BBCAN4 Day 68
May 3, 2016
9:00-10:00 AM: Cassandra told Kelsey that she lost it on Joel last night because he was asking her who he should take to the Final 2. She explained that she was frustrated because she carried Joel to this point. Kelsey was then called to the diary room. Tim joined Cassandra. Tim said he had a weird dream that Cassandra came in third, he came in second and another brunette that was like an alternate version of Cassandra finished in first. Tim said the first place person hated the third place person and he was stuck in between. Cassandra said that maybe it meant that if she keeps playing the way that she has been she will finish in third but if she plays honest she will win. Tim said it might be that. Cassandra told Tim that she went off on Joel last night. She explained that Joel was asking her who he should take to Final 2 if he wins the last HoH. She mentioned that she has been a loyal ally to Joel and has been his punching bag but he is talking to her as if she is gone. Cassandra said Joel apologized and said he tried his hardest to win the PoV. Cassandra and Tim discussed that Joel did not try his hardest and that he could have helped Tim. Tim wondered why Joel is suddenly okay today. He asked if it was all an act. Cassandra said that she thinks it was. Cassandra told Tim that she got up and left after Joel asked if he would have her vote over Tim at the end.
12:00-1:00 PM: Kelsey and the brothers chatted by the hot tub. Kelsey told the brothers that she wants them to open their minds a bit. She said she has been thinking and doesn’t want them to think that she has been manipulated. She insisted that these are her own thoughts. She said that this entire time it has been Joel that is the complete snake. Phil said Joel cannot win a competition and can go next week. Kelsey said Joel is better than Cassandra is at competitions. The brothers said that they will go home if Cassandra stayed. They pointed out that Tim can win competitions. Kelsey said that she could talk to Tim to see what his plan is. The brothers said no. Kelsey told them that Joel is the one who could win this game because he has played everyone. She also said that Joel is more likely to win the veto competition next week. Kelsey said that Joel will get her out next and take the brothers and Tim to the Final 3 because he has discussed Final 2 with the both of them. Phil said he wont hold it against Kelsey if she keeps Cassandra but it would suck. Nick said Kelsey has been manipulated without even knowing it. Phil told Kelsey that he doesn’t want to argue with her and if she wants to keep Cassandra she can keep her. Nick said Kelsey is looking out for the Threak Show alliance. Kelsey said she is looking out for herself because Joel would win over them but Cassandra cannot win the game. Nick disagreed. Kelsey listed of Jared, Maddy, Mitch and Raul as people who would not vote for Cassandra. Kelsey pointed out that everybody respects Joel and everybody loves Joel because he is the underdog and the person that people want to see win. She said that everything Joel has done has been calculated. Phil told Nick that they have to remain impartial and they are not talking game anymore. Nick told Kelsey that she is defending Cassandra to the point where it is not even worth her time. Kelsey asked if they can think about anything other than the fact that they hate Cassandra. The brothers said no. Nick said Joel would target Tim. Kelsey said he would not. Phil told Kelsey to keep Cassandra if she feels that it is best for her game.
1:00-2:00 PM: Kelsey told Tim that she kind of wants to talk to him later. Tim said they should. He said that he doesn’t really have a plan. Kelsey said that she tried to talk to the brothers but they are being a bit narrow minded. Tim told Kelsey that it is hard to make a decision after the events of the last 24 hours. Kelsey said the brothers want to so badly keep Joel because of what Cassandra has done. Tim said that is all based on them thinking that he and Cassandra are a duo. Kelsey agreed. Tim explained that they were a trio at the beginning of the week but he doesn’t trust anyone anymore. Tim said that he and Cassandra have been made out to be the bad guy. Kelsey said she is annoyed to be around Joel due to what has been happening. Phil spoke to Kelsey and told her that if Cassandra stays they will go home. Phil said that he cannot beat Cassandra and Tim. Kelsey told Phil that those two are not necessarily loyal to each other. Phil disagreed. Kelsey headed out to the hot tub area with Cassandra. Cassandra explained to Kelsey that the brothers want to take Joel to Final 3 because they think that both Joel and Kelsey would take them to the end. Cassandra assured Kelsey that she will not go home next week if she stays. Cassandra told Kelsey that she would vote Tim out over Kelsey if she saves her. Kelsey asked if she would vote Tim out over the brothers. Cassandra said the ball is in Kelsey’s court and she can let her know what kind of deal she wants to make. Kelsey said that the problem is they have to trust her word and her word has not been good up to this point. Cassandra told Kelsey that she is willing to say in front of Tim that she will vote him out over the brothers. Kelsey revealed that she would even keep Tim over Joel at this point. Cassandra explained that she has to make up for her word meaning nothing in order to have a fighting shot at the end, so she will stick to a deal that she makes to vote Tim out. Cassandra let Kelsey know that Joel said last night that he wants to take Tim to the end. Kelsey didn’t like that Joel was using his learning disability as a card to play this week. She mentioned that she has not even heard about it up until this point. Cassandra again said that Joel and Tim would go to the end together but she will side with Kelsey and the brothers if they save her.
Phil joined Cassandra and Kelsey. Kelsey told Phil that Joel would get her out and would probably even get the brothers out before he would go after Tim. Phil asked Cassandra if she is telling him that she will send Tim out before him and not be working with him any longer if they save her. Cassandra said she is leaving if they don’t save her and therefore she would be indebted to them. Phil said that this could all be lies. Kelsey told Phil that Joel lied the entire time too but he just did it better. Phil said he will be going home if Cassandra wins the PoV next week as opposed to Joel who may vote Tim out. Both Cassandra and Kelsey said that Joel and Tim would not go after each other. Phil said that Cassandra would deserve the $100,000 if she gets herself out of this situation. Kelsey didn’t agree. Cassandra said Tim has told her that they are done and that he is now playing independently. Cassandra told Phil that she will vote Tim out over him because she needs to make one move where her word is true. Phil said that this whole angle could be an act and Cassandra and Tim could still be together. Kelsey said it’s not and that Joel’s word is worse than Cassandra’s word. She brought up that Joel said he wants to take her to the Final 2. Cassandra said the same and called Joel one of the biggest players in the game because he has worked with everyone and played everyone. Tim joined them. Cassandra said that she is not together with Tim anymore. Phil said Cassandra is claiming that Tim is not going to be in her Final 3 if she stays. Tim said Cassandra might do that. Phil asked if Tim would vote Joel out next week for turning on him. Tim said it would be an in the moment decision because he does not hold grudges. Phil questioned what would happen with the PoV next week. Tim said Cassandra seems to have figured out that she cannot beat him. Phil said that he will be voting to evict Cassandra. Kelsey said Joel is the biggest player because he has been fooling everyone. Cassandra told Phil that Tim will beat her in the end. Phil said they would have to make a Final 3 and Cassandra would have to know that he and Kelsey are taking each other to the end. Cassandra said she knows that.
2:00-3:00 PM: Joel joined the discussion by the hot tub. Cassandra brought up that Joel said he would want to get to the end with Tim. Joel denied it. Phil said that Joel will have to campaign if he wants to stay. He said that Cassandra has opened up the box of truths. Joel said he doesn’t think that he could beat anyone at the end. Cassandra said just last night Joel was saying he could beat everyone at the end. Kelsey brought up that Joel promised her that he would not use the PoV and promised Cassandra that he would use it. Joel said that he did not promise Cassandra that and he would not have used it. Kelsey said that Cassandra has taken bullet after bullet for Joel. Joel mentioned that Cassandra is the one going around making deals. Kelsey argued that Joel is making deals too but has been more secretive about it. Joel said he his viewed as a floater and therefore he will not win the game. Cassandra said Joel talks about being like Steve who was a floater and won the game. Cassandra said Joel wanted the brothers out this week. Joel denied it. Kelsey said Joel told her to nominate Cassandra and the brothers. Phil said the argument is that even though Cassandra is a huge liar Joel is equally as big of a liar. Kelsey questioned Joel about trying to get Jared out. Cassandra said Joel told her to put Jared up. Joel denied it. Kelsey said it hurt to find out that they cannot trust Joel because they all believed that they could trust him. Tim said he believes that Joel was loyal to Cassandra but not to the Threak Show. Tim said they had blind loyalty in Joel and kept him over Nikki but Joel did not show them that same loyalty this week. Nick said he thinks that Cassandra and Tim will be loyal to each other no matter what. Tim said that is not the case. Phil added that he believe Tim would be open to all options if he wins the PoV next week. As for Cassandra, Phil figured that she would vote the brothers out. Cassandra said she went against the brothers because she was loyal to the Threak Show. Kelsey said that means something because she did show loyalty in that sense. Seeing as Nick had just joined them, Cassandra explained to him that she is willing to vote Tim out over the brothers next week. Kelsey said Joel has been in on every lie that Cassandra has made. Tim said there was no decision that the three did not agree on. Tim told the brothers that Cassandra’s best shot at winning is to be up against them. Kelsey pointed out that they have not even opened up their minds to the idea of voting Joel out which shows how good of a player he is at this game. Tim asked Joel why he went on slop for three weeks. Cassandra said it was because Joel wanted the brothers to go that week. The brothers asked Joel if he told Kelsey to put them on the block. Joel denied it. Nick said he understands that he has been crossed by both Cassandra and Joel but only one of the two actually put him on the block. Kelsey said she respects that Cassandra has shown that she is loyal to someone. Cassandra told Joel that he was not there for her at all this week when he needed her even though she had taken the heat for him all along. Both Cassandra and Kelsey told Joel that he cannot say he doesn’t lie when he has lied about multiple things in the conversation. He got up, said “good job”, and walked off.
3:00-4:00 PM: Cassandra spoke to Kelsey and Phil in the HoH room. Cassandra said that she will vote Tim out over the brothers. Phil said Cassandra may win over Tim but could never beat him. Cassandra disagreed and said that Tim has been one of the best players in the game. Cassandra assured Phil that she would vote Tim out. Phil asked if she is saying that they will be a Final 3. Cassandra said yes. Phil said it could very well be two people, Cassandra and Tim, playing a great game. Cassandra said it’s not. Kelsey said that Joel and Tim working together would be even tougher to beat. Cassandra told Phil that Tim doesn’t even know if he is voting to keep her yet. Phil said the reason that he believes it is because Tim confirmed that to him and he feels that they have a good relationship. After Cassandra left, all of the voters met in the HoH room to talk things over. Tim said he doesn’t know if there is a right or wrong decision. Phil said they would get the same votes in jury. Kelsey and Tim figured that Joel would get more. Tim said that Joel played the victim and the lost puppy role throughout the game and therefore he will be rewarded with the win if he gets to the end. Tim asked if the brothers want it to be unanimous between them so that Kelsey doesn’t have to decide. Phil said yeah. Kelsey was fine with either option. Tim said that they will likely be screwed over by either Cassandra or Joel next week. Tim pointed out that the dead giveaway that Joel tried to screw over the brothers was the veto competition when the brothers were on the block. Tim admitted that Cassandra has made mistakes but he added that Joel has been in on those decisions. Tim asked about the players that Joel mentioned are his inspiration. Phil brought up that both Ian and Steve were winners that Joel mentioned. Phil had a realization that Ian was in two alliances and then picked one and won the game. Phil said that Joel is playing Ian’s exact game, telling the other alliance everything. Tim said Joel has been to acting school and maybe he has been acting a bad actor so well that they do not know that he has been acting. Kelsey and Tim agreed that Cassandra does seem fine with going next week if they keep her this week. They discussed that Joel has been protected throughout the entire game. Kelsey said she is not going to make a final decision but she thinks that they need to get Joel out. Nick asked who lied more. Kelsey said that Joel did and at least Cassandra owned up to her lies. Afterwards, in the bedroom, Cassandra and Tim laughed together. Tim mentioned that he told Cassandra that she could this. Cassandra said good work.
4:00-5:00 PM: Cassandra and Joel spoke by the pool. Cassandra told Joel not to be upset because Kelsey is going to vote to keep her and the brothers probably will too. Joel said there is nothing he can say to change anybody’s minds. Joel said he doesn’t care what people say, he does not have guaranteed votes to win the game. Cassandra pointed out that he has Nikki’s vote guaranteed. Joel said for all they know Nikki could have said to Arisa that she will be voting for Cassandra to win. Joel told Cassandra that she is going to Final 4 so she got her wish. Joel said he is the idiot who can’t think for himself and can’t say anything logical. He felt that he looked like an idiot out by the hot tub. Joel said he has hidden behind people and his game would not be respected if he were to get to the end. Cassandra mentioned that Joel lied out there because he said that he didn’t tell her that he would want to go to Final 2 with Tim. Joel said he had no choice when he was put on the spot. Cassandra told Joel not to beat himself up. Joel said it’s too late. Joel swore on his dead brother that he legitimately doesn’t believe that he could beat anybody at the end. He said that he may get votes but there is no one that he would be locked in as the winner against.
5:00-6:00 PM: Everyone but Joel was outside by the hot tub. Cassandra and Tim were sitting together as were Kelsey and the brothers. Cassandra and Tim eventually headed to backyard. Phil said there is no chance that Cassandra and Tim will ever not work together. He suggested that they could ask Joel to make the same set of promises that Cassandra made and then they can decide who they want to keep. Kelsey said okay. Nick agreed that those two would always work together. Meanwhile, Tim told Cassandra that Joel only seems to be happy when he thinks that he is staying. Tim brought up that Cassandra planted a lot of seeds today. He told her that if you overwater them then the seeds wont grow. Cassandra mentioned that Nick’s wheels were spinning as he watched them together. She suggested that they cannot spend so much time together moving forward. Cassandra said it would be insane if they were able to pull this off and keep the both of them in the game.
6:00-7:00 PM: In the bedroom, Phil told Joel not to lose faith. Joel said that it will be a 1-1 vote and Kelsey will vote him out. Phil told Joel that Kelsey’s vote is not locked in. Joel asked Phil if he knows which way he will be voting. Phil initially said yes but he then said he does not know and he has to speak to Kelsey a lot. Joel told Phil that it is not fair for people to assume that anyone is going to get all of the jury votes. Phil agreed. He told Joel to assure Kelsey safety and say that he would be willing to vote Tim out next week. Phil said it would be good for Joel to explain his moves to Kelsey. Phil also thought that Joel would need to tell Kelsey that it is not a guarantee that he would take the brothers to the end. Phil told Joel that he cannot campaign for him but he wants him to know that Kelsey is not set on anything as of now.
8:00-9:00 PM: The houseguests were given a bucket of slop. Should they eat all of the slop, Joel would not have to be on slop. However, the houseguests failed to do so.
9:00-10:00 PM: Joel told Cassandra that he really appreciates her trying to eat the slop. He said he can understand why others would not want to do it. Cassandra suggested that Joel talk to Tim. He went to the other bedroom to do so. He thanked Tim for trying. Tim said it’s tough because slop is not good even at the best of times. Tim said he wishes that Big Brother had offered something like a slop bath instead because they all would have done it. Tim didn’t understand what Big Brother was trying to accomplish. He wondered if they were supposed to eat the slop because they feel bad for Joel the person or if they were supposed to hesitate because of Joel the player. Joel said not to be upset about not doing it. He said it’s nobody’s fault but his own. Tim blamed it on Big Brother. Joel said he took the slop in order to try to win the PoV. Cassandra said it was because he wanted the brothers out. Joel claimed that his actual goal was to win the PoV so that he could get them on board with backdooring Jared. That led to Cassandra walking out of the room. Joel told Tim that he doesn’t think there is anything he can do to change people’s minds about the vote. Joel figured that people are more hurt by him than by Cassandra because they expected it from her but not from him. Tim disagreed and said it’s more so that people realize that Cassandra wont win but Joel might win. Furthermore, Tim said that people saw him as a floater but they now see him as a mastermind. Joel pointed out that everyone there has a reason why they deserve to win and that it can be argued that they are all underdogs in their own way. In the HoH room, Nick told Kelsey that he can tell by Tim’s facial expression during the slop eating that he is not going to work with Joel moving forward. Kelsey said she doesn’t like how Joel is playing the victim. Nick said that Cassandra is doing the same. Nick felt that they would have a better shot at staying if Tim wins the PoV and Joel is still in the game as opposed to Cassandra. Nick told Kelsey that it is her call. Kelsey said she doesn’t know. She admitted that sometimes she thinks that she knows and then she changes her mind again.
10:00-11:00 PM: Kelsey told Cassandra that the brothers don’t believe that Tim would not continue working with Cassandra. Cassandra said that she would go to the Final 3 with Kelsey and the brothers if she stays this week. Cassandra said Tim will work with Joel and it has become clear that Tim was more loyal to Joel than to her. Kelsey said she truly wants to believe Cassandra. She asked how she can prove to Kelsey that she is not working with Tim moving forward. Cassandra brought up that Tim is playing it up that he is upset with Joel, and he is even talking to Joel alone right now. Cassandra told Kelsey that she wants to take Tim out herself because that would be a bold move. Kelsey asked who Cassandra would keep if she was on the block with the brothers. Cassandra said that she would keep Kelsey but Joel would keep the brothers. Cassandra said she would like to tell the brothers that because she is being honest. Kelsey advised her not to. Cassandra said she needs to get the brothers’ vote because she doesn’t trust Tim to keep her. Later, Tim informed Kelsey and Nick that Joel is claiming that he wanted to win the PoV the week that the brothers and Nikki were nominated because he wanted to backdoor Jared. Kelsey and Nick were not buying it.
12:00-1:00 AM: Tim told Kelsey that had they known that Joel was double crossing them with the brothers, he and Cassandra would have kept Jared around for their four person group. Kelsey said she doesn’t like that she cannot play for HoH next week. Cassandra said to keep her because it would cover her on all sides. Cassandra told Kelsey that she is Joel’s #1 target because he believes that both Tim and the brothers would take him to the end. Kelsey mentioned that it could be smarter to keep Joel because he is screwing up his own game right now and he will be weaker since he is on slop. The brothers joined them. Tim said that Joel is more of chance to win than Cassandra does. Phil questioned if either would win. Kelsey said Joel could. Cassandra continued to say that she would vote Tim out next week. Phil said that her saying that almost makes him want to vote her out. Phil also did not believe that Cassandra would actually vote Tim out over her. Kelsey believed Cassandra who said that she needs to show that her word does mean something. Cassandra said she wants Tim’s blood on her hands. Tim said that’s why he is thinking of keeping Joel. He did acknowledge that Cassandra has come clean on everything as opposed to Joel who he is not sure about. Phil said that Joel has not come clean. Tim said the scary part is that Joel may not even know that he has been lying.
1:00-2:00 AM: Cassandra told Tim that Joel let her know he is putting together a campaign and thinks he has got it. She said that she was terrified after that conversation because it was a mastermind type conversation. Cassandra told Tim that she would not go against him. Tim said that he knows that but has to go along with it. Tim told Cassandra that he feels like telling the others straight away when she is safe that they are together. He said they could high five. Cassandra told Tim that they may need to keep an eye out for Joel tomorrow and do some babysitting.
2:00-3:00 AM: Tim said he wonders what Joel has got planned for tomorrow. Cassandra wasn’t sure but said that she is terrified. Cassandra worried because the brothers wanted to hear Joel out and told Kelsey that. She told Tim to solidify things with the brothers tomorrow because they listen to him. Cassandra said she would get to Kelsey. Tim told Cassandra that they had the Threak Show alliance but then they had to get rid of Joel which made them cannibals. He told her that they would rather kill each other than have someone kill them. Cassandra said they can kill the others before trying to kill each other at the end. They discussed that they love the name “The Cannibals” for their duo.
