Big Brother: Over The Top Day 40 - Danielle and Whitney are nominated
November 6, 2016
12:00-1:00 PM: Jason told Kryssie that Shelby is still saying that she will nominate Whitney but he does not believe her. Jason thinks that Shelby is going to nominate Alex and is lying to him just like the girls lie about which way they are going to vote all the time. Jason mentioned Justin asked him if they are going to turn on him. He figures that Shelby told Justin that he said Justin will have to go at some point. Jason said that he needs to be the one to win the veto if Danielle herself doesn’t, because Justin will probably want to save Whitney. Jason told Kryssie that she will then get nominated in Whitney’s place if Justin save Whitney. Jason thinks they would have the votes to keep Kryssie but he doesn’t want it to come down to her being on the block. Jason told Kryssie that Whitney is a very smart player. He explained that Shelby gave him more information than Whitney did even though they save Whitney. Jason said it showed that Whitney’s loyalty will always be to the girls. Jason said Shelby is a better strategist than she comes off as, Morgan doesn’t know what show she is on, and Alex is playing so hard that she has no personality and no fun. Jason hoped that nominating Danielle would guarantee Alex or Morgan are America’s Nominee, though he said they would at least have an extra veto player if it’s one of their own.
1:00-2:00 PM: Jason told Danielle, Justin and Whitney that Shelby thinks the final care package will be a guaranteed Final 3 spot. Jason doesn’t think it will be that. He said Shelby is just trying to find ways to get Morgan to the end because she is the only person she thinks that she can beat. Justin said they will get Morgan out this week. Jason said the ideal scenario would be getting Alex and Morgan out during the double eviction. Jason told the group that he will be calling “rigged” if tomorrow’s veto competition is gymnastics based and Alex and Morgan are flipping around the backyard. Jason laughed and said he will throw a fit and get “Chima’d” out. Whitney said she thinks she will go up today but Shelby said she doesn’t know for sure. Jason said he thinks that Shelby will nominate Alex. Whitney said she will probably be America’s Nominee over Morgan. All of the other disagreed. Jason told Whitney that she has been playing the game while Morgan is not that good. Danielle and Jason assured Whitney that they will have the votes to get America’s Nominee out.
3:00-4:00 PM: Danielle told Jason and Kryssie that she heard Shelby make a comment about her from the other room. She said that Shelby made a comment like “good job Danielle. Way to make it about you”. Danielle said she is fine with her side making those comments but not with Shelby making one. Jason said all that Shelby is there for is to go talk about people in the other room. Danielle said she cannot stand Shelby and she cannot take it anymore. Danielle said she is praying that America nominates someone from the other side. Jason thinks that the best case scenario is to have America nominate Morgan because Alex is then not guaranteed to play in the veto competition. Danielle said she knows for a fact that she can beat Morgan in anything. Danielle pointed out that Whitney will have no choice but to be loyal to them next week by default. Jason said she will have nowhere else to go if everything works out according to plan.
4:00-5:00 PM: Justin told Jason that it’s going to be hell if no one from their side wins the veto. Jason said it can work out in their favour even if Shelby wins. He explained that Shelby would likely nominate Justin in Whitney’s place, then Kryssie and Whitney can vote America’s Nominee out. Elsewhere, Shelby told Alex and Morgan that they could still get Justin out this week if America’s Nominee is someone from the other side. They then discussed that it may be best to get Danielle out since she has the better shot at winning the double eviction HoH competition. Shelby said Justin would then be someone to take out during the double eviction. Alex and Morgan agreed. Shelby considered that it may be smart to go after Jason. However, she said it’s best not to since he has received a care package already while Justin has not.
7:00-8:00 PM: The second safety ceremony of the week took place. Shelby made Alex safe and Jason made Justin safe. Shelby then claimed Whitney as her nominee. Jason was left to claim Danielle with his. During his speech, Jason told Danielle that there comes a point in the game where you have to think about end game threats and competition beasts. Alex, Morgan and Shelby headed to the yoga room to discuss Jason’s speech. Alex said Jason made it seem like he was targeting Danielle. Morgan figured that Danielle was surprised for that reason. Outside, Justin told Jason that the plan really worked. Jason asked if he thinks that everyone is buying it. Justin said yes. Justin said he hopes that Morgan is America’s Nominee. Jason told Justin that they could then backdoor Alex. Alex and Morgan discussed that they are in trouble if America nominates them. Morgan said they would have to win the veto and save themselves. In the kitchen, Jason told Danielle that they can talk later if she wants. Danielle said no. Alex, Morgan and Shelby overheard it. Morgan thought that Danielle wouldn’t have been lying since there was no one out there to hear it. Jason then joined the girls to tell them what Danielle said. Shelby pulled Whitney aside to talk. Shelby said she is really sorry. Whitney told Shelby not to get upset about it. Shelby explained that there is no way that Whitney will go home since Justin will vote Danielle out over her and she would stay over Alex or Morgan if they are nominated by America. Both girls agreed that Alex or Morgan will likely be nominated. Shelby told Whitney that almost everyone will be playing for her in the veto competition. Whitney said she will trust the group, though she does not want it to end up like last week where Alex and Scott seemed to be trying to flip the vote. Shelby promised Whitney that Alex will not vote her out over Danielle. Whitney asked Shelby what she would do if she had to choose a replacement nominee. Shelby said it would be someone from the other side. Whitney said Justin could go up but they don’t have to vote him out. Shelby said they wouldn’t vote him out over Danielle. Shelby said she may even put Kryssie up in order to ensure that Danielle leaves. Whitney let Shelby know that Justin doesn’t seem to want her out. She said Justin would prefer to get Alex or Morgan out over her.
10:00-11:00 PM: Alex spoke to Whitney to clear the air. She said she never had an alliance with Scott even though others like Jason may be saying that. Alex told Whitney that Jason approached her and said he would get Danielle not to put her on the block as long as she keeps him if he is America’s Nominee. Alex explained that she then saw Jason and Scott talking and went to break it up, then Jason pulled her into the conversation and asked who she wants out between Morgan and Whitney. Alex said she told Jason that she will not throw anyone under the bus, but she thinks that Jason has probably twisted her words. Alex assured Whitney that the Ball Crushers and the only people she is loyal to. Alex told Whitney that she is 100% voting to keep Whitney. Alex let Whitney know that she will use the veto on her if she is not America’s Nominee. Whitney said she didn’t make any deals last week except for telling Danielle that she would vote Scott out. Whitney told Alex that she did it because she worried that Scott could manipulate his way into staying. Alex said she was trying to stay very neutral last week because she did not know who was going to end up on the block. Whitney said they have to remain loyal heading into tomorrow because she has a strong feeling that Alex or Morgan will be on the block. Alex agreed. Whitney said she felt as though she was in so much danger last week due to what Scott was saying. Whitney told Alex that she has no one but the girls since she knows that she is likely Justin’s third wheel.
