BBCAN5 Day 42 - Demetres nominates Bruno and Kevin for eviction
April 21, 2017
8:00-9:00 AM: Bruno and Kevin headed to the HoH room to tell Ika and Demetres that there are five people in the middle who are trying to get them to go after each other. Bruno pointed out that five people are 100% going to take a shot at Demetres and Ika next week when Demetres cannot compete. Kevin said Dillon told him to win HoH last night so he can fire back at Ika and Demetres. Bruno said Ika or Demetres will go home next week 100% if they put them up this week. Ika brought up Jackie making a truce with them. Kevin said Jackie told them about it 20 minutes later and said she will put them up anyway. Ika said Jackie has been telling them a lot of stuff about Bruno and Kevin’s games. Kevin said she is telling them a lot too. Kevin called Jackie poison. Kevin swore on his mother’s life that he will nominate Dillon next to Jackie or Karen if Ika and Demetres keep him safe this week. Ika said they have trusted Bruno and Kevin so much in this game and it has not worked out for them. Ika asked why they should expect it to be any different this time. Bruno said they have no choice but to side with them. Ika asked if this conversation would still be happening if Bruno or Kevin had won HoH. Both guys said yes.
9:00-10:00 AM: Bruno continued to pitch to Ika and Demetres that they can crush the five in the middle if they join forces. Bruno said Ika and Demetres are in as bad of a spot as he and Kevin are in. Bruno suggested that the distrust between them stems from the rest of the people in the house telling them that they are after each other. Bruno said they will prove themselves if Ika and Demetres keep them safe this week. After Bruno and Kevin left, Karen asked Ika if Jackie and Kevin are going on the block. Ika said Bruno and Kevin are going up since Bruno would use the veto on Kevin if he is not nominated next to him. Karen said Kevin needs to go since he controls William. Elsewhere, Jackie confronted Kevin about not including her in the talk he and Bruno had with Ika and Demetres. Kevin said they were just making a pitch. Jackie asked if they threw her under the bus. She also questioned why the guys were not talking to her when they are in a so called alliance. Kevin asked Jackie why she was so happy when Demetres won. Jackie said she wasn’t and told Kevin not to turn this around on her. Jackie walked off and said this happens to her every single week. Jackie vented to William about how Bruno and Kevin threw her under the bus even though she thought that she was working with them. Jackie said she is alone and she will vote out whoever Ika and Demetres want her to. Back up in the HoH room, Ika asked Demetres if he thinks that Bruno and Kevin would have nominated them. Demetres said yeah. Ika said Bruno and Kevin can only be believed on a day to day basis. The two discussed that their options are to nominate Bruno and Kevin, or nominate Jackie next to one of them. Jackie entered the room and apologized for not trusting them. Jackie said she was telling Bruno and Kevin that she wouldn’t stay true to the truce even though she would have. Jackie said she is sick of being used in this game. She said she needed something like this to happen in order for her to open her eyes. Jackie said she will do anything in her power to get Bruno and Kevin out. Jackie revealed that her alliance with those two was named “The Peasants” cause they wanted to slay the queen. Ika and Demetres laughed at the name and at the fact that Ika was the queen. Ika told Jackie that all they want is honesty. Jackie let Ika and Demetres know that Bruno and Kevin planned to nominate them. She said Kevin broke down their alliance from the very beginning to explain what happened. Jackie offered to vote whichever way Ika and Demetres want. Ika mentioned that it’s weird Jackie is coming after the people who are keeping her safe. Jackie swore to God that she would put whoever remains out of Bruno and Kevin on the block if she wins HoH. While Jackie initially said she would have to go after Ika and Demetres eventually, she said Dillon or William would be her next target after Bruno and Kevin.
10:00-11:00 AM: After speaking with Jackie, Ika told Demetres that her problem with Jackie is she just spills all of the tea. However, Ika thinks that Jackie would realize they are honest if they do not put her on the block. Ika said Bruno and Kevin have given them reason after reason not to trust them. Demetres added that they will be unable to consistently beat those two in competitions. Ika said Kevin scares her more than Bruno does in terms of competitions. They discussed nominating Bruno and Kevin. Demetres said Jackie would be the replacement nominee if one is needed. Jackie returned. She said she has reasons to nominate everyone except for Ika and Demetres. Jackie suggested going after Kevin before Bruno because Kevin knows everything about the Toyota 86 car for the veto competition. In the bedroom, William told Kevin that Jackie thinks Kevin made a deal with Ika and Demetres and threw her under ether bus. Kevin said Jackie can say whatever she wants. William said Jackie is in the HoH room and she is probably throwing Kevin under the bus.
11:00-12:00 PM: Ika let Dre and William know that Jackie said she has an alliance with Bruno and Kevin called “The Peasants” and they are going to take down the queen. They all laughed about it. Ika said Jackie told her that Kevin broke down everything for her. Ika let Dre and William know that Bruno and Kevin approached them to join forces to take down the rest of the house. Ika said they threw Dillon, Jackie and William under the bus. William clarified that they threw him under the bus. Ika said Bruno did. Ika explained that their pitch was that everyone else is sitting pretty in the middle and are trying to get the two pairs to go after each other. Ika told William it makes her mad when he hangs out with Kevin and Bruno because they will betray him.
12:00-1:00 PM: Kevin told William that Bruno, Demetres, Ika and himself discussed who to target. He said Dre and William were not mentioned in the conversation at all. William said Ika told him that Kevin said people should go after Dillon, Jackie and him. Kevin said he didn’t say William’s name. William said he trusts Kevin. William let Kevin know that Ika told them about his alliance with Jackie. William asked if Bruno mentioned his name because that’s what Ika said. Kevin said no. William said he swears Dre didn’t want Ika and Demetres to win this week. William explained that Dre is not as close with Ika as people think. William talked about Dre wanting to vote Demetres out last week. William told Kevin that Jackie said to Ika that she will go after Bruno and Kevin, then go after Ika and Demetres. Kevin said that’s hilarious.
3:00-4:00 PM: Dre asked William what Kevin told him. William said Kevin told him that he pitched going after Dillon, Jackie and Karen. William mentioned the Peasants alliance as well. Dre asked if it was a real alliance. William said it was created after the veto ceremony because they wanted to bring in Jackie to be a number for them. Dre said the middle is going after Bruno and Kevin, not Ika and Demetres, so she does not understand the pitch that they are making. Dre asked William if he is telling Kevin anything else since he and Bruno were saying the people closest to Ika will go after her. Dre said she and Dillon are the closest to Ika. William said he didn’t tell Kevin anything else. Dre said it’s so weird that Kevin would say that when those are things she has actually thought about. Dre said they would never imagine she would make that move right now. She thought they had heard something from someone.
4:00-5:00 PM: Dre told William that Ika and Demetres want Kevin to go. She said she doesn’t have good arguments to get Bruno out. Dre said it would be great to get all of the returnees out. Dre said that includes Kevin. Dre encouraged William to let Kevin sink by himself, otherwise William makes for an easy replacement nominee when someone is trying to get Kevin out of the house. Dre said William believes everything Kevin tells him no matter what he says. Dre admitted that she would feel more comfortable keeping Kevin around if she knew that William could decipher between what is the truth and what is a lie from Kevin. Dre said she doesn’t get why Jackie would tell Ika and Demetres that she is going to come after them eventually. Dre thinks that sealed her fate as the replacement nominee if someone comes off of the block. Dre told William that Jackie going up on the block for a fourth time and staying is good as her winning three HoH competitions. Dre told William that she thinks Dillon is trustworthy. Dre said she wants to talk to Jackie to make sure that she will nominate Ika and Demetres, not Dillon, if she wins HoH next week. Dre said it will be really hard for her to nominate Ika and Demetres, and she would feel so bad if Ika and Demetres truly are being loyal to them.
5:00-6:00 PM: In the HoH room, Dre asked Ika if she thinks that William is lying to her. Ika said yes since she believes William wants to trust Kevin and is telling him things. Demetres asked Dre who she would like to see leave first. Dre said she wants Bruno to go first. Ika and Demetres agreed that Kevin is the bigger threat. Dre thinks Bruno is the schemer. Ika said Kevin is the one who broke things down for Jackie. Ika admitted to Dre that she does not trust William. She said her gut never steers her wrong and she thinks that William is spilling her tea. Ika said Dre is the only one who is saving William right now, because nobody else trusts him. Later, Ika told Demetres that they have no reason to trust Bruno or Kevin. Ika said those two should feel the same way about working together even if one of them leaves, unless they are lying about what they are saying. Both agreed that Kevin has got to go. Bruno asked Demetres and Ika to talk. He headed to the HoH room with Demetres who told him that his issue is that the alliance seemed to be over after Dillon won HoH. Demetres pointed out that Bruno and Kevin threw the competition even though they thought that Dillon would nominate him next to Ika. Demetres said he put so much trust in Bruno and Kevin only to have them screw him over multiple times. Bruno argued that Demetres will be the next to go if he sends he or Kevin out this week. Bruno said he is willing to go after any of the five in the middle. Ika said they had discussed nominating Jackie and Kevin but they knew Bruno would use the veto on Kevin. Ika told Bruno that Kevin has lied to them so many times. Bruno said he gets it. Ika said she needs trust from the people she is working with. Dre broke up the talk. Bruno and Ika headed to the bedroom to talk. Bruno said the middle five are playing them against each other and will nominate Ika and Demetres. Ika said it wasn’t necessary to try to get her on the block over Sindy if they really were a group and were working together last week.
6:00-7:00 PM: Ika reminded Bruno that she has stuck her neck out for him multiple times but it seems as though he forgets what she has done for him. Ika said she doesn’t want to ask Demetres to do something when his gut is telling him to do something else, only to have it come back to haunt him later. Bruno said there is no way that they will turn on Ika and Demetres. He explained that it’s 5 vs 2 vs 2 right now, then it will be 5 vs 1 vs 1 next week since one of them will go and Demetres will not be able to compete for HoH. Bruno said they will be screwed if they do not work together as a four. Ika told Bruno that he should have had this conversation with them before the HoH competition took place. Ika reiterated that her issues is with Kevin, not Bruno, because she cannot trust him. Bruno continually gave his word that they can work together. After Bruno left the room, Ika and Demetres discussed that it’s too late. Demetres admitted that Bruno did put some doubt in his mind. Ika wondered if they can trust Bruno and Kevin again. She said they had other people to trust before, but now they have no one but them. Demetres thinks Bruno and Kevin will say whatever they need to say to stay safe, then go back on it later. Ika said she believes Bruno that this conversation would have happened even if he had won HoH this week. She doesn’t think Bruno and Kevin would have nominated them. Demetres thinks they would keep their word next week but not any longer than that. Ika said she hopes that they can trust the people they are keeping safe. In the other bedroom, Bruno filled Kevin in on his talk with Ika and Demetres. He thought it went well. Ika came by and told Kevin that she does not trust him. She said Dre just told her that William said Kevin told him he thinks Bruno is plotting against him with Ika and Demetres. Kevin said that’s a lie and he will call William out right now. Ika said he doesn’t have to do that. Kevin said he didn’t realize that William has been throwing him under the bus, so he is willing to distance himself from him. Demetres said he is not worried that Bruno and Kevin would come after them next week, but he doesn’t think they would have their backs past that. Kevin said they can work together for longer than that. Bruno and Kevin said they have no friends in the rest of the house. Bruno mentioned they feel alone just like Ika and Demetres do, which doesn’t make any sense.
7:00-8:00 PM: In the bathroom, Dre told Jackie that she cannot be saying she will eventually go after Ika and Demetres. Jackie asked if she can say she will target Dre and William even though she wont. Dre said she doesn’t care what Jackie says. Dre mentioned that all she wants is for Bruno, Kevin and Ika to be out. Dre said if that ever gets out, she will deny it and they will believe her. Jackie said she will not let it get back to her. Dre said they need to make sure that they have the same targets in Ika, Demetres, Kevin and Bruno, then they can figure things out. Demetres left the conversation with Bruno, Kevin and Ika. Bruno and Kevin continued to make their plea to Ika. Ika said Demetres will listen to her but she doesn’t want to have him do something that he doesn’t want to do. Bruno and Kevin kept saying they will be loyal and will help Ika and Demetres wipe out the rest of the houseguests. Bruno gave his word that he will nominate Dillon and Karen next week if he wins HoH. Kevin said he too will prove himself if he wins. He said he will also prove himself tonight when he calls out William. Ika headed to the HoH room to talk to Demetres. He said he trusts Dre and Dillon more than he trusts Bruno and Kevin. Ika wondered if Dre lied to them about what William said. Demetres didn’t think so. Ika wasn’t so sure about that. Demetres was then called to the diary room. He asked if he should nominate Bruno and Kevin. Ika said sure, told Demetres to do what he thinks, and said they can talk later.
12:00-1:00 AM: Feeds returned following the nomination ceremony. Demetres nominated Bruno and Kevin for eviction. Kevin spoke to William in the pantry. He mentioned someone came up to him to say William told them Kevin is throwing Bruno under the bus already. William denied it. Kevin asked how they knew they were talking about Bruno. William said the only person he may have said something to is Dre. Kevin then asked about the time Demetres and Jackie were on the block and he said he wanted to keep Demetres. William said Kevin wanted to keep Jackie. Kevin said he wanted to keep Demetres, but it got back to Demetres that he wanted him out. Kevin explained that it’s a big reason why he is on the block. Kevin asked if William told Dre that he wanted Demetres out. William said maybe. Kevin said it did come from William then. William swore on his mother’s life that he said Kevin wanted to evict Jackie. Kevin said it’s hard to trust William when he seems to be very confused about the situation. Kevin suggested that Dre may have switched what he said. Kevin pointed out that Dre doesn’t like their relationship. Kevin headed up to the HoH room to explain to Ika that William mixed up all of his stories. Kevin said William was so confused and then blamed it on his English. Kevin isn’t sure if William lied to Dre or if Dre lied about what William said. After Kevin left, Ika told Demetres she feels like she is getting one of her own out since it’s another returnee going home. Ika wondered if Dre has been lying about the things William has been saying to make them hate Bruno and Kevin more. Demetres disagreed. Ika said Dre didn’t tell them about the deal during the HoH competition or that Sindy trashed her, so she wants to know what else Dre is holding back. When asked who she trusts more between Bruno and Kevin or Dre and Dillon, Ika said she does not know. Dre and Ika discussed being tired of William. Ika said William is making Dre look bad. Ika admitted she is concerned about Karen’s main goal being to get the vets out. She said she didn’t know about that until this week.
1:00-2:00 AM: Ika told Dre that it’s easy for people to tell her things about Bruno and Kevin that are exaggerated or untrue since the whole house is against them. Ika said she knows that people who she is working with are doing that to her. Dre asked Ika who she is talking about. Ika said she doesn’t know. She later said she is not talking about Dre if that’s what she thinks. Ika let Dre know that William said to Kevin that she has been twisting his words. Ika told Dre that William is making her into a bad person on their side for no reason given that they think William is innocent and telling the truth. Dre said she doesn’t know what it is that is making her hold on to William. After Dre left, Ika told Demetres that Dre is flip flopping with regards to her story about who Kevin was after last week. Demetres said Dre has been solid to them in this game. Ika said Dre lied and didn’t tell them that they were the targets during the HoH comp. Ika said Dre dropped out of the competition knowing that they were the targets. Ika told Demetres that Bruno, Kevin, Dre and William are all the same. Ika doesn’t want to treat Dre differently that Bruno and Kevin when they all made the same deal with Dillon.
