BBCAN5 Day 31 - Kevin decides not to use the PoV

April 10, 2017

8:00-9:00 AM: Once the houseguests woke up, Ika quickly told Neda that Dillon and Emily are wanting William to get Kevin to use the veto on one of them. She said Dillon and Emily want to come work on her side with Dre, William, Demetres and herself. Ika said she thinks that William is trying to convince Kevin to use the veto but they cannot let that happen. Neda said she doesn’t think Kevin will use it anyway. Ika then told Neda that Emily said she will attack Bruno, Neda and Kevin. Not long after, Neda told Kevin that Jackie is on board with them and she wants to vote to evict Emily. Neda said they just have to work on Sindy. Neda mentioned that the other side was probably trying to get him to use the veto by saying someone like Karen would go up. Kevin asked what he should do if he is asked to use the veto. Neda said to tell them that he is sorry. Kevin asked if Bruno would be the replacement nominee. Neda said they would nominate Bruno and then vote him out since they have the numbers to do it. Kevin said they just need to get Sindy on board to evict Emily then. Neda encouraged Kevin to work on her by reiterating that they have a Season 3 alliance. She also said they can use the fact that Ika was ignoring Sindy yesterday, plus say that Ika always flips on them. Kevin again asked if Bruno will go up if he uses the veto. Neda said he for sure will.

9:00-10:00 AM: Kevin pulled William into the pantry to ask how he is feeling about things. William said he is okay. Kevin said he is stressed out about it but he is okay. After William left, Kevin said William is for sure going to nominate Bruno. Kevin said it was too good to be true. Kevin revealed that he plans to keep the nominations the same, save Dillon, and crush the other side. Outside, Dillon told Bruno that Kevin should use the veto. Bruno told Dillon that he needs to relax because things aren’t as bad as they seem. Dillon told Bruno that he would not be the replacement nominee. Bruno argued that Dillon is blinded because he is on the block next to Emily, because everyone knows he would be the replacement nominee. Bruno told Dillon to start thinking straight. Dillon said he is and he knows that he will be leaving if the veto is not used. Bruno said that’s not true. Bruno assured Dillon that he will not be giving up on him. Just before the veto ceremony, Ika told Emily that she and Demetres are the deciding votes and they will keep her even if the plan falls through. She let Emily know that the other side is wanting her to leave.

11:00-12:00 PM: The veto ceremony took place. Kevin decided not to use the Power of Veto. Dillon and Emily remain nominated. Ika told William that they need to keep Emily. Ika realized that Jackie is likely going to keep Dillon, giving the other side the numbers to evict Emily. Ika told William that he has to sit down with Jackie in order to secure her vote since she has been getting close to Neda and Kevin. William then pulled Jackie aside. He let her know that he would like keep Emily this week. Jackie said Emily seems really mad at her. William said he thinks she is just upset. William told Jackie he is scared that Kevin will tell a lie about him to Jackie, because Kevin wanted to use the veto in order to get Jackie out. Out by the hot tub, Emily confronted Bruno about telling her and Dillon that he will be voting to keep them. Emily also said Bruno threw their names out there. Bruno was angered by that and said they have been on the same team since Day 1. He said all it took was one talk for Emily to flip. Bruno said he has to vote whichever way William wants. Emily asked why Bruno told Kevin not to use the veto. Bruno denied having done that. Dillon said Bruno probably wouldn’t have used the veto even if he had won it himself. Bruno told Dillon he doesn’t scare him. Dillon fought back by saying Bruno sounds like a paranoid punk. After briefly leaving, Bruno returned and said he doesn’t know why Dillon and Emily think he is against them. He said the other side wanted this to happen. Bruno insisted that the other side does not care about Dillon and Emily. Emily said Kevin doesn’t care about them either. Dillon reiterated that he wants to be the one to go on Thursday. Kevin spoke to William and told him that he chickened out about using the veto. William said Kevin lied to him yesterday. Kevin said he was not playing him. Kevin said he was really excited about the plan but he got sketched out this morning. Kevin promised that he was not lying about wanting to use the veto.

12:00-1:00 PM: Kevin joined Bruno, Dillon and Emily by the hot tub. Emily told Kevin he is showing William he is a liar if he said he would use the veto and then went back on it. Emily said she doesn’t know what Kevin’s game plan is by not saving his alliance. Kevin said William is his only friend on the other side and he couldn’t have William see him throw the veto. Dillon told Bruno and Kevin that he will be coming after them if he stays and wins HoH. Dillon said he will be a lone wolf and not do what the house wants. In the backyard, Ika, Neda and Sindy discussed what happened last night when Emily spoke to Ika. Ika said Emily was telling her that the others had an alliance with her and Dillon. Neda said they had one meeting with them and she told Ika about it right away. Neda mentioned that Ika used to give so much sass and attitude to Emily. Ika felt that the way she handled things last night was pretty normal for someone who is being given information. She explained that if Emily is going to turn on the people she thought she was with, it’s best for their group if she can have influence over her. Ika said she doesn’t think it’s fair for the alliance to ask them to vote against Dre and William. Neda and Sindy asked if it’s okay if they vote to evict Emily even if William doesn’t want that. Ika said she doesn’t care. Neda said Emily showed how shady she is by trying to expose her alliance in her speech. In the pantry, Emily asked Dre if Bruno said her name. Dre confirmed that he did. She said Bruno and Kevin cannot be trusted. Emily said she doesn’t trust Neda either. Emily told Dre that Bruno went off and was swearing outside. She said it was a red flag. Emily said she would like to expose Bruno for having said to nominate her and Dillon and for saying he wants to keep Dillon. Dre suggested that it may be best to wait, since Emily wanted William to back her up on it.

1:00-2:00 PM: Ika spoke to Kevin, telling him that Dre was the one pushing for Bruno to be the replacement nominee. Ika claimed that William said he would not do it and he told her in confidence that he would nominate Jackie if Kevin were to use the veto. Ika said William would betray Dre for Kevin. Ika told Kevin that William is more loyal to him than their other four alliance members combined. Kevin said he believes it. Ika told Kevin not to screw William over by voting Emily out then. She said that keeping Emily would allow Kevin to restore William’s faith in him. Kevin insisted that he is not trying to play William. He said he needs both William and Dre to know that. Ika then headed to William to fill him in on the talk. Ika said she believes that Kevin genuinely cares about William. In the blue room, Bruno, Kevin, Neda and Sindy worked on Emily. Bruno continued to hammer home his point about how the other side did not talk to her for 30 days. Emily said over and over that all she did was listen to them. She admitted that it’s hard not to think about things when you are told them, but she is not saying that she is changing sides. Neda said it shocks her that Emily would be mad at the person that didn’t use the veto over the person that put her on the block. Kevin said Emily would not have used the veto if she were in his position and there was even a 1% chance of Dillon going on the block. Emily said she gets it and she is not mad at Kevin. Emily explained that her speech was made in hope of lighting a fire under Kevin so that he may use the veto since she didn’t think he would have used it originally. Kevin said that’s all he wanted to hear. Emily told her allies that she wishes they had fought for her. Neda asked what they could have done. She said they can promise to keep her since Dillon wants to leave. Emily asked if they will promise that. Neda hesitated and then said yes. Nobody else replied. After Emily left, Jackie asked if they are keeping Dillon. Neda asked if Jackie would be okay with that. Jackie said yes. The group agreed to keep pretending that they are voting to keep Emily. Neda said she thinks that they can get Dillon refocused once Emily is gone.

2:00-3:00 PM: Dillon told Emily and Karen that the other side would be stupid to keep him. He said he will team up with Demetres and win every competition that they can. Emily told Dillon that Neda was firing her up and pissing her off. Dillon didn’t like the excuse Neda gave for not talking to them about a plan to save them. She said they have been isolating themselves. Dillon pointed out that he shares a bed with Neda. By the pool table, Ika told Bruno that Neda asked her if she told Dre about The Six. Ika said they would be screwed if she did that. Ika said Neda is irritating her. Ika told Bruno that Neda is worried about keeping herself safe when Bruno and Kevin are currently targets, which is pissing her off. Ika said she will not listen to Neda but she wants to know what Bruno wants to do. Bruno said Emily is smarter than Dillon. He said Dillon has given up. Ika said Dre would prefer to work with Dillon because he is showing more anger towards the other side. Ika said Emily didn’t want to believe the things she was hearing about Bruno, whereas Dillon insisted that Bruno did what people are saying. Ika suggested that Bruno could reel in Emily. Bruno said he thinks Emily is gone but he could pull Dillon back in. In the bedroom, Neda and Sindy started comparing notes on Ika. Neda told Sindy that Ika said Sindy didn’t start liking Demetres until she liked him. Neda let Sindy know that Ika is still mad about stuff that happened between them in the outside world. Neda told Sindy that Ika will twist anything that they say and then retell it to the other person. Neda mentioned Ika bringing up that Naeha hates Sindy and texted her not to trust her if she is on the show. Sindy then revealed that Ika said Neda is saying there is a Season 3 alliance and therefore they have to make a Season 2 alliance.

4:00-5:00 PM: Bruno told Kevin that Emily is on Ika’s side now. He said Dillon is likely to come after them as well. They discussed saving Dillon anyway. Kevin hopes they can knock some sense into Dillon. Bruno said Dillon and Emily are spending their time with the other side even though that side does not control the votes. Neda joined them. Neda explained that she and Sindy compared notes about Ika earlier and found out that Ika is saying the same things to each of them and claiming that it came from the other person. Neda told Bruno that Ika said he told her that “Neda’s mood is horrible”. Neda asked Bruno and Kevin to work on Sindy to reiterate that they have her back and she is on the bottom on the other side. They talked about trying to get Dillon back on board once Emily leaves. Neda said they can throw The Six under the bus if they have to. Bruno agreed. Neda called Ika vicious. Kevin asked if Neda would go after Ika and Demetres. Neda said she would nominate Dre and William but she would backdoor Ika if the option presents itself. Bruno liked the idea. Neda said she would love it if Ika were to leave this week. Bruno said he is thinking about throwing Ika and Demetres up. Neda said Ika was taken out early in her season because she is destructive. Neda pointed out that Ika has a little crew this time around. Bruno said Dillon and Emily are not very smart game wise. Neda said they needs some personal and game related things to turn Sindy against Ika. Neda asked if they are being stupid by not nominating Ika and Dre as opposed to Karen and Dre. Kevin said they will have to see how the next few days go. Kevin asked how bad Ika has been throwing him under the bus the past few weeks. Neda said Ika has wanted Bruno and Kevin out since Week 1. Neda also mentioned Ika saying that there is clearly a Season 3 alliance. Neda said she will get Sindy to fill them in on what she told her.

5:00-6:00 PM: Bruno continued to work on Dillon. Despite that, Dillon said he will nominate Jackie and Kevin if he wins HoH. Bruno said those two are pulling for him and they would not go after him. Dillon said he may nominate Demetres and Kevin instead, but he has a bad taste in his mouth over what happened with the veto. Bruno reminded Dillon that Kevin did not put him on the block. Dillon said Kevin kept him on it. Elsewhere, Dre and Ika discussed that Dillon has to go since Neda is trying so hard to keep him. Dre said Neda has convinced Emily that she is keeping her. Ika said Neda is lying since she is mad at her for wanting to keep Emily. In the hot tub, Kevin told Jackie that William is going to try to throw them under the bus to each other. He said they cannot believe what William tells them. Jackie agreed. They discussed sticking together with their side moving forward. In the bedroom, Neda continued to fill Sindy in on the things that Ika has said about her. Much of it stemmed from things in the outside world.

6:00-7:00 PM: Ika confronted Neda, though the beginning of the confrontation was not on the feeds. Neda said Ika gets mad every time she voices an opinion that is not the same as Ika’s. Ika said she feels the same way about Neda. Ika mentioned the discussion about wanting to evict Emily. Neda said she doesn’t even care who goes after this. Ika told Neda that she shouldn’t be upset then. Ika suggested that Neda look in the mirror when she is talking so she can see the reaction on her face. Ika added that she doesn’t go running off in rooms trashing people. Neda called Ika out on saying “I’m done with Neda”. Ika asked if that’s what Sindy just told Neda. Neda denied it but refused to give a name. Ika told Neda not to say things if she wont give up names. Neda said she is done. She then headed out to the hot tub to tell Bruno, Kevin, Jackie and Sindy that Ika was screaming at her. She said she is done with Ika. The five reiterated that they will be evicting Emily. Bruno said they should not tell anyone which way they are voting, then they can try to convince Dillon to go against those who vote against him. By the pool, Ika told Demetres that they have to win HoH and take a shot since their allies may be planning on doing that to them. Ika said she will put Jackie up because she cannot stand her, but one of the others will be going home. She hopes that it is Neda. Ika sent Demetres outside to break up the talk at the hot tub. Ika told Dre that she doesn’t like Neda. Ika called Neda entitled and bratty. Ika said Neda will turn people against you if she doesn’t get her way. Ika said they need to win HoH and then put Neda on the block and send her home.

7:00-8:00 PM: Emily let Bruno know that Dillon is going to be pissed if he stays, because he wants to go home to his family. Emily said she needs to reset once Dillon goes. Bruno questioned what happens if Emily resets with the other side. Emily said she doesn’t have any connections on that side. Bruno told Emily that pulling the stunt she did when she called out their alliance did not help her cause. Bruno said Emily should have talked to him rather than embarrass him on television in front of his family. Bruno said he was blown away by how quickly Emily dumped him. He also commented on how she pushed him away at the end of the ceremony. Emily said she didn’t hug anyone. Emily asked Bruno to keep her in the loop. Bruno said he will but he doesn’t have an answer of her right now.

8:00-9:00 PM: Ika told Demetres that she almost wishes they had made William and Dre nominate The Six. Ika thinks Neda’s resentment is based on her not liking her position in the game and knowing that her safety is about to run out. Ika said their alliance is obsessed with being in the best position and therefore people resent it if they think she and Demetres are in a better spot. Ika said the two of them were not like this over the past few weeks when people who would not come after them were going home. Kevin spoke to William about comments he has heard. Kevin assured William that he did not call him his “boy toy”. Kevin said personal attacks are disgusting. Kevin told William that he hasn’t tried to flirt with him or cuddle with him for malicious reasons. William refused to tell Kevin who was telling him these things. In the bathroom, Neda asked Dillon if he actually wants to stay. Dillon said he does but he doesn’t want to campaign against Emily. Neda said he wont have to. Neda told Dillon that she wants him to stay in the game and she wants to play with him. Neda asked Dillon why he is giving up. Dillon said because of his family. Neda told Dillon that his family is fine. Dillon said Bruno just had a talk with him about that and made him realize the same thing. Neda told Dillon he will be staying as long as he wants to stay. Out by the hot tub, Karen told Ika they need to know who to put up in the event of an instant eviction. Ika said she thinks they should nominate Neda next to Bruno or Kevin. Ika said they can worry about Jackie later because Neda has to go. Karen agreed. Karen suggested nominating Sindy next to Neda so that they don’t piss off Bruno and Kevin. Ika said they should do that. Ika explained that Neda has to go whether she is targeting her or not, because Neda is turning people against her. Emily joined them. Ika and Karen told Emily that they think Dillon is back with the other side. Emily said she wont stand a chance then. Ika then spoke to Demetres who told her that he has a bad feeling their alliance has turned on them. Demetres said he thinks he is done with The Six. He said he will throw two of them up on the block if he wins HoH.

9:00-10:00 PM: Out by the hot tub, Bruno, Kevin and Neda spoke to Dillon about keeping him and working together moving forward. Dillon said he had a moment of weakness but now he is good. Neda then went to Jackie to inform her that Dillon is back on their side and he wants to stay. Jackie confirmed that she is still on board with keeping Dillon. Jackie said she cannot wait to see their faces when Dillon stays.

10:00-11:00 PM: Ika practiced fake crying for when she makes an apology to Neda. She then headed to the HoH room to talk to her. Ika said she doesn’t want to do this with her anymore. Ika pointed out seeing Neda with Jackie all the time bothers her. Neda said Ika avoids her all day. Ika said she doesn’t want them to turn on each other. Neda agreed. Ika apologized and swore that she loves Neda both in the game and outside of the house. Neda said Ika should not be coming at her so often if they are together, even though it’s hard. Ika cried and said she doesn’t want to lose Neda in the game. Ika swore on her children that she didn’t say “I am done with Neda”. She also swore that she has not told Dre or William about The Six. Ika said she is loyal to The Six and is bringing every bit of information back to the alliance. She mentioned telling them about the backdoor plan this morning. Ika said Bruno would be on the block if her loyalty was with Dre and William. Ika told Neda that she is fine with Emily going and she will even vote her out if that’s what the alliance wants. Neda said they can find another way to handle things so that Ika and Demetres don’t have to ruin their relationship with Dre and William.

11:00-12:00 AM: William told Dre that Kevin swore on his mother’s life that he didn’t call him a boy toy. They discussed telling Kevin that Emily spread that rumour to William. William said Emily is being shady and she is going to end up going home. Dre asked why she would go home. William said the other side is voting to keep Dillon. Downstairs, Bruno asked Sindy if she is on board with keeping Dillon. Sindy confirmed that she is. Bruno let Sindy know that Ika had a heart to heart with Neda, and Neda was like “whatever”. Up in the HoH room, William told Kevin that Emily is the one who told him that Kevin called him his “boy toy”. Kevin said Emily is trying to pit them against each other.
