Big Brother: Over The Top Day 33 - Danielle nominates Shelby and Whitney

October 30, 2016

12:00-1:00 PM: Danielle asked Jason about nominating Shelby and Whitney instead of Morgan and Shelby. Jason asked if it really matters. Jason said Morgan might be the smarter move because she is a better competitor. Danielle said Morgan has a better shot at winning the veto than Whitney does. Danielle told Jason that she wants to see if Alex and Scott will give her any info in terms of who they are more likely to vote out between Morgan and Whitney. Jason figured that it would be Morgan. Danielle said Justin feels close with Whitney but at least Morgan came and said something to her. Danielle said Morgan told her that this is not a game about making friends but she worries about people saying “I can’t believe you did that to your friend”. Danielle told Jason that she understands where Morgan was coming from when she decided to take Neeley out, because she had the same fears about Neeley. Jason said his fear is that if they pull America’s Nominee down and Shelby and Whitney are nominated, they will lose Whitney. Jason said that’s the second best case scenario but he believes that getting Morgan out is the best case scenario. However, Jason said he will support whatever Danielle wants to do. Danielle’s concern about nominating Morgan is that she would then become a target for Morgan moving forward if she does not leave, when she currently does not think that Morgan is targeting her. Jason said Morgan will likely come after him and Kryssie before Danielle regardless. Jason also argued that keeping Whitney around will make it easier to keep Justin in line. That being said, Jason said it would be easier for him to compete against Whitney if he ends up being America’s Nominee. Danielle then asked Scott to speak. She said she trusts him to be honest with her more than anyone on the other side. Danielle admitted that she is torn when it comes to who to nominate. Danielle explained that her alliance is wanting one thing and she is not sure that it is best for her game. Danielle assured Scott that she is not planning on nominating him or Alex. Scott said he doesn’t care which of the others leave then. Danielle, talking about Whitney, said that she feels like this is the week to get a certain person out. Danielle said a person in her alliance is closest to that person and they are almost 100% certain to not be voting this week. Scott correctly guessed that she was talking about Justin. Danielle said that they should take advantage of the chance to get America’s sweetheart out. Danielle pointed out that Whitney knows the game well and has played a very smart social game. Scott said there are people in Danielle’s alliance who have a vested interest in keeping Whitney around but it is not necessarily best for Danielle. Danielle agreed. In the bathroom, Whitney asked who Alex would send home if it came down to someone on their side. Alex said she would save all of the girls over Scott. Whitney said Scott is likely to win the game but he is likely not even going to be a nominee. Alex didn’t think that he would go on the block either unless America were to nominate him. Alex said Scott will win the game if he gets to the end and Shelby will make it to the end because people are going to take her there. Whitney think that people may be scared about her and Morgan cause they have not yet received a care package. Whitney asked what if Jason ends up going up. Alex said then he had better win the veto if he wants to save himself. Alex told Whitney that she thinks they need to act on the chance to get Jason out if America gives it to them.

1:00-2:00 PM: Outside, Jason spoke to Alex and Scott about the upcoming nominations. Jason asked if they have a preference as to who the nominee is. Scott told Jason what he had told Danielle previously. Alex said she thinks that she will be on the block. Jason swore that it wont be her. Jason said Danielle is not even looking to backdoor them as long as they guarantee that they will keep him safe. Alex assured Jason that he is safe. Jason asked who Alex would rather have on the block out of Morgan and Whitney. Alex said that in terms of end game, one of those two would 100% win and the other one does not have a chance. Alex added that America’s sweetheart has a lot of ties with a lot of people in the house. All three agreed that Whitney is a threat to win the game. Jason agreed that nominating Whitney may be the smart thing to do. Alex asked if Danielle’s goal is just to get one of the girls out. Jason said she is more so focused on getting either Morgan or Whitney out. Jason said that eliminating Morgan or Whitney would mean that his side will get two care packages instead of one. Jason let Alex and Scott know that he would use the care package to help them as well as himself if he were to get one. Jason said he wants to make the deal as good as possible in hope of Alex and Scott keeping their end of it, meaning that he is on board with it being Whitney over Morgan.

2:00-3:00 PM: Danielle and Jason continued their earlier discussion about who the second nominee should be. Danielle said she is thinking Whitney because Justin likely cannot vote this week and now is their chance to get her out. Jason said that Alex and Scott are more likely to vote Whitney out than Morgan. Jason also said that Morgan is less likely to win the game and less likely to receive a care package than Whitney is. Jason told Danielle that he thinks nominating Whitney is the best idea. Danielle said Justin can say he did not have anything to do with it. If Whitney wins the veto, Jason said they can then nominate Morgan in her place. Danielle and Jason discussed that they are both not well liked by America. Jason explained that it would be his best move to go to the end with Danielle and Kryssie as opposed to going with Justin. They both agreed that America adores Justin and he would be tough to beat. Danielle said Shane told her not to be afraid to make the move against Justin.

3:00-4:00 PM: Justin asked Jason if anything is new game wise. Jason let him know that Danielle is trying to figure out who to nominate out of Morgan and Whitney. Jason said that based on talking to the people who will likely vote, it sounds like it is best to nominate Whitney. Justin was disappointed to hear that, saying Whitney is the only girl he has any loyalty with on that side. Jason said he knows and he would prefer to work with Whitney over the other girls too.

4:00-5:00 PM: Jason told Justin that he hopes Whitney can save herself this week so that they can force it to be Morgan’s time to go. Justin mentioned that he could use the veto on Whitney if he wins it, ensuring that Morgan leaves. Jason told Justin that he should do that if he can. Justin then said they need either Alex or Scott to go next week. Jason agreed. He told Justin that he plans to nominate them both if he wins HoH. Jason explained that he will use those two this week since they need them, then one of them has got to go next week. Jason said he doesn’t want to give up Whitney this week and he would like to find a way to make it Morgan instead. Danielle joined them. Jason let her know that he told Justin about the potential change of plans. Once Kryssie joined as well, they talked about getting Alex or Scott out next week. Danielle said Alex would have been her target this week had they been in control of the votes. Justin said he prefers to have Alex leave over Scott because she is the mastermind.

5:00-6:00 PM: Justin warned Whitney that she is now being targeted over Morgan. Justin said they prefer to get her out because they think she can win competitions and Morgan cannot. Whitney pointed out that she has not yet won one. Justin told Whitney that Danielle is doing what Alex and Scott want because she wants to keep the America’s Nominee if it is someone from their side.

6:00-7:00 PM: Morgan let Alex know that Shelby is getting suspicious of Alex and Jason talking, and Whitney is getting suspicious of Alex, Scott and Shelby. Alex said she needs to talk to Shelby because Jason filled her in on what is going on. Alex let Morgan know that she and Whitney are the targets but they are trying to get Whitney out over her. Alex said she is in a tricky position because Jason pulled her in with Scott cause they are grouping them together. Alex said she is more loyal to Morgan and Shelby than to Jason and Scott. Alex explained that Danielle wants Morgan and Whitney out because they have not yet received a care package. Alex said she is blowing her game trying to protect Morgan. Alex said she didn’t want to mention any names but she had no choice in order to protect Morgan.

7:00-8:00 PM: The second safety ceremony of the week took place. Danielle saved Scott, Morgan and Alex in that order. Danielle nominated Shelby and Whitney for eviction. Alex told the Ball Smashers that she was not expecting that. Whitney said she thought that she would be the America’s Nominee. Alex figures that it will now be Kryssie. Shelby said she thinks that Alex is still the target. Whitney disagreed, saying she thinks that she is the target. Alex said Danielle probably wanted to do something unexpected to shake them up. Whitney asked Scott what he would with the veto if he won it and Jason was America’s Nominee. Scott said he would probably not use it since they would have the numbers to vote Jason out. Elsewhere, Alex let Shelby know that Jason said neither of them are the target this week. She said Danielle wants Morgan or Whitney to go since they have not yet received a care package. Shelby told Alex that she is considering letting Jason vote this week because she needs to stay. Shelby asked Alex if she should pick her if she gets houseguest’s choice. Alex said yeah because she will pull Shelby down 100%.

8:00-9:00 PM: Alex spoke to Whitney and told her that she doesn’t think she is the target. Whitney disagreed and said it will never be Shelby. The girls agreed that America’s Nominee is likely to be someone from their side because they both have a bad feeling about it. Alex told Whitney that she is in the best position since they would use the veto on her and so would Justin and Kryssie. Whitney pointed out that Justin and Kryssie would not do that if Jason is on the block. In the bedroom, Shelby asked Scott if he would use the veto on her. Scott said he would but he would be worried that Alex would be the replacement nominee. He said they would have the numbers to keep her anyway though. Scott brought up the conversation from yesterday in which he told Shelby that he would vote her out over Alex. Scott said he wants to be in the Final 3 with them. Shelby said he told her that he would vote her out. Scott said it would be nice if the three of them could come up with an alliance name. Shelby said we’ll see about that since Scott said he would vote her out. Shelby then went to Alex and told her that Scott hesitated when she asked him if he would use the veto on her. She also let Alex know that Scott said they should come up with an alliance name. Shelby said she doesn’t want one since Scott is telling her that he would 100% pick Alex over her. Alex said she has never told Scott that they are ride or die, so he is hurting her game by telling people things like that. Alex feels as though Scott is trying to be the knight in shining armour and it’s not good for their games. Shelby said she does not trust Scott and she would pick Morgan over him. They agreed that Scott is placing them before the rest of the people in the house, though Shelby said it’s awkward being in an alliance with someone who blatantly puts another person before you. In the bathroom, Whitney told Morgan that she thinks Scott is up to something. Whitney questioned why she is being targeted over Alex and Scott when they are one is Scott’s mind. Whitney said Scott told her that he would not use the veto. Morgan figured that he is trying to stay in the good graces of the other side. Morgan said nobody should pick Scott to play in the veto competition if given the choice.
