Big Brother: Over The Top Day 39
November 5, 2016
12:00-1:00 PM: Jason let Danielle and Kryssie know that he has been trying to convince Shelby to nominate Whitney because she is the least likely to win the veto. Danielle said she doesn’t get why Whitney is so scared to be nominated. Jason said she is not as scared as Alex is. Jason mentioned that Shelby believes the final care package is going to be a guaranteed spot in the Final 3. Jason doesn’t think that it will be that good. Jason said Shelby expects Morgan to get the final care package. Kryssie said it wont happen if Morgan goes home. Jason doesn’t think that there will be any care packages during the double eviction. Jason and Kryssie spoke alone. Jason revealed a piece of information that Shelby gave him that he found interesting. Jason said Justin has been telling the other side that he is throwing the competitions. He then said the other side is also thinking that Justin is someone they cannot go to the end with. Jason let Kryssie know that Shelby sees her as an emotional player and they think it’s dumb of her to want to take deserving people to the end. Jason said he was telling Kryssie that he wants someone who needs the money to win the game, basically saying he would like to see her in the Final 3 with Kryssie and himself.
1:00-2:00 PM: This week’s have-not reveal took place. The houseguests were informed that America did not vote this week since there were only three options. Alex, Danielle and Morgan were the only three houseguests eligible to be have-nots. Those three will be the final have-nots of the season. Afterwards, Morgan told Alex that America’s Nominee is going to be even more stressful now. Alex said it’s going to be completely up in the air since they did not get any information out of the have-not reveal. Alex told Shelby that if she nominates Whitney, there is a chance the other side would pull her down over Danielle. Alex called Whitney their best bargaining chip for getting Danielle out. Outside, Kryssie told Jason that he is the only person she picked to go to the end with. Aside from him, she said the third person has been rotating. Jason said both of their options, Danielle and Justin, are not good people to take as a third. Kryssie agreed. Back inside, the sisters continued to discuss the options for nominations. Morgan said Whitney is their best bet since others may take her off of the block. Alex thinks that this week will come down to whether or not Whitney votes with them, as they need her vote in order to get someone from the other side out unless America’s Nominee comes from that side. Alex told Morgan that she Shelby wont deserve to win the game if she turns on her. Alex was worried because Justin and Whitney were up in the HoH room with Shelby. Alex said Shelby seems to be shifting towards Morgan now. Morgan said it makes sense since she is still eligible to receive a care package. Meanwhile, Whitney asked Shelby if she got a chance to talk to Jason. Shelby said all they talked about is that they want to take out someone who is going to win the game. Shelby said it’s great that everyone is in agreement about taking Danielle out. Shelby said she isn’t sure who she will nominate yet. Whitney said she thinks there is a good possibility that she is America’s Nominee if she isn’t on the block already. Shelby said Jason seems to want her to nominate Alex but she isn’t sure about that. Shelby said she wants to se if she can make deals with Justin and Kryssie to voting Danielle out over whoever she nominates. Whitney admitted to being scared of going up because she has not yet won a competition. Whitney pointed out that Alex is a strong competitor but she doesn’t know if she would volunteer to go up. Whitney mentioned that there has been a divide between her and Alex ever since Danielle used the veto on her. Shelby admitted that they thought Whitney made a deal with the other side. Whitney explained that the only deal she made was to vote Scott out if Danielle saved her. Whitney said she campaigned to have the veto used on her because she thought there was a possibility she would go home since Alex and Scott were tight. Whitney said she feels as though she is in a weird position with the Ball Smashers now, but she doesn’t want them to think that she threw anyone under the bus. Outside, Alex told Morgan that she doesn’t believe the other side actually wants Danielle out. Alex thinks that it’s too good to be true. She expects that Jason will try to trick Shelby into thinking that he wants Danielle out, then they will blindside her.
2:00-3:00 PM: Up in the HoH room, Whitney told Shelby that no one said Alex would vote her out so she may just be being paranoid. However, Whitney said it felt like deals were being made behind her back so she had to make a deal to vote Scott out. Justin made his way into the conversation. Shelby confronted him about saying that he would be after her if he won HoH. Justin said he was just talking crap with Morgan and he didn’t mean it. Justin told Shelby that he is actually gunning after Alex and Morgan in the double eviction. Shelby said Justin very well could be just saying that even though he is after her. Justin promised that he is not after Shelby. He pinky promised her. They discussed what would happen if Danielle remains on the block. Justin said Danielle would definitely go home. Shelby asked if Justin would vote her out. Justin said yeah. Whitney said that she too believes Danielle would leave. Shelby said her ideal situation is to have Danielle go home. Justin said Jason is beefing with Danielle. After the talk wrapped up, Justin let his side of the house know that he said Danielle and Jason have beef. Whitney said Shelby might really nominate Alex. Danielle said it doesn’t matter who goes up since she will be winning the veto. Justin told Danielle that he said he would vote her out but he is not going to do it. Whitney said Justin was a bad liar and she could see through what he was saying to Shelby. Justin said he encouraged Shelby to leave Whitney off the block. Danielle asked why. She explained to Justin that they want Whitney on the block because she will not be nominated by America. Danielle also said she doesn’t want to have to compete against Alex in the veto competition. Justin let Danielle know that he will use the veto on her if he wins it. Morgan headed upstairs to find out what Justin and Whitney were talk to Shelby about. Shelby said she made Justin say he wouldn’t come after her during a double eviction since he will now be staying this week. Shelby said it may be in their best interest for Justin to stay and Danielle to go. Morgan and Shelby discussed nominating Whitney. Shelby expects Whitney to be mad but said there is almost no chance she goes home. If Alex is on the block, Morgan said there is a good chance that people will flip and vote her out. Shelby agreed that it has to be Whitney going up since Danielle will leave of her. Morgan said she would like to think that Whitney is still loyal to them. Shelby said Whitney will be loyal to them if they have power, which is what they need because they don’t have anything better. Morgan said Alex needs to talk to Whitney in order to clear the air. Shelby asked Morgan if it’s best for Morgan’s game to have that happen. Morgan suggested that it is since it’s best for their alliance.
3:00-4:00 PM: Alex joined Morgan and Shelby in the HoH room. Shelby suggested that Alex talk to Whitney. Morgan said Whitney thinks that Alex and Scott were gunning for her. Alex said she thought that they already clear the air when they spoke to Whitney with Scott. Morgan told Alex that it’s better to talk to her one on one. Morgan said Alex should let Whitney know that the Ball Smashers alliance is her number one priority. The girls then discussed that nominating Whitney is their best option. Alex thinks that Justin and Kryssie would save Whitney over Danielle. Alex said she could see Whitney playing the middle all the way to the Final 3. Shelby said that’s another reason why it’s good for her to be on the block since it’s not the worst thing if she ends up going home. Alex said Whitney will not leave over Danielle, so they just need to make sure that Danielle does not win the veto. Alex and Morgan headed out to the hammock to talk. Morgan suggested that Alex stop saying she wants to target Jason so much. Morgan said Shelby is going to want to keep Jason around because she thinks that Jason would take the two of them to the finale. Morgan agreed with Alex that Jason needs to go but it doesn’t need to be now since he cannot receive another care package. Morgan let Alex know that Shelby does not want her to go and she wants to keep her around because she will always be a bigger threat than her. Morgan assured Alex that Shelby is not turning on her and she wants to nominate Whitney. Morgan said Shelby brought up that she would be a good person to go to the end with. Alex asked if Shelby said who she would take to the Final 3. Morgan said that she did not other than hinting that she would want to take her. Alex said Justin and Kryssie are going to take their friends to the end while Danielle and Jason will take the people they can beat. Morgan said she wonders if she would have a fighting chance in the Final 3. Alex thinks that Morgan would. Alex said Morgan’s best shot is going with Kryssie and Shelby. Morgan thinks Shelby is thinking the same thing. Alex said her dream Final 3 is with Morgan and Shelby, though it will be very difficult to make it happen.
4:00-5:00 PM: Alex told Morgan that the worst case scenario is if America’s nominates one of them nominated as America’s Nominee. She explained that Justin and Kryssie would be unlikely to use the veto on Whitney if they knew that one of them would then be going on the block. Alex said they would likely leave Whitney on the block and evict America’s Nominee. Morgan said they might evict Danielle. Alex doesn’t think that they would. She said that if one of them goes on the block, the other one has to be picked to play in the veto competition. If Danielle wins the veto, Alex said Jason would nominate whichever one of them is not on the block.
5:00-6:00 PM: Jason told Danielle and Justin that Shelby really believes that Danielle is the target. Jason said he must be a really good actor. Jason thinks that Shelby will nominate Whitney because she does not want to put up a big threat. Justin asked what they will do if Alex wins the veto and does not use it. Jason said they would then vote America’s Nominee out. However, Jason expects Alex to be America’s Nominee. Danielle worried that she would end up leaving. Jason assured Danielle that she is not going anywhere. Jason said “big risk, big reward”. Jason said all that Shelby is doing is pushing Whitney further away and closer to them. Justin said Alex needs to go this week. Jason said that’s his goal and he has a speech ready for her.
7:00-8:00 PM: This first safety ceremony of the week took place. Shelby saved Morgan and Jason saved Kryssie. They will each save one more houseguest tomorrow. The remaining two houseguests will be nominated for eviction. Alex and Morgan chatted while playing a game of pool. Alex said that Shelby had better be planning on saving her tomorrow. Morgan said she thinks that Shelby will. Alex found it weird that Shelby didn’t let them know who she was saving tonight. She said that she always included Shelby in her decision making yet Shelby doesn’t seem to be including her. Alex said she didn’t want to be too present today in a sense that it seemed she was pressuring Shelby to make a certain decision. Alex said she would like to have more control of her future but she doesn’t have any right now when she is likely in trouble. Morgan said there is no point in thinking about it since there is nothing that she can do right now.
8:00-9:00 PM: Morgan told Alex that she thinks they need to make an effort to talk game with all four of the Ball Smashers tomorrow. Alex agreed. Alex said she thinks she needs to talk to Whitney even though it is unlikely to help anything. Alex said she is scared to talk game with Whitney because she worries that she will tell anything she says to the other side. Morgan thought it would seem more sketchy if they don’t talk game with Whitney.
10:00-11:00 PM: Jason told Justin that it will be so perfect to get Alex out before the double eviction. Jason said he knows that Danielle will not flip on them if she wins the double eviction HoH. Jason thinks they can use Danielle this week and then screw her over later. Justin asked who Jason would rather have around out of Danielle and Whitney. Jason said he would probably rather have Whitney there. Jason’s ideal scenario is to get Alex and Morgan out during the double eviction before turning on Danielle. Jason said he may feel more comfortable getting Whitney out once they are down to five and then take Shelby to the Final 4 with them. Jason and Justin told each other that they would love to get to the Final 3 together. They agreed that nobody can win against Whitney. Jason said that even if Shelby wins her way into the Final 3, she is likely going to get third place.
11:00-12:00 AM: Alex worried that they would be left to rely on Whitney’s vote this week. Shelby said she thinks that Whitney will indeed vote Danielle out if she gets the chance. Shelby told Alex that if Kryssie is America’s Nominee, she thinks Jason would use the veto on her over Danielle. Shelby said it really is good for Danielle to go since she is a threat to win. Shelby mentioned Whitney saying she took one for the team by going on the block during Kryssie’s HoH week. Alex said she did not take one for the team since she did it in order to not break her word and to secure her spot with the other side. The two discussed that they would still like to keep Whitney around for a while longer anyway. Alex and Shelby think that there is no scenario where Whitney goes home this week even if Shelby nominates her.
