Big Brother 25 Day 23 - Cameron wins HoH, nominates Blue and Jag
August 24, 2023
6:39 PM: Hisam was evicted by a vote of 11-0.
6:43 PM: The houseguests received a message from Kaysar, informing them that they will be battling it out in the Pressure Cooker competition.
6:58 PM: The Pressure Cooker HoH competition got underway.
8:30 PM: Feeds returned. Cirie and Jared had been eliminated from the HoH competition.
10:55 PM: Izzy was eliminated from the HoH competition.
3:35 AM: Bowie was eliminated from the HoH competition. She won a pressure cooker from her envelope.
4:40 AM: Matt was eliminated from the HoH competition.
5:08 AM: Red was eliminated from the HoH competition. He won a home theater and a year's subscription to Paramount Plus.
7:17 AM: Cory was eliminated from the competition.
7:44 AM: Blue was eliminated from the competition. She won $1,000.
7:50 AM: Jag was eliminated from the competition.
8:31 AM: Mecole was eliminated from the competition. She won a dinner party for herself and three houseguests of her choosing.
8:49 AM: America was eliminated from the competition. Cameron won HoH.
9:07 AM: Red told Cameron that Izzy did not seem happy about him winning. He explained that Izzy came to him and said “your boy done it” and the look on her face was not one of excitement. Cameron said he will take that into consideration but he wants to keep things smooth after seeing what happened to Hisam.
1:38 PM: Cameron let Jag know that he is putting him on the block. He said the way forward is for Jag to do what he is so good at. If he doesn’t win the veto, Cameron said they can figure something out. Jag said he doesn’t think anyone would expect them to be working together. Cameron agreed. Jag asked who he would be on the block next to, and found out that it would be Blue.
2:13 PM: America and Cameron discussed that they made a deal while competing for HoH. Cameron agreed not to put America on the block at all this week.
2:31 PM: Cameron talked to Blue about putting her on the block. He said that if one of them wins the veto, there are a lot of options. Cameron talked about how this move will level the playing field since it’s what everyone is expecting. Cameron mentioned that someone who the rest of the house wants out could end up on the block. When Blue asked for a name, Cameron said he doesn’t have one yet and has no idea who it would be.
2:48 PM: Blue spoke to Jared about her conversation with Cameron. She said that what she gathered from it is that Cirie, Felicia or Izzy would be going up if she or Jag win the veto.
2:55 PM: Red asked Cameron what deal he made with America. Cameron said she is not a backdoor option and she is safe. Cameron said he plans to nominate Blue and Jag. Red asked what would happen if one of them win the veto. Cameron said they would have to come together as a group to figure it out. Red said Izzy would be his first pick to go. Cameron said he thinks she would never be a fan of theirs and implied that she could be in trouble if things go sideway this week.
3:05 PM: Cory told Jared he thinks that Jared could end up being the replacement nominee this week. He stressed that they would have the votes either way. Cory promised that he has America voting with them so it would be 6-4.
3:53 PM: Feeds went down for the nomination ceremony.
5:03 PM: Feeds returned. Cameron nominated Blue and Jag for eviction.
5:19 PM: Jared told Blue that Cameron promised he would not put him on the block next to her. He said he doesn’t know why Cory thinks that he would go up. Blue assumed that Izzy would be the replacement nominee if one is needed.
5:23 PM: Cory told Jag that Blue leaving might be the best option. He pointed out that the alternatives seem to be Jared or Matt, both of whom Jag would have trouble getting the votes next to. Jag thinks that he would be in trouble if he is nominated next to Izzy as well.
5:40 PM: Jag let Izzy know that he would choose her for houseguest’s choice. Izzy said she will fight for the veto. Izzy said she thinks that the replacement nominee would be between her, Cirie and Jared. Izzy asked if Blue would automatically have Jag’s vote over her if they end up nominated together. Jag said he does not know that for sure.
5:50 PM: Cameron told Red he could see Izzy doing something reckless down the line. Red said he could see Izzy nominating them both. Cameron said she has talked about that and it came back to him from America. However Red said Jag is way more of a threat than Izzy, so he believes that Jag needs to go over her if Blue wins the veto. While Cameron said he believes that Jag could be bought for a period of time, Red said he would not trust him. Red suggested that keeping things the same and targeting Jag would be best for this week. Cameron thought Izzy going would free up someone like Cirie to work with them. Red said he is tight enough with Cirie to have her on their side even if Izzy stays. Red said he loves Cirie and she is probably his second favourite person in the house.
6:38 PM: Matt let Cirie know that Cameron wants a group with him, America, Bowie, Cory and Red. Cirie said she knew it. Matt said it’s good because he will be able to get information from them but he is riding with Cirie. Cirie asked about the plan for the replacement nominee. Matt said Cameron wants Blue and Jag out but it might be Izzy. They agreed that they would have the votes to save whoever goes up anyway.
