BBCAN5 Day 41 - Sindy is evicted; Demetres wins HoH
April 20, 2017
10:00-11:00 AM: Sindy told Ika that a lot of people were getting in her head about her. Sindy brought up asking Dillon if Ika and Demetres had made any deals. Ika said the only deal she made is that she would not put Dillon up, which she wouldn’t. Sindy told Ika that she thought Ika would have hugged her and told her she is fine after the veto ceremony. Sindy said she was then wondering if Ika threw her name out there. Ika said Bruno was pushing for her to go up and go home, then Kevin and Sindy’s names got lumped into that as well. Demetres told Sindy that the only reason she is going home is cause she is guilty by association. Ika told Sindy that they actually tried to get Bruno nominated instead but Dillon wouldn’t do that since he had made a deal with him. Ika said she wishes Sindy had talked to them yesterday since they, not Dre and William, were the ones that could have kept her. Ika swore that she told Dillon go with his gut whether that means nominating her or nominating Sindy. Sindy said it’s weird how The Five met up and was strong following the double eviction, yet now they are going after each other. Ika and Demetres explained that they cannot trust Bruno and Kevin. Ika said this had nothing to do with Sindy. Sindy asked if she is going home because they want to take a jab at Bruno and Kevin. Ika said they think Sindy is with those two and she has been telling people that they are her targets. Sindy explained that’s because she thought they betrayed her. Ika said they didn’t and she wishes that Sindy had talked to them the past couple of days. Sindy pointed out that she was with Ika and Demetres, voting with them and having their backs, for the past few weeks. Sindy said Jackie will take her spot in what they see as a trio with Bruno and Kevin. Ika said Sindy is asking them to vote with Bruno and Kevin who are coming after them. Sindy said Jackie will come after them, while she will not. Ika let Sindy know that Jackie offered them a truce in exchange for keeping her. Sindy said Jackie already made a deal with Bruno and Kevin. Sindy said she is asking Ika and Demetres to trust her, not Bruno and Kevin. Sindy asked that they please not send her home on her birthday. Ika said they would have to go against Dre, William, Dillon and Karen in order to keep Sindy, meaning that the entire house except for Sindy will be coming after them. Sindy suggested that they could push for her to go back on the block if she stays. Ika and Demetres said they will be on the block. Ika said she was protecting Bruno and having conversations about wanting him to win, yet he has done nothing but be slimy. Sindy asked if they want her to bring Bruno and Kevin in the room. Ika initially said she will throw them out of the room if they come in there. She then said if they come in and discuss a deal, they will consider keeping her. Demetres said he wont believe anything that they say at this point. Sindy said it’s not fair to keep Jackie who they have been calling two faced since Week 1. Ika said Bruno and Kevin would rather work with Jackie than them. Ika said she hates Bruno so much that she wishes she had got him out on William’s HoH. Sindy said those two trust her so much that they will listen to her. Sindy offered to throw HoH to Ika and Demetres if it comes down to it.
11:00-12:00 PM: After Sindy left, Ika said Demetres should have came to them yesterday since it would have given them time to smooth things over. Ika and Demetres agreed that it would have been best for them to keep Sindy but they cannot do it at this point. Dre and Karen joined them. Ika and Demetres said Sindy was trying to convince them to keep her. Ika said Sindy is claiming Jackie is 100% with Kevin and Bruno and she is tricking them. Karen laughed about Jackie thinking that she is tricking them. Dre said it’s too late for Sindy to talk to them now. Demetres said they can’t change their minds now. Ika asked which of the two nominees scares Karen more. Karen said Sindy being with Bruno and Kevin scares her more. Ika said Jackie believes she is with Bruno and Kevin, making them another trio. Karen said they already knew that. Dre and Ika discussed that they believe Jackie and Karen are together. Ika said she is not saying she trusts Bruno, Kevin or Sindy, but she does trust Sindy a lot more than she trusts Jackie. Ika said Sindy has not lied to them in this game. Dre said Sindy is coming after Ika if she stays. Ika said Sindy explained that she felt betrayed. Ika wants Sindy to expose Jackie for making a deal with Bruno and Kevin after making a truce with her. Ika told Dre it sucks because if Sindy had tried to talk to them before today, it would have been different. Dre said she told Sindy yesterday to talk to Ika, but Sindy said she wouldn’t because Ika went against her. Dre said she told Sindy that Ika did not turn on her. Ika mentioned that they could have flipped this on Jackie had they known about her making deals with both sides sooner. Dre said she doesn’t trust Sindy. Ika said she doesn’t trust either of them. Ika called Jackie over to talk to them. She let Jackie know that Sindy is saying Jackie is 100% with Bruno and Kevin, and whatever she said to them is a lie. Jackie said Sindy is with Bruno and Kevin too. Ika admitted her initial instinct was to keep Jackie, though Sindy told them a lot of stuff. Jackie said she hasn’t been able to stay with one group because everyone she sticks with leaves or she finds out that they betrayed her. Ika said the problem is Jackie believes that she can trust Bruno and Kevin. Jackie said she would like to believe it but she cannot fully trust anyone. Ika asked Jackie who she would nominate if she wins HoH. Jackie mentioned Dillon put her up. Jackie said she is in an awkward position. Ika mentioned Sindy was not lying about Jackie being in the middle. Jackie agreed. Ika said she will regret it if Jackie stays and comes after her after she sends her friend home over her. Jackie said she was trying to work with Ika and Demetres but it did not work out. Ika called Bruno and Kevin slime balls. Ika pointed out that their votes are the ones keeping Jackie safe this week, yet she is loyal to Bruno and Kevin. Jackie said Sindy is loyal to them too. Ika thinks Sindy would be more appreciative of them voting to keep her than Jackie would be. Jackie swore to God that the more she has been talking to Dre, the more she wants to build something with her. Ika told Jackie it’s weird that she said she would go after Bruno and Kevin, yet now she is saying she needs to figure out who she can trust. Jackie said the truce means a lot but it’s not like they have done a lot this week to persuade her to work with them. Ika asked why they should be persuading her when she is the one on the block. Jackie said that’s true. Ika explained that Bruno and Kevin are trying to reel her in in case Sindy leaves, not because they genuinely want to work with her. Ika told Jackie she his not giving her an ultimatum but she has to choose a side. Ika said she would not turn her back on someone who is giving her life in the game. Ika explained that Bruno and Kevin would be sending Jackie home if they could. Jackie said Bruno and Kevin claimed to be pissed that Sindy nominated her. Ika said they sat in a room and bought their targets up, and Jackie’s name came up every single time. Jackie began crying. Ika told her not to cry. She said all she is telling her is to pick a side. Jackie said all she wants is to have someone who has her back in this game. Ika said it would be a lie to say she has Jackie’s back 100%, but Bruno and Kevin are lying to Jackie and only see her as a number. Jackie said she appreciates how honest and straight up Dre and Ika are. Ika reiterated that she is getting votes from Dre, Karen, Demetres and herself, whereas Bruno and Kevin would send her out if they could. Ika said she is nominating Bruno and Kevin if she wins HoH. Ika told Jackie she is a strong candidate to be a replacement nominee because it looks like she is with Bruno and Kevin. Ika let Jackie know that Sindy was campaigning to her to vote Jackie out and rejoin Bruno, Kevin and Sindy. Ika said Bruno and Kevin are slime. Ika told Jackie she is a strong girl and a fighter, and she does not need a guy to protect her. Jackie said she will prove it to Dre and Ika if they keep her. Jackie said she will make her decisions based on where she feels betrayed the most.
8:00-9:00 PM: During tonight’s eviction episode, Sindy was evicted by a vote of 6-1. As planned, Kevin was the lone vote to evict Jackie. The three part HoH competition then got underway. Karen, as the winner of the step competition, was given an advantage.
9:00-10:00 PM: Feeds returned following the eviction episode. Demetres is the new HoH. Kevin headed up to the blue room to speak to William. William told Kevin he feels stupid because he knows that Kevin is still lying to him. He mentioned Kevin is very much working with Jackie, even though he tells him he doesn’t know anything about Jackie’s game. William said he thinks that Kevin doesn’t trust him. Kevin said he trusts William with everything. William said he’s not sure about that. Kevin told William he started working with Jackie after the veto ceremony when Sindy was put on the block. Kevin explained that he wanted to have someone else who may protect him if they win HoH. William said Kevin shouldn’t be telling him that he is one of his number ones along with Bruno when his number ones are really Bruno and Jackie. Kevin insisted that he doesn’t trust Jackie at all, especially since she is running back to Ika. William said he would love to trust Kevin but he feels that he is hiding things from him. Kevin said he trusts William. Not long after, Jackie broke up the talk. In the HoH room, Ika, Demetres, Dre and Dillon talked things over. Dre said William was saying that everyone is lying. Ika said Kevin is the one lying and he is William’s whole world. Dillon told Dre he thinks that William is lying to her and he is more on Kevin’s side than her side. Ika said this isn’t The Bachelor Canada. She added that William didn’t get the rose and now he is mad. The four in the HoH room discussed sticking together moving forward. They said they will control the votes this week even if William doesn’t vote with them, because they only need three votes plus Demetres’ tie breaking vote.
10:00-11:00 PM: In the bathroom, Kevin asked William why he doesn’t trust him. William said he does trust him but then Kevin was saying he doesn’t know about Jackie even though it seems he ended up with her. Kevin asked William to please trust him. William said he does but he gets paranoid sometimes, even with Dre. Kevin said he gets it since he was even a tiny bit paranoid when it came to Bruno this past week. William assured Kevin that he wants to be with him and he would never do anything against him. Later, William told Dre that Kevin said he started working with Jackie after the veto ceremony. William said Kevin told him that he wasn’t trusting Jackie because she was going back and forth with Ika. Dre said Jackie as not talking to Ika. William brought up the deal they made. Dre didn’t consider making a deal to keep herself safe to be talking. Dre told William that Sindy was saying Jackie made legitimate deals with Bruno and Kevin. Dre said she cannot be Jackie’s friend but she would like to have her on the same side as the two of them. Dre explained that Kevin is a sinking ship and William is going to go down with him if he sticks with him. Dre said if William wants to go to the jury house, he should stick with Kevin. If he wants to go far in the game, Dre said William should listen to her perspective. Dre called Kevin a very good liar compared to Bruno. She said it’s hard for her to protect William when everyone sees him chilling with that side of the house. Bruno then broke up the talk.
11:00-12:00 AM: Dre told Dillon that she loves Ika but Ika took advantage of the fact that she was going to be 100% loyal to her. Dre revealed that Ika told Kevin not to use the veto when they were trying to backdoor Bruno. Dre worried that Ika and Demetres would screw her over again. She said she would be willing to make a Final 4 deal with them but only if they are the ones to bring it up. Dre noted that Demetres now has 3 HoHs and 1 PoV, so he will win if nobody gets him out. The two discussed wanting Jackie to win to nominate Ika and Demetres. Dillon said he would prefer to be in the Final 4 with Karen and William over Ika and Demetres. Dre said she thinks Ika and Demetres will be thinking the same thing. Dillon said they need to pull the trigger on Ika and Demetres in a couple weeks. He wants to eliminate the Bruno, Kevin, Jackie trio first. Dre said they need to make sure they have enough numbers so that when they do turn, whoever remains out of Ika and Demetres has no one to turn to. Dre said she will be out for revenge and she does not want Ika or Demetres at the end with her. Dre suggested that they use Ika and Demetres to get at least one of Kevin or Bruno out before they get rid of them. Up in the HoH room, Demetres and Ika briefly discussed getting Bruno or Kevin out this week. Demetres said he is leaning towards getting Kevin out. Ika agreed. Demetres said taking Kevin out would free William up more. Ika said Kevin also has a better hold on Jackie. Ika said Kevin is sneaky whereas Bruno’s game is very obvious. Demetres said the only thing he doesn’t like about keeping Bruno is that Dillon is close to him.
12:00-1:00 AM: Dre told William that Dillon doesn’t trust him since he sees him with Kevin, though she told him that William will be with them. Dre said she and Dillon discussed that Ika and Demetres have to go after Bruno and Kevin are gone. William said Demetres needs to win since he wins every time he is in a bad position. Dre said she attempted to ensure that Dillon would be more on their side than on Ika and Demetres’ side. She doesn’t want Dillon going to Ika and Demetres for advice if he wins a competition and is in power. Out in the hot tub, Bruno and Kevin discussed their campaign pitch. Bruno pointed out that Dre, William, Karen, Jackie and Dillon are in the middle and know that they don’t have to win anything since the two of them are targeting Ika and Demetres and vice versa. Bruno bought up that he told Ika before the second round of the HoH competition that it’s a new week and they should start over and talk, which Ika agreed with. Bruno and Kevin thought that was huge since it was done prior to Demetres winning HoH. The two talked about pitching that the two pairs team up and go into next week 4 on 4. Kevin said it’s best for all four of them to make the move to work together. They discussed that the three vets will be targets as will Demetres since he is the biggest threat out of the newbies. Kevin asked if they should reveal their “Peasants” alliance with Jackie. Kevin said it would be devastating if they don’t and Jackie throws them under the bus. On the other hand, Bruno said the relationship with Jackie will be over if Ika tells her what they say. They agreed they need to do it to survive this week. Kevin suggested that they let Ika know Jackie ran back to them right after making the truce, saying she would nominate Ika and Demetres anyway. Kevin asked which of the five they should take the shot at. Bruno said Dillon.
1:00-2:00 AM: Bruno told Kevin that Ika and Demetres need to know Dillon was telling Kevin he wants him to win HoH to fire back at the two of them. Bruno mentioned it would be smart to offer to clean up next week, taking out the other half of whichever pair Ika and Demetres nominate. Though they would offer to do that, Bruno said they would still have to take a shot at someone like Dre if they win. Bruno pointed out that trust can be built if Ika and Demetres don’t fire at them and they return the favour and don’t fire at Ika and Demetres next week. Bruno said they will have to make sure they can fire the first shot if they work with those two moving forward. Bruno and Kevin talked about playing clean games up to this point. They think they need to start playing dirtier since people are burying them every chance they get. Kevin said he is willing to swear on something that he will stick with Ika and Demetres. He told Bruno he actually means it. Bruno was open to the idea as well. They think they have a 30-35% chance of successfully executing their plan to stay off of the block this week.
