Celebrity Big Brother 2 Day 14 - Tom nominates Joey and Kandi for eviction

10:00-11:00 AM: Tom spoke to Kato about Ricky being on board with Team Fun all of a sudden. Tom figured that it could just be Ricky manipulating him even though he may come after them next week if he wins HoH. Tom brought up that there is a reason why Ricky doesn’t want to backdoor Joey too. Kato pointed out that Ricky advised Tom to do whatever is best for him. Kato attempted to keep Tom on track with the plan to stick to their five person alliance. He said they cannot mathematically lose if they have five. Tom said that’s provided that Ricky doesn’t turn on them. Kato said he believes that Ricky will honour there Final 5. Tom argued that it would be Ricky’s best move to turn on them. Tom said they could have a Final 5 with anyone they want. Kato said he believes that Ricky is the right guy. Tom hoped that they could get some sort of guarantee from Ricky while they are in a position of power, but he didn’t want it to look like it a threat. As for Lolo and Natalie, Kato said he is 100% sure that the girls wont screw them over. He believes that they are with them until the Final 4. Tom asked how they would then get to the Final 2. Kato said it’s a crapshoot. Tom suggested that they start practicing for the memory competitions. Tom then spoke to Kato and Ricky about his plan for nominations. He said he is leaning towards nominating Joey and Kandi, telling them both that there is no plan to use the veto. Tom didn’t want to nominate Tamar right after she just got off of the block, particularly when they want Joey out anyway. On top of that, Tom argued that Tamar is a weak competitor who quit the competition last night, meaning that she is someone good to keep around. The guys debated who to target out of Joey and Kandi. The talks were inconclusive.
11:00-12:00 PM: Lolo asked Tom what he is thinking. Tom let her in on his current plan to nominate Joey and Kandi. Tom explained that he doesn’t want to backdoor Joey. He suggested that Kandi is as big of a threat as Joey is anyway. Lolo brought up that Tamar is a threat on the social side of things since she has a way of disrupting things and planting seeds of doubt. Tom suggested that Lolo switch bedrooms. Lolo said Tamar is affecting three people on Tom’s team. Tom again brought up moving to another room. Lolo pointed out that it’s hard to do that without Tamar knowing that something is up. Lolo also questioned if they will regret giving Joey a shot to play in the veto competition. Lolo eventually backed down and said that they will defuse the situation with Tamar if Tom moves forward with the plan to nominate Joey and Kandi. Natalie joined them. She was then filled in on the plan. It was agreed that nominating Kandi over Tamar is the better move. Feeds went down at 11:41.
12:00-1:00 PM: Feeds returned at 12:32. The houseguests were informed about the twist in which one of them would receive a power. Kato told Tom he believes that Kandi has the power. Kato said he can read people. Tom said he read something on Joey. Kato said Joey doesn’t have it. Kato told Tom he would bet $100,000 on it that Kandi has the power. Tom said he knows what the power is. He said it’s always the same, cause it always means that you can take yourself off of the block. Tom said if they think Kandi or Joey have it, he should put them both on the block so that they don’t have to worry about it anymore. Kato and Tom discussed that Joey is not a fan of Ricky. Ricky joined the guys. He said he thinks that Joey has the power. Ricky said it doesn’t matter anyway. Tom suggested getting their allies into a room to give everyone an opportunity to reveal if they got the power. If everyone says no, Tom said they can then know that Dina, Joey, Kandi or Tamar have it. Ricky thinks that Joey has it since the fans would have known that he was the next target. Natalie spoke to Tom. They agreed that nominating Joey and Kandi is the best option.
1:00-2:00 PM: Lolo asked Tamar who she thinks has the power. Tamar said Tom. A few minutes later, Natalie asked Tamar if she has the power. Tamar said no. Natalie said she thinks that Joey has it. Lolo agreed. When Tamar left the room, Lolo asked Natalie if she still feels secure in going up against Kato and Tom at the end of the game. Natalie asked what she is saying. Lolo said she is just pointing out that they are strong players. Natalie said they need to think of that. Lolo mentioned that they should get better at studying. As for this week, Natalie said it’s good that Joey and Kandi are going up since one of them will have to play their power.
3:00-4:00 PM: Kato told Tom he heard a conversation between Joey and Lolo in which they were apologizing. Kato figured that they think Joey has the power and therefore they were trying to get on his good side. Kato said his gut told him that Lolo was simply trying to make amends. He said she still trusts her and Natalie completely. They talked about the wording of the power being that it can get you out of a sticky situation. The assumption that was made is that it will save you from being nominated. Tom let Kato know that he thinks Lolo, Natalie and Ricky are aligned. He explained that once they let Lolo and Natalie know their concerns about Ricky, it was only a day later that Ricky was suddenly on board with Team Fun. Tom also observed a look on Natalie’s face that led him to believe that she was concerned about Ricky leaving. On top of that, Tom said it would be a good move on their part to have Ricky on their side heading into the Final 5. Kato said they would have to be really good liars in order to pull that off. Tom brought up backdooring Ricky this week. He questioned if Ricky is someone that they really want to take the risk of losing Big Brother for. Tom threw out the idea of nominating Kandi and Tamar. Kato said they would then have his vote, Dina’s vote and Joey’s vote to evict Ricky over either Kandi or Tamar. Kato admitted that today was the first time he felt as though Ricky was spying on them. Kato said targeting Ricky is the move to make. Kato agreed that nominating Kandi and Tamar was best, adding that a girl got the power. He stressed that it was not Joey. Tom mentioned that they could bring up the new plan for nominations to Lolo, Natalie and Ricky, and then take it as an indication that they have to make the move if they are against it. After that, he said they can observe Ricky’s behaviour over the next couple of days. Ricky joined them. Ricky explained his theory that Joey has the power since the viewers saw that he was the next target. Tom asked if anyone thinks for a second that Tamar could have the power. Ricky said she is the least threatening person even if she does have it. Ricky suggested to stick with the plan, nominating Joey and Kandi. Tom agreed that they should nominate the two people who they believe are most likely to have the power. Tom said that would mean nominating Joey and Kandi. Once Tom was alone, he let the viewers know that he still isn’t sure what the best move to make is.
4:00-5:00 PM: Tom told Kato that the smartest move would be to double cross Lolo and Natalie at the Final 5 by making an agreement with Ricky. Kato asked if Tom would do that. Tom said he would. He added that he is concerned that the girls are already doing that. Natalie joined the guys. Kato asked about Lolo’s conversation with Joey. Natalie explained that Lolo said Joey showed good restraint, which she would not have been capable of, when Ricky came at him last night. Kato said he thought it was about the fight between Lolo and Joey. Natalie said Lolo apologized for that as well. The three reassured each other that they are in this to the end together. Tom was then called to the diary room. Feeds went down at 4:24.
5:00-6:00 PM: Feeds returned at 5:29 following the nomination ceremony. Tom nominated Joey and Kandi for eviction. Afterwards, Kato and Tom continued to run through numerous options for who could have the power. Kato said he believes Joey when he said that he doesn’t have it, cause he said it “on the hand of God”. Kato eventually mentioned Tamar’s name, saying that the viewers might like the drama that she brings. If they figured out with certainty that Joey doesn’t have the power, Tom said it would be a cool thing to do to use the veto on him. Out in the kitchen, Tamar said people had better start coming up with better reasons for nominating people. She said it wont work out in your favour at the end of the game if you keep offending people. Tamar later said that she has had enough of the bullying. She didn’t like that Tom was basically forcing people to use the power by putting them on the block if he suspected them of having it. In the bedroom, Lolo, Natalie and Ricky discussed that Tamar’s behaviour has been weird today. Ricky said he thinks that she has the power. He suggested that the smart move would be to nominate her so that she has to use it, then they can evict either Joey or Kandi.
7:00-8:00 PM: Kato told Tom that even if they put Tamar up and she doesn’t have the power, their side will still have power and numbers. Tom acknowledged that Kato was right, as they will be able to know if Ricky has the power if Tamar doesn’t use it when she is nominated. Kato said he doesn’t think that Ricky is against them at this point. Kato and Tom went to Dina. Kato asked her if she has the power. Dina swore that she doesn’t have it. At one point during the conversation, Kato switched back to thinking that Kandi has the power. He figured that she is saving it until eviction night to play along for now. Tom headed to the bedroom to question Tamar. Tamar told him that she doesn’t have it. She said that he can put her up if he doesn’t believe her. Tom said it’s pretty obvious who he thinks has it based on his nominations. Tom asked if Tamar could find out if Kandi has it, then let him know what she says. Tamar said she would just end up going on the block next week if she does that. Tom said something is still going to happen this week, and it’s possible that a backdoor will happen. Tamar questioned if Tom is saying that she is going to go on the block if she doesn’t ask Kandi if she has the power. Tom said no. Tamar took it as a threat. Tom said it might have been misinterpreted. He claimed that what he was saying is he wants all of the information so that he doesn’t end up making a mistake. Tom admitted that he would be afraid to threaten Tamar. He said he doesn’t want to get into it with her like that, as he has seen how she can throw down. Tamar countered that by saying that the cameras saw Lolo and Ricky come at her. Tom headed up to the gym. He told Lolo and Natalie that he had an amazing conversation with Tamar. He said it was good TV. Meanwhile, Tamar told Joey and Kandi about the conversation. She said Tom is out of control and she is not going to be bullied. Back in the gym, Kato, Tom, Lolo and Natalie all put their hands in and agreed that they are sticking together to the Final 4. They all gave their word that they do not have the power. Tom said they have to figure out who has it so that they can send that person home. When Tom began to question the girls about Ricky, Lolo said he gets too paranoid and she is not cool with it. Tom said they cannot have a Final 4 and a Final 5. Lolo got heated and said she thought they had a five and were working with Ricky. Lolo said the paranoia that Tom has is the same reason that she was unable to work with Tamar any longer. Lolo didn’t like being questioned. Tom said he knows what’s happening. He then walked out. Kato and Tom spoke in the HoH room. Tom said Lolo got freaked out because he suggested Ricky may have the power, and their whole game plan revolves around getting to the end with Ricky.
8:00-9:00 PM: Kato and Tom went back to the gym to clear the air with Lolo and Natalie. Both Lolo and Tom apologized for how they had acted minutes earlier. Tom explained that he thinks Ricky has the power, he wants to get to the Final 5 with them, and then he will side with one of the two duos in order to pick off the other duo. Tom mentioned that America may have known that he would consider backdooring Ricky, so they gave Ricky the power. Tom said their options are to put Ricky up or put Tamar up. Natalie said it’s too early to put Ricky up. Lolo said Ricky was excited to work with Kato and Tom, but Tom said that’s because he knows that working with their alliance is his way to win the game. Lolo encouraged Tom to play it safe since he cannot win HoH again next week. Tom said they had to figure out if the girls were working with Ricky, and now they don’t think that they are. Natalie questioned why the guys are trying to bring Dina in, since that is basically the same thing. Lolo agreed. The guys reassured the girls that they are not bringing Dina in. Joey came by. He stressed that he does not have the power. He said if it’s someone not in the room, the person who has it is a killer liar. They all discussed who they think has the power. Tamar’s and Ricky’s names came up. Ricky broke up the conversation. He told Tom it seems like he is getting obsessed with who has the power, which has now thrown him off of the game plan. Kato pointed out that Ricky came straight there from the diary room after being in the diary room for just a couple of minutes. Kato suspected that Big Brother sent him up there because he has the power. He told Joey, Lolo and Tom that. Joey and Lolo discussed that Tom is going crazy, obsessing over the power. Natalie and Tamar talked about the same thing. Lolo said Tom is about to have the whole house turn against him.
9:00-10:00 PM: Ricky told Lolo, Natalie and Tamar he doesn’t understand why everyone is so paranoid about the power. Ricky said Tom’s obsession is clouding his vision. Ricky added that the paranoia has done more damage than the power ever will. Lolo spoke to Kato to let him know that people are starting to turn on Tom. Lolo said he cannot be going around pissing people off who may have to vote for him to win the game. Lolo asked Kato to calm Tom down. Kato then spoke to calm to let him know what Lolo said. They yet again discussed who may have the power. The debate between nominating Ricky or nominating Tamar continued. Kato was leaning towards nominating Tamar while Tom was leaning towards nominating Ricky. Back in the bedroom, Lolo asked Ricky if it still holds true that he would go to the end with them. Ricky said yes, as long as they have his back. Ricky asked if the girls are still feeling solid in their three. Both said yeah. Ricky admitted that he would put Tom on the block if they gave him the go ahead, though it would be a group decision. If he himself goes on the block, Ricky said he is confident that he would have the numbers to stay.
10:00-11:00 PM: Lolo and Natalie spoke in the storage room about the plan to target Ricky. They are unsure of whether or not they are on board with it. The concern is that Kato and Tom could be attempting to build up their numbers in order to turn on the two of them at some point in the future. They did also consider that they may be blind to Ricky, seeing as everyone else is seeing something that they aren’t. No matter what happens, they agreed that they are each others ride or dies.

After what has transpired tonight, Tom no longer believes that Lolo and Natalie are working with Ricky. Natalie said she thinks that Tom has a massive insecurity when it comes to Ricky. Lolo added that he overthinks everything that Ricky does.
12:00-1:00 AM: Lolo said she doesn’t understand why they would want to break up the five. Ricky questioned if there have been talks about it. Lolo said it almost happened tonight. Natalie explained that it’s due to Tom’s paranoia about Ricky potentially having the power. Natalie said Tom is also convinced that they are lying for Ricky. They talked about the possibility that Tamar has the power. They then agreed that the most valuable thing they have is trust, so they need to win the veto and keep nominations the same in order to ensure that they move on to next week together.
