BBCAN3 Day 56 - Bruno is evicted; Sarah wins HoH
May 13, 2015
9:00-10:00 AM: Sarah and Brittnee discussed who should go first, Bruno or Zach. Sarah said that the girls wont even talk to them when Zach is around. She thought that Bruno wouldn’t be on a high horse any longer if Zach left. Sarah felt that the others wanted to take Zach to then. Brittnee questioned how many of them want to take Bruno. She said Godfrey, while Sarah said that Ashleigh probably wants to as well. Sarah said that it’s a toss up either way with Bruno and Zach. Brittnee agreed, saying that they both have a lot of pull. Brittnee felt that the girls would never smarten up, so it’s a lose-lose situation. Brittnee said that she doesn’t know why it hit her that Bruno needs to be the target. She said that both guys are obvious targets and the only difference is that Zach points out that she is a good player. Sarah suggested that Bruno would think the same. Brittnee said that Bruno has more of an issue with Sarah than with her, though he can manipulate so many people. Sarah said that maybe it’s best for Brittnee that Zach goes first, since Bruno is gunning for her and Zach is gunning for Brittnee.
Brittnee and Sarah said that the question is whether the girls would go to Bruno or to them. They said that Pilar doesn’t like Bruno but he is super persuasive. Brittnee said that her gut still says that Bruno has to go. Sarah said “go with your gut. I love that”. Brittnee said that she is a target no matter what, which Sarah agreed with. Sarah said that they would have Godfrey if Bruno goes, since he would have no other choice. Brittnee again said that Bruno has got to go next week. Brittnee asked Sarah if Ashleigh seemed sincere about going after Zach. Sarah said that Ashleigh would vote Zach out over Pilar but not over one of them. Sarah said that if Zach and Godfrey are gone and Ashleigh or Pilar win HoH, she is sure that they would put Bruno up. Brittnee pointed out that Bruno is so persuasive, while Sarah said that Zach is too and already has the girls on his side. Brittnee then mentioned that maybe they should get rid of Zach, though she was still worried that Bruno would get the girls on his side. Sarah said not to stress about it and encouraged Brittnee to do what her gut tells her, cause either way it’s the same thing.
10:00-11:00 AM: Brittnee spoke to Godfrey and asked him what he is going to do once she leaves. Godfrey said that he would nominate Zach and Ashleigh, which is the nomination that he has wanted to make since Week 3 or 4. Brittnee told Godfrey to be careful with Bruno. Godfrey said of course. He said that he is forced to work with Bruno but knows that he cannot trust him 100%, just like he cannot trust the other side 100%. He said that it comes down to the devil he knows or the devil he doesn’t know. Brittnee agreed and said that sometimes it’s better to dance with the devil you know. Sarah told Godfrey that Bruno is mad at her for trying to save Brittnee, but at least Godfrey understands and knows that she will do the same thing for him once Godfrey is her only person. Brittnee again said that her gut says not to trust Bruno. Godfrey said that Bruno was having a party with the others last night, talking about how Sarah went crazy on him. Sarah said that actions speak louder than words. Sarah pointed out that she was campaigning but wasn’t the one that gave the other side a veto or has been partying with them. Sarah said that it’s unfair. Godfrey agreed. Brittnee asked Godfrey what he thought Bruno would do if Godfrey and Zach were nominated. Godfrey said that his gut tells him that Bruno would keep Zach. Brittnee agreed. Brittnee said that Bruno and Zach don’t get that comfortable for working together just for a few days, suggesting that they have been together for a while.
Pilar told Brittnee that she wishes that she was not nominated next to Godfrey. Pilar said that she doesn’t want Brittnee to take anything personally. Pilar said that she can’t control some things and she hopes that Brittnee understands. Brittnee said that she does. Pilar then said that she hopes that Brittnee doesn’t feel unaccomplished. Pilar told Brittnee that she did amazing in the game, taking Graig out and winning HoH during the triple as well. Brittnee thanked Pilar and said that she was surprised that she went from being the best pawn to the target in the matter of a week. Brittnee told Pilar that she genuinely wanted to work with the girls. She said that she doesn’t want them to play one person’s games. Brittnee then discussed that Bruno said things to Sarah that shouldn’t be said, is manipulative and is a liar. Pilar said that she doesn’t care if Bruno is working with Zach, because she does not trust him regardless. Pilar also pointed out that she is not playing the same game as Ashleigh is. Pilar again said that if it was in her power to change things and do something different she would. Pilar told Brittnee that she is a great physical and mental player, so she wants her to walk out feeling like she accomplished something. Brittnee said that she better not see Bruno win $100,000. Pilar said that she doesn’t care when she leaves, as long as it’s after Bruno. Brittnee also said not to let Zach win.
11:00-12:00 PM: Bruno spoke to Brittnee about what happened last night. He said that he and Sarah were just talking last night, then Sarah blew up out of nowhere when Brittnee entered the room. Bruno said that Sarah is mangled and had lost her mind. Bruno mentioned that Sarah thinks that Zach is Bruno’s son. Brittnee then pointed out that the bottom line is that Bruno had Godfrey’s back over hers. Later on, Brittnee filled Sarah in on her talk with Bruno. Sarah said that she had never said that Bruno and Zach are father and son. Pilar joined Brittnee and Sarah in the bedroom. Pilar told Sarah that she will be safe with her and Ashleigh. She also said that Zach is 100% going after Godfrey. Brittnee asked why Zach came after her this week then. Pilar said that they wanted to separate Brittnee and Sarah. Pilar said that she doesn’t think that Zach would put her up yet, but he would get rid of her at the end in order to go to the Final 2 with Ashleigh. Brittnee said that she doesn’t trust Bruno and that it makes her gut hurt. She said that Bruno is so good at lying and manipulating by putting words in people’s mouths. Pilar said that she is with Brittnee on that one.
12:00-1:00 PM: Sarah told Brittnee that it makes her mad that the girls know that sending Brittnee out is not good for their game but they are doing it anyway. Sarah and Brittnee agreed that Pilar knows what is going on. Brittnee said that it’s good to see that Ashleigh doesn’t have as good of a hold on Pilar as they had thought. Sarah thought that Ashleigh still does. Sarah then wondered if maybe she was wrong about Bruno and Zach being together all along. She suggested that Bruno may have convinced Zach that they need to stick together because everyone is going after the two of them because of Sarah, so that’s why they went after her this week.
9:00-10:00 PM: During the eviction episode, Brittnee used her power to remove herself and Godfrey from the block. She then nominated Bruno and Zach in their place. It was then time to vote. By a unanimous vote of 4-0, Bruno was evicted from the Big Brother Canada house. The HoH competition then began.
10:00-11:00 PM: When feeds returned after the episode, we found out that Sarah is the new HoH. Brittnee and Zach are the have-nots for the week. Zach told Ashleigh that it sucks that her HoH was useless. Ashleigh agreed, saying that she nominated three people and all three of them played in the HoH competition. Ashleigh said that this will be her first week on the block. Zach said that it will be his third week in a row. Pilar expects that she will be the replacement nominee if one of them wins the Power of Veto. After Zach left, Pilar said that she doesn’t want Zach to go this early but there is no question that she will vote Zach out if he is up against Ashleigh. Ashleigh said that the best case scenario is that Pilar wins the veto and saves her, then Zach is up against Godfrey. At that point, Ashleigh said that she would vote Godfrey out and leave it up to Brittnee and Pilar to decide. Ashleigh said that she wouldn’t even want to know what they would do ahead of time.
12:00-1:00 AM: Brittnee and Sarah chatted in the HoH room. Sarah said that she will sit Zach and Ashleigh down to tell them that they are both going up, with the intention of sending Zach out. Both agreed that they cannot let it get out that Pilar would go up if Zach or Ashleigh win the PoV, so they will say that they will revisit the plan later if Zach wins the veto. Sarah said that it’s awesome that Ashleigh and Pilar aren’t even trying to talk to her right now. She also said that Zach refuses to try to cut a deal, otherwise he could be up there telling the two of them that they will be his new #1 and #2 in the game. They discussed that they cannot let Zach win the veto. Aside from that, they didn’t really care who won it. They did point out that it would be ideal if one of them won. Godfrey was also included in the group of people that they wouldn’t mind winning the PoV. Brittnee said that Godfrey knows what’s up, cause he knows that this is more legit than anything that the other side has to offer him. She added that Godfrey wants Zach out. Brittnee and Sarah told each other that they would not want to be with anyone but each other in the Final 2. Brittnee pointed out that they worked so hard together to get to this point. The girls discussed that Zach was crushed that Bruno left, so it shows that Brittnee made the right move by going with her gut and getting Bruno out of the house.
1:00-2:00 AM: Pilar told Ashleigh not to stress, since they are only assuming who is going up and don’t know for a fact. Secondly, Pilar pointed out that Ashleigh is not going home even if she is on the block with Zach. She told Pilar that it’s possible that Ashleigh would stay over her as well. Ashleigh said that she has a gut feeling that this is the week that Zach is probably leaving, since that’s what Sarah wants. Pilar said that she is not trying to support the idea of Zach leaving, but they have to look at what it does for them further in the game. Ashleigh agreed. Ashleigh said that she would love for them to take Godfrey to the end. Sarah and Brittnee then entered the room. They sat down with Ashleigh to try to comfort her about essentially losing her HoH. They told her not to take it personally, suggesting that the vote took place prior to the HoH being revealed.
2:00-3:00 AM: Pilar pointed out to Ashleigh that if they dont get rid of Zach this week they are never going to get rid of him. Pilar said that she would feel like she is making a mistake if she kept him, because she knows that Zach would never take her. Ashleigh said that the decision would be in Pilar’s hands. Pilar said that she would not go against Ashleigh’s will. They discussed what the plan for next week would be. Ashleigh said that she would likely put up Brittnee or Sarah next to Godfrey. Pilar questioned why not put both Brittnee and Sarah up. Pilar pointed out that that way they have to use the veto on themselves and not use it on someone else. Ashleigh said that’s true.
