Big Brother: Over The Top Day 19 - Scott nominates Kryssie and Neeley
October 16, 2016
10:00-11:00 AM: Scott spoke to Jason about Shane telling him that Shelby needs to be the one to go this week. Scott said so many people are already after Shelby so it would be dumb of him to make that move. Jason said Shane will say whatever he can because he is nervous. Jason said he wouldn’t even use his HoH to take out Shelby. Jason explained that he can put up with Shelby more so than others in the house. Later, Danielle, Kryssie and Shane spoke outside. Kryssie mentioned Scott telling Shane that he heard he is after Alex. Shane said he admitted to it and said he is after Shelby as well. Shane said he doesn’t care anymore since Scott is a douchebag. Shane said he plans to mess with Scott’s brain if Scott is going to try to backdoor him.
11:00-12:00 PM: Scott spoke to Shelby about the conversation that he had with Shane last night. Scott said Danielle was complaining about the blanket situation, which led to Shane saying that Shelby has got to go. Shelby asked what kind of a game they are playing if they want to waste an HoH over blankets. Scott told Shelby that he is going to save her last tonight. He explained that they have done a good job thus far of not letting people know how tight they are. He also wanted the other side to have hope that Shelby may be going on the block until the last minute. Not long after. Danielle talked about Shelby asking why she hid the blankets. Danielle said both Alex and Shelby had two blankets on their beds so it should not matter what she does with hers. Danielle said Shelby acts like a 16 year old. Shane said Shelby acts like an alien and he does not know why any guy would want to go out with her. Danielle said no guy does want to go out with Shelby, which is why she is single and came on Big Brother to find a showmance. Justin said Shelby will not find a showmance unless it’s with Scott, though he does not want Scott to do that.
2:00-3:00 PM: Alex and Scott spoke up in the HoH room. Alex said Neeley is so hot and cold with her, but she would love to get on Neeley’s good side. Scott said Neeley is one of the people he is most afraid of and that’s why he wants to make sure he makes a deal with her. Scott discussed making a five person alliance with Alex, Jason, Justin and Neeley. Scott said they could try to convince that group that Shelby is one of the weakest competitors and it would be a waste to take her out. If they are committed to taking Shelby out, Scott said they can break away and make a big move. Scott said they need to keep Shelby close and keep her in the game. Alex agreed and said Shelby is someone who will always keep the heat off of them. Scott said they can break the deal once the others are ready to turn on Shelby. Alex figures that the time will come soon. Scott said he had a good talk with Jason and even he does not want to take out Shelby if he wins HoH. Alex said she legitimately believes that Shelby would stick with them throughout the entire game. Scott agreed. Alex said Shelby is so underestimated because nobody takes the time to get to know her. Scott called Shelby a secret weapon and suggested that “Secret Weapon” might be a cool alliance name for the three of them. Alex said she likes the idea of the three of them having a thing. Alex told Scott she does like the idea of making a four or five person alliance and she does think it’s smart to include Jason in it. Alex said Jason is controlling the other side of the house. Alex mentioned that Kryssie and Neeley seem to be getting annoyed with Danielle lately. She thought that those two might be done with Danielle if Shane leaves this week. Scott said Danielle will attach herself to Jason even more so if Shane leaves. Alex asked if Danielle is going to be the target if Shane saves himself. Scott said yeah. Scott pointed out that it would suck if Danielle is America’s nominee and Shane wins the veto. They both agreed that the odds of that happening are slim. Alex threw Whitney’s name out there as a good candidate to fly under the radar until the end since she is the most well liked by the other side. Scott said nobody is going to see Shelby as a Final 2 threat. Alex said Morgan is not a Final 2 threat either. Looking ahead to next week, Scott told Alex that she could nominate Danielle and Kryssie if she wins HoH, because it would not break her word to either side of the house.
5:00-6:00 PM: Outside, Jason and Shane discussed the girls from the other side. Both agreed that Morgan has the best social game of the bunch. Jason said Shelby and Whitney don’t talk any game. Shane said he would target Alex first and then go after Whitney. He mentioned Whitney just smiles and has her little accent. Jason said it’s a smokescreen. Shane said there is something about Whitney that they do not know about. He suggested that “they” know what it is since it’s the reason that she made it into the house. Jason said it could just be due to her accent since he was chosen for that reason. Alex let Shelby know that Scott wants the three of them to be a tight threesome. She told Shelby about the “Secret Weapon” alliance name that Scott proposed.
7:00-8:00 PM: The second safety ceremony of the week took place. In order, Scott saved Morgan, Shane, Danielle and Shelby. Scott nominated Kryssie and Neeley for eviction. Scott then came outside where everyone was gathered. He told Neeley that he respects her, he thinks she is strong and he thinks she will crush the veto competition tomorrow. As for Kryssie, Scott said they are both mental giants but have different approaches to the game. After Scott went inside, Kryssie said she has a different approach to the game than Scott does because she does not want strangers going through her underwear. Kryssie said Scott came up with a petty reason because he couldn’t think of a good reason to dislike her. Neeley was heated about all of the girls coming outside for the safety ceremony. Kryssie said they wanted to watch and gloat. Neeley said it pissed her off. Jason figured that the girls knew Scott was going to make a speech and therefore they wanted to be outside for it. Kryssie circled back to Scott making a “personal dig” at her in his speech. Shane said they have to pray that America’s nominee does not come down. Danielle said they have to pray that America’s nominee is from the other side of the house. Scott asked Kryssie if she would like to go upstairs to talk for a second. Kryssie said no thank you. She told him that he can say it out in the open if he wants to talk to her. She then headed back outside. Inside, Morgan asked Alex, Shelby and Whitney if Kryssie still does not realize that she is not the target. Morgan said Kryssie takes it so personally.
8:00-9:00 PM: Up in the HoH room, Scott told Justin that Kryssie and Neeley will both be safe this week if things go the way they should. Justin said they definitely don’t know that since Kryssie thinks that she is going home. Scott said he does not want to waste his HoH on Kryssie. Scott confirmed that he plans to choose the Double Veto tomorrow, meaning that two vetoes will be up for grabs. Scott talked about the comment Kryssie made that he is a disgrace to the show. Scott pointed out that she has only watched two seasons of the show. Scott also said Kryssie did not make an effort to talk to him before nominations. As for Neeley, Scott said he feels bad about nominating her but she is just a pawn. Jason and Justin then talked things over. Jason said now is not the time to turn on Danielle and Shane. He explained to Justin that they need to wait another week or two since it is a numbers game. Justin worried about Danielle or Shane becoming HoH and targeting him. Jason said he is steering the ship and will not let that happen. Jason said Danielle and Shane are the perfect meat shield for them and that is why they need to leave them in for now. Jason said they just have to make sure that America’s nominee stays on the block because they will then have four votes if all goes according to plan.
10:00-11:00 PM: Out back, Jason and Kryssie discussed that Whitney is playing a really good game. Danielle said Whitney is not showing her cards right now. Jason said Whitney is a closed book but will be a problem once she opens that book. Danielle suggested targeting Whitney if Alex or Scott win the veto next week. Jason said one of them would still have to go but Whitney can be the pawn. Jason said Scott is nothing without Alex. They agreed that Alex is running the other side. Jason thinks that Justin will be the one running Scott if Alex were to leave. Kryssie said she has faith that America will nominate someone from the other side. Jason said he has faith in it as well. Neeley said she hopes the other side is shaking in their boots because one of them is going up tomorrow. Shane said they are. Neeley added that they better be. Danielle said they never feel like that because they think that they are invincible. Kryssie said the other side spends all of their time celebrating and gloating no matter what. Up in the HoH room, Scott said at this point he is sure that America is not going to give them a good nomination. Alex assumed it would be either her or Shelby on the block. Shelby asked Scott it he would prefer Kryssie to leave over Neeley if the nominations somehow stay the same. Scott said he honestly wouldn’t care but the other side would vote Kryssie out.
11:00-12:00 AM: In the bathroom, Kryssie told Shelby that she knows she is being pawned but Scott should have manned up and told her that he was pawning her. Kryssie said Scott’s speech was uncalled for and against the rules. Shelby asked how it was against the rules. Kryssie said Scott knew she almost quit yesterday over the laundry thing, so bringing it up in front of everyone is considered baiting her to quit. Shelby said she doesn’t think it was that. Shelby then filled Alex in on what Kryssie said. Alex said Kryssie is crazy and unstable, and she is worried about her sanity. Shelby said it’s Big Brother and all that Scott said is Kryssie doesn’t handle social situations well.
