Big Brother Canada 6 Day 15 - Jesse and Olivia are nominated; Hamza wins PoV
March 17, 2018
8:00-9:00 AM: Once she woke up, Veronica headed to the HoH room. She said she is cool with whatever decision he is making, but she thinks it is only fair that she knows who is going up. Hamza said it’s still the same plan. Veronica asked if it’s Olivia and Jesse. Hamza confirmed that that’s the plan. Veronica asked if Hamza is going to tell Jesse beforehand. He said no. Veronica told Will the plan. She explained that Hamza didn’t want her to tell anyone but she trusts him. Veronica said she trusts that Hamza didn’t lie to her about the plan since it would really be messed up for him to lie to her after she gave him HoH. Later, Ryan told Hamza that if the other side knows about them, it’s on Veronica. Ryan let Hamza know he walked in on Veronica talking to Kaela, and she said she was trying to convince Derek and Kaela to come over to the white room. Ryan said that Veronica vocalized the white room as a thing even if it’s not a thing. Hamza said to keep your enemies close. While Veronica didn’t tell Kaela about the white room, she and Kaela continued to discuss their rugby player Final 2. Veronica also let Kaela know that she and Will listened in on Olivia’s chat with Hamza. Veronica lied about what Olivia said, telling Kaela that she mentioned Derek and Kaela as her top targets. Elsewhere, Hamza spoke to the cameras. He said he doesn’t know who to nominate. Hamza said he has four people in mind. He went on to say that he is nominating Olivia for sure. As for Jesse, Hamza said he wants to put him up and say that he is doing it only to stack the veto. Hamza said he doesn’t care if Jesse doesn’t trust him, cause he is there to make big game moves.
9:00-10:00 AM: Veronica told Paras that what bugs her so much is that the vibe in the house would be so much better for them if she was HoH this week. Veronica said she would be nominating Ali and Olivia, and the only people in the house that would feel comfortable are those in the white room. Paras said Ryan is trying to push for only one of Ali and Olivia to go up because he wants them both to be safe so that Hamza can go after Derek and Kaela. Paras said those two would be votes for them for weeks to come. Veronica said she will be after them once she gets certain people out, as she doesn’t want to bring two of them too far into the game. Paras said for sure. Will asked Veronica if she would want Jesse to go this week. She said absolutely not, but it wouldn’t bother her if he leaves since he is a sure vote for Derek and Kaela. Veronica said she wants Ali and Olivia to go. Veronica said she is never giving an HoH away again. In the HoH room, Derek told Jesse that he was in the bathroom when Hamza told him the plan to nominate Jesse next to Olivia. Jesse said “f*ck that. We are not doing that”. Derek said he told him it makes no sense. Jesse asked what Hamza’s reasoning was. Derek said he talked about wanting to stack the veto. Jesse said that’s BS and it’s an unnecessary risk since there are so many pawns he can use that isn’t one of the boys. Jesse said they should pitch Will or Johnny going on the block instead. Jesse told Derek that everyone loves Johnny. Jesse said he is not getting nominated, cause that is some horse sh*t. Derek agreed.
12:00-1:00 PM: The nomination ceremony took place. Hamza nominated Jesse and Olivia for eviction. After nominations, Hamza told Ali he hopes that she gets picked and pulls down Olivia. Ali said she wants to. She swore that Olivia would be a number. Ali asked if Jesse is Hamza’s target. He said he will not tell her who the target is but he is not going to do what the house wants. Ali then spoke to Merron. She said she let herself make prejudices towards him based on what other people felt. Ali said that was based on the thoughts of people she believed that she can trust, but she now knows that she is disposable to them. Merron told her not to worry. Ali apologized for not giving Merron a fair shot. Merron said Ali was never his target. Elsewhere, Veronica and Will told Jesse that it was Ryan who was planting seeds. Veronica said she is down to send Ryan home next week. Veronica said she would like to see Olivia, Ryan and Ali leave in that order. Jesse said they need to be a unit or else it opens a firing range for their whole group. Maddy said she thinks the only way that Ryan would go home is up against Jesse. In the HoH room, Hamza and Merron discussed that Derek will dispose of Jesse. Hamza said they can then bring Derek and Kaela over. Merron questioned why they would want to do that. Hamza said they have to make sure they are good with them in case they win HoH next week. Merron asked if he is saying that Ali will go up if Olivia wins the veto. Hamza said he might put Ali up. Derek then spoke to Hamza. He asked if Hamza will use the veto on Jesse to put Ryan up. Hamza said yes. Hamza said that if he, Derek, Jesse and Will are going to work together, they should always throw one of them up when they win HoH. Hamza said no one would ever suspect that they are working together. Derek asked Hamza for his word that he will put Ryan up. Hamza said “I got you”. Will joined them. Hamza explained that they have to take jabs at each other, and work together low key. In the pantry, Jesse said he is confident that they have the numbers. Paras said she is too but he needs to be careful. She mentioned that Olivia said she was told that she is not the target. Jesse said Hamza might be telling her that to make her feel comfortable. Jesse listed off Derek, Kaela, Paras, Veronica and Will as five solid numbers. They discussed that Erica and Merron could be votes to evict Olivia as well. Paras said she is afraid that Hamza will put Derek on the block next to Olivia since he always said “pretty boy needs to go”. Jesse said he will eliminate Hamza so fast if he does that. Jesse said Ali, Olivia and Ryan cannot win the veto. Back up in the HoH room, Derek told Hamza he is sorry that he doubted him. After Derek left, Will asked Hamza if he was feeding Derek BS. Hamza said no. Will asked if Hamza doesn’t want Jesse to leave then. Hamza said he doesn’t care either way, but working with Derek and Jesse would be a huge game move. Hamza said the best case scenario would be to have nominations stay the same so that they have multiple options. Hamza added that their alliance is becoming wary of Ryan, so they can put him up if Ali wins the veto. Will said people would think that’s a perfect move. In the kitchen, Hamza told Jesse to trust him that he will use the veto on him and put Ryan up if he wins it. Meanwhile, Paras spoke to the cameras. She said she is not taking Jesse off of the block if she wins the veto. Paras said Jesse’s demise might be that he is too comfortable, cause he can’t really think that Hamza’s target is Olivia. In the have-not room, Derek told Kaela about his talk with Hamza. Kaela remained skeptical. Derek assured her that Hamza will not nominate either of them. Derek thinks that Hamza is lying to the others and he is actually wanting to work with Jesse, Will and himself. Hamza then spoke to Kaela who told him that Olivia is going around saying that she is not the target. Hamza said he wants her to feel that way because he is trying to hide that they are working together.
1:00-2:00 PM: Derek filled Jesse in on his talks with Hamza. He explained that Hamza is trying to hide the fact that they are working together. Derek suggested that Hamza wants Ali, Olivia, or Ryan to go this week. Derek said Hamza promised that he will use the veto on Jesse, and put Ryan up. Derek added that Hamza gave his word on his fiancee. The guys agreed that they will call Hamza out on that if he goes back on his word. Hamza told Paras that he might put Ryan up. Paras asked if he is with Ryan. Hamza said everyone will be against him if he goes with Ryan. Paras told Hamza that Derek and Jesse genuinely want to work with him. Paras said Canada loves Hamza for making moves. Hamza then spoke to Derek and Jesse, telling them that Ali will not use the veto on Olivia if she wins it. Hamza explained that Ali feels as though he saved her life, so she owes him one. Hamza went so far as to say that he can convince her to use the veto on Jesse. Hamza reiterated that Ryan should go up if they win the veto. Hamza gave his word on Carolyn that he will use the veto on Jesse. Hamza said he is feeding BS to people so that Olivia feels safe and doesn’t campaign or stir the pot.
2:00-3:00 PM: Players were picked for the veto competition. Hamza, Jesse, Olivia, Derek, Erica and Ryan will be competing. Erica told Johnny she will be going for the veto. Johnny asked if she would use it on Olivia. Erica said she thinks so but she would want to know who the replacement nominee would be. Meanwhile, Derek told Kaela that he will use the veto on Jesse if he wins it. He said everyone knows that he is with Jesse anyway. Jesse joined them. Kaela asked if he thinks that Erica would use the veto on him. Jesse said she is probably going to throw it. In the HoH room, Hamza told Erica that he will be using the veto on Jesse. She asked if he thinks that people will actually vote Olivia out over Ryan. Hamza said yeah. He added that everyone wants Olivia out except for Ali. Hamza said he would be so mad if Ryan left over Olivia. Hamza mentioned that both he and Erica are in good with both sides of the house. Hamza said they have to look out for Johnny since he has heard his name being tossed around a lot this week. Johnny joined them. Hamza warned him to be careful because his name is being thrown around. Hamza said he will let Johnny know who was saying his name once the veto competition is over. After Johnny left, Hamza revealed to Erica that Jesse was telling him to put Johnny up. Erica asked why Olivia is on the block. Hamza said he wanted to have one obvious target up to keep people happy, and then one surprise target. Ali then spoke to Hamza. He assured her that she will not be going up no matter what happens. Derek then spoke to Hamza to ask if he will be nominating Ali or Ryan if Olivia wins the veto. Hamza said one of the two will go up. Derek pushed for Ali to go up since it would break up Ali and Olivia.
3:00-4:00 PM: Hamza let Merron know that he is trying to bring Derek and Kaela in so that they can help them out. He said he is trying to make sure that they are good with both sides. Hamza told Merron that the person to trust most outside of Will and himself is Erica. He added that Paras is legit as well. Merron said he loves Paras. As for Veronica, Merron hinted that she will have to go eventually. Hamza said she is a wild card. In the bathroom, Will informed Johnny that Jesse tried to get him nominated. Will said it wouldn’t be a bad move to get Jesse out. Will said they can put a big player up even if Jesse wins the veto. Both agreed that they can trust Ali. Will told Johnny that people like Derek and Kaela are only looking out for themselves. Will revealed that he would prefer to keep Olivia, bring her in, and get rid of the others. Back in the HoH room, Hamza told Merron he is now in the best spot. Hamza said Jesse is going to owe them if they take him off of the block. Merron asked if Hamza is actually going to do that. Hamza said if it’s going to further them, why not. Merron didn’t understand how that would further their games. When Merron asked who Hamza would put up, he said we’ll see. Will then spoke to Hamza about making a big move. Will suggested taking Derek out if Jesse wins the veto. Will said he is ready to make a big move along with Hamza. Will said he is worried that they will be after Hamza next week. Hamza disagreed. Down in the HoH room, Johnny told Erica that Derek, Kaela and Jesse were whispering once they found out that Jesse was going up. He said there has been a lot of BS coming from those three if they are going to cast him aside. Johnny asked Erica to please save Olivia if she wins the veto. Erica said yeah cause no one is going to be safe next to Jesse.
4:00-5:00 PM: Jesse told Olivia he wouldn’t expect anyone to use the veto on either of them. Olivia said she told Erica she doesn’t care who she uses the veto on as long as she uses it. Jesse suggested that another person from the red room will just go up in their place. Both discussed that they have no idea who the target is even though Hamza said that whoever goes up is just a front for the real target.
5:00-6:00 PM: In the have-not room, Ali and Maddy discussed that this week is going to split the house. Maddy said she hopes that nominations remain the same. Ali said she wouldn’t really be mad about it since she would know which way she is going. Maddy said she would vote Olivia out since she has heard that Olivia has mentioned her name. Not long after, Ali encouraged Olivia to talk game with Maddy and Paras. She said that Jesse is talking with both of them. Ali informed Olivia that Maddy said it would be easiest if noms stay the same since Olivia has thrown her name around but Jesse hasn’t. Back in the have-not room, Johnny and Kaela talked things over. Kaela said she has never put Johnny’s name out there. She said it scares her that Johnny is close with Olivia since she is Olivia’s number one target. Johnny said Olivia has never told him that. Kaela said she doesn’t want Johnny to pick Ali and Olivia over her. She told Johnny that those two are working with Ryan. Johnny said he doesn’t think so. Johnny asked if Jesse potentially could have thrown his name out there. Kaela said she doesn’t think so. Johnny then asked if Derek would support it if Jesse did that. Kaela said no.
6:00-7:00 PM: Kaela said she is surprised that Ali and Olivia are after her when she talked to them so much. Johnny said there has been no indication that they are indeed after her. Kaela said they have voiced it to too many people at this point. Kaela worried that she or Derek would be the backdoor target. Johnny asked why Derek would risk using the veto on Jesse if they truly believe that Olivia would leave over anyone. Kaela said they are hoping that Ryan will go on the block. Johnny said he doesn’t want Kaela or Olivia to go. Kaela said she didn’t want Olivia to go until she heard that she was coming after her. Kaela said she will feel so bad if Olivia is being genuine. Kaela thinks Ali would put her up next week too. Johnny said he cannot understand why Ali would be giving their names out to others if she doesn’t give their names to him. He said Ali mentioned the newbie plan but that’s it. Meanwhile, Olivia spoke to Paras and then to Maddy. Afterwards, Maddy, Paras, Veronica and Jesse talked about what Olivia said. Paras said Olivia told her she is working with Ali, Erica, Johnny and Ryan. Veronica said she is ready to send Olivia home. Jesse said the line is drawn. He thinks all that is left to determine is which side Erica and Johnny will choose.
7:00-8:00 PM: In the pantry, Johnny asked Jesse if he put his name out there at any point. Jesse said no. He said the three week plan is Ali, Olivia and Ryan. Johnny said if Derek, Jesse and Kaela didn’t want it to be one of them, he could see how it could be suggested that he should go up instead. Jesse said he wasn’t thinking about that at all. Jesse brought up that Olivia is saying she is working with Ali, Erica, Johnny and Ryan. Johnny said she is not. Jesse said it would make no sense to align with Ali, Olivia and Ryan. In the red room, Ali told Olivia that they may have to out the seven to Hamza if Olivia doesn’t win the veto. She said they would have to see if Johnny is okay with that first.
12:00-1:00 AM: Feeds returned following the veto competition. Hamza won the Power of Veto and $5,000. Veronica spoke to Hamza to remind him about all of the things that Ryan has done. Hamza said he was thinking the same thing. Hamza said he can use the veto on Jesse, put Ryan up, and rattle him even if they don’t want to send him home. Hamza said Jesse is going to owe them if he saves his life. Hamza explained that he wants Veronica, Will and himself to solidify themselves with both sides. Hamza wants Olivia to feel so safe. Will joined them. Hamza asked how he feels about putting Ryan up in Jesse’s place. Will said it’s Hamza’s choice. Hamza said they are doing this as a team, so Jesse will go if that’s what he wants. Will argued that Ryan is not their biggest target. Veronica said she wants Ryan on the block so he knows that he is not getting away with what he is doing. Hamza said they will piss off Derek and Kaela if they send Jesse home, which will lead to them being put on the block by those two. Hamza thinks Derek and Kaela will owe them if they save Jesse. Will said he thinks they are going to come after Hamza, which Hamza said is fine. He doesn’t think that they will target him this week since they owe him. Will said he would use the veto on Olivia, put Derek up, and send Jesse home. Hamza said he wants to make that move but he thinks it might be a week early. Veronica said it’s too soon. Hamza said they can get Derek, Kaela, and Jesse out at any time.
1:00-2:00 AM: Will told Hamza and Veronica that Derek and Kaela will make amends with Ali. Hamza said everyone will be on their side. Will suggested that they should at least send Ryan home over Olivia. Both Hamza and Veronica said they think that Olivia has to go. Hamza brought up that Derek, Kaela and Jesse will not have the numbers to backdoor one of them next week even if they try. Hamza said they are in a great position. Maddy spoke to Hamza. She said she is nervous about Olivia potentially not going home. Hamza said Olivia is 100% going home. He added that he hasn’t decided what he wants to do with the veto, though he would like rattle some more cages. In the bathroom, Ali spoke to Veronica about the potential for Olivia to be a number for them. Ali also assured Veronica that she will not be coming after her. She said the reason why she is able to be in this position is because Veronica had open-mindedness. Ali said she prefers to work with Veronica over having her against her. Ali then told Hamza that she has Olivia’s trust and loyalty, meaning that Olivia can be a number and an ally for them. Ali reminded Hamza that he said in week one that they have to look out for pretty boy (Derek). Ali asked if Hamza would rather see Jesse go over Olivia. He said of course.
2:00-3:00 AM: Hamza told Jesse to act surprised when he takes him off of the block. Hamza said he will not let the replacement nominee know that they are going on the block ahead of time. Jesse said he is down for whatever as long as Hamza is 100% using the veto on him. Hamza said he told him that he was going to. Olivia checked in with Hamza to say that he could have a wasted week if she is not her target and she remains on the block. Olivia suggested putting up another threat next to Jesse so that a threat is guaranteed to go home. Hamza let Veronica and Will know that he got a bad vibe during his talk with Jesse. Erica was present at the time. He said that she too found it odd. Will said to send Jesse home. Veronica said Derek and Kaela will not come to them if they do that. Hamza observed that Jesse was on edge even though he told him to trust the process. Will said they can send him home and draw the line. Will mentioned that Olivia will be loyal to them. Will said to mark his words that Jesse will come after Hamza if they leave him in the game. While Veronica argued that Derek and Kaela wont join them if they make that move, Will disagreed. Veronica said it’s too soon to make the move. She said next week would be better. Johnny then spoke to Hamza, telling him that Jesse will not go back on the block if he survives this week. Hamza said he doesn’t care if Jesse stays or goes at this point. Hamza went on to say that he is getting a bad vibe and he thinks he needs to go with his gut. Hamza said he wants to send Jesse out but he doesn’t know if it’s the right time. Johnny said it may be the only shot they get at him.
3:00-4:00 AM: Johnny told Hamza that he would be forever indebted to him if he sends Jesse home. Will said they should send Jesse home and then go hard for HoH. Will asked if Ali and Olivia are going to come after them. Johnny said no. Johnny brought up that Derek and Kaela have the ability to make you feel warm and fuzzy, and a part of things. Johnny said Kaela claims that Jesse is with Derek, not with her. Hamza said he will test them tomorrow by asking if they are willing to dispose of Jesse. Will pointed out that leaving the nominations the same would give them a chance to think about things further. Johnny didn’t feel good about Olivia’s chances to get the votes over Jesse. Hamza is confident that he can get the votes either way. Hamza said he is going to go with his gut. Will once again suggested that they break up the trio.
