Big Brother 25 Day 1 - Cirie is the 17th houseguest

August 2, 2023

5:55 PM: Four groups of four competed in nomination competitions, with the loser of each competition becoming a nominee. The four nominees are Jared, Kirsten, Felicia and Cory.

6:29 PM: Cirie was revealed as the 17th houseguest.

9:34 PM: The live feeds launched. As the feeds came on, it appeared as though Jared, Kirsten, Luke, Matt and Reilly was solidifying a five person alliance.

10:20 PM: Cirie and Felicia talked game. They mentioned needing a core alliance with Kirsten and Mecole that then branches out by having each member get a plus one. Felicia suggested that Jared be their fifth.

11:34 PM: Jared told Kirsten that this early on, there are no reasons to target people. Kirsten said they have to find a reason. Jared said he is going to let people come to him for now. Kirsten worried that her social game is too lively. Jared said you need six or seven people to stay safe right now, so all he is thinking of is being friends with whoever seems to have the most people attached to them right now. Jared said that person is Reilly. Kirsten agreed.

11:37 PM: Cory promised Cirie that he will eventually stop fan-boying over her but he has questions about Survivor for now. Cory went on to say that Cirie got robbed. Cory said it must be annoying for Cirie that people already perceive her as a master game player. Cirie said it bothers her that both on and off the show people have already decided who she is when they don’t even know her. Cirie pointed out that she is probably the most loyal person and everyone who she was loyal to ended up winning the game of Survivor. Cory said he wants to be on a season where Cirie does well.

11:58 PM: Mecole spoke to Cirie about an earlier talk in which she said they need to look out for each other. Cirie said Felicia is solid as well. Cirie said each of them need to get a solid plus one. Mecole agreed. She said she thinks that Matt likes Kirsten. Cirie said Izzy likes her. Cirie brought up Cory’s talk with her. She said she knows that Cory has got a gamer mind.

12:34 AM: Jared let Izzy know about the group of five that was discussed as feeds launched. Jared said that he does not trust it. Izzy said she would not trust Kirsten. Izzy mentioned that she does not trust Cory or Cameron. Jared said he does not trust Cory at all either. Izzy said she thinks that Cory will have it out for Jared’s mom. Jared said he feels solid with

1:06 AM: Jared let Cirie know that he does not trust Kirsten. Cirie said Kirsten approached her, and Jared said she did the same thing with him. Cirie said Kirsten is pitching a black woman alliance. Jared said Kirsten tried making a five with him, Luke, Matt and Reilly.

1:13 AM: Cirie told Felicia that she does not have a good read on Cameron. They discussed that Hisam is someone they like and could potentially trust. Cirie brought up Jared saying that Kirsten is trying to get a five with him. Felicia said that’s dangerous if she is already going around doing that because it means that she does not trust their core four. They agreed she may need to be the one that goes. They discussed working with Izzy, Jared and Mecole.

1:20 AM: Jared told Cirie that he is unsure about Kirsten, Cory and Cameron. Jared said Cory seems like a complete snake. Cirie agreed. Cirie encouraged Jared to solidify things with the people that he has got, as they do not know what will happen with HoH. Jared worried people are starting to recognize that he is not talking to her. Jared asked Cirie who she has got. She said Izzy and Felicia.
