Big Brother 25 Day 20 - Hisam is the replacement nominee
August 21, 2023
10:02 AM: Blue told America that Jared said he is falling for her. Blue said some of the things Jared thinks don’t really align with her views but he has been talking about how the house is changing his perspective by listening to various people share things. Blue said he is changing and she can fix him.
10:15 AM: Jared told Jag and Matt that it might be worth considering Red over Hisam. Jag and Jared agreed that Red staying is bad. Jag figured it would be hard to convince Felicia to switch the plan now that everyone is in on it. He wondered if there is a way that Red leaves and Hisam does not find out about the plan to backdoor him. Jared said no since Cameron would tell Red. They discussed that it could be worth getting the group together to talk, seeing if anyone else voices any concerns. If so, Jared said they could then push for Red to go up a bit more.
10:36 AM: Felicia told Bowie that she plans to say in her speech to Hisam “why take out a knight when you can take out a king?” because he used that line in the past. Felicia talked about how she would love to see five females at the end. Bowie suggested that they continue to move forward as a group until Mecole proves otherwise, as she would sense it if they are having doubts. Felicia asked who Bowie would like to make it to the final three with. She said Cirie and Felicia because she would be happy for either of them to win.
10:47 AM: Jared filled Cory in on his talk with Jag. He said he had to entertain the conversation but he knows it’s over and he is not worried about Red that much. Cory said he doesn’t care about Cameron or Red and would be fine with them winning HoH. Jared agreed.
10:55 AM: Hisam asked Izzy if the next target would be Jag. Izzy said he doesn’t stop being dangerous. Hisam wondered who to put him up next to. Izzy said America could be an option. Hisam brought up potentially nominating Cory and Jared since they have gotten very close and Jared is the physical player while Cory is the mental player.
12:26 PM: Felicia confronted Jag to ask if she is being played. Jag said no and asked what she means. Felicia noted that Blue pulled Cameron into a room and she knows that they are up to something. Jag insisted that they are not playing her. Felicia brought up Jag lying about them flipping their votes in attempt to save Reilly as reason to have doubts.
12:31 PM: Jared was in the room when Felicia questioned Jag. Once it wrapped up, Jag told Jared that Felicia is tripping when he did not do anything. Jared said he does not know what that was about. He said he will figure it out since it’s a heightened sense of paranoia.
12:37 PM: Up in the HoH room, Matt reassured Felicia about Jag. They agreed that they need to stick to the seven and remain solid. Matt suggested that they need to meet more often. Jared said they have to be straightforward with each other. Matt told Felicia about the “middle” group that is forming.
12:52 PM: Felicia told Izzy that Matt said a group of five is forming that includes Bowie, Cameron, Cory and Red. Izzy said she feels as though they have no hope unless they put Hisam up, because they will be on an island. Felicia said she will be putting Hisam on the block.
1:01 PM: Felicia and Izzy went to speak to Cirie and Jag who had been chatting. Felicia told Jag she is better now. Jag said he is 100% in with the seven and he has nobody else. Felicia apologized for coming at Jag in the manner in which she did.
1:07 PM: Felicia told Cirie and Izzy about her conversation with Matt. She said she wants to make sure that Cory is not playing both sides. Cirie said he isn’t and she wants him to be in that alliance to get information for them. They agreed that they cannot talk real game in front of Bowie or Mecole at this point.
1:44 PM: Feeds went down for the veto ceremony.
4:05 PM: Feeds returned. Jag used the Power of Veto on himself. Felicia nominated Hisam as the replacement nominee.
4:05 PM: Hisam told Cirie and Izzy that they will see when they watch this back that he has always said in the DR how he is working with the Professors and going with them to the end. Hisam said this will be great television since he will look like an absolute moron. Hisam suggested that they were given skewed information and then it festered since nobody felt comfortable talking to him about it. Hisam continued on as Bowie and Mecole entered the room. He apologized for making people feel unheard or thinking that he was too aggressive. Hisam said he wants to talk to America since she is passing along untrue information.
4:17 PM: Cirie pointed out that Hisam is denying everything, acting like he didn’t say anything and did not have an alliance with anyone. She questioned how everyone would be lying about it. Izzy said he must believe what he is saying. They also wondered why he is focusing in on America. Izzy said Hisam stared her down when he was nominated.
4:26 PM: Izzy chatted with America and Cory. She told America that Hisam wants to kill her and really seems to be fixated on her. Izzy asked America is she lied to her about her conversation with Hisam. America said no. She swore that Hisam used the word “leftovers” to describe them. Izzy said she just had to ask because Hisam is denying everything. Cory said every person in the house has a different version of some BS that Hisam has told them, so you have to consider if it’s more likely that it’s all true or all fake. Izzy agreed.
6:02 PM: Hisam told America he was told she told Cirie and Izzy he said he was stuck with them and they are the leftovers. Hisam said he did not say that. America said she knows Hisam used the word “leftovers” during their talk on the hammock. America clarified that she only brought it up after speaking to Blue, Jag and Matt, and hearing that there were discrepancies in all of the conversations that he was having with people. America she does not want Hisam to gaslight her when she knows the term leftovers was used. Hisam said he is not doing that and he remembers the conversation but did not say that they were leftovers. America insisted that she clearly remembers the word being used, and she told Izzy that. America said they all compared notes, talked to each other, and that’s what happened. America said she is really sorry. Hisam said he was never gunning for her.
6:13 PM: Hisam asked Red if he didn’t know. Red said he was the last to find out. He mentioned that he found out sometime yesterday and he was cornered into it because the whole house knew before him. Red explained that he didn’t know what he could do since everyone knew. Hisam said it’s so embarrassing. Hisam told Red that they can still undo this. He stated that he was never gunning for anyone in their alliance. Red said it would take a miracle at this point since every person in the house is on board. Hisam said his actions demonstrate that he is loyal to the alliance but there was fabrication by the other side.
7:16 PM: Jared told Hisam the only thing that rubbed him the wrong way was painting a target on him and Blue. Hisam talked about how he will be 100% loyal to whoever keeps him in the game. He said he has proven that he can win and be a strong asset, and there will be plenty of opportunities to take him out. Hisam said he kept Blue and Jag safe, and he can work with them, Jared and the people he knows are starting to align. Jared said his mind is not made up so Hisam can feel free to talk to him.
7:31 PM: Hisam told Jag he is a little confused by people saying he made promises that he did not keep. He asked if he has done that to Jag, which Jag said no to. Hisam stressed that he was never gunning for Jag but he had to say okay to Felicia’s move since she had already made her decision and was going to put him up. Hisam promised that he would do anything he could to help keep safe those people that keep him in the game. Jag asked how much Hisam stayed true to the things he talked about with him and Blue. Hisam said he was never going to put him or Blue up, which Jag said he believes. He admitted he said Jag could be painting a target on his back by campaigning so hard for Reilly. Hisam said everyone on his side, with the exception of Red, was talking about Jag at that point. Hisam told Jag he views him as a leader and will be 100% on board with any coalition that he forms.
