Celebrity Big Brother 2 Day 21 - Tom nominates Natalie and Ricky
February 5, 2019
11:00-12:00 PM: Lolo and Ricky discussed a plan to have Lolo approach Tom about realigning with them and Natalie. They talked about Tom saying that he would like to make amends now that he stayed. Ricky thought Tom might be more open to it since it would be good TV. Lolo agreed. Lolo said to pray that Tom’s heart is softened and that God guides her words when she talks to him. Meanwhile, Tom told Kandi he is thinking about approaching Lolo to tell her that he would like for her to be a pawn but make it seem as though she is his target. Tom explained that he would then nominate Ricky next to Lolo, and the goal would be to keep nominations the same so that they can evict Ricky. If the veto is used, Tom said he would nominate Natalie. Tom listed off the votes. He said they can keep Lolo even if Tamar votes her out, since they would have Dina, Kandi and Natalie’s votes. Kandi argued that Natalie is the best player since she is physically strong and she knows the most. Tom stressed that the main thing he is saying is he wants Lolo to stay. Tom hoped to get reassurance from Tamar that she will not put him on the block if he doesn’t put her up this week. Kandi said she will talk to Tamar for him.
12:00-1:00 PM: When Kandi attempted to speak to Tamar, Tamar said she asked Kandi to lay low yet she is refusing to do so. Tamar added that people are now pissed off at both of them. Tamar left the room before Kandi could speak to her any further. Tom announced to the house that he would like to have one on one meetings with each of them. Tamar went to Ricky to say she is not going to have a meeting with Tom in which she has to kiss his ass just because he is HoH. She pointed out that Tom did not pay attention to her when she was HoH.
1:00-2:00 PM: Ricky was the first to meet with Tom. He was proposed a deal in which he goes on the block but he is not the target. In return, Tom asked that Ricky keep him safe when he wins HoH. Ricky said that’s fair but he has a different proposal. Ricky then suggested that Tom would get protection from Lolo, Natalie and himself if he nominates Dina and Tamar. Ricky explained that Tom will need protection next week since he cannot compete. Ricky said the three of them could have voted Tom out had they wanted to, but they chose to keep him around. He said they also would have voted Kandi out over Tom had Kato won the veto. Tom said they should take some time to process each other’s proposals. Elsewhere, Kandi and Tamar got a chance to speak again. Tamar was not on board with agreeing to keep Tom safe. She said he will win the whole game, and Kandi should be putting him on the block if she wins HoH as well. Kandi revealed that Tom plans to target Ricky. Tamar said that’s so dumb. They discussed that they would rather target Natalie than Ricky. Back in the HoH room, Tom told Natalie that he would like to propose a deal in which he wont put her up if she doesn’t put him up. Natalie said she is good with that. Tom admitted that he might have to nominate her if someone on the block wins the veto, but he said the other person would be his target. Natalie asked what Tom would like her to do if she were to win the veto. Tom said he would want her to leave the nominations the same. Natalie said she can do that. She let Tom know that she would like to have him work with her to figure out the next move if she wins HoH as well. Next up, Tom offered Tamar the same deal, saying he wont put her up if she doesn’t put him up. Tamar said that’s fair. Tamar said it’s a sure loss if she goes up against Lolo, Natalie or Ricky at the end. When Tom asked if Tamar would vote the way that he wants her to this week, Tamar asked which direction he is looking to go. Tom said he isn’t sure yet. While Tom spoke to Tamar, Natalie filled Lolo in on her discussion with Tom. Lolo then went upstairs to speak to Tom. Tom revealed that he would like to put Lolo on the block, but he said that he does not want her to go home. In exchange for keeping her in the house, Tom asked that Lolo not put him on the block. Lolo suggested honouring the alliance that they originally had, since Tom said that he would like to make amends. Lolo asked why Dina and Kandi can’t go up. She said Tom hurt her and is now putting her up even though she didn’t break the alliance. Lolo argued that it’s best to align with people who can win competitions to keep Tom safe. She also said Tom will not be able to get the votes over Dina and Kandi who have no blood on their hands. Tom said he is not thinking about the jury vote.
2:00-3:00 PM: Tom asked Lolo why she would want to get rid of Dina and Kandi when they haven’t won anything. Lolo explained that Tom can make it to the Final 4, like he wants to, if he makes amend with their original alliance. Lolo said she is trying to trust Tom but it has been a hard last few days. Tom said it was hard for him too. Tom reassured Lolo that he will get her the votes if she doesn’t win he veto. Tom then let Dina in on his plan. Dina suggested that it would be better to target Natalie over Ricky. Tom said they can take care of Natalie this week, but Ricky needs to go this week. Tom did say he would think about her suggestion, but he believes that he has already created a divide between Lolo and Natalie. Tom mentioned that they can have a Final 4 with Lolo and Kandi. Dina wasn’t so sure that Lolo would be on board with that. Tom asked Dina if she will vote to evict Ricky if the nominations stay the same. Dina confirmed that she would. She also agreed not to nominate Tom. If Ricky wins the veto, Tom said they could then shift the target to Natalie. While Tom continued to hold his meetings, Lolo, Natalie and Ricky met up to discuss what he had told each of them. Natalie then spoke to Tamar. She told Tamar that Tom is going to nominate Lolo next to Ricky, then he will put her up if the veto is used. Natalie voiced her frustration with Kandi for having joined Tom’s side. Tamar said neither Kandi nor Dina should be there, and she doesn’t know which one is worse. Natalie asked if Tamar will do whatever Tom says if she wins the veto. Tamar said she wouldn’t use it. Natalie let Tamar know that she agreed to keep Tom safe if he kept her off of the block, because Kandi is her next target. Natalie said Kandi will win the game if she gets to the end. When Tamar asked Natalie what she would do with the veto, Natalie said she probably wouldn’t use it. Tamar said she would have to use it since Lolo and Ricky would expect her to. Back upstairs, Kandi spoke to Tom. She continued to push for Natalie to go on the block instead of Lolo. Tom thought that it would be best to keep his deal with Natalie since she sort of trusts him. Kandi said they have all likely talked to each other already, and none of them can be trusted.
3:00-4:00 PM: Kandi told Tom that Natalie is an overall better player than Ricky is, plus you do not want to leave them the opportunity to use the veto on each other by not putting them up next to each other. While Tom agreed, he worried about changing his deal with Natalie. Kandi said Natalie is going to be gunning for Tom anyway. Tom wondered if he should let Natalie know that he changed his mind. Kandi worried that she would then get the blame for the change of plans. Tom said he doesn’t mind doing something that he told them that he wouldn’t do, since they have been pissing him off lately. While Tom continued to want to target Ricky over Natalie even if both are on the block, Kandi eventually got him to agree to the idea of targeting Natalie instead. Outside of the HoH room, Ricky told Lolo and Natalie to let him be the one to go this week. Ricky said their best chance of winning is if they aren’t stressed. Lolo questioned if she and Natalie are the best combo to get to the end. Ricky said they will be unbeatable once Tom is gone, and it’s the best combination. Ricky said he came on to the show to change people’s perception of him, as he is a healer and a mentor as opposed to a competitor. He went on to say that if Lolo and Natalie win, he wins. Tom returned from the diary room. He said his mind still isn’t made up, so they can talk to him again if they wish to do so. Ricky said it’s okay since Tom looks stressed enough. Natalie agreed.
4:00-5:00 PM: Feeds went down at 4:02 for the nomination ceremony. Feeds returned at 4:46 following the nomination ceremony. Tom nominated Natalie and Ricky for eviction. Lolo and Tamar were in the middle of an argument. Natalie said she is the one on the block, and she needs them to get it together. Lolo brought up that Tom is a sitting duck next week. Tamar said she will put him up next to Kandi. Lolo and Natalie let Tamar know that Ricky is willing to bow out for them. The girls discussed that they need to get either Dina or Kandi to vote with them. Tamar said it would be a waste of her time to talk to Kandi. They talked about getting Dina on board with working with all of the girls.
5:00-6:00 PM: Natalie told Lolo she needs to win the veto. Lolo pointed out that she will go on the block if Natalie uses the veto. Natalie said she wont use it but she does need to get another vote. Lolo said they need to get Dina since she has her vote and Tamar’s vote. Lolo later said she is praying that she gets picked to play in the veto competition. Natalie said Lolo could win it and use it on her, then both of them will be safe. They figure that Tamar would then go on the block. While Natalie said Tamar would have the votes to stay, Lolo mentioned that they could try to put in the work necessary to save Ricky.
6:00-7:00 PM: Lolo spoke to Dina about being manipulated by Tom. She felt that Tom had used her Olympic dreams against her. When Natalie joined them, Dina talked about having wanted it to be all girls at the end. Natalie commented on how Dina didn’t ever bring that up to them. Dina claimed it’s because they didn’t ever talk to her. Lolo assured Dina that she will be safe if she votes with them this week. Lolo said they will be targeting Tom next. Dina told the girls that they had better bring her with them. Natalie said they would, and they would be down to five together once they get rid of Tom. Dina said Tom is someone who is a threat since he wins all of the time, which is why Lolo and Natalie stressed that he needs to go next week when he cannot compete for HoH.
7:00-8:00 PM: Tom told Kandi that this is a critical moment in the game since they can shift the power over to their side by eliminating someone from the other side. Tom said he now realizes that he can win every competition. Prior to winning HoH, he said he believed that he could win half of them. Kandi mentioned that Dina comes off as someone who wants them to think that she doesn’t have it all together, but she is secretly a genius player. Tom agreed. Tom said they have the numbers as long as Dina and Tamar don’t give in to the social energy. Tom thinks it’s important that he doesn’t hide in his HoH room for that reason.
8:00-9:00 PM: Dina let Kandi know that Lolo and Natalie talked to her about working together with the girls in order to get Ricky out and then pick Tom off after that. Dina said Natalie has to go but she might win the veto. Dina said she doesn’t want to turn on Tom but he is going to win the game. Both Dina and Kandi agreed that they don’t want to win the veto. Kandi stressed the importance of winning the upcoming HoH competition. Dina let Kandi know that Tamar might be mad at her for talking to Tom.
9:00-10:00 PM: Natalie spoke to Tamar about Kandi having spent the past couple hours with Tom, playing pool and cooking with him. Tamar said she cannot believe Kandi’s actions. She also said she is embarrassed and it means that she was right about Kandi being a bad person who is selfish. Natalie said they should have sent her home seven people ago. Tamar said Kandi stabbed her in the back again by tricking her into thinking that she was down for the cause. Natalie then spoke to Lolo about this week’s plan. She asked if she should leave nominations the same if she wins the veto. Lolo said she would not be able to let Natalie do that unless she had confirmation that the votes were going to go her way. When Tamar joined them, she claimed that she would be scared to use the veto on Natalie because Lolo may go up in her place. Natalie said she is fine with staying on the block as long as she has the votes. They talked about needing Dina to vote with them.
