Big Brother 20 Day 22
July 11, 2018
12:00-1:00 PM: Kaitlyn told Winston they need to clear up what he said about her. Winston said he heard a certain someone told her that he would come after her if he wins HoH. Winston insisted that that sentence has never come out of his mouth. Kaitlyn then said Brett and Winston did go to Scottie to let him know that she would put him up, when she had told Winston that in confidence. Winston said to get Brett up there right now, cause they did not do that. Winston told Kaitlyn there is no question that he is getting Scottie out if he wins HoH. Winston reassured Kaitlyn that he will not be coming after her if he stays. He said he trusted her and went up as a pawn since it made the most sense for him to go up. Winston grabbed Brett to come upstairs. Kaitlyn reminded Brett that she told them a while ago that she would nominate Scottie. She said he came to her the next morning to say that Brett and Winston told him she would nominate him. Brett said that didn’t happen and he doesn’t even remember that conversation. Kaitlyn brought up that Scottie would always tell Swaggy everything. Brett and Winston said they knew that and that’s why they would never have told Scottie anything. Elsewhere, Scottie told Tyler that he legitimately wants to keep Swaggy. Scottie explained that he wants both Brett and Swaggy to be exposed. Scottie suggested that Brett will be exposed without Winston there to be a shield for him. Tyler said people think that the two of them were in on the plan with Kaitlyn, so they will be targeted if they go back on the plan at this point. Scottie said it will work in reverse too, and they are pissing people off either way. Scottie told Tyler that Josh was a buffer to Paul, like Winston is the buffer to Brett. Tyler said he thinks that they can make that move later on, or else people will be coming for him if they go back on the plan now. Scottie said if that happens, he can blame him for flipping. Tyler said he has to look out for Kaitlyn too. Tyler talked about wanting to find out which way Haleigh is voting. They discussed that she keeps going back and forth. Scottie said to let her know that he is for sure going with Swaggy, just to see what she says. Tyler thinks that Haleigh’s biggest thing is to end up on the right side of things. Later, Swaggy told Bayleigh that Tyler said he will keep him if the votes are there, but Tyler doesn’t think that Haleigh is voting to keep him. Bayleigh suggested sitting down with Haleigh, Kaitlyn and Tyler. Swaggy said he is trying to do that.
1:00-2:00 PM: Rockstar told Haleigh she could see JC or Rachel flipping for their games. Haleigh said Rachel is not going to do it. While Rockstar thinks that Rachel is the most expendable to that side, Haleigh said Rachel is not going to risk it. Haleigh thinks that JC or Kaycee could flip, and Tyler could as well if Kaitlyn decides that that’s what she wants to do. While Swaggy campaigned to Kaitlyn, Bayleigh spoke to Haleigh. Bayleigh said Swaggy was talking to Tyler about knowing that he has five votes. Bayleigh let Haleigh know that Tyler said he doesn’t think that Haleigh is keeping Swaggy. Bayleigh let Haleigh know that Scottie has been talking about Haleigh and Rockstar being the ones to flip last week. She said Brett and Winston promised Scottie that they voted for Steve to stay. Haleigh said she is pissed. She swore that she voted to evict Sam. Back upstairs, Tyler was brought into the HoH room. Swaggy made another pitch to him and Kaitlyn. Swaggy pointed out that they, along with Faysal, have won every competition thus far. He said it could be a smooth summer if they stick together. Swaggy said Winston’s side cannot offer protection when they have yet to win a competition. Swaggy talked about the other side being able to skate by and get their targets out without even winning. Swaggy said JC told him that he will respect Kaitlyn’s wishes if she wants him to vote a certain way, so they could get together to have a talk wants another vote so that she doesn’t have to break a tie. Once Swaggy left, Kaitlyn told Tyler she knows that he is not voting for Swaggy to stay no matter what she says, but Swaggy is not wrong when it comes to the statistics. Kaitlyn went on to say that Swaggy is deserving, would keep her safe, and he is right that he is the best competitor. Kaitlyn asked that Tyler stop telling Swaggy that he will do whatever she wants when that’s not the case. Tyler denied having said that. He told her that she isn’t seeing his point of view when it comes to the vote. Kaitlyn said it’s not his HoH, and she listened to him when he was in power, yet he will not even entertain the thought of keeping Swaggy. Tyler said that’s because he knows facts that she doesn’t know. Tyler argued that Winston’s side would be after them if they keep Swaggy. While Kaitlyn said that they will have people after them either way, Tyler said he would prefer to have Rockstar, Bayleigh, Haleigh and Faysal after him since they are already coming for him. Tyler reiterated that he is doing what is best for the both of them, not just himself.
2:00-3:00 PM: Kaitlyn spoke to Haleigh about the vote. She said that Swaggy thinks Tyler will do what she tells him to, which is not the case. Kaitlyn mentioned that it’s safer to evict Swaggy now that she gone through with this plan. Haleigh said she wants to support Kaitlyn. Haleigh brought up Swaggy saying that Tyler told him he would vote for him if he has the numbers, but he doesn’t have Haleigh’s vote. Kaitlyn didn’t understand why Tyler would say that when he didn’t when they just spoke to Swaggy about the numbers. Haleigh said Swaggy is also convinced that Kaitlyn is on board with keeping him. Kaitlyn said she doesn’t know where he is getting that from. Haleigh was concerned that her group is losing trust in her due to what Tyler said, plus they will now suspect that she was the one who flipped if Swaggy only gets four votes. While Haleigh didn’t want to talk to Tyler about it, Kaitlyn kept encouraging her to do so. They eventually brought Tyler in. Tyler denied having said that to Swaggy. He explained that all he said was that he wanted to have a conversation with Haleigh to see where her head is at. Tyler swore on his life that it went down that way. Haleigh said she cannot see Swaggy having the numbers, so her vote is making a statement about which side of the house she lies on. Haleigh said she respects that Swaggy is campaigning but she wants to isolate herself from him at this point, cause it will only make tomorrow even harder.
3:00-4:00 PM: Winston held one on one conversations to check in with his potential voters. Scottie said he isn’t sure what he is going to do at the moment, seeing as he is hearing that people think he knew that Swaggy was going up. Scottie said that was not the case. Scottie said he will likely do whatever Kaitlyn wants him to do since she saved him. Meanwhile, JC and Tyler discussed that Kaitlyn would be stupid to change her mind about evicting Swaggy. Tyler said he has been encouraging Swaggy to talk to JC since he knew that JC would be the least likely to flip. Tyler mentioned that they cannot give Swaggy a definite answer about their vote, because they don’t want to get called out by him in his speech. Winston let Angela and Rachel know that Scottie cannot be trusted. Winston said Scottie is now his #1 target. Winston asked Rachel if he has her vote. She confirmed that he does 100%. JC informed Brett that he is Rockstar’s target. He said Rockstar was talking about him before he entered the room a few minutes ago. Winston checked in with Sam who also told him that he has her vote.
4:00-5:00 PM: Brett told Angela and Winston that Kaitlyn cant get mad at him for nominating Rockstar anymore now that he has heard she is targeting him. In the have-not room, Kaitlyn let Faysal, Haleigh and Rockstar know that she intends to keep them safe moving forward. She said she gets it if they want to put her up after this, though she hopes that they can respect what she did given that Swaggy was calling her shady. Rockstar questioned if it’s now going to be the four of them plus Tyler. Kaitlyn said Tyler isn’t involved in what they have. Rockstar said he now knows about it, but Kaitlyn said everyone knows that they are working together. Rockstar continued to question Kaitlyn about the divide in the house. She eventually said she is voting for Swaggy to stay. Kaitlyn said that’s obvious. Swaggy entered the room. Kaitlyn told him that she does not control the votes like he thinks she does. Swaggy suggested that people will listen to her if she tells them what she would like to have happen. Kaitlyn said she cannot do that. Rockstar brought up that Brett and Winston are playing a flawless game. Kaitlyn said she wants to make it clear that this was not their move. Swaggy said they are the main ones who wanted him out, so it’s a win for them. Feeds went down momentarily. When they returned, Kaitlyn was upstairs with Tyler. She said she stormed out because Haleigh brought up that the alliance was not talking crap about her. She didn’t get why Haleigh would say that when Swaggy admitted to it. Kaitlyn also said she is getting pissed off by Rockstar, and she needs to go. Meanwhile, Swaggy checked in with Scottie to let him know that he is not going to touch the block if he wins HoH. Swaggy asked why Tyler is wanting him out. Scottie said Tyler is afraid of Brett and Winston. Swaggy said they should keep him to get them out then. They discussed needing Tyler to realize that he is stacking the other side if he keeps Winston.
5:00-6:00 PM: Haleigh told Winston that he has the votes to stay. She said her side is counting on her vote, so they will 100% know that she flipped if Swaggy only gets four votes. Haleigh said she wants to make sure that Winston is not coming after her. Winston assured Haleigh that he is not targeting her. Haleigh said she is going to be very careful about what she does. She told Winston she has his best interest in mind. Haleigh then headed upstairs to talk to Kaitlyn. She clarified her earlier comment, saying she meant that she didn’t talk about Kaitlyn. She acknowledged that Swaggy did indeed do that. They then discussed Rockstar. Kaitlyn said she is always talking about how nobody likes her. Haleigh said she is trying to distance herself from Rockstar right now. She thinks people not like her are a combination of poor social skills with the other side and a lack of trying with them. Haleigh said she really doesn’t know which way to vote. Kaitlyn told Haleigh that it shouldn’t matter either way. She mentioned that it might be best to vote to keep Swaggy, since it would keep her on the good side of her alliance. Kaitlyn said Haleigh could then speak to Winston to explain that she is voting that way to protect herself, not cause she wants him to go.
7:00-8:00 PM: Winston told Rachel that Scottie told Kaitlyn that he and Brett claimed Haleigh and Rockstar flipped their votes last week. Winston said they did not give him any names, as all they said was to look at his alliance. Rachel said Scottie winning HoH would be the worst case scenario next week. They discussed that Faysal winning would also be bad, though they think there is a chance that he can be manipulated. Kaitlyn told JC that Swaggy is convinced he can get his vote. JC said he has been playing along but it is becoming exhausting. JC told Kaitlyn he plans to do whatever she wants him to do. JC reminded Kaitlyn that Swaggy will be coming for her if he stays, which is why Tyler will vote him out. JC told Kaitlyn she will be safe no matter what, because she will have the votes since people are grateful for what she did.
8:00-9:00 PM: Haleigh told Tyler she is thinking about talking to Faysal and Rockstar tonight to explain what she is thinking and why she is doing it. She said it then wont be a massive shock when the votes are revealed. Tyler suggested waiting until tomorrow so that there is less time for it to get back to Swaggy. Tyler said Haleigh is in a tricky spot. Haleigh wondered if it looks bad if she is not loyal by voting with Swaggy. Haleigh said she talked to Rockstar about how she is feeling, and Rockstar said all you have in this game is loyalty. Haleigh thinks you need to jump off of the ship when it’s sinking. Haleigh said she is not going to be wearing a Swaggy C t-shirt like the rest of the alliance is going to be.
9:00-10:00 PM: Bayleigh and Kaitlyn chatted about how this week has played out. Bayleigh explained how everyone is making it seem like Kaitlyn is behind the changes whenever something has been switching up. Bayleigh mentioned that the backdoor thing is not fair. Kaitlyn said that’s what a backdoor is. Bayleigh said they don’t usually happen due to personal things in the second week of the game. Kaitlyn argued that Swaggy made it game related when he called her shady. Bayleigh said everyone thinks that it is personal. When Kaitlyn asked for names, Bayleigh once again said everyone. Kaitlyn ended the conversation shortly thereafter. She went to her HoH room and asked everyone to leave so that she can sleep. Kaitlyn questioned the remaining three in the room, Brett, Faysal and JC. She asked why Bayleigh is saying that everyone in the squad was talking about her more than Swaggy was, plus everyone is saying that she is playing personally. Brett asked who made her the speaker of the house. Kaitlyn said she doesn’t recognize herself anymore, and she is backing up Bayleigh’s theory by acting this way. The room cleared out so that Kaitlyn could meditate. In the have-not room, Rockstar said Tyler is the root of this whole problem. Bayleigh said Tyler is covered in both directions and the only person willing to take a shot at him is leaving this week. Haleigh joined the conversation. Bayleigh questioned how she and Swaggy got dragged into all of this when the argument was between Haleigh, Faysal and Kaitlyn. Bayleigh did not agree with Kaitlyn saying she is sending Swaggy home for game reasons. She said it’s extremely personal. Upstairs, Kaitlyn talked to Tyler about how awkward it was for all of them to watch Haleigh and Tyler talk outside of the room while pointing towards the room, talking about her. Tyler said they were talking about Haleigh’s vote, not about Kaitlyn. Tyler said that him talking to Haleigh should not set her off. Kaitlyn eventually said it was a rough week. She talked about how she would hate herself if she was watching back home. Back downstairs, Swaggy said Kaitlyn and Tyler are fighting right now. Bayleigh smiled while saying that’s her fault.
10:00-11:00 PM: Swaggy made another pitch to JC, Scottie and Tyler. He said he believes he has votes from Bayleigh, Haleigh, Rockstar, Faysal and Scottie, so he is looking for two more to secure his safety. Swaggy said he will be the target if he stays. He clarified that he would rather hear that he is not good for their games than have them tell him that they want to keep him but wont for whatever reason. Afterwards, JC told Tyler he had a conversation with Faysal about voting Swaggy out. JC believes that Faysal is going to do it. Tyler said Haleigh is going to be voting him out too. They discussed that Scottie keeps going back and forth. Tyler said he will have a final chat with him tomorrow. In the bedroom, Haleigh told Brett she is trying to decide whether or not to let people know that she is voting to evict Swaggy. Brett suggested not telling. Haleigh thinks that Bayleigh is the only one who might be pissed off about it.
11:00-12:00 AM: Haleigh told Kaitlyn that she is going to vote to evict Swaggy. She said she plans to tell Faysal and Rockstar which way she is voting about an hour before the eviction. Haleigh said she likely wont tell Bayleigh ahead of time.
