Move In Day (Day 1)
America's Jury Vote Announcement (Day 1)
Julie informed the houseguests that on Big Brother: Over The Top there is no jury. She said that when you are out of the game, you are out of the game for good. Julie then revealed that America will be voting for the winner on finale night.
HoH Competition - “BB Bug" (Day 2-3)
The houseguests entered the living room and found a bottle of blue potion. Next to it was a card that said “Only One May Drink”. Shane decided to drink the potion. An alarm then sounded and a message said that Shane has been infected. He was instructed to go to the diary room.
Shane returned from the diary room. He informed the houseguests that the first Head of Household competition has begun. Since he drank the potion, Shane cannot be HoH this week. The next time the alarm sounds, Shane must give the BB Bug to another houseguest, infecting them and making them ineligible to become HoH. Every time the alarm sounds, the person wearing the bug must pass it to an uninfected houseguest. Alarms will go off until 12 of them have been given the bug and only one uninfected person remains. That person will become the first HoH of the season.

Safety Ceremony Announcement (Day 3)
Julie said that the HoH must nominate two houseguests for eviction, but there are no nomination ceremonies. Instead, twice during the HoH’s reign he or she will be told by Big Brother that it is time to make a specified number of houseguests safe. In the end, two houseguests will not be safe. Those two houseguests will be nominated for eviction.

Second safety ceremony: Monte saved Justin, Alex, Kryssie, Shelby and Scott.

America’s Nominee Announcement (Day 5)
Julie informed the houseguests that the viewers will vote and nominate a third houseguest for eviction each week. Julie said there will then be three houseguests nominated. Julie revealed that America cannot nominate the same houseguest two weeks in a row. Should America’s Nominee come off of the block because of the veto, America will not nominate a replacement nominee. There could be either two or three houseguests on the chopping block come eviction night.

The Power of Veto is locked inside of the safe. In order to ensure your safety this week, you must crack the four digit code in order to claim the veto. Inside of the house are clues in the form of new additions to the house. Once you are ready to make an attempt to crack the code, you must get in line. Once you are at the front of the line, you will be given an attempt to crack the code. You only get one attempt each time before you must go to the back of the line.

America’s Eviction Vote Announcement (Day 7)
Julie informed the houseguests that each week there will be an online vote and America will vote for which of the nominees they want to evict. The nominee that receives the most votes will receive America’s eviction vote. The houseguests will not be told whom America has voted to evict.

Cornbread was evicted by a vote of 9-1-0.

HoH Competition - “Live By The Sword” (Day 8)
The goal is to be the last houseguest holding up your crown with your sword. Each houseguest has a sword, a crown and knight in their image. When the competition begins, the houseguests will have two minutes to press the crown to their knight’s head with their sword and get onto their platform. After two minutes, you will be eliminated if you are unable to hold the crown on your knight’s head. At the one hour mark, you will be required to hold your sword with just one hand.

America’s Care Package Announcement (Day 9)
Julie informed the houseguests that America will vote to send one lucky houseguest America’s Care Package in each of the next seven weeks. She explained that the care package will contain an advantage in the game. Each houseguest is only eligible to receive a care package once unless everyone in the house has already received a care package.
America’s Care Package Delivery (Day 10)
Kryssie received the “Save-A-Friend” care package, giving her the power to save one of her fellow houseguests from eviction this week. On Day 11, Kryssie decided to save Jason.
America’s Have-Nots Announcement (Day 10)
Julie informed the houseguests that America will be voting each week to make three of the houseguests the have-nots for the week. Those three will have to endure cold showers, the have-not room and slop. America cannot make someone a have-not two weeks in a row.
America’s Have-Nots Reveal (Day 11)
America chose Monte, Morgan and Scott to be this week’s have-nots.

Veto Competition - “BB Invitational” (Day 13)

One at a time, the houseguests stepped up and tried to make a hole in one by hitting a golf ball into one of four holes in order to earn tickets. The tougher the shot, the more tickets you earn for making it. You can earn 5, 10, 15 or 30 tickets depending on which shot you make. If after making a shot you have enough tickets to purchase an item, you may do so. However, you will be out of the competition once you do so. You may choose not to purchase an item after your shot but you will then have to wait until your next turn to do so.
Shane won the Power of Veto after earning the 60 tickets necessary to purchase it.
Shelby claimed the “Caddy Costume” punishment for 20 tickets, meaning that she will be wearing a caddy costume and carry around a set of golf clubs for one week.
Alex claimed the “19th Hole” punishment for 30 tickets, meaning that she will not be seeing straight in her next HoH competition.
Danielle claimed the “Water Hazard” punishment for 35 tickets, meaning that she will have to fish golf balls out of the swimming pool for the next week whenever Big Brother tells her to do so.
Scott claimed the “Sand Trapped” punishment for 25 tickets, meaning that he will be stuck in the sand trap for the next 24 hours.
Monte was left with the “Missed The Cut” punishment, meaning that he cannot compete in the next veto competition.

HoH Competition - “BB Barcode" (Day 15)
Each line of the barcode is broken up into several pieces, each with a unique number. The goal of the competition is to be the first houseguest to identify which piece of the barcode is the longest. The game will be played in 15 minute rounds. At any time during the round, you may give an answer. You may only give one answer per round. If you answer incorrectly, you must sit out until the next round.

Scott received the “Pick-A-Veto” care package. Scott will get to choose which veto the houseguests will compete for during this week’s veto competition. The options are as follows:
Double Veto: Each of the top two finishers in the competition will receive a Power of Veto.
Diamond Power of Veto: The winner of this veto will be able to choose the replacement nominee.
Boomerang Veto: The holder of the veto can use it twice in the same veto ceremony.

The houseguests will battle in head to head matchups. The goal of each match is to finish the puzzle faster than your opponent. The first player to place their ring on the answer post with the correct answer will win the round and eliminate their opponent from the competition. You will be eliminated if you put your ring on the answer post and have an incorrect puzzle.

When the competition starts, balls will rain down from above. Inside some of the balls will be tokens. For each token that you bring to Paul, you will get one attempt at making the perfect shot. Paul will accept up to 10 tokens at a time from one player. If someone else is shooting, you must wait in line before redeeming your tokens. You are allowed to talk to other players and to give your tokens to another player if you so choose. As punishment from the "Veto Fore Sale" competition, Alex has to wear beer goggles while competing.

Once the horn sounds, you must climb across the wall and uncover at least one of the facts. Once you uncover one or more of the facts, you may return to the platform to retrieve an answer tile. You may only retrieve one answer tile at a time. You must stay on the wall or platform at all times. Each time you touch the ground, you will hear a buzzer which means a three minute penalty will be added to your time. The person to have all of the tiles correctly placed and buzz in the fastest time will win the Power of Veto. The houseguests will have up to 30 minutes to complete the competition. If after 30 minutes you have not completed the competition, you will be disqualified.

Clementine’s three favourite possessions are a rattle, a hairbrush and her doll. One at a time, the houseguests will search for Clementine’s hairbrush, rattle and doll, then they must place them in the chest. The houseguest to do so in the fastest time will win the Power of Veto.

The houseguests will compete one at a time. The memory wall photos of two houseguests have been morphed together to make a new yearbook photo. Your goal is to identify the two houseguests in each of the seven photos in the fastest time. The person to do so will become the new HoH.

Veto Competition - “Balance Of Power” (Day 41)

The goal is to carry balls across a balance beam and get them into the score containers on the other side. You must load two balls into the centre of your clear tube. Once both balls are inside of the tube, you may walk across the balance beam to the other side. You must deposit the balls into the first of three score containers, then return to the other side by walking across the balance beam. You will then retrieve two more balls. Each score container holds 10 balls. Once you fill the first container with 10 balls and walk back across your beam, those balls are locked and you may move onto the next container. Drop a ball that is in play or touch the ground and any balls in your unlocked container must be reset. The first player to fill all three of their containers and return across the beam to their platform will win the Power of Veto.

The goal of the competition is to use four mirrors to reflect the laser beam around the obstacles so it hits the target. The houseguests to correctly solve the laser puzzle and then hit the button with the fastest time wins. You will have 20 minutes to complete the competition. If after 20 minutes you have not completed the competition, you will be disqualified.

It was said that Shelby’s mirror broke at the 7:23 mark. Due to that, Big Brother said Jason and Shelby will face off against each other to determine who will become the new HoH.
HoH Competition - “It’s Time To Reflect” (Day 44)
Jason and Shelby will compete head to head in a new laser puzzle with a new solution. The same rules still apply. The laser beam must reflect off of all four mirrors and hit the square target. There is no time limit for you to complete the puzzle.

Your goal is to create one path of dominoes that stretches from the start circle to the end circle. You may build your path however you like. Once your path is complete, start a chain reaction by knocking over your first domino. You will be successful if your dominoes then fall over and the final one lands in the finish circle. Your dominoes must pass through three answer gates, each marked with a question and two answers. You will set the dominoes through the path of the gate that you believe to be the correct answer. For each question that you answer incorrectly, three minutes will be added to your time. The houseguests with the lowest time will win the Power of Veto.

HoH Competition - “Keep You Posted” (Day 50)
The goal is to be the last houseguest standing on one of your posts. Before the endurance portion of the game, you will be asked seven questions to which the answer will be either “males” or “females”. Once all seven questions have been asked, you will move onto the endurance portion of the competition. You will start on the largest post. After five minutes, the answer to the first question will be revealed. If you answered incorrectly, you must move forward to the smaller post in front of you. This will continue until all seven answers have been revealed. From there, you will move forward one post every five minutes until you reach the smallest post. The last houseguest standing will become the new HoH.

Justin received the “Final Four Challenge” care package. The care package gives him the opportunity to earn safety this week and advance directly to the Final 4. In order to become safe, Justin must complete an individual challenge that Big Brother has prepared for him. If he fails, Justin can be nominated and can be evicted this week.
Final Four Challenge (Day 52)
Justin’s Final 4 challenge is that he has to walk across a slack line. He has two hours to practice. Once the practice time is over, he will get one official attempt to make it across the slack line and advance directly to the Final 4.
Justin successfully completed the challenge and therefore he will advance directly to the Final 4.

The houseguests will compete one at a time. The goal is to race through the maze to find three ears of corn inside. You must then race through the exit and hit the red button not he on the outside. The houseguests who does so in the fastest time will win the Power of Veto.

Veto Ceremony (Day 56)
Jason used the Power of Veto on himself. Morgan nominated Shelby as the replacement nominee.
Eviction (Day 57)
Shelby was evicted by a vote of 2-0.

Votes to evict Kryssie (0): None.
HoH Competition - “Uphill Battle” (Day 57)
In the final HoH competition of the season, the houseguests will not only be battling for a spot in the Final 3 but also for the ability to bring one other houseguest along with them to the finale. The remaining two houseguests will battle against each other in the final competition of the season. The loser will be immediately evicted.
Each houseguest will play on their own game board. Each of the game boards has the same question on it. To answer the question, select the correct colour coded balls and manoeuvre them up the game board in the correct answer pockets. You will need to place one ball at a time on the bar, then use the ropes to guide the bar up the board. Once you have filled all of the answer pockets, buzz in to see if you are correct. The first person to correctly complete their game board will become the final HoH.
Jason won HoH.
Final 3 Ceremony (Day 60)
Jason chose to bring Kryssie to the Final 3, meaning that Justin and Morgan will have to compete for the final spot.
Final Competition - “End Of The Road” (Day 63)
Justin and Morgan will battle to see who will sit next to Jason and Kryssie on finale night. You must match the photos of the nine evicted houseguests to the correct clues in order to solve the puzzle. You may only carry one photo at a time through the obstacles. Once you think you have all of the photos matched to the correct clues, hit the button to see if you are right. If you are, you will advance to the Final 3.
Morgan won the competition. Morgan will advance to the Final 3.
Eviction (Day 63)
After losing the competition, Justin was evicted from the Big Brother house.
Eviction (Day 65)
With the fewest votes to win, Kryssie was evicted from the Big Brother house.
Winner Reveal (Day 65)
It was revealed that America voted for Morgan to win Big Brother: Over The Top.
Morgan won the $250,000 grand prize. Jason received the $25,000 second place prize.
