BBCAN4 Day 8 - Jared nominates Loveita and Sharry for eviction
March 4, 2016
9:00-10:00 AM: Sharry spoke to Jared to reiterate that she did not want last week to cause a permanent divide in the house, as she is not set on one side just because of what happened last week. Jared said that he, like Sharry, has no problem with letting things go. However, Jared said that the people that he has put trust in and that he is working with don’t necessarily feel the same way. Jared told Sharry that sadly both she and Loveita are in a sticky situation. Jared let Sharry know that he believes that they can benefit each other’s games. That being said, Jared also told Sharry that she may be going on the block. He explained that it is likely Loveita’s week to go, so Sharry should be safe even if she ends up on the block. Jared asked Sharry if she knows who the fourth vote to evict Kelsey was. Sharry brought up that Cassandra was cool with her at the start, though things got weird between them as the week went on. Sharry told Jared that Cassandra looked her in the face and told her that she was going to vote out Kelsey. Jared asked Sharry who she would nominate if she was the HoH this week. Sharry said that the three people on her radar are the brothers and Cassandra, so they likely would have been her nominations, with Cassandra being her target. Jared again told Sharry that she is likely going to be nominated next to Loveita, though things could change. Before leaving, Sharry told Jared that she would be solid for him and could bring votes to his side.
10:00-11:00 AM: Loveita spoke to Jared in the HoH room. Loveita said that she assumed from the moment that Jared won HoH that she would be on the block or be backdoored, so she is cool with it. Loveita pointed out that she gave Jared her word that she would keep him safe last week and she stuck to it. Loveita offered to cut a deal with Jared in exchange for not being his target this week. Jared said that choosing the target is up to the voters. Loveita offered Jared safety if she wins HoH, as well as saying that she would use the PoV on him if she were to win it and he was on the block. Jared asked who it is that Loveita would be targeting. Loveita said that she would target Christine because nobody would have any real feelings about that move. Loveita admitted that it would likely be smartest for Jared to nominate her next to Christine, which she is fine with as long as the votes go her way. Loveita brought up that she is willing to keep Jared safe for five weeks. To do so, she said that she would always vote in his favour and would get others to vote in his favour as well.
11:00-12:00 PM: Dallas, Loveita, Maddy and Sharry were chatting in the bedroom. Maddy pointed out that Jared will likely want to keep Cassandra around for the same reason that she wants to keep Cassandra around. Maddy felt that Cassandra is a weak player and Jared will not want to keep all of the strong players around. Sharry said that she doesn’t even know if Jared would nominate Cassandra as a replacement nominee, because Jared feels that he can control and manipulate Jared. Sharry mentioned that they could possibly approach Jared and say that they have a group that consists of herself, Loveita, Maddy and Ramsey that are working together. The plan would then be to blame Dallas’ vote to evict Kelsey on Cassandra, in hope of getting her nominated. Sharry felt that they could then offer Jared the votes of the people in their group in exchange for safety, hopefully getting him to go after Cassandra, Christine, Joel or Mitch. Dallas and Maddy were concerned about opening up to Jared about their alliance, since he will not want to work with a group of strong players and leave them all in the game. That being said, Dallas felt that Cassandra would definitely leave if she is on the block next to one of them. Dallas planned to talk to Jared in order to put the idea of nominating Cassandra into his head.
1:00-2:00 PM: Nick let Phil know that Maddy came to him and said that it’s going around the house that the two of them are big floaters. Phil told Nick that he needs to stop talking to Maddy, since it is already causing others to think that they were the fourth vote. Nick said that he is done talking with Maddy and will not be sleeping the same bed with her any longer. They discussed that the lines have been drawn. Nick brought up getting into an alliance with Mitch and Jared. They agreed that Dallas was likely the fourth vote, so he cannot be trusted.
8:00-9:00 PM: The feeds returned after a lengthy outage. Jared and Ramsey spoke in the HoH room. The two agreed that they can work to protect each other, despite being on opposite sides of the house. They said that they will look to ensure that each other are the last person standing on the opposing side. Jared let Ramsey know that he is currently planning to nominate Loveita and Sharry. Ramsey then spoke to Mitch, telling him that he had just spoken to Jared and plans to do what he can to keep him safe if someone on his side wins HoH. Ramsey told Mitch that he will do the same thing for him. Loveita then joined the two guys and told them that she expects to be nominated next to Sharry. Loveita made it clear that it would not be the end of the world if she were to leave. She later told Ramsey that she would use the PoV on Sharry if she were nominated alongside her. Ramsey said that Sharry would not let her do that and neither would the rest of their group. Loveita said that it is her decision to make. Loveita then told Sharry about her plan to use the PoV on her. Despite Sharry telling her not to, Loveita continued to say that she would. Elsewhere, Joel was expressing his concern that he may end up being nominated since people think that he could have voted to evict Kelsey. Cassandra and Tim assured him that he will be fine. They explained that either Loveita or Sharry will go this week, even if one of them wins the PoV. Tim figured that Maddy would be the replacement nominee. Cassandra said that Maddy would even be a good person to get out of the house, due to how volatile she is.
9:00-10:00 PM: The have-not room was revealed. This week's have-nots are Cassandra, Joel, Loveita and Sharry. In the HoH room, Jared told Kelsey and Phil that he is still planning to nominate Loveita and Sharry. He asked them which of the two that they would prefer to see go home this week. Jared felt that it was best to get rid of Loveita. Kelsey agreed, stating that she does not want Loveita there because it’s awkward and she nominated her. Phil threw out the idea of sending Sharry home, since Loveita has begun to give up. That being said, Phil was on board with going after Loveita as well. Jared listed off his ideal eviction order as Loveita, Sharry, Maddy and Ramsey. He said that it will be up to the voters to decided, as the HoH just nominates the houseguests and the voters decide which one goes.
10:00-11:00 PM: Cassandra and Tim chatted in the have-not room. Cassandra said that she thinks that Dallas may need to be the replacement nominee if either of the nominees win the Power of Veto. Cassandra felt that Dallas was definitely the fourth person that voted to evict Kelsey. She also said that she believes that Dallas would nominate her and Tim if he were to win HoH next week, though Tim disagreed. As for Ramsey, Cassandra felt that he was playing both sides and was someone that they needed to be careful around. Both Tim and Cassandra agreed that Joel is someone that they can trust. Tim told Cassandra that he sees a little bit of the way that he played the game in how Cassandra is playing it at the moment. He pointed out that it’s not a bad thing to if people don’t like you if it’s because they underestimate you, since you will be able to surprise them.
1:00-2:00 AM: The live feeds returned following the nomination ceremony. Jared nominated Loveita and Sharry for eviction. Afterwards, Loveita was still talking about using the PoV on Sharry if she wins it, adding that she does not want to be there anymore. While the feeds were down, Nikki apparently had some sort of meltdown. Many of the houseguests were talking about her. Mitch was crying and said that Nikki is unstable and it is exploitative to have her there. Earlier in the night, Nikki revealed that it was in her contract that she would get almond milk, bananas and chocolate. She pointed out that she did not get any of the bananas that were delivered earlier in the day. When feeds returned, Nikki was eating a banana. Tim asked Nikki what she would do when things got really bad in the UK Big Brother. Nikki said that she would “self combust”. Nikki said that she currently feels much better and just needs a good night’s sleep. Maddy asked Nikki if she was leaving or if she would see her tomorrow. Nikki said that she is not leaving but she is giving up her immunity. Dallas wondered if Veronica would be returning. Ramsey shot that idea down, saying that Nikki is staying and that she was back to normal once she got her banana.
In the have-not room, Sharry told Ramsey that she has a lot of respect for Jared because he was upfront with her and told her that she would be nominated next to Loveita. Ramsey encouraged Sharry not to give up, telling her that she has the best relationships with the other side of the house out of anyone on their side. He also mentioned that the people that start off in the minority are the ones that get the furthest in the game. Tim and Loveita then joined Ramsey and Sharry. Tim brought up that he will not win the game even if he manages to make it to the end, since the jury will not vote for him. Tim explained that he is therefore not a threat and is an asset that can be used. Tim pointed out that there is no reason to get rid of him until he screws someone over. Tim said that he does not believe in sides staying the same in the Big Brother house, as that is not a good game of Big Brother. He said that his one job as a wildcard is to make sure that things change and that people are kept on their toes. Tim suggested that Loveita and Sharry determine what they can offer in terms of being an asset to their fellow houseguests. He added that they need to show the floaters that they can have power in an alternative that only they can offer them.
2:00-3:00 AM: Joel spoke to Loveita about how things could have been worse for her, as Jared could have chosen to backdoor her. Joel explained that it is still possible that both Loveita and Sharry stay in the game. He said that he does not like to see people come all this way and then they don’t fight hard until the bitter end. Loveita threw out the idea of Dallas being nominated if one of the nominees wins the PoV. She said that Dallas is liked by everyone, implying that he would stay. Joel disagreed, saying that people are talking about Dallas being the fourth vote. He felt that it has created suspicion around Dallas and therefore people are sketched out about him and they may see it as an opportunity to take the snake out.
