BBCAN5 Day 61

May 10, 2017

10:00-11:00 AM: Demetres brought up that Neda has been in jury since Day 34. Karen said Neda becomes increasingly bitter as people come through the doors each week. Ika said Neda is dying to see her. Karen said Neda wants either Ika or Demetres to show up in the jury house. Karen told Ika that if she has a rival in the house, it’s Neda. Karen said her rival is Kevin Martin. Karen mentioned that she and Neda continue to look like fools since both Ika and Kevin are not leaving the house. Ika told Karen to visualize getting Kevin out of the house. She said Karen will be able to stand up in front of everyone next week in order to say that she votes to evict Kevin.

11:00-12:00 PM: Ika told Karen she thinks that Kevin expects Dillon to stay. Karen said she is so dumbfounded that she doesn’t know, since she is even wondering if Ika, Demetres and Kevin are together. Karen questioned how Kevin could be this stupid if not. Karen said everything would have to have been an act between Ika, Demetres, and Kevin if they are together. Ika said there is no way it was an act.

12:00-1:00 PM: In the pantry, Dillon talked about it not being a good day. While he admitted there were times he wanted badly to get out of the house, Dillon made it clear that he does not want to leave. Meanwhile, Ika told Demetres that Dillon is still telling Karen they are working together with Kevin. Demetres said he is scared Karen will go to Kevin and he will tell her that they are working together. Ika said that would be Kevin’s biggest game move. Ika told Demetres she cannot have him going home tomorrow. Demetres doesn’t think Karen will flip. He said he isn’t getting any bad vibes from her. Ika said Kevin called them the biggest power couple in Big Brother Canada history, up there with Emmett and Jillian. Ika pointed out that Jillian won things. Demetres said Ika didn’t have to win things but she still made more moves than anyone in the house. Ika and Demetres discussed that they will likely think each other is going to win the game if they make it to the Final 2 together. Ika said Demetres won competitions and had a great social game, making for an all around great story. Demetres called the two of them the most deserving players in the game.

1:00-2:00 PM: Dillon asked Karen what tomorrow is going to be. Karen said it’s Day 62 and a live eviction. Dillon asked if it will be a 2-0 vote to evict him. Karen confirmed that and said they are not going to let Kevin decide what happens. Dillon said he is okay with it and has made peace with it. Karen, while with Ika, sat Dillon down to remind him that Kevin would have nominated her next to Demetres if he actually wanted Demetres to go. Ika told Dillon they didn’t ever campaign to Karen. Karen said they didn’t have to since she has been with Ika since the beginning. Ika swore to God that she is not working with Kevin. Dillon said he knew he was going home as soon as Kevin put him on the block. Karen said Kevin wants to look like the hero by sending the champ out with a tie breaking vote. Dillon said it sucks because he is powerless and there is nothing he can do or say. Dillon told Karen there will be no hard feelings.

2:00-3:00 PM: In the pantry, Kevin hid his iPod. He said if this is Dillon’s last day in the house, he is not going to spend it listening to music. Kevin said it’s baffling to him that Dillon is a professional athlete and this is the second time he has given up. Kevin said he has no pull at all in the house right now, yet he is fighting for a guy who doesn’t want to be there. Kevin mentioned that it’s 4 against 1, with the 4 willing to sacrifice their own games in order to get the 1 out. On top of that, Kevin again said that the guy he wants to keep has given up. In the bedroom, Demetres and Karen studied for the Final 4 veto competition. Afterwards, Karen told Demetres about her earlier talk with Dillon and Ika. Karen said Ika swore to God on her children that they are not working with Kevin. Demetres said they really aren’t. Karen said Dillon now believes it. Karen asked if Demetres thinks Kevin believes he will win against Ika and Demetres so he is trying to get rid of her and Dillon. Demetres said no. Demetres excepts Kevin to target him since he is Kevin’s biggest competition. Karen said that’s true. Demetres said Kevin isn’t scared of Ika in competitions. Karen said Kevin isn’t scared of her either. Demetres thinks Kevin decided to put Dillon on the block because he worried about Dillon voting Karen out if she were to go on the block. Demetres and Karen agreed that Karen would have stayed if she went on the block.

3:00-4:00 PM: Ika, Demetres and Karen spoke about how it will only be the three of them competing for HoH this week. Karen said she just thought of it. Ika and Demetres said it’s the veto that matters. Karen mentioned she can win two HoHs. Ika said she could win one. Karen asked if she can please be the first and the last HoH. Ika said they will see what the competition is like. Ika said Kevin pretty much told her that he is sending her home if he wins the veto. Demetres said unless she wins HoH. Demetres added that anybody can win any of these competitions. Demetres said he is scared it will be an endurance competition and they will be up there forever. Karen told Ika that if Demetres falls, she has to make a deal with her. They discussed how things could go full circle from the first week in which Ika and Karen made a deal, Demetres went on the block, then they saved him. Demetres said it’s going to be interesting. Karen said she knows Demetres has an ego and he is not going to let them beat him. Demetres confirmed that he will not. Demetres said the HoH is still important since he knows that Kevin wants him out. Ika said she will nominate Demetres and Kevin if she wins HoH. She joked that she doesn’t want to hear what Demetres is hearing from Karen about nominating her for the rest of her life. Karen brought up that Demetres will not let the girls win HoH. Ika called him an ass and said they saved him all season. Demetres asked if Ika wants him to throw HoH to her. Ika said Demetres should give it to she or Karen since she has not won and Karen has won once. Demetres said he wishes they had won more. Ika told Demetres he will try hard in the veto competition if he isn’t safe. Demetres said he will try hard regardless. Ika called Demetres an asshole for being unwilling to throw a competition to her when she was going to walk out the door without campaigning. Demetres said he cannot tell whether or not Ika is joking. Karen said Demetres is there to play. Ika said she is happy she didn’t go home for him. Karen said she wouldn’t throw it and wouldn’t expect someone to. Demetres asked why he is supposed to throw it. Karen said he is not. She told Ika not to be hard on Demetres. Karen reminded them that the veto competition is all that matters.

4:00-5:00 PM: Dillon told Karen he will attempt to swing the votes. Dillon said he will speak to Ika about voting for him. Karen said she cannot see Ika switching her vote. Dillon said he can’t either but he is going to try. Dillon told Karen she is his only hope, yet she is telling him no. Karen said Dillon knows why. Dillon said it’s because they are not as good of friends as he thought they were. Karen told Dillon not to lay the guilt trip on her. Dillon continued on with it and said he will lay it on a little thicker. Karen said it’s not working. Dillon said the conversation with Kevin in the bathroom is what put him in this position. Dillon told Karen she laid it on too thick with Kevin. Karen said Kevin is a liar and he didn’t want Ika or Demetres to go, now he is doing this on purpose so that Dillon is mad at her. Dillon promised that he will not be mad at Karen.

5:00-6:00 PM: Ika told Demetres she regrets seeing them as one, cause they are not. She said they are two players. Demetres said they played as one. Ika commented on how it is dumb for her to throw her game away for a guy. Demetres said he told her that already. Demetres asked if Ika feels as though they are no longer playing as one. Ika admitted she doesn’t feel that way anymore. Ika said her anger is towards herself, not Demetres. She said she is happy Kevin saved her since she was being dumb and she was willing to go home for Demetres. Ika said it’s an individual game once it gets down to the Final 4. When Demetres said he is thinking about what will get the two of them to the end together, Ika said she didn't believe it. Demetres said he wants to make sure they are on the same page. Ika said “sure”. She told Demetres to do whatever he wants. Demetres said that makes him think that they are not good. Ika simply replied with “okay”.

10:00-11:00 PM: Demetres and Karen discussed the events of this week. If nominations had remained the same, Karen said it would have been best for her game to have Ika leave. Karen thinks she would have had a good chance at making Final 2 if that had happened. She said she doesn’t think she will make it there now. Demetres said Kevin might take her. Karen said she isn’t sure about that due to Kevin’s ego. Demetres asked Karen for her thoughts on tomorrow’s HoH competition. Karen told Demetres he cannot throw the competition. Demetres said he thinks Ika is just looking to find reasons not to like him since the game is coming to an end. Karen said things may not go over well if Ika and Demetres reach the Final 2 together. Karen explained that Ika is going to want to win, not finish second. Demetres agreed. Demetres told Karen he will take Ika to the end even though she may very well beat him. Karen figures that the jury wants to see Ika walk through those doors more so than they want to see Demetres. Demetres thinks the jury respects Ika’s game more than they respect his. Karen suggested that Demetres had let Sindy get into his head to make him think that. Demetres mentioned that he would not be able to cut Ika since he knows that he wouldn’t be there if not for her. Demetres acknowledged that he did not get to this point alone. Demetres again asked if he is not wrong in not throwing the competition to Ika. Karen said no since Demetres has come too far and he has never thrown a competition. Karen told Demetres he would be a fool to throw the competition when that could lead to him going on the block and going home. She added that he is there to play his game and he did not know these people when he walked through the doors. Demetres said he can see there being a fight with Ika tomorrow if he isn’t throwing the competition.

11:00-12:00 AM: Karen pointed out to Demetres that Dillon is going home because he threw a competition. Karen said you have to fight to be there if you want to stay. Demetres said he has not been in a position to throw competitions at any point in this game. They both agreed that Ika likely doesn’t even want Demetres to throw it to her. Karen said Ika is probably doing this cause that’s what girls do, while Demetres again explained it as Ika trying to find a reason to end things with him before the show is over. Demetres talked about having to fight a couple different battles every day. He listed off trying to study and trying to stay, but said his battle with Ika is the hardest one. In the bedroom, Dillon told Ika that he has made peace with leaving. He said he doesn’t want there to be any surprises at this point. Dillon asked if Karen has told Ika what she is doing. Ika said Karen doesn’t want to leave the decision in Kevin’s hands. Since Ika is keeping Demetres, Ika said Karen will then want to do the same to avoid sending it to a tiebreaker. Afterwards, Karen asked Ika if she is mad at Demetres. Ika said she is not. Karen later relayed that information to Demetres. She told Demetres that Ika seems to be more upset about having shared personal stories with them earlier, because she is worried that the stuff was shown on the feeds.

12:00-1:00 AM: Ika told Demetres she doesn’t know what she was thinking when she said to vote her out. Ika explained that it’s not her character to say that and to come this far not to fight. Ika admitted it bothers her that she was willing to do that for Demetres when he would not have done the same for her. Ika added that Demetres shouldn’t have done it. Ika said she started realizing she was playing more for Demetres than he was for her. Demetres pointed out that he told her not to do that. He said everything happens for a reason and they will end up at the end together. Ika said she feels like she cares about Demetres more than he cares about her, though she is not saying he doesn’t care about her. Looking ahead, Demetres said he believes that Ika would beat him in the Final 2. Ika disagreed. Demetres said Ika will likely get Neda’s vote. Ika said she wouldn’t. She listed off Neda, Bruno, Karen and Dillon as votes for Demetres. Ika mentioned that all she has is her social game, while Demetres has competition wins and a social game. Ika said it sucks that she had to downplay her social game in order to make Demetres feel better. Demetres said it’s pathetic that he mad her feel she had to do that. Demetres assured Ika that he was not thinking about jury votes when he was worried about how he was being perceived. Demetres told Ika that he could not have done this without her. He said if he cared that much, he would not take Ika to the end. Ika said he could take Karen, though Demetres said he will not be taking Karen. Demetres insisted that he will be taking Ika to the end. She said she wont win anyway since no one likes her. Demetres said all he wants is for the two of them to be standing at the end together, then he doesn’t care who gets the money. He told Ika he hopes that she wins since it would mean more to her and she is the bigger fan.
