Big Brother 20 Day 19 - Kaitlyn tells Haleigh about the backdoor plan
July 8, 2018
11:00-12:00 PM: Tyler asked Scottie if he wants the veto. Scottie said he would love it. Tyler told Scottie to trust him cause big things are happening. Tyler revealed that he is going to use the veto. Scottie assumed that Angela will be the replacement nominee. Tyler said that’s what he is thinking too. When Scottie asked if they are voting Angela out, or voting Winston out, Tyler said they are voting the replacement out. Scottie said okay. Kaitlyn called of the houseguests to the living room. She, as HoH, was tasked with choosing four have-nots for the week. Kaitlyn laid out a number of rules, including that no one who was a have-not last week will be one again. The majority of the remaining houseguests volunteered. Kaitlyn wanted to go with two males and two females, so she chose Faysal, Haleigh, JC and Rockstar to be the have-nots this week.
12:00-1:00 PM: Up in the HoH room, JC let Faysal know that Rachel is the only one who says his name, or is a bit sketched out by him. JC suggested being extra nice to her so that she doesn’t target him. JC pointed out that Rachel is a good competitor, so you don’t want to be on her bad side. Faysal then asked if JC is planning on voting Winston out as of now. JC said he is leaning towards keeping Scottie but he doesn’t want to say which way he is voting when the veto ceremony has not yet taken place. He explained that it wouldn’t be good for his game to say that he is voting Winston out, only to have Tyler use the veto on Winston. JC then went to Brett to tell him that Faysal’s mission this week is to convince him that voting Winston out is beneficial to him. Brett said that’s funny.
1:00-2:00 PM: Brett and JC headed to the HoH room to talk. Brett said the house is going to erupt. JC told Brett to act shocked when Kaitlyn nominates Swaggy. He also suggested not telling Winston that the veto is being used on Scottie, not him, because Winston will freak out. Brett agreed. Brett asked JC how he feels about Scottie. JC said Scottie is not a worry right now and he is working on him. JC said the worst case scenario for them would be if Swaggy has the power. JC thinks they need to sit back and be quiet if that happens, because they don’t want to get involved. In the kitchen, Rockstar brought up that Tyler needs to go. Bayleigh said he needs to go immediately, but she isn’t sure how they can pull that off without Kaitlyn being pissed off. Haleigh said she thinks that they will have to wait a couple of weeks to make that move, because they need to have the numbers. Swaggy worried that Tyler would nominate Bayleigh if he wins HoH, seeing as he wanted to nominate her last week. While Haleigh said he now has more options to choose from, both Bayleigh and Swaggy think that Tyler would nominate Bayleigh anyway.
2:00-3:00 PM: Bayleigh asked Faysal if he really thinks that the veto will be used. Faysal said Kaitlyn told him that it will be. Bayleigh asked if she is going to put Angela up. Faysal said that’s what he is thinking. When Bayleigh asked if those words have come out of Kaitlyn’s mouth, Faysal said they have but it wasn’t a sure thing. Bayleigh wondered if Kaitlyn would nominate one of them. Faysal said no. Faysal explained that as long as he is good with Kaitlyn, she is not going to touch them since she wouldn’t do that to him. Bayleigh said that’s a fact. Out in the yard, Kaitlyn told Haleigh she doesn’t know who she is going to nominate yet. Haleigh said anything Kaitlyn does is fine. Kaitlyn said she doesn’t think that Haleigh is going to like it. Once Kaitlyn confirmed that it’s not Haleigh, she said she is fine with anything she does. Kaitlyn told Haleigh that she is going to do something really messed up. Haleigh correctly guessed that she is going to nominate Swaggy. Haleigh told Kaitlyn that she will support her in anything that she does. Kaitlyn asked Haleigh to act surprised. She claimed that it was not always her intention to nominate Swaggy, but she heard even more stuff that he was saying about her yesterday. Kaitlyn worried that Swaggy has the power, but Haleigh said she doesn’t believe that to be the case. She mentioned that Bayleigh and Swaggy heard Sam getting it, and they had to promise production that they wouldn’t say anything. Kaitlyn then revealed that Sam had the power last week, not this week. If Swaggy has a power that enables him to save himself, Kaitlyn said that she will nominate Bayleigh instead. Kaitlyn told Haleigh that she asked Brett and Winston to protect Haleigh, Rockstar and Faysal if she makes this move. Haleigh said they could bring in Brett and Winston in place of Bayleigh and Swaggy. Kaitlyn agreed.
3:00-4:00 PM: Haleigh told Bayleigh that the plan is for the veto to be used. She said Angela is going to be the replacement nominee. Bayleigh said that’s a big game move and she would be proud of Kaitlyn for doing that. Haleigh asked Bayleigh not to tell anyone. Bayleigh said she wont. Haleigh then let Rockstar know that Swaggy is going to be the replacement nominee. She told Rockstar that it’s going to happen no matter who she tells, so don’t tell anyone. Haleigh brought up Kaitlyn saying that she made a deal with the bros for them. Rockstar called Kaitlyn ridiculous. Haleigh said they called it that Kaitlyn is the weak link in their group. Haleigh told Rockstar that Tyler is in on the plan and he is the one who convinced her to do it. Rockstar said she has to start making a completely different game plan now. Haleigh said that’s why she had to tell her.
4:00-5:00 PM: Up in the HoH room, Kaitlyn asked Bayleigh if she knows who has the power app. Bayleigh said it’s Sam. Kaitlyn told her that Sam did not win the app this week. Kaitlyn emphasized that she didn’t win this week in particular. Bayleigh said she doesn’t understand why Swaggy wouldn’t tell her if he is the one who has it. They then discussed who would be best to leave this week. Bayleigh suggested that Angela should go if she ends up on the block. Kaitlyn agreed. Elsewhere, Rockstar told Faysal that she doesn’t have a good feeling about this week. She explained that Tyler makes her really uncomfortable because he is sneaky. Faysal said they can put him on the block next week. Faysal said he thinks that Angela is going to go up. Rockstar said she hopes so. Faysal talked about it how it will send that side scrambling, and it could end up resulting in them targeting someone other than them if they win HoH next week.
5:00-6:00 PM: Bayleigh told Rockstar and Swaggy that she will nominate Brett and Tyler if she wins HoH next week. Swaggy brought up Haleigh saying that they should wait to target Tyler. He asked the girls for their thoughts on that. Bayleigh said she thinks that it’s now or never when it comes to targeting Tyler. Rockstar added that she feels very uncomfortable with him. Rockstar said Tyler has got to go. She talked about Faysal being someone who is loyal that she could work with until the end. Aside from Faysal and Haleigh, Rockstar said they need to re-evaluate things since some people are not very loyal. During tonight’s episode, it was revealed that Tyler received the power app. He chose “The Cloud”. Tyler has the opportunity to use the power once before a nomination ceremony or veto ceremony over the next eight weeks. If he ends up getting nominated at the ceremony he plays it at, he will be safe.
7:00-8:00 PM: Bayleigh told Rockstar she really hopes that Kaitlyn comes through on what she is saying that she is going to do. Bayleigh pointed outfit Angela and Rachel seem way too comfortable right now. Rockstar agreed. Rockstar pointed out that America clearly likes them, which she doesn’t understand. Bayleigh said America is just like them, as they are the ideal for most of America. Bayleigh went on to say that she has never been the ideal for society, and it’s the same way for everyone on their side. Bayleigh believes that people strive to be like that cause that is the example that they are given.
8:00-9:00 PM: Out at the hammock, Rockstar told Faysal she thinks that the most surprising thing about this house is how everyone immediately said that Swaggy is so aggressive. Rockstar questioned what they are saying since she is not scared by Swaggy at all. Rockstar told Faysal that Winston is her polar opposite in the house. She thinks that America likes the bros. Faysal said he doesn’t know why, considering that they are boring. Rockstar agreed.
9:00-10:00 PM: Sam spoke to Brett and Winston, asking what she has to do for them to stop making her a suspect all of the time. Winston assured Sam that they don’t think that of her. Sam told Brett and Winston that they and the girls are obviously the ones who wanted her to stay, which makes her feel really good. Sam said she has decided that this is her team. Sam said she will do her best to pick up on things, but she needs them to flat out tell her things. Sam doesn’t want too much information, because she doesn’t want to have to lie. Winston assured Sam that they have her back. He said they will help her plan how to attack when she wins HoH on Thursday.
10:00-11:00 PM: Rockstar asked Haleigh if she thinks that Kaitlyn is still going to nominate Swaggy. Haleigh said yeah. Haleigh said it’s even worse that they know about it ahead of time, seeing as telling people wont do anything but hurt their games. The girls hoped that Kaitlyn would back out at the last minute. They agreed that Kaitlyn is turning on them by making this move. Haleigh then went to speak to Kaitlyn. She asked if Kaitlyn has thought of every scenario. Kaitlyn said yes. She explained that it’s about getting justice, given that she may never get another chance as HoH. Kaitlyn pointed out that Tyler has been great, encouraging her to stop being on Swaggy’s team and stop being his minion. Kailtyn said she doesn’t want someone there who is calling her a liability, because that person is eventually going to try to take her out. Kaitlyn talked about wanting to align with Haleigh, Rockstar, Faysal, Tyler and Brett as a six. Haleigh said she likes that. When Kaitlyn asked who Haleigh would nominate if she wins HoH, she said she doesn’t know now because she was going to nominate Winston next to Angela or Rachel. Kaitlyn said she still can do that.
