Big Brother 25 Day 30 - Jag's eviction is stopped; Jared wins HoH

August 31, 2023

6:51 PM: Jag was evicted by a vote of 10-0.

6:54 PM: It was revealed that the Power of Invincibility was used, saving Jag. Matt had won the power earlier in the week.

10:19 PM: Feeds returned. Jared won HoH.

10:30 PM: America told Matt she feels really good with Jared. Matt said he thinks that a lot of people do. America agreed. She believes that Red will be the target this week. America mentioned she cannot believe that they are still at 13 people. Matt added that they wasted a week but it will be worth it knowing that this one is going to count.

10:36 PM: Jag asked Cirie what happened with the vote. Cirie said she asked if everyone was good and she was told no. Jag asked if America and Cory said no even under the assumption that others wanted to keep him. Cirie said yes. Cirie talked about how she and America discussed that they should tell Jag but Izzy suggested otherwise since it would upset him.

10:57 PM: Cirie talked to Matt about the power. She said Cory is the only one mentioning him as a possibility of having used it. Cirie said Felicia told Izzy that Matt played. Matt said she told Jag as well because Jag asked him about it. Cirie said she denied knowing anything when Izzy asked her about it. Cirie told Matt that Cameron already offered to go up as a pawn next to Red if that’s what needs to happen, and Jared plans to nominate him next to Red.

11:06 PM: Felicia told Cirie, Izzy and Matt that Jared said he is going to nominate both Cameron and Red, and he would like to know who they think the better option to go home would be. Felicia said she thinks it would be Cameron. Cirie, Izzy and Matt all agreed.

11:41 PM: Jared got his HoH room. His letter was from his brother.

12:04 AM: Jag warned Matt to be careful about who he tells things to. He specifically mentioned to watch what he says with Cirie.

12:08 AM: Blue and Jag had a long discussion about what happened and how they need to change their games moving forward. Blue said America is someone she trusts way more than she did a week ago, and she would like to take her as far as possible. Jag said he doesn’t know who he can fully trust given that people were not honest with him this week. Jag asked Blue who she would want in her squad. Blue said it’s tough because Cirie and Felicia have their hands on everyone. Blue said she thinks that Cirie is running things and is the type to make alliances with everyone. Jag said Cirie would stay next to anyone at this point. He mentioned America as the only person who might take a shot at her. They discussed feeling as though America was framed this week and that it wasn’t her deciding that Jag had to go. They continued to talk about bringing her in, potentially with Cory as well, but did not know the best way to go about it without making her feel like she was on the bottom. Matt is someone who they agreed is trustworthy. Blue said she is going to have to be careful since she is screwed if they make something with Cory and then Cory tells Jared. Jag asked what she thinks about bringing Jared in as well. Blue said Jared’s proximity to others makes her nervous, so they need to just focus on America for now.

12:15 AM: Matt filled Jared in on his power. He said he had wanted to tell him sooner but he had to make sure that everything went according to plan in terms of the votes. Matt asked that Jared not tell anyone. Matt said the power could have been used this week or next, but he is not a selfish player so he did not keep it for himself. Matt said he just told Jag, so they are now the only two who know about it. As for this week, Matt told Jared he doesn’t think that Red would go after him even if he takes out Cameron.
