What did you think when Bruno used the veto on Zach? Were you surprised?

Kevin: Shocked. Absolutely shocked that Bruno used the veto on Zach cause going into that night I knew that Zach’s allegiance was not with Bruno. I guess Zach did a really good job to fake it to Bruno that it was. Bruno was supposed to keep the nominations the same. It was me and Zach that were supposed to go home, that was B’s plan all along. Bruno uses the veto on Zach, shocks everyone, Zach’s off the block, and it was an absolute shocker. Was that a good move for Bruno? I’m going to have to say probably not. I mean, Zach’s allegiance is to Ashleigh and Pilar at this point, not Bruno. So I think that could come back and bite him, but who knows how it’s going to play out.

Did you think there was any chance you could get the votes to stay from the guys?

Kevin: *Laughs* I had no chance to get those votes at all. I was sitting against Pili and Willow. Pili and Willow! *laughs* To have to convince people to go and save me... It just wasn’t happening. I mean if they voted to keep me they would have been the dumbest Big Brother players ever. I’m not saying they’re good…they are pretty dumb. But I mean they at least had a little bit of sense to send me home, which I have to tip my hat to them, I mean it was a no brainer. The hail mary getting the guys to vote? Nope, not a chance.
You had mentioned that Godfrey is someone that could have helped you get Zach out. How deep into the game would you have allowed Zach to get before making a move against him?

Kevin: Great question once again. Well we were at 9 when this crazy twist happened… I mean I think I was going to have to make the move at 7 or 6. It was going to have to come sooner than later. Zach’s a beast; he’s playing really well. He’s got Bruno using the veto on him! How did he do that? I don’t know! Zach’s playing a pretty elite game so I mean the shot would have had to come definitely. The Diaper Alliance was never making it to 4. Either Zach or I were going to blow up at each other around 5 or 6. I mean it would have been totally situational, it’s tough to make that call, but in the coming weeks I would’ve had to be careful and ready to go at Zach if I needed to. I was ready to do it.

You and Pilar formed an extremely tight bond while in the house. What was it that brought you two so close, and was there anything that would have made you separate from her in the game?

Kevin: Yeah Pilar…Pili, I mean what a great girl. What brought us close? We’re just exactly the same. We have the same optimistic approach to life so I mean obviously we’re best friends. We started fun and flirty but I mean feelings got pretty serious very fast. They do in that place. You’re 24/7 with a person…like a day in the Big Brother house you can compare it to a week maybe even two weeks on the outside cause of how intense the relationship is. You’re going through emotional highs and lows together, of course you’re going to bond. So yeah, Pili and I got really really close. Would there have been something that would have made me separate from her in the game? Yes. If I could have increased my chances to win the game by separating myself from Pili I would have done it. I told myself I’m going for the title. My relationship with Pilar came second. But I mean I just can’t wait to meet her on the outside. We’re going to be best friends. Something could potentially happen, gonna go on a few dates. I don’t want to say the word official, but we’re going to see what happens. But if you’re asking me… yes, I would have voted out Pilar if it gave me a better chance to win the game. That situation just probably would have never came up though.
