Big Brother 25 Day 14
August 14, 2023
10:48 AM: Hisam let Red know he spoke with Matt this morning to tell him he has the votes to evict Reilly, so don’t be stupid. Hisam said he had the same conversation with Blue and Jag. Red asked if Hisam thinks that it will be unanimous. Hisam figures that Matt might vote for Reilly to stay. Hisam mentioned Reilly seems to think she has the votes since she is requesting more hair dye. He said the only way it would happen is if a Professor defected, which is not happening.
11:05 AM: Izzy told Cory and Jared that Hisam made promises to Blue and Jag, which makes her nervous. That being said, Izzy said her immediate reaction is to stick with the plan. Cory said his gut is telling him to get rid of Reilly even though he is closer to her than to Cameron. Jared agreed that Reilly has to go since she has too many people fighting for her.
11:37 AM: Cirie and Jag discussed forming a core alliance if Reilly stays. Blue, Cirie, Izzy, Jag and Reilly were said to be at the core, with each of them bringing someone in. Those people were listed as America, Jared, Felicia and Matt.
11:44 AM: Izzy let Cirie know that Cory and Jared are against keeping Reilly because they think that she will be a problem down the line. Cirie counted the votes, wondering if they even need them on board. She concluded that they do.
11:45 AM: Jared asked Cirie and Izzy what’s wrong with Felicia. Cirie said she is upset at Hisam for throwing them under the bus. Izzy said Hisam is lying to them and is making an alliance with Blue and Jag. Cirie asked Jared to think about their options. Jared said he doesn’t care which way they go. He explained that the only reason he didn’t want Reilly to stay is because she mentioned their names. Jared said he will be comfortable with it as long as Cirie and Izzy are.
11:57 AM: Jared told Reilly he is hearing from almost everyone that they are considering keeping her. Jared said he thinks Hisam will feel as though he can work with her, Blue and Jag if she stays. Reilly said she would never work with Hisam. Reilly added that Hisam is crazy if he thinks he is staying past next week. Jared asked who the next target would be if Cameron, Hisam, Bowie and Red are gone. Reilly said she would have to go off of who talks the least game with her, which would probably be Mecole. She said she would wait as long as possible to go after Cirie, Felicia and Izzy.
12:27 PM: Cirie, Izzy, Matt and Reilly met up in the have-not room. Cirie said it would be a major thing to keep her. Reilly said she knows. She said all she cares about is taking Hisam out, and then she wants to rebuild relationships and do what the house wants. Cirie and Izzy said they need safety for making this move. Matt and Reilly agreed to protect them. Cirie said she would love for it to be a unanimous vote to evict Cameron. They wondered if telling Red would be a bad idea, as they did not want it to get back to Hisam. Izzy said they could leave him out and later explain that they wanted to protect him from having to vote out Cameron.
12:53 PM: Izzy told Felicia that they are going to keep Reilly. Felicia said she is thinking that since Hisam is lying through his teeth. They agreed that Hisam is doing too much and he knows that Reilly staying means that he is next.
1:00 PM: Cirie told Felicia that Hisam took the first shot by making a deal with Blue and Jag, and also telling Izzy that she is his final two while not saying anything about her or Felicia.
1:05 PM: Cirie, Felicia and Izzy chatted with Jag. They made it clear that it was going to be a frank conversation. Cirie said they know about the alliance with Blue and Hisam. Jag said it was not named but there was talk of making a name for it. Felicia asked who all was going to be in it. Jag said he was clear about not wanting to add anyone else to it. Izzy said that Hisam cannot know anything about the vote if they are going to save Reilly, which Jag agreed with.
2:00 PM: Jag told Blue that their alliance with Hisam is done. He explained that Hisam told Cirie, Felicia and Izzy, so they know about it. Blue called Hisam a snake. Jag said Reilly is going to stay and the alliance is going to be the two of them, Cirie, Izzy and Reilly, and then everyone will bring someone else in. He listed off America, Felicia, Jared, Matt and Mecole.
2:15 PM: Izzy told Cirie she believed Jag as he dropped the act. They two confirmed with each other that they are on board with saving Reilly, as they believe that it is the best move for them at this point.
2:35 PM: Cory told Cirie and Izzy that Reilly staying is best for him but he worries that the two of them get pushed to the fringe with this move. Cirie and Izzy were still on board. Felicia joined them and asked who would go up in order to backdoor Hisam next week. They told her that the consensus seems to be Bowie and Red. They discussed that Cory should let America know what is going on since she has already made it clear to him that she wants Hisam out. As for Mecole, Cirie suggested holding off until tomorrow to talk to her. The group talked about arranging another Professors meeting to see if Hisam opens up about any of the alliances that he has created.
3:06 PM: Mecole joined Cirie and Izzy. They filled her in on Hisam’s dealings. Mecole said she doesn’t think that it changes anything for this week. She believes that Reilly needs to go as everyone is after Hisam anyway. Cirie and Izzy said they would like to talk about switching the plan though nothing is set in stone. Before long, their talk was broken up by Bowie.
3:36 PM: Izzy said she doesn’t think Jared believe that keeping Reilly is the right decision. Mecole agreed. Cirie said his concern is Reilly having Blue, Jag and Matt, but she doesn’t get why they are so scared of three people. Izzy thinks it comes down to Jared not believing that they will be able to win competitions over that side.
6:50 PM: Felicia told Cirie, Izzy and Mecole that Hisam spilled his guts to America about the different paths that he has, and he said he would like to work with her, Blue, Jag and Matt. Cirie pointed out to Mecole that Hisam is setting up a dream team and she is not a part of it. Mecole eventually said if keeping Reilly is the path they choose, she can live with it.
7:59 PM: The Professors minus Mecole met up. Hisam reiterated that they are going after Blue and Jag. He said he is not in an alliance with them but those two were talking about it. Hisam claimed that Blue and Jag are targeting Cory and vice versa. As for America, Hisam said she too has mentioned Cory’s name. When asked about Jared, Hisam said they like Jared and want to keep him.
8:08 PM: Cirie and Izzy discussed that Hisam was the one initiating the conversations with others yet he is trying to make it sound like he was approached the likes of Blue and Jag. Izzy said both paths are risky this week but she is ready to take the risk that comes along with keeping Reilly. Cirie said she is 70% on board. Izzy said she is at 75%.
8:53 PM: Cirie began to question if it is best to keep Cameron. She explained to Izzy that Cameron wants to go after Hisam. Izzy said the same arguments apply to keeping Reilly, which made Cirie question if it’s worth taking the safer route rather than riling up Hisam. Izzy worried that it would be tough to stop things now that they set it in motion. Cirie said they can do it and they just need to have a solid reason why so that Blue, Jag and Matt understand. Cirie mentioned that they could say that Bowie, Mecole and Red, who are people in their seven person alliance, were not on board and they did not want to flip on them and put themselves in a bad spot. Izzy said it took a lot for her to get on board with keeping Reilly, so she is more on board with going back to the original plan.
9:08 PM: Cirie informed Mecole that they are not 100% set on keeping Reilly. She said Cameron is willing to go after Hisam, so they can let nature play its course with him rather than blowing things up. Mecole suggested that they plant a seed with Blue and Jag now, seeing as Hisam has said that they are the next targets. That way they would have less to worry about in terms of those two working with Hisam. Izzy threw it out there that they could leave Blue and Jag out, having them vote the wrong way, which would make Hisam upset with them.
9:24 PM: Cirie admitted to Reilly that the decision is not as clear as it once was. She claimed that everyone was on board and now they are saying they don’t know. She talked about people being scared of the wrath of Hisam. Reilly stressed that this is the best time to take the shot while he cannot compete next week.
9:28 PM: Izzy let Jag know that they are going back to the drawing board and weighing options since people are getting nervous. Izzy wondered if it was worth pissing Hisam off by keeping Reilly when they can still take him out next week. Jag said it’s a lot to consider. Izzy also admitted that she feels as though she would be on the bottom of Reilly’s list.
9:55 PM: Izzy told Cory she is getting worried about firing Hisam up by keeping Reilly. Cory pointed out that Izzy feels one way then talks to Cirie and feels the other way. Cory believes that the other side is less likely to be as cohesive and able to win as many HoHs if Cameron stays. Cory asked if Izzy wants to keep him right now. She said she thinks so. They discussed needing to find Cirie and Jared to solidify the plan and then stick to it.
11:14 PM: Jared told Izzy he is willing to go either way with the vote. Izzy said she has learned from today that she cannot act before having the internal back and forth on things, but the back and forth discussions are also part of the game. Jared agreed but said it’s stressful when people keep changing what they are doing. Izzy said she is not blaming Cirie but she finally got to the point where she brought up what they said the other night in that evicting Reilly is the path of least resistance. Izzy added that she still believes evicting Reilly is the smartest thing. Jared said he puts his neck out to ensure that something happens and then he looks crazy when he has to keep going back and forth on what he is working on with others.
