Celebrity Big Brother Day 18 - Omarosa nominates Brandi and Ross for eviction
February 17, 2018
9:00-10:00 AM: Up in the HoH room, Omarosa asked Ari how they get to the end of the game. Ari said she doesn’t know. Omarosa said she doesn’t want James to win and doesn’t want Mark to win. She added that Ross is strong, has won an HoH competition, and has a great social game. As for Metta, she said he is strong as well. Omarosa said she wants to know who the one vote for Shannon was. Omarosa mentioned that it might have been James. Ari said she doesn’t think that it was James.
10:00-11:00 AM: Brandi entered the HoH room. Omarosa told her they were trying to figure out who the one vote was. Brandi said it was her. Omarosa asked if it was done out of compassion. Brandi said she wasn’t going to do it, but then she sat there and it came out of her mouth. She said people are probably upset, though she didn’t want anyone to leave with everyone voting against them.
11:00-12:00 PM: James and Mark chatted in the kitchen. Mark said he is nobody’s target but the problem is he is everyone’s pawn. They discussed that Mark may be able to get to the end despite that. James said it looks like Omarosa’s targets might be Brandi and Ross. Mark said that would be smart. James said there may be some personal reasons behind that move as well. James told Mark he thinks the only way to have a fair shot at winning is going to the Final 4 with Ross and Marissa. Mark agreed. Up in the HoH room, Marissa asked Omarosa if she is putting her up. Omarosa said she doesn’t want to. Omarosa said she may. She said the easiest thing for her to do is get Ross out with no blood on her hands, so she is trying to figure out the best way to get him out. Marissa said Ross will not leave over her. Omarosa said that’s why she is thinking of nominating Mark next to Ross. Ari was also in the room at the time. Omarosa told the girls that she would appreciate if they didn’t tell anyone her plan. Brandi then joined the room. She told Omarosa that she wouldn’t get any blood on her hands if she took Mark out. Omarosa said Mark has James on his side, as well as whoever else James has. Brandi said Mark obviously doesn’t have her.
12:00-1:00 PM: Omarosa told Ari and Marissa she is trying to figure out a scenario in which Ross would leave. Marissa said it’s not her up next to Ross. Omarosa questioned how that is possible. She said she only was considering put Marissa up because she didn’t think anyone would send her home. Ari said she doesn’t think anyone would vote Marissa out. When Omarosa mentioned Mark being nominated next to Ross, both Ari and Marissa said that Mark would go. Omarosa told the girls that they need to reset and united as women or else one of the guys is going to win the game. Omarosa told Ari she was straightforward with her and didn’t put her on the block, so she wont put her on the block. Ari pointed out that Brandi admitted to voting to evict Mark. Marissa said that was very selfish. Ari said it was not cool. When Omarosa brought up that Shannon said Ross was the mastermind behind the week one flip, both Ari and Marissa said it was Shannon. Downstairs, Brandi told Ross she would use the veto on him if he is on the block. She said she doesn’t think she can stay there without him as an ally. Ross said the best case scenario is Metta wants to go home, and they get Omarosa to do it. Ross said they should call Omarosa’s bluff on that. Ross said he will have the conversation with Metta one on one. Feeds returned after being down for roughly 20 minutes. While they were down, Brandi and Ross spoke to Metta about leaving. Up in the HoH room, Marissa told Brandi she thinks that Ross is mad at her. They talked about how the conversation with Metta went. Brandi said Metta told them that he wants to stay until James is out. Brandi told Marissa she would have the votes over Ross if they end up nominated together. Marissa disagreed. Brandi said it would be the boys against the girls at that point. Marissa said she knows that Brandi would vote for Ross, but it’s okay. Afterwards, Ari let Brandi know that Omarosa is not putting her up. Brandi said she doesn’t want Ross to go. Ari said it’s not their HoH.
1:00-2:00 PM: Ari told Brandi that Ross is freaking out too much, and he has become a different person now. Brandi said his happiness has gone away. Marissa joined them. She asked if they should say that they will vote Mark out over Ross and then not do it. Marissa said that would be tough for her to do, because she would have to lie to Omarosa. Brandi said Omarosa knows that the votes are in Ross’ favour. After Marissa left, Brandi told Ari that all of the guys have something with Ross. Ari said it’s not smart on Ross’ part because you cannot have a deal with every person in the house. Omarosa told Marissa she might change her nominees due to the twist. She said she might put Brandi and Mark up. Marissa said that will save her from the twist. Ari and Brandi joined them. Omarosa mentioned that she, not anyone else, made the commitment to James. They talked about how James can go up if one of them gets the power to put him up. Omarosa brought up that there are four men and four women in the game at this point. She said she doesn’t want to look stupid with people questioning how they lost when they started with a six on five advantage. Omarosa later told Marissa that she is just going to nominate Mark and Ross, and see what happens.
2:00-3:00 PM: Brandi and Marissa discussed that they will have to lie to Omarosa, telling her that they are willing to vote Ross out. Both agreed that Ross would have the votes to stay over them if they are nominated next to him. Brandi said she doesn’t want to be aligned with Omarosa, but they need to make her trust them, then they will save Ross if they get the chance. In the kitchen, Omarosa let James know that people are bringing up that only she made a promise to James, implying that others are still thinking about targeting him this week.
3:00-4:00 PM: Omarosa told Mark that her target has been Ross since she got there. Omarosa said she doesn’t want to put Mark up, as she would rather nominate Brandi who can’t stand her. Omarosa asked for a week of safety in return for keeping Mark off of the block. They shook on the deal. Omarosa said she will nominate Marissa if either of the nominees comes off of the block. Omarosa then went to Metta to let him know that Ross is her target. Metta said Ross and Ari have the best chance to win aside from James. Omarosa said she wont put Ari up since Ari didn’t put her up. Omarosa asked if Metta would support her by voting Ross out. Metta said yeah. Omarosa said she will never put him up if he does that. Metta said he will vote to evict Ross.
4:00-5:00 PM: Omarosa told James she wants Ross out. She asked if James has a deal with him. James said nobody ever took their Final 4 deal seriously. Omarosa reiterated that Ross is her target. James asked who else would be going up. He asked which of the girls she wants to go. Omarosa said Brandi. James said he would prefer to have Brandi leave over Ross, but Omarosa said he can beat Brandi. James disagreed. Omarosa asked James if he would vote Ross out if they extend their deal for another week. James said the deal would have to be bigger than that. He explained that he needs more than just Omarosa on his side. Omarosa assured James that she would rally for him if he ends up on the block due to the twist. James said the next move would not be able to be getting Mark or Metta out. Omarosa gave her word on that. James asked Omarosa who her ideal Final 4 would be. Omarosa said James, Mark and Metta. James asked if she can lock Metta in. Omarosa said she can. He then said Mark will be afraid to switch sides, at which point Omarosa told him to give her 15 minutes. James mentioned that he has given Ross the opportunity to work with him but he never wants to commit. James said Ross is playing all sides, which is causing him to lose trust in him. Omarosa then went to fill Mark in on the plan. She told him to talk to James. While James and Mark agreed that Brandi leaving before Ross is best, James said that would mean they wouldn’t have Omarosa’s vote moving forward. James pointed out that Ari, Brandi, Marissa and Ross will pick each other over them. Mark agreed. They said it’s worth a shot to work with Omarosa. They agreed that they cannot tell where Ross lies. James said his game is going to fall apart here because he is playing all sides. The two discussed that sitting next to Omarosa at the end is better than sitting next to any of the other girls. Omarosa joined them. She said her nominees are going to be Brandi and Ross. James asked if Ross has to go first. Omarosa said yes. James agreed with Omarosa that Ross is better at the game. Mark said he is down for whatever. After Omarosa left, James told Mark that they have to do this with Omarosa. Mark said it’s their only chance. James brought up that Marissa excitedly said his deal with Omarosa doesn’t count once they heard about the veto twist. James said he wouldn’t have felt as good about doing this if Ross has accepted the Final 2 deal that he offered him at one point. The guys talked about needing to bring the competitor out of Metta so that they have a better shot at winning the veto. In the HoH room, Omarosa told Marissa that she is now going for Brandi. She told Marissa to let Ross know and to tell him to fight like hell.
6:00-7:00 PM: Feeds returned following the nomination ceremony. Omarosa nominated Brandi and Ross for eviction. Ross said Omarosa made him look sketchy. Ross said he didn’t have Final 4 deals with the whole house. He pointed out the people that he talks to. Omarosa said that’s half the house. Brandi questioned who told Omarosa about their Final 4 deal. Everyone denied it. Marissa continuously said she didn’t do anything shady. Brandi mentioned that Omarosa winked at Marissa during the ceremony. Marissa said it had nothing to do with that. Marissa was upset about Brandi thinking she sold out the group. Brandi said just like they had a moment and questioned her last night, she is allowed to have a moment as well. Marissa assured Brandi that she was surprised by nominations since she thought that Mark would be nominated.
7:00-8:00 PM: Ross told Marissa they need to talk about numbers. Marissa told him that he is fine. Ross said he wont campaign, which Marissa thought was a good idea. Marissa said she will vote for Ross, and he will get votes from James and Mark as well. Ross said he doesn’t mind going on the block, though he didn’t like that Omarosa did it aggressively. They talked about Omarosa immediately saying afterwards that she did it for TV, and that she just wanted to break up the pairs. Ross said it’s actually kind of amazing to be nominated by Omarosa. Mark joined them. Ross said he wants to get Omarosa out, so he would be happy if they keep him around to do that.
8:00-9:00 PM: Ari and Marissa discussed that they weren’t expecting Brandi to be on the block. Ari said now they know that James and Mark are with Omarosa. Marissa said she must be right that Mark went upstairs to cut a deal. Marissa suspects that James and Mark made a deal to vote out Ross. Marissa said they will likely try to make them think that they are voting Brandi out, then she will vote against Brandi and have to live with her in the house after it. Marissa said she hopes the veto twist is that the veto winner gets to choose the replacement nominee.
10:00-11:00 PM: PopTV threw the houseguests a margarita party. The have-nots were allowed to take part in it. The houseguests sat outside to drink together, though there were comments about the lack of alcohol that was actually given.
11:00-12:00 AM: In the bathroom, Ari told Brandi she thinks that Mark has a deal with Omarosa. Brandi said James does too. While Ari thinks that they have separate deals, Brandi thinks that they are all working together. The two discussed that they need a crazy twist to help them this week. Brandi mentioned that it would be cold of Omarosa to backdoor James after cutting him a deal. Neither expect her to do that at this point. Brandi then spoke to Ross about their needs for a big shake up. Brandi thinks that Omarosa still has James atop her target list, but she cannot take him out due to their deal. Both agreed that the worst part is they do not want Omarosa to be the one to take them out. Brandi said her goal is to beat her. Ross said anyone who cuts a deal with Omarosa will get what they deserve. Brandi agreed.
