joel and the brothers working together in the competition. Joel admitted that Phil did help him in the first couple of rounds. The brothers spoke with Joel next. Phil told Joel that he will likely be going on the block but he will be safe. Phil assured Joel that they will not vote him out. They also explained that Kelsey has already been talking about how she will be keeping Joel.
