BBCAN4 Day 7 - Paige is evicted; Nikki and Tim enter the house
March 3, 2016
8:00-9:00 PM: During the second episode of the season, we were able to catch up on what had taken place during the first week of Big Brother Canada 4. Loveita, the HoH, nominated Kelsey and Paige for eviction. Paige was her pawn. Loveita decided to target Kelsey because she saw Kelsey and Jared as a potential power couple. Nick then won the Power of Veto. Nick and Phil decided not to use the Power of Veto. Phil believed that it was best for the duo to keep a potential power couple in the game in order to keep the target off of themselves. The vote then took place and Paige was evicted by a vote of 7-4. Afterwards, it was time to find out which two wildcards would be entering the Big Brother Canada house. Nikki Grahame and Tim Dormer were voted into the house by the fans.
9:00-10:00 PM: The live feeds launched and we found out that Jared won the HoH competition. Loveita, Maddy and Sharry were all talking game together in the bedroom. The girls believed that they would now be in danger, since they attempted to take out Kelsey. They discussed that the need to formulate a plan to keep themselves off of the block. It was discussed that they could promise Jared their votes in exchange for him keeping them safe this week. The girls also wondered if they could get Nikki and Tim on their side. It was mentioned that the new houseguests may want to be in the majority, though they could value that they stuck to their word and voted Kelsey out, unlike others.
10:00-11:00 PM: Nikki and Tim began socializing with the houseguests. Nikki had a chat with Loveita and Sharry, while Tim spoke to a number of the houseguests about a variety of non-game related topics. In the bedroom, Cassandra, Christine and Phil talked about who the fourth vote could have been. Dallas’ name was brought up as a potential option. Christine narrowed it down to Joel, Mitch or Dallas. She figured that Dallas was the most sneaky of the three. Christine said that she could see it in Dallas’ face when she brought up that she did not know who else was in with Loveita, Maddy and Sharry that it was Dallas himself. Cassandra agreed that Dallas is on the other side, since he targeted her and Raul during the HoH competition. The girls agreed that they cannot trust Dallas. Cassandra and Christine continued to talk, with Cassandra calling Christine her “sidekick”. Cassandra said that she believes that Raul is working with Jared and Kelsey. They agreed that Raul is dangerous and could potentially win the game, so he needs to go once the obvious targets are gone early on. Cassandra thought that Mitch may also be in with that group, though Christine figured that it may just be for now.
11:00-12:00 AM: While many of the other houseguests were in the HoH room, Ramsey and Sharry quickly spoke in the bedroom. They were disappointed that houseguests such as Joel had lied about which way they were going to vote. Ramsey pointed out that the one thing that they have going for them is that Nikki and Tim will see that they stuck to their word and voted the way that they said that they would, even though it put them in the minority. Nick spoke to Jared and Kelsey in the HoH room. He let them know that he had just explained to Loveita and Maddy that he voted to evict Paige. There was still some confusion about who exactly voted to evict Kelsey. Nick asked Jared if he has thought about what he is going to do this week. Jared said that he will probably nominate Sharry. Before he could name the other nominee, the feeds cut. After Nick left, Kelsey told Jared that she still thinks that the brothers may have voted her out, since they seem to be overselling it that they did not. Jared did not rule that out, though they agreed that they cannot burn bridges with the brothers or with Dallas by continually questioning them about their votes.
12:00-1:00 AM: Up in the HoH room, Jared asked Cassandra who the fourth vote to evict Kelsey was. Cassandra said that she is 100% sure that Dallas voted Kelsey out. Cassandra pointed out that Dallas knocked her out of the competition before he went after Maddy. Elsewhere, Ramsey had a quick chat with Tim. As he had mentioned earlier, Ramsey pointed out that they stayed true to their word and that means a lot. Tim agreed and said that his biggest fear coming in was that people would be rewarded for being dishonest. Up in the bathroom, Loveita told Sharry that she believes that the new twist could work in their favour. Loveita said that Tim noted that he likes underdogs, which led her to believe that Tim may side with them. Kelsey joined the girls in the bathroom. They attempted to clear the air, though it did not go so well. They agreed that they did not want things to be awkward between them, but Kelsey said that it’s going to be awkward after Loveita just tried to get her out of the house. Kelsey was hurt that Loveita nominated her, since she felt that the two of them had an instant connection. Kelsey felt that Loveita was not very honest with her last week, though both Loveita and Sharry disagreed. They pointed out that Kelsey was told straight up that she was the target. Kelsey eventually said that she no longer wants to talk game with Loveita, since she made it clear that she is her target.
1:00-2:00 AM: Loveita told Maddy and Sharry that they are not in as bad of a position as it may seem, since they know which people in their group have been true to them, while the other side was not a solid a group of seven. Loveita figured that the other side successfully got the floaters on their side last week, which is something that they need to do this week. Jared, Kelsey, Raul, Phil and Mitch were chatting in the HoH room. They continued to discuss the fourth vote. Jared plans to hear Loveita and Sharry out, then he will give Dallas a chance to come clean about it. Nominations were briefly discussed. Jared mentioned Ramsey or Maddy as potential replacement nominees, likely meaning that Loveita and Sharry are currently being considered as the initial nominees. While Kelsey suggested that Maddy should be the replacement nominee over Ramsey, Jared said that they cannot play personally. Jared later spoke to Dallas about the vote. Dallas did not admit to being one of the people that voted to evict Kelsey. Dallas also brought up that Cassandra cannot be trusted. Jared went up to the HoH room and relayed the conversation to Kelsey and Raul. Both Jared and Kelsey felt that Cassandra voted to evict Paige. They continued to suspect that the brothers could have been the ones to vote Kelsey out. Dallas told Sharry that he is trying to blame the vote on Cassandra. Sharry said that she is on board with that plan.
