Celebrity Big Brother 2 Day 24 - Natalie and Tom are evicted; Ricky wins HoH
February 8, 2019
5:00-7:00 PM: The live double eviction episode took place. Natalie was evicted by a vote of 4-0. The final Celebrity Breaking News twist was then revealed. Julie informed the houseguests that they will compete in a safety competition. The winner would be safe from the second eviction, but they would not be eligible to win HoH. Tamar won the safety competition. Lolo then won HoH. She nominated Kandi and Tom for eviction. Tamar won the Power of Veto, and chose to leave Lolo’s nominations the same. Tom was then evicted by a vote of 3-0. Julie let the houseguests know that they have all made it to finale night. There will be an HoH competition, nominations, veto competition and veto ceremony. The fifth place eviction will take place on finale night. The Final 4 will then compete for HoH. The winner of that competition will get to evict two people, choosing who they will go up against in the Final 2.
7:00-8:00 PM: When the live feeds returned, Tamar told Lolo and Ricky she is excited because now she feels like they can have fun. Tamar said she had not been having fun. Tamar asked Ricky if he is excited. Ricky said hell yeah. They talked about getting Tom out of the house. Ricky eventually told Tamar that they shouldn’t even talk about him since he is now gone and they don’t need to speak his name. Tamar agreed. Lolo asked Ricky if he thinks that Tom regrets using the veto on him. Ricky said he should from a gameplay point of view.
8:00-9:00 PM: Feeds went down at 8:21 for the HoH competition.
10:00-11:00 PM: Feeds returned at 10:56 following the HoH competition. Ricky is the new HoH. Lolo, Ricky and Tamar celebrated in their bedroom that each of them have now received a letter from home. Elsewhere, Dina told Kandi that the two of them are going to be on the block next to each. Dina thinks that she will have to win the veto or else she will be going home.
11:00-12:00 AM: Ricky told Lolo that Kandi shouldn’t have called him out “that one time”. Ricky added that Kandi has better win the veto or else she is going home. Ricky clarified that that’s unless Lolo and Tamar save her. When Tamar entered the room, Ricky let her know that Kandi is in trouble unless they save her. Ricky asked Tamar for her permission. Tamar said it’s Ricky’s HoH. Ricky and Lolo then talked about doing this for Natalie. They discussed that they swept the whole day. Ricky told Lolo that he has no plans to stay in the HoH room. He offered it to Lolo but she declined. Ricky then offered it to Dina and Kandi as well. Later, Tamar asked Ricky who he is going to nominate. Ricky said he will be nominating Dina and Kandi.
12:00-1:00 AM: Lolo received her HoH basket for winning HoH during the double eviction. Her letter was from her best friend. Tamar could tell that she was upset. Lolo cried and said she just wants a basket from a husband. Tamar assured her that she will find her man. Lolo said she didn’t want to win HoH for this reason, because she knew that her basket would make her upset. Tamar attempted to cheer her up. She brought her basket from the storage room to the kitchen so that everyone could see it and so that Lolo could share her letter with the other houseguests. Afterwards, Dina spoke to Kandi about what will happen if one of them win the veto. Kandi said Ricky would then have to nominate Lolo or Tamar. Dina thought she would then be able to save Kandi, but Kandi pointed out that her vote would only force a tie.
