Celebrity Big Brother 2 Day 10 - Jonathan is evicted; Kato wins HoH
January 25, 2019
10:00-11:00 AM: Tamar spoke to Kandi to let her know that she hates how they have not been able to get close or get to know each other while in the house together. The two then hugged. Tamar then spoke to Natalie about being uneasy when it comes to the alliance with Kato and Tom. Natalie said there isn’t an alliance with them. Tamar argued that Natalie would feel uneasy if she were in her position and they were all voting differently. When Natalie said that Tamar is the only one, Tamar said she is not voting Kandi out since it would be mean, and she is not a mean person. Lolo, Natalie and Ricky then discussed that Jonathan has to go. Natalie likened it to Shannon’s eviction last season. Ricky said they have the numbers and the most trust in each other, and they need Tamar to have faith as well.
12:00-1:00 PM: Tom once again presented Kato with the option of going to Jonathan and Ryan to say that they are saving him, ensuring that they have the majority on their side. Tom said he tried to talk to Lolo last night but all she did was yell at him. Kato didn’t think that it would be a good idea for them moving forward even though it would work for this week. On top of that, Kato said he thinks that Joey and Ryan will want to leave if Jonathan goes. Tom eventually said he is going to go along with Kato and the plan to evict Jonathan. Tom suggested that they go to Joey and Ryan after the vote, saying that Tom pushed for Jonathan to stay but there was nothing that they could do due to the pressure from Ricky. Meanwhile, Jonathan told Lolo he is so nervous that he is going home. He reiterated that he will never put her up or vote against her. Lolo questioned why Jonathan had a meeting with the guys then. Jonathan said he didn’t. He explained that they came and talked to him, then he got up and said no.
1:00-2:00 PM: After Tamar vented about Ricky lying on her, and her allies not taking that into consideration, her allies discussed her up and down behaviour. Lolo and Natalie discussed that Ricky is not even on the block, so there is nothing that they can do about him right now. Natalie said everything that Ricky has told them so far has been truthful, as opposed to the lies that Jonathan and Ryan have fed them. The girls agreed that they still roll with Tamar even through her ups and downs. Ricky joined them. He said Tamar has big time trust issues. Ricky said she is not a good teammate. Lolo and Natalie let Ricky know that Tamar keeps bringing up that Ricky lied to her about not being in the same room as Kandi. Ricky insisted that he was not in the room with her. Lolo asked how they should overcome this. Ricky said he will talk to her. Ricky then went to Tamar to ask if she has trust issues. Tamar asked where that is coming from. Ricky said from her behaviour. Ricky clarified that he is talking about life in general. Tamar said no. Ricky eventually stated that is feels as though there is a lack of trust. Tamar said that’s not on her. Ricky brought up the flip flopping that Tamar is doing. The two raised their voices throughout the conversation. Things calmed down momentarily before picking back up again. Tamar left the room once Ricky implied that she was BSing him. Tamar went to Kandi to say that Ricky is crazy. They discussed that he did the same thing to Tom last night. Kandi said that Ricky has snapped on her as well. Lolo checked in on Tamar, which Tamar was thankful for. She didn’t like that Natalie did not do the same when she was in the room for the end of the confrontation with Ricky. Lolo assured Tamar that she and Natalie have her back. Tamar then voiced her frustration with Natalie for saying that she trusts Ricky. The two got in each other’s faces. Natalie clarified that she didn’t say that she trusts Ricky, but rather that she trusts him more than the people who have lied to them nine times. Lolo and Natalie made it clear that their Final 3 with Tamar is their priority. Ricky eventually came into the room and hugged Tamar. He said he is ready to stop what was going on between them.
2:00-3:00 PM: Tom, still worried that they were being played, suggested that Kato check in with Lolo. Both guys then spoke to her. Lolo reassured them that the plan is to vote Jonathan out. Tom mentioned that the craziest move would be if Lolo and Ryan actually had a fake fight but were working together. Lolo said she is not that good of an actor. Later, Ricky checked in with Kato and Tom. He said Tamar’s vote doesn’t matter. Ricky said he doesn’t think that they are being played, as he believes that Jonathan will be going home.
5:00-6:00 PM: During the live eviction episode, Jonathan was evicted by a vote of 6-1-0. Dina voted to evict Kandi.
8:00-10:00 PM: The HoH competition got underway at 8:19. The houseguests competed to be the last one standing on the wall. The elimination order was as follows:
Tom (24 minutes), Kandi (25 minutes), Ricky (46 minutes), Tamar (59 minutes), Dina (1 hour 13 minutes), Lolo (1 hour 33 minutes), Joey (1 hour 36 minutes), Natalie (1 hour 37 minutes).
Kato is the new HoH.
10:00-11:00 PM: Natalie told Tamar that they are good this week. She explained that it’s better for them to have her available to compete next week. Tamar worried that Kato would nominate her. Natalie said she won’t let him. Tamar pointed out that Joey was offered safety. Natalie said it doesn’t count since Joey needed to drop right at that moment in order to take the deal. Tamar suggested that Ricky and Ryan should go on the block. When Natalie said that Ryan would have to be backdoored, Tamar then said to nominate Joey and Ricky. Elsewhere, Tom told Kato that Ryan is feeling bad since he expects to go on the block. Kato said he plans to nominate Dina since she is coming after him. When Kato offered Joey a deal during the HoH competition, Dina encouraged Joey to decline the offer. Ryan then spoke to Kato. He said he expects to go on the block, but he will be a strong ally who will fight to win every competition if Kato keeps him safe. Ryan revealed that he was in an alliance with Jonathan and the girls, but the girls have gone off and made their own alliance.
1:00-2:00 AM: Kandi asked Dina what made her vote for her. Dina said she was told that if she votes for Kandi it would be a tie and then Ryan could save Jonathan. Dina said she was not let in on anything, maybe because her daughter is friends with Jonathan. Dina started crying that Kato was all friendly with her and then wouldn’t tell her anything but told the girls what he was going to do. Kandi asked that Dina do her a favour and tell her if she is going to vote for her again in the future. After Kato got his HoH room, Ricky asked him if he knows what he is going to do. Kato said not yet. Kato asked if Ricky is 100% committed with Tamar. No clear answer was given. Ricky said he would not nominate Ryan initially cause he could win the veto. Kato said he could be a great ally. Ricky agreed. Ricky said he would probably nominate Joey. Kato said he cant since he made a deal. Kato mentioned that he is thinking about nominating Dina and Tamar at the moment. He said he has a good feel about Ryan after his talk with him earlier, but he is willing to listen to ideas. Tom said what Kato said sounds pretty logical. Kato said Joey, Ricky and Tom are safe, and Ryan probably is as well. Afterwards, Natalie asked Ricky if he is mad at her. Ricky said no. Ricky mentioned that Kato is planning to nominate Dina and Tamar. Natalie explained that she thought she played things well by dropping. Ricky agreed. Natalie said Tamar told Lolo that she cannot believe that she let the alliance down. Ricky said Tamar will have three votes but she will probably alienate them. Natalie said she will then get blamed for not winning HoH. Ricky thinks that Tamar will be safe as long as she keeps her cool. Natalie brought up that they could try to get Ryan backdoored. Ricky revealed that Kato sees Ryan as a strong ally. Ricky said that Kato has to feel that they are stronger allies than Ryan is.
2:00-3:00 AM: Ryan told Joey it weirds him out that Dina will not say whether she voted for Jonathan or for Kandi. Ryan said he thinks he believes her that she evicted Kandi but he is not sure. Joey asked who the ringleader of the girls is. Ryan said he thinks it’s Lolo or Natalie. Ryan mentioned that Kandi and Tamar seem fine since they were hugging it out. Ryan said he wants to win the veto and put Lolo up. Joey said they have got to break up the girls alliance. Joey brought up his deal with Kato, saying that Kato assured him that what he said on the wall is true. Joey said Tom could not have played the part more perfectly as the non-threat, falling off first in the competition. Joey said Tom will be one of the last ones in the house because of it. Ryan said that the best move ever would be putting Lolo and Natalie on the block together. The guys figure that Kato will put Lolo and Tamar up since he promised safety to Natalie. They said it’s fine as long as they can cut one of the queens.
3:00-4:00 AM: Lolo, Natalie and Ricky discussed that Dina got upset with Kato because he did not tell her that he was voting to evict Jonathan. Ricky said he knows Kato is going to put Dina up, and then he thinks that he will nominate Tamar as well. Ricky said the way that Tamar has been has probably rubbed people the wrong way. Natalie mentioned that they might be able to get Kandi to vote for Tamar since Dina voted her out. Ricky let the girls know that Kato plans to honour his deal with Joey. Ricky thinks they should have put a timer on the deal. Ricky said it’s going to get tricky since Kato is strongly considering aligning with Ryan. Natalie said she plans to tell Kato that he should backdoor Ryan. Natalie couldn’t believe that Kato doesn’t want to put Joey up when he didn’t agree to the deal, saying he wants to see how long he could last. Ricky said they can force someone else to go on the block if they win the veto and save Tamar. Natalie discussed having Tamar go to Kato in the morning to congratulate him on his win and bring up that they made a deal to keep each other safe this week. Ricky said Kato told him that Tamar didn’t make a deal, but they agreed that she could guilt trip her way off of the block. In the event that they lose Tamar, Ricky asked if they should try to bring Kandi in. Lolo said they could bring Ryan in but the problem would be getting him away from Joey. Natalie said they could reel in the two of them, though Lolo thinks that Joey is against alliances unless it’s with Jonathan and Ryan.
