Big Brother 20 Day 42
July 31, 2018
11:00-12:00 PM: Brett told Kaycee he feels bad cause he doesn’t want to be a dick to Rachel, but he is so mad at her for putting them in this situation. Brett said this is Rachel’s fault and she screwed them all over. Kaycee said Rachel asked her if Brett is mad at her, so she told Rachel to try to talk to him. Kaycee mentioned that Rachel has asked her about her vote and she made it seem like everyone is keeping Rachel. Kaycee said it seems as though they are not going to tell Bayleigh the plan until afterwards. She brought up the plan to pin JC’s vote on Scottie since Brett and Scottie have been hanging out lots. Brett said he has been hanging out with Scottie because he genuinely enjoys his company and thinks that he is hilarious.
12:00-1:00 PM: Kaycee told Angela she thinks that Bayleigh’s rumoured power is accurate. She realized that Bayleigh had asked her one time whether she would nominate Faysal or backdoor him if she were to go after him. Kaycee thought the question was weird, but she figures it was asked because Bayleigh knows that she can change the nominations if Faysal is an initial nominee. Kaycee asked if they are going to tell Bayleigh that Rachel told them about her power. Angela thinks it’s best not to let Bayleigh know. Kaycee and Tyler discussed that the opposing side is feeling safe. Tyler thinks that they all know about Bayleigh’s power. They talked about needing to nominate people who Bayleigh wouldn’t bother saving. Tyler hopes that Bayleigh wouldn’t use the power if Rockstar and Scottie are nominated. Kaycee thinks that would just get more blood on her hands. Tyler told Kaycee he doesn’t think that Bayleigh would nominate her. He is concerned that Bayleigh would potentially nominate him next to Brett with her power. Kaycee asked if they should tell Bayleigh that they know about the power. Tyler said he doesn’t think so. Tyler brought up that they are on the right side of the vote every week, which they are about to be again. He pointed out that the other side thinks that they run things. Kaycee agreed. She said it’s irritating. Tyler quickly checked in with Sam to ask her if she is okay with keeping Brett. Sam said she will do whatever Tyler tells her to do. Tyler said the plan is to keep Brett.
1:00-2:00 PM: Tyler told JC that people have his back to pin the vote on Scottie. JC said people are going to be on to him since they will know that he is flipping votes. JC told Tyler that at some point it will only be the two of them. Tyler said the people on Kaycee’s side will know he is voting in their favour. JC let Tyler know that he is not going to be taking Faysal out if he wins HoH. Tyler said he knows that cause it would be stupid for him to do. Tyler said he would never expect JC to make that move this early. JC mentioned that he has to win an HoH cause he feels like he has done nothing in the game. Tyler told JC he is the social game guy. As for this week, Tyler said they are evening out the sides, like JC wants to do, by evicting Rachel. Tyler suggested that Rachel has been jumping to the other side and they want to keep her close. JC asked Tyler what’s going to happen if Faysal or Rockstar win HoH. Tyler said he will be going on the block. JC disagreed. Tyler said he will be getting backdoored then. JC disagreed, saying he is really good at talking. He thinks that he can convince them to target someone else.
2:00-3:00 PM: Bayleigh, Faysal and JC spoke in the HoH room. Bayleigh told JC that the votes are locked in. JC asked if they have the votes. He said he hasn’t done any work this week. JC said he doesn’t want Rachel to go home. Bayleigh said she told everybody that Rachel is her pawn and she wants her to stay, so that’s what it needs to be. Bayleigh called Brett manipulative and said it’s dangerous if he can survive the block once again. Bayleigh said she thinks that it will be unanimous. JC told Faysal he did an amazing job of flipping all of the votes and locking them in last week. Faysal said JC was the one who did it. Bayleigh said it doesn’t matter. Faysal said JC is being sarcastic. JC said he thinks that Brett will get at least one or two votes. Bayleigh asked why. JC said Brett is good at talking and even Kaitlyn got a vote. Bayleigh said we’ll see. JC said he doesn’t care as long as they have the votes. Meanwhile, Kaycee and Scottie discussed that the house seems to be leaning towards evicting Brett. Kaycee said it’s only obvious since this is Brett’s second time on the block. She said she assumes that the house is ready to get him out. Kaycee asked if that’s what “Fess and them” are all doing. Scottie said he believes that Faysal is getting rid of Brett. He said he thinks that Haleigh and Rockstar are as well. Scottie said Angela is voting Brett out to, and he imagines that Tyler would vote with the house. Scottie said his plan for next week is to find out who is spreading rumours about him if he wins HoH.
4:00-5:00 PM: Faysal told Rockstar that no matter what mood he and Haleigh are in, it’s not going to affect the game at all. However, he said he is not going to go hang out with her the day after she was up at 5 AM rubbing Brett’s leg the night before. Rockstar asked Faysal if he thinks that they are in the same life phase. She mentioned that the right person at the wrong time is the wrong person. Rockstar thinks that Faysal is ready to settle down while Haleigh is 21, wild and free. Faysal agreed. Rockstar said they don’t need to be moody with each other, which Faysal agreed with. When Faysal said he has to distance himself from Haleigh, Rockstar said it’s because he has a crush on her. Faysal said that’s not true. He claimed that he doesn’t have a crush on Haleigh, and she is like his baby sister. Rockstar said they really don’t need to be acting crazy then. Faysal doesn’t think that they are. Rockstar mentioned that they are popping off attitudes at each other. Rockstar questioned why Faysal cares that she is hanging out with Brett. Faysal said he doesn’t care but he doesn’t want to be all over her if she getting attention from Brett like that. Later, Faysal asked Rockstar if they have got the votes. Rockstar said she thinks so. Rockstar thinks it’s weird that neither of the nominees have campaigned. Rockstar told Faysal she hates people that don’t play the game. Faysal asked if Haleigh is still on board. Rockstar assured Faysal that she is, adding that they were not talking about game stuff.
5:00-6:00 PM: JC asked Faysal if he thinks that the vote will be unanimous. Faysal said even if Brett has one or two votes, those people will jump on board once they find out what everyone is doing. JC asked what about the person who flipped last week. He wondered if they will do it again. Faysal said he doesn’t think they will since they know that people are talking about it. JC said that makes sense. Out by the pool, Bayleigh and Brett had a long talk. Bayleigh brought up that she knows things about Brett because she listens and she asked things, but she can’t say that he did the same when it came to her. Brett said he got caught up in his own game while on the block the first time, then he wasn’t in a position to offer her anything. As for this week, Bayleigh said Rachel was at her door every five seconds. Bayleigh told Brett she sees him as an athletic threat but she does not have an issue with that if the threat is working with her. Brett talked about how he could be an asset to her. He said he understands the move that she made since it got the least amount of blood on her hands. Brett mentioned that Bayleigh should think about who can handle the pressure in a pressure cooker scenario. Bayleigh said she doesn’t think she has to worry about anything with Rachel, though the stress will get to her soon. Bayleigh said she needs to know that there will be better communication between the two of them moving forward if she is to advocate on her behalf. Brett agreed. Bayleigh said she will have a few conversations and then see what she thinks.
7:00-8:00 PM: Bayleigh asked Scottie where he thinks the house is at when it comes to the vote. She said she wanted Rachel to be a pawn at first, but she wants to know what is better for them long term. Bayleigh asked if Rachel will be a hindrance and run around panicking if she stays. Scottie thinks she will be but he pointed out that it would make her an easy target. Bayleigh agreed and said Brett would be dangerous if he can survive the block again. The two discussed that Brett told each of them that he will not come after them. They wondered who is left to target at that point. On top of that, Bayleigh said they don’t need to add anyone else. She said they have three boys (Faysal/Scottie/Tyler) and three girls (Bayleigh/Haleigh/Rockstar) already. While they agreed that Brett would be an asset for a couple of weeks, they acknowledged that he would be a problem for them after that. They discussed that Faysal winning HoH this week would be an ideal scenario. It was also talked about that they could get him to take a shot at Kaycee for them since she is not someone who they would necessarily want to go after themselves.
8:00-9:00 PM: Bayleigh asked Scottie who he thinks that Tyler would nominate. Scottie said Tyler told him that he would nominate Angela and Rachel. Bayleigh said that’s exciting and makes her feel a little bit better. They then discussed their plan moving forward. If they get to the end as a six with Faysal, Haleigh, Rockstar and Tyler, Bayleigh wondered it would be civil at that point. Scottie thinks that it would be civil at six since everyone but Haleigh would agree to get rid of Rockstar. Scottie said Tyler can go before her if they see him as a liability, but he doesn’t see that happening. Bayleigh agreed. Scottie mentioned that Haleigh wouldn’t win a competition in the Final 4, so they could get to the Final 3 with Faysal. Bayleigh said she would love that. Bayleigh and Scottie later discussed that Haleigh is really friendly with everyone. Bayleigh said it’s starting to backfire since Faysal has a crush on her and is getting pissed off about her doing things such as staying up in the hammock with Brett. Bayleigh didn’t understand why Haleigh was shocked about Sam’s speech, saying she doesn’t flirt with anyone.
9:00-10:00 PM: Haleigh came up to the HoH room where Faysal was listening to music. The two had a lengthy conversation in attempt to clear up some issues between them. Haleigh said she doesn’t know what she did that is making him not talk to her or acknowledge her existence for the past day or two. Faysal brought up a comment that she made about them not being compatible and being at two different places in their lives. He said he realizes that she is right about that, so he needed a couple of days to get his mind right so that they can focus strictly on game. Haleigh said she will not feel comfortable working with him if he doesn’t talk to her. Faysal pointed out that she was in the hammock with Brett until 5 AM. Haleigh said he didn’t talk to her all day, so that reason doesn’t explain the rest of the day. Haleigh brought up Faysal being shocked that she acted 21 while playing a game of never have I ever the other night. Haleigh reminded Faysal that she is 21. Haleigh said this whole thing is stupid since she did not come there for drama. Haleigh let Faysal know that he really hurt her feelings. Faysal apologized. He said he was being immature and tried to get a reaction out of her. The two continued talking in circles. Faysal questioned multiple times how he was supposed to feel when she was in the hammock with Brett, having him pet her leg, until 5 AM. Haleigh said she was sad, as was Brett, and he talked to her when Faysal wouldn’t. Faysal told Haleigh he thinks that she is more compatible with Brett. Haleigh said Faysal is more compatible with Angela and Rachel. Faysal disagreed.
10:00-11:00 PM: When Faysal and Haleigh went back to discussing her time in the hammock with Brett, Faysal asked how he can know that she will vote him out. Haleigh said she is not going to risk a five person alliance she thinks is going to work. She reiterated that she will be voting to evict Brett. Haleigh thinks the reason for their issues is that she isn’t telling Faysal that they should be a showmance. Haleigh thinks that Faysal came into the house looking for a showmance, though he disagrees. Scottie eventually came upstairs to break up the conversation. Outside, Angela spoke to Brett about what he could say in his eviction night speech. She threw it out there that Brett could expose that Rachel told them that Bayleigh has a power app that allows her to change nominations next week. Brett said he can do that. He thought it was a brilliant idea. Angela thinks the best way to go about dealing with the power is to ask Bayleigh what she wants to do if they win HoH, then they can force her to get blood on her hands. Brett asked if he should out the girls alliance. Angela said yes. She added that he should tell people that Rachel told him about it. Brett said he will do that. Angela said Bayleigh is telling people that Brett is the one going around saying there is a girls alliance, so this will play right into it. There was some concern on Angela’s part that Rachel might use her speech to expose the Level 6 alliance if Brett exposes her game.
12:00-1:00 AM: Tyler told JC that Bayleigh is on hardcore power trip because she is HoH and has a power app. Tyler said he wanted to make sure that JC knows Bayleigh has a power so he isn’t openly talking about her. Tyler said Bayleigh keeps telling him that she is annoyed with Faysal, so he thinks that she is just trying to get him to talk about Faysal. Tyler said he is not going to do it. JC said don’t, because Faysal is a puppet. Tyler said he is going to go to Bayleigh right before the vote to say Rachel was the one who did the flip vote last week, so he is going to vote her out and he doesn’t care if he is the only one. Tyler let JC know that Bayleigh’s power is that she can change the power next week. He said he will tell Bayleigh afterwards that he voted Rachel out because she is spreading that Bayleigh has the power. Tyler stressed that Brett needs to stay so that Bayleigh can put him up with someone next week.
1:00-2:00 AM: Brett told Tyler he has some tricks up his sleeve. He said he is going to start half way through tomorrow, then Thursday he is not going to answer one thing that Rachel says, so Rachel will freak out. Brett said Tyler will love his speech, as he is going to throw Rachel under the bus completely. Brett explained that he is going to say he hopes he has all of the guys’ votes, since there is a girls alliance called the Man-eaters. Brett wants to say that Rachel told him about it and told him that Bayleigh has a power app. Tyler said he might go to Bayleigh seconds before to tell her that Rachel said she has the power app. Brett said the point is to stir things up enough so that nobody knows who flipped, then the house is going to erupt.
